Labor is the process by which the fetus and amniotic fluid are pushed out through the birth canal. During the birth process the mother will experience pain. Pain that is uncontrolled or excerssive and does not get proper treatment can cause problems with difficulty in childbirth. A non-pharmocological method that is quite safe was to determine the effect of giving warm compresses to labor pain in the active phase of the first stage of labor at Fatimah Banyuwangi Hospital in 2022. The research method used a pre-exsperimental one group pretest posttest on 30 respondents who met the inclusion criteria, namely pregnant women in the first active phase, singleton pregnancies, head presentations, term pregnancies, normal delivery plants, fetal interpretation between 2500-4000 grams, accompanied by their husbands or family. Data collection was carried out using the VAS observation sheet and warm compress SOP. Then the data is processed through the process of editing, coding,scring, tabulating and statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon test. The result showed that the level of labor pain before the intervention was mostly in the severe pain category by 53% and after the warm compress intervention there was a decrease in the pain level, namely in the moderate pain category by 70%. Wilcoxon test reslts Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 < 0,05 means that there is a significant effect of giving warm compresses to labor pain in the active phase I parturition at RSI Fatimah Banyuwangi in 2022. Proper application of warm compresses according to the procedure gives a feeling of warmth and causes vasoconstriction so that labor pain in the first stage can be reduced. This method is safe and can be an alternative choice for midwives in the management of pain care during labor.

Background : Hemorrhoids is one of the most common anorectal diseases, this disease can cause physical and psychological discomfort due to its disturbing symptoms such as rectal bleeding, pain, and itching sensation and will significantly affect the quality of life of the person with hemorrhoids. According to Slavin (2008), the prevalence of hemorrhoids in the world reaches 5%. There are various risk factors for hemorrhoids, one of which is the length of sitting without changing the position and age. According to Ali and Shoeb (2017) in their research, there were 50 patients out of 60 drivers experiencing hemorrhoids. A driver job that requires a long time to sit because of the long duration of driving can cause hemorrhoids. Kumala, et al (2016) said in their research on intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus drivers who have a driving duration of ≥ 6 hours have a risk of hemorrhoids and those aged ≥ 45 years have a risk of developing hemorrhoids.Objective : Knowing the relationship between driving duration and age with hemorrhoids in bus drivers at the AKAP Payung Sekaki terminal Pekanbaru in 2020.Methode : The design used in this study was an observational analytic type with a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with a sample of 60 respondents who had the inclusion criteria. Statistical test data using the Chi-Square test.The results : There was an insignificant relationship between the duration of driving and complaints of hemorrhoids in the driver (p-value = 0.057) and the relationship between age and complaints of hemorrhoids in the driver (p-value = 0.073).Conclusion : There is an insignificant relationship between driving duration and age with complaints of hemorrhoids in bus drivers at AKAP Payung Sekaki Terminal

This research aims to stimulate the understanding of Class XI MIPA 5 students at SMAN 1 Cikeusal through practical work on making a simple calorimeter. This activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Cikeusal. Through this research, it is hoped that students' perception of chemistry subjects as difficult, boring, scary and so on can slowly be reduced so that students' understanding of chemistry subjects can increase. The research method carried out was through a series of activities at SMAN 1 Cikeusal, namely carrying out practical work on making a simple calorimeter using simple tools and materials that are easily found in the surrounding environment and comparing the simple calorimeter tool with the real tool. This activity was held on Wednesday 11 October 2023, which was attended by students of SMAN I Cikeusal Kab. Serang consisting of representatives from class XI Mipa 5 with a total of 40 participants. In carrying out this activity, students showed an enthusiastic and enthusiastic attitude in participating in the learning process, especially during simple practical activities so that the chemical material being studied, namely simple calorimeters, could be understood well. Thus, the aim of the research at SMA 1 Cikeusal can be said to have been achieved because the learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA 5 SMAN 1 Cikeusal experienced a significant increase after carrying out practicum activities. This is proven by the results of the pretest average score of 87 increasing to 93.5.

This study aims to determine the Optimization of Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport and obstacles in Optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport and how to overcome them. This study used a qualitative method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity techniques use source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The result of this study is that the supervision of the AMC unit on Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) by AMC officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport is carried out, which is in accordance with SOPs and supervision carried out in coordination with the unit (Safety Risk, Quality Control TJQ) and routinely conducts FOD walks every 1 month, Supervision of AMC officers related to Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) standard by conducting socialization to Ground Handling to conduct daily FOD checks before parking aircraft and handling. FOD supervision is carried out by the AMC unit in the morning before operating hours, flight lag times, and the last flight. The supervision is carried out by giving directions to GH (ground handling) to maintain each other's cleanliness. Obstacles in Optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) Supervision by AMC Officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport include: lack of facilities, and lack of passenger awareness. How to overcome obstacles in the application of optimizing Foreign Object Debrish (FOD) supervision by AMC officers at H.A.S Hanandjoeddin International Airport, is to hold facilities such as CCTV or FOD detection cameras and runway cleaning car tools and socialize passengers about the dangers of FOD to increase passenger awareness so as not to throw garbage when passing through the apron area, Distribute brochures and attach appeals and sanctions for violators of the rules so that passengers can be aware of the dangers of throwing garbage around the airport area, especially the airside area and provide trash cans in the airside area to prevent passengers from littering.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the performance at PT XYZ which includes performance factors, obstacles and solutions in building good performance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that employee performance at PT XYZ tends to decline due to lack of enthusiasm and work motivation. However, overall work implementation continues to be carried out well in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs. Employee performance at PT XYZ is good, especially in the human capital division. The performance of employees in the human capital division is relatively good. This can be seen from the achievements of the Human Capital team which has succeeded in increasing sales of the company's products, as well as introducing these products to the general public. The high quality of work and dedication of the Human Capital team has helped the company achieve success in this regard.

Learning media can stimulate students to remember what they have learned. Currently, technology sophistication delivers information and knowledge quickly. This has a big impact on educational progress. However, based on observations and interviews with the Principal of  SDN Tamberu 1, information was obtained that most teachers were unable to use technology wisely even though the school had 6 laptop units,  wifi to support the learning process. Technology is only limited on telephone, WhatsApp, or other applications such as TikTok. The partner problems is the lack of teacher competence and the use of technology-based learning media. The aim of this service is to provide solutions and assistance in creating technology-based media, especially at SDN Tamberu 1 Pamekasan. The targeted output are (1) An increasing in partners' knowledge about technology-based media (2) Implementation of technology media in learning (3) articles in accredited national journals and electronic media, (4) videos in electronic media

UD.Rizky Tani is a kiosk selling fertilizer, herbicides, pesticides and others. This kiosk was founded by Mrs. Ros Mintana Nasution, located in Sayur Mahincat Village, Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra. This lady is the wife of Mr. Jimmi Bugis Lubis as the owner of UD Anugrah Jaya Tani so the two of them set up two kiosks. At this kiosk, it is necessary to know what the best pesticides are to make it easier for the kiosk and the people who need it, and so that people can be sure that the best pesticides have been created. A decision support system has been created to make it easier to determine the best pesticides. The method used is the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a popular multi-criteria analysis decision and is a multi-criteria decision making method. Like all FMADM methods, WP is a finite set of decision alternatives described in terms of some decision criteria.

This study aims to determine the handling of Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo in Regulated agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, what problems occur in the process of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara and efforts to overcome the constraints of handling Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo at Regulated Agents at PT. Buana Citradjaya Dirgantara, namely conducting more socialization to the sender of goods regarding the documents needed in shipping Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo and officers should be more focused and use personal protective equipment such as gloves and Dangerous Goods goggles prepare a special place to store Miscellanous Dangerous Goods cargo so as not to endanger officers or other goods.

Culapculip is a YouTube account founded by Cak Sugik, which contains Islamic teachings. In today's modern era, many people think that preaching is only from pulpit to pulpit. Even though with the sophistication of technology, nowadays preaching can be done anywhere and only need to post it on social media, for example YouTube. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the content of da'wah messages on the YouTube video @culapculip for the period August 2021 resulted in findings, as much as two video included the aspect of faith, where in this aspect the da'wah video was more inclined to discuss belief in Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Then, as much as 8 video goes into sharia aspects, in this aspect it is more likely to discuss worship performed to Allah SWT. Furthermore, the two videos go into the moral aspect, which in this aspect is more likely to discuss a person's behavior and actions.

Optimization of video tutorial information media in the world of work is needed for mechanics and users at United Tractors, because it can have an impact and contribution to United Tractors, but because their performance is not optimal, a solution is needed to solve this problem. The purpose of this design is to create information media for the "Mechanic Shift Salesforce" feature that is informative, communicative, and effective for the performance of mechanics and users, easily understood as an SOP guideline for United Tractors. The designer makes information media about a new feature specifically for mechanics and users in maximizing their performance. Based on these issues, it is necessary to design a Video Tutorial in solving the problems faced by United Tractors. This design method is 4D which consists of: Define, Design, Develop, Desseminate. Define to find design solutions for mechanics and users at UT. Design is carried out in several steps including: pre-production, production, and post-production. Develop to test the video tutorial to one of the mechanics and users at UT. Desseminate or dissemination is supported by several supporting media that will be connected to video tutorials. Data analysis is carried out in 5W + 1H. What, what is the background of the design. Who, who is the target target in the design. Why, why this design is needed. When, when the issue occurred. Where, where the issue occurs. The main media of the design is a video tutorial building on the procedures and steps of using the "Mechanic Shift Salesforce" feature. Supporting media such as Guidebook, E-Guidebook, Poster, and X-Banner.

Standard operating procedures (SOPs) are very important to set work standards so as not to fall out of the standard rules. In the world of tourism, SOPs in hospitality are used to discipline employees so that every work done cannot be separated from the standards set. This research was conducted at Amaris Hotel Palembang, a two-star hotel that has restaurant facilities, ballrooms, hotel rooms, etc. In this study using observation methods, or discovery research that will examine how SOPs in the food and baverage section are implemented at Amaris Hotel. This research study found that every employee who works in the food and beverage section has fulfilled SOPs when working, even before work they have prepared SOP prefixes before employees go to restaurants. This is a priority to ensure that all work carried out is in accordance with SOPs and maintain food and beverage hygiene for hotel guests.

Many business people are utilizing social media as an e-commerce business platform by presenting innovative features and programs to help them compete in the market. To attract attention and increase consumer satisfaction, most e-commerce providers use live streaming. This allows buying and selling activities in real-time and reduces consumer concerns about the quality of the products offered.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of direct marketing and product quality on the purchase intention of online store users in Batam City. The results of direct and partial marketing research on product quality affect the purchase intention of online store applications.

This study aims to explain and prove the hypothesis about whether there is an influence of store atmosphere, price perceptions, and product completeness on purchasing decisions at Pamenang Pagu Kediri Supermarkets. This research uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with sampling techniques, namely Nonprobability Sampling with the accidental method with a total population of 300 respondents and a sample of 75 respondents who are consumers at Pamenang supermarkets. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test (partial) F test (simultaneous), and the determinant coefficient (R2) which is processed using the SPSS version 25 program. The conclusions of this study that partially store atmosphere has no significant effect on purchasing decisions obtained a significant value of 0.206> 0.05. Perceived price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Product completeness partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant t value obtained for 0021 <0.05. Store atmosphere, price perception, and product completeness simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F test value of 0.000 <0.05.

The problem, according to the author's observations, especially at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II, is that school teachers are still lacking in using teaching methods that can create interaction between teachers and children, thus having an impact on children's interest in participating in Sunday school worship. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior is observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to find out how to increase the interest of Sunday school children aged 9-12 years in attending Sunday services at the Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP) Parhorboan Resort Tapanuli Utara II through the use of audio-visual media. The results of this research show that Sunday school children receiving teaching delivered by Sunday school teachers using audio-visual media can increase Sunday school children's interest in attending worship.

The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of students in class. Quantitative research methods. The population of all class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians is 57 people. This research is population research. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The results of data analysis obtained: 1) regression equation. 2) The determination test revealed that the influence was 41.34%. 3) Testing the hypothesis obtained tcount=6.168>ttable=2.000, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a positive influence between PAK teachers as communicators on the Christian moral development of class XI students at Soposurung Foundation Vocational School for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Real work lectures are a form of community service activities by students with cross-scientific and sectoral approaches at certain times and regions. One form of knowledge transfer from student lecturers that is considered lacking in equipping students to work directly into the community, the STKIP Arrahmaniyah campus carries out real work lectures as one of the obligations of the tri dharma of higher education. The results of the Field Work Lecture (KKN) in Cibitung Kulon Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor are: First, the STKIP Arrahmaniyah KKN for the 2023 Academic year was felt to be quite successful and smooth in achieving the goals that had been programmed. Second, the implementation of KKN for one and a half months is felt to be short when it is associated with the density of the programs implemented. Third, with the assistance of the Village Head and all stakeholders and residents of Cibitung Kulom Village, they can carry out all the programs that will be implemented. Fourth, the holding of KKN by STKIP Arrahmaniyah provides many benefits for all.

Hemorrhagic stroke is the rupture of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in reduced blood flow (ischemia) and hypoxia. One of the disorders that can be diagnosed through sophisticated modalities is a CT scan, because it can be done quickly and accurately when evaluating bleeding in the brain. The slice thickness used in CT scans of the head in hemorrhagic stroke cases is 5 mm-10 mm, carried out using a one range protocol, namely from the basic cranii to the vertex. Slice thickness is the thickness of the slice that can be selected according to clinical needs. The factors used to evaluate image quality are spatial resolution, resolution contrast and noise. This research is quantitative by taking an experimental approach to analyze the effect of using slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm on image quality (spatial resolution, resolution contrast and noise) on CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke of 10 samples. Based on the results of the research carried out, the researchers can conclude according to the overall results of the Friedman test that there is an influence on the image quality of CT scans of the head in hemorrhagic stroke cases using slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm on spatial resolution, contrast resolution and noise. So based on the results of the Friedman test per image quality, there is a difference in the image quality of CT scans of the head and cases of hemorrhagic stroke which use slice thickness variations of 3mm, 4mm and 5mm. Based on the results of the mean rank of the Friedman test, slice thickness 5mm has a mean rank of 2.88 with the highest value. Based on the results of this study, researchers can recommend that CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke use a slice thickness of 5 mm with the aim that the image quality results in CT scans of the head in cases of hemorrhagic stroke look clear and good.
