This study aims to analyze financial management at SMAN 9 Bandung, focusing on efficiency, prioritization, and accountability. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through structured interviews with the school treasurer to explore challenges, practices, and solutions in fund management. The findings reveal that the primary funding sources are BOS and BOP, which are often insufficient to meet operational needs. Budget preparation involves collaboration among the principal, teachers, and school committee, while financial oversight is enhanced through the ARKAS application to ensure transparency. Key challenges include limited funds and adjustments to new policy-driven needs. Diversifying funding sources, optimizing budgets, and empowering the school committee are recommended solutions to improve financial management and educational quality

The creative industry holds significant potential in providing economic opportunities, especially for children with special needs (CSN), who often face limitations in independently utilizing their skills after graduating from school. A community service program at SLB 1 Payakumbuh aims to empower CSN through training in creative skills, managerial reinforcement, and product marketing. Using a practice-based approach, this training includes crafting production, graphic design, and introducing digital marketing platforms. The results indicate an improvement in technical skills and self-confidence, enabling CSN to produce high-quality products with competitive market value. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly in accessing capital, equipment, and business network support. This program also seeks to connect CSN with local communities and business actors to foster collaborations that support the sustainability of their creative enterprises. Through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and adequate facilities, CSN are expected to contribute independently to the creative economy while inspiring other communities to empower similar potential.

Leadership in education plays a crucial role in creating an environment that supports the development of both character and academic quality in students. One relevant leadership model is that of Prophet Muhammad SAW, who emphasized moral values, closeness to the community, consultation, and setting a good example. In this era of globalization, education that is both character-driven and competitive requires leaders who focus not only on academic aspects but also on integrating noble values to shape superior individuals. Therefore, it is essential to explore the principles of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership as a solution to the challenges in today’s education. This study aims to analyze the principles of Prophet Muhammad SAW’s leadership that can be applied in building character-based education that is also competitive. Nation-building requires long-term investment focused on improving human resource (HR) quality, where higher education levels play a crucial role in shaping superior HR. In Indonesia, the government continuously strives to expand access to and improve the quality of education across regions, including in Central Java Province. However, disparities in educational attainment remain a challenge, influenced primarily by social, economic, and demographic factors. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting education levels in Central Java in 2021, a post-pandemic year, using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) approach. Suspected influential factors include poverty rates, gender ratios, population growth rates, gross enrollment rates, net enrollment rates, expected years of schooling, and average years of schooling. The analysis results show that the data characteristics of these factors indicate asymmetrical distributions and high variability, as observed from wide boxplots for most factors. Only the expected years of schooling exhibit lower variability, with the presence of outliers. Assumption tests reveal that the data follow a multivariate normal distribution, are sufficient for factor analysis, and are dependent. The principal component analysis results indicate that two components are sufficient to explain overall data variability. The factor analysis forms two new components, identified as the welfare and education factor and the education participation factor.

Global phenomena highlight the increasing attention to entrepreneurship as a solution to reduce unemployment and promote sustainable economic growth (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth). On a local level, vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Indonesia face the challenge of low entrepreneurial intention, which has the potential to exacerbate youth unemployment rates. This study aims to explore entrepreneurship learning strategies and the contribution of teacher behavior in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The novelty of this research lies in integrating two key elements—innovative learning strategies and teacher behavior as role models—which have been minimally discussed in previous literature. The urgency of this research stems from its contribution to SDG 4 (Quality Education), by strengthening entrepreneurship education as a foundation for developing a competitive workforce. The method employed in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting and analyzing relevant journal articles using VOSviewer software based on selected keywords. The findings indicate that project-based and collaborative learning approaches enable students to directly experience real-world business challenges, such as developing business ideas and working in teams to solve practical problems. Teacher behavior, serving as both facilitator and motivator, plays a crucial role in encouraging students to dream big, believe in their abilities, and view entrepreneurship as an attractive career path. The implications of this research provide practical insights for educators and policymakers in designing effective entrepreneurship curricula while supporting the SDG agenda, particularly in promoting quality education, decent work, and inclusive economic growth. This study contributes to the reinforcement of sustainable entrepreneurship education in Indonesia.
