The school's fifth-grade kids receive jumputan batik instruction with the goal of enhancing both their creative abilities and extracurricular accomplishments. One batik-making technique that makes use of the tie-dye procedure is jumputan batik. Jumputan batik is made by tying thread in specific areas of the material and then dipping it in dye to create a unique design. In order to ensure that activities may be carried out efficiently and have the greatest possible influence on students' development, the process of carrying out this community service is structured from planning to evaluation. As a result, kids are able to freely and creatively express themselves through art-related activities. Students can make their own designs and patterns when making jumputan batik, which promotes original and creative thinking. The ability to create original designs is made possible by the jumputan batik process, which incorporates tie-dye elements. Pupils can use their imagination to create motifs, patterns, and color combinations that represent their own personalities and concepts. Students' critical and creative thinking abilities are greatly enhanced by this creative process. According to the findings, students now possess much greater creativity, self-confidence, discipline, and teamwork. In addition to teaching pupils traditional batik techniques, this instruction aids in the development of social and character traits that will benefit them greatly throughout their life. It is anticipated that by exposing more students to Indonesian art and culture, this instruction would be expanded and perpetuated. Speaking anxiety among students is a common phenomenon that affects their academic performance and personal development. This study aims to explore the reasons behind students' fear of speaking in various educational settings. Using a literature review method, this research examines previous studies related to psychological, social, and educational factors contributing to students’ reluctance to speak. The findings indicate that speaking anxiety is primarily caused by fear of making mistakes, low self-confidence, and negative social evaluations from peers or teachers. Additionally, classroom environment, teaching methods, and cultural influences also play a significant role in shaping students' willingness to speak. The impact of this fear extends beyond academic performance, affecting students' participation, self-expression, and future communication skills. Several strategies have been identified to reduce speaking anxiety, including fostering a supportive learning environment, encouraging positive reinforcement, and implementing interactive teaching methods. Educators are encouraged to create a more inclusive atmosphere that minimizes students' fear of judgment and enhances their confidence in speaking. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on students' speaking anxiety by summarizing key factors and offering practical implications for teachers, educators, and policymakers. Future research could further explore intervention programs that effectively address students' fear of speaking in different cultural and educational contexts.

This paper's goal is to undertake a critical evaluation of Nigerian democracy's speed, practices, patterns, priorities, issues, and future. Although Nigeria is still run by democratically elected officials, after a century as a political entity, Nigeria has yet to institutionalize democracy at the federal and state levels. After more than 50 years of political independence, the study examines some of the challenges Nigeria faces in institutionalizing democracy. These include the nation's colonial past mixed with the whims of deeply ingrained ethnicity; a smug and extravagant leadership; the military's constant meddling in the democratic process; electoral fraud; widespread poverty; and a high rate of illiteracy. According to the publication, corruption is the main cause of most of the aforementioned issues and has essentially taken on a life of its own in Nigeria. However, the study argues that despite the aforementioned, there is still hope for a politically secure and democratically viable People's enthusiasm to vote, the multi-party system's relative stability and sustainability, and the widespread recognition that the only legitimate and well-liked path to gaining political power is through the voting booth are what define the nation. The historical approach of data analysis—simple descriptive collation and analysis of historical data—is used in this paper, which draws its data from primary and secondary source materials.

The study looked into how Nigeria's democratic system's economic growth was impacted by the cost of governance. The cost of governance factors is divided into general GDP was the dependent variable and a stand-in for economic growth, while administration, defense, internal security, and national assembly were the explanatory variables. The study examined Nigeria's fourth republic's civil rule from 2019 to 2024. Ordinary Least Square regression and diagnostic tests were performed. The findings indicate that while internal security (-106.17 ISEC) has a negative impact on GDP, general administration (8.67 GA), defense (169.99 DEF), and national assembly (496.50 NAS) have favorable effects. According to the hypotheses' summary, (1) the federal government's expenditure on general administrations has no discernible positive impact on Nigeria's economic growth; (2) the federal government's expenditure on defense has a discernible positive impact on Nigeria's economic growth; and (3) the federal government's expenditure on internal Nigeria's economic growth is significantly impacted negatively by security, whereas the country's economic growth is significantly impacted positively by the federal government's national assembly costs. The research suggested, among other things, that the funds allocated to internal security be examined and that cost-benefit studies be performed on the parastatals that receive the funds.

The purpose of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Abuja is to implement government directives in order to achieve national development goals. To accomplish this, recruitment and retention strategies in the civil service (CS) play a crucial role in providing the human resources needed. This study empirically investigates the recruitment and retention strategies applied in the FCT. The study utilized a survey method by distributing questionnaires to civil servants and conducting structured interviews to collect the necessary data to achieve the research objectives. To analyze the collected data, the study used the chi-square analytical technique. The findings reveal that the recruitment strategy in the CS is based on a combination of political and merit-based factors. Regarding employee retention, the study found that the CS has implemented relatively effective incentives to retain its workforce. However, while these incentives are sufficient for short-term retention, they are inadequate to retain skilled employees compared to the incentives offered by private companies. The recommendations from this study suggest that, in order to maintain a skilled workforce and enhance performance, the CS must implement more competitive incentives that are comparable to those offered by the private sector in order to attract and retain the best talent in the long run.

Science and technology became something that developed very rapidly in the classical period and Islamic civilization. And this proves that epistemology developed at that time. Even though in the past Muslim scholars studied a lot in the field of Islamic civilization, with their epistemology they were able to provide the best in the field of science and technology and develop it to all corners of the world. Technology is a source of information today. It is necessary to know that the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad contain many Hadiths about Science and Technology. What is contained in the hadith is mentioned implicitly in the rules of explanation of creed and faith. That is why, hadith will always coexist with the development of the times and there will be no conflict between the two forever. The "Hadith-Hadith Science" application is research that uses the R&D (Research and Development) method and in its development uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development and Evaluation) method.  Then this application was developed via the Kodular.Io website which can be accessed on Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Google. This application contains 40 selected hadith themes about Science in hadith. By developing the "Scientific Hadiths" application, researchers hope that this application can be useful for users.
