Learning models greatly determine the success of learning, including students' interest in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Make A Match learning model on interest in studying Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, a type of pre-experimental approach with a "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" design. The population was all 200 students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran who were Christians and a sample of 35 people was determined, namely class Data analysis uses the paired sample t-test formula. After conducting a pretest and posttest on the sample, the results of data analysis showed that the tcount > ttable value was 21.333 > 1.691. So H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of this research, it is known that by using the Make A Match learning model students' interest in learning can increase, this can be seen from the average score of 87.74 to 103 with a difference of 15.26. Thus, the researchers concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of implementing the Make A Match learning model on interest in studying Christian Religious Education and Character in Class

Latar belakang: Keadaan gizi yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam upaya mencapai derajat kesehatan yang optimal. Namun, berbagai penyakit gangguan gizi dan gizi buruk akibat tidak baiknya mutu makanan maupun jumlah makanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh masing-masing orang masih sering ditemukan diberbagai tempat di Indonesia. Rendahnya status gizi jelas berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Status gizi masyarakat dapat diketahui melalui penilaian konsumsi pangannya berdasarkan data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.   Tujuan Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberi motivasi serta informasi kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita tentang pentingnya pemenuhan gizi pada balita dan memberi motivasi kepada orang tua yang memiliki balita tentang pentingnya kesadaran dalam memperhatikan asupan kebutuhan anak. Metode Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melibatkan masyarakat   sebagai   bentuk   pemberdayaan   seperti   penyuluhan tentang gizi balita, pengukuran BB dan TB balita dan pemberian makanan tambahan kepada balita. Populasi  pada  kegiatan  ini  adalah  orang tua yang memiliki anak balita  di  Desa Rumah Berastagi, Kecamatan Berastagi. Hasil: Dari hasil pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita yaitu dengan tindakan pengukuran tinggi badan dan penimbangan berat badan diperoleh bahwa pertumbuhan balita mayoritas dalam kategori bagus atau baik. Simpulan: Pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita dapat terus dilakukan olah ibu yang memiliki anak balita melalui kegiatan posyandu.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. Based on the analysis of needs in the learning process, it is necessary to develop interactive learning medium. This study aims to produce a product in the form of an interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline which is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This research and development is designed based on the stages of the ADDIE development model (Analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). The subjects in this study were students of class X IPA 5 SMA Negeri 2 Kabanjahe, which consisted of 36 students. Based on the research which has been done, the validity of the interactive learning media developed obtained an average percentage of 87.26% by media experts and 87.82% by material experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the results of teacher responses and student responses in limited trials and field trials, an average percentage of assessment was obtained 94.5% by teachers, 85.67% by students in limited group trials and 86.07% by students in field trials with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of the application of interactive learning media that has been carried out to see the effectiveness with a set benchmark obtains results, namely for classical learning completeness, it reaches 80.56%, and the average percentage of effectiveness questionnaires is 94.72% with qualifications classified as effective. The increase in ability to understand mathematical concepts that occurs is a moderate increase. Based on the research acquisition data, it was concluded that the Articulate Storyline-based learning media developed in this study is valid, practical, and effective qualifications.

Empowering Early Childhood Communities through the Friendly Child House Program in Aenganyar Village, Giligenting Island, Sumenep. This program aims to provide special attention to early childhood and empower them through education, healthcare, social support, and parental empowerment. The program has a positive impact on improving the quality of life for children, developing skills, and promoting social values. Furthermore, it also builds strong relationships between children and the adults involved. The importance of empowering early childhood communities not only affects the present but also the future of children and society as a whole. Children are considered valuable assets to society and the nation, and ensuring they receive proper attention and support is a collective responsibility. The success of this program serves as an example for similar initiatives elsewhere and inspires further efforts in empowering early childhood.  

Development is a planned action of change and growth. Siagian (2005: 9) argues that development is "a growth and change effort that is consciously planned and carried out by a nation, state and government towards modernity in the framework of nation building". The aim of the development is to optimize the peace of mind of residents. Development itself is a marker of transformation for a country. As we know, the goal of the Indonesian nation's national development is to achieve a balanced, capable and prosperous society.

This study aims to analyze the willingness to pay visitors to the Pematangsiantar City Animal Park and the factors that influence the WTP of the Pematangsiantar City Animal Park. For the research, a sample of 100 people was taken, the sampling was carried out with purposive sampling technique. Sampling of 100 people is considered sufficient considering the population which is the object of research is considered homogeneous. The method used in this study using the TCM model, then continued with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the average value of the wellingness to pay (WTP) of tourists at the Pematang Siantar Animal Park Tourism Object was Rp. 10,185, -. And the factors that can affect the willingness to pay (WTP) of the Pematang Siantar Animal Park Tourism Object are income, education, travel time, and travel costs have a positive and significant value on the willingness to pay (WTP) of the Pematang Siantar Animal Park Tourism Object.

In this article, we will examine the impact of divorce (Division of Property & Child Custody) where this study was conducted at the Medan District Court. This divorce has a lot of impacts, especially on children. However, this article will focus on the division of assets and child custody as a cause and effect of divorce. This research uses descriptive qualitative and normative legal methods through analytical and observational approaches, with data collection techniques based on literature studies and interviews. Divorce is triggered by various reasons, including disharmonious relations between husband and wife in terms of fulfilling biological needs, issues of different principles of life, differences in income in improving welfare, infidelity. The decision to divorce results in the division of property and child custody, where custody falls to the mother because the child is under 12 years old. Referring to Article 105 KHI, which explains that child custody in divorce with children under 12 years old is given to the mother. Meanwhile, the distribution of assets is in accordance with applicable Islamic law.

This study aims to, (1) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts without using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (2) To find out the skills of writing procedural texts using the mind mapping method in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. (3) To find out the effect of the mind mapping method on the skills of writing procedural texts in class VII students of Siantar 1 Middle School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The population in this study was students from VII SMP Negeri 1 Siantar with a sample size of 30 students using the Mind Mapping method. The instruments used in this study were writing procedural text contents, writing procedural text structures, writing procedural text writing rules and language features of procedural texts. The method used in this research is one group pretest-posttest. Data analysis techniques use analysis requirements tests, normality tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results during the pretest obtained an average of 60.47, and were included in the sufficient category. Meanwhile, the results of the posttest research obtained an average score of 88 and were included in the very good category. Through testing the hypothesis, namely tcount > ttable, namely 8.5047 > 2.0484, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the use of the Mind Mapping method on the Writing Skills of Procedure Text in Class VII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siantar.

Immunization is one of the main goals of vaccination, which is basically can have passive or active immunity. Immunization is carried out in order to prevent the occurrence of diseases that can be prevented by carrying out immunization. The government is obliged to provide complete immunization for every baby and child. This study aims to analyze family knowledge and support for the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of the Parsoburan Health Center. This type of research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach. The number of samples in this study were 40 research samples. After conducting the research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and the infant's immunization status, a p-value of 0.000 is obtained, which is less than 0.05. There is a relationship between family support and infant immunization status with a p-value = 0.000 where the value is less than 0.05. It is hoped that the puskesmas will always provide information related to basic immunization for infants.

This study was to find out how the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to the topic of Colligative Properties in the science program at SMA Negeri 1 Babalan Class XII academic year 2021–2022 would increase students' problem-solving skills and learning activities. Three cycles of action research were used in this study. 32 SMA Negeri 1 Babalan students from the first semester of the academic year 2021–2022 served as the study's subjects. The findings came from watching students engage in learning activities and testing their capacity to solve problems at each stage of the Cycle. The results demonstrated that 1) college students' problem-solving skills improved by implementing the PBL model on the Colligative Properties subject, with average values from Cycles I to II and III of 56, 77, and 87, respectively, while the percentage of classical completion from Cycles I to II and III was 44%, 62,5%, and 87%, with gains from Cycles I to II of 0,083 and from Cycles II to II equal to 0,35; 2). Applying the PBL model to the topic of Colligative Properties resulted in an increase in the students' learning activities, with an average value of 75 in sufficient criteria, 77 in sufficient criteria, and 85 in good criteria from Cycle I to Cycle II and Cycle III, respectively.

Judging based on the results of observations made by the PKM team at Clarissa Batu Aji Middle School, the team found the problem that some students still did not understand the importance of counseling guidance in schools, which was caused by the thinking factors of participants who considered counseling to be scary and unimportant. The purpose of implementing this PKM is to provide students with an understanding of the importance of counseling guidance. The application of counseling guidance has benefits that include several things, namely: achieving positive mental health, individual effectiveness, ability to make decisions, and changes in behavior. In this case, it will help students to explore and increase their potential. The implementation of this PKM uses the method of observation, implementation of activities, and evaluation. The results obtained are students are able to better understand the importance of counseling guidance to increase the potential of interest and morale

This study aims to determine the Effect of Self-Efficacy and Emotional Intelligence on the Independence in Learning Economics of Class XI Social Sciences Students of SMA Negeri 1 Siantar Academic Year 2022/2023 with Achievement Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is ex post facto research. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Siantar, totaling 128 students. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 students who were taken based on simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Then the classic assumption test in this study is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was carried out by linear regression analysis for hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, path analysis and Sobel test for hypotheses 6 and 7 through the SPSS.25 program. The research results show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student achievement motivation with tcount(2.461) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.016 <0.05. (2) There is a positive and sig. between emotional intelligence on student achievement motivation with tcount(7.111) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on student learning independence with tcount(2.135) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.035 <0.05. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on student learning independence tcount(3.967) > ttable(1.661) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05. (5) There is a positive and significant influence of achievement motivation on student learning independence with a value of tcount(9.369) > ttable(1.661) with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. (6) Achievement motivation is able to mediate the influence of self-efficacy on student learning independence with a Sobel test statistic score of 2.427 > 1.96 (5% level) and a one-tailed probability value of 0.007 <0.05. (7) achievement motivation is able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence on student learning independence, with a Sobel test statistic score of 5.925 > 1.96 (5% level) and a one-tailed probability value of 0.0 <0.05.

Accounting is a process of recording, classifying, and concluding every financial transaction that occurs and is the main thing in the hospital's finance department. The finance department is also used as a reference by the directors in making policies and decisions. The existence of an Accounting Information System will make it easier for the finance department and other related parts such as cashiers and accounting to collect data.    This study aims to determine whether the accounting information system for inpatient income at Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, is good or not. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research while the processed data sources are secondary obtained through documents, notes, reports, archives and other supports according to the needs of the author. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation which will be analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form.    The results of the data analysis show that the organizational structure contained in the Benyamin Guluh Hospital, Kolaka Regency, has separated the duties and authorities of each work function. The procedures used are also in accordance with generally accepted standard operating procedures.

In 2019 the total number of tuberculosis cases in North Sumatra was recorded at 99,398 cases, while in 2020 there were 78,698 cases and in 2021 there were 57,247 cases. This study aims to look at the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with the risk of pulmonary TB transmission. This type of research is survey research which is analytic in nature. Cross sectional research design. The sample is pulmonary TB patients in the Working Area of the Kartini Public Health Center, Pematang Siantar City for the period of October 2022 as many as 44 people. Data analysis using chi square. The results of the study concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with the risk of pulmonary TB transmission in the family. The role of health workers and Community Health Centers is as a source of correct information through applicative counseling by giving leaflets to pulmonary TB patients.

In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative method. News script writing plays a very important position in radio news broadcasts. In writing broadcast scripts, scriptwriters must be able to write in a conversational or spoken language style in a concise, concise, and clear manner. Broadcast Script is broadcast material that will be delivered by broadcasters in broadcasting, especially broadcasts with script reading techniques.

Dan empati, mensyukuri rahmat dan ciptaan Allah dengan cara menahan diri dari tindakan yang merugikan orang lain dan mencegah penyebaran praktik yang tidak etis. Digital marketing di Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi sudah bagus mereka mengenalkan distro mereka melalui media social seperti instagram tetapi pemilihan lokasinya kurang strategis karena berada didalam perumahan yang letaknya tidak dipinggir jalan. Sedangkan desain dan kualitas produk, telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam motif dengan kualitas yang bagus, namun hasil penjualan fluktuatif padahal seharusnya jika semua indikator produk tersebut telah diterapkan dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk membeli produk sehingga menaikkan hasil penjualan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability yakni teknik sampel aksidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan atau insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digital marketing dan desain produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.  

Content creator training conducted by the Indonesian Business Polytechnic in collaboration with the Simarmata Young Generation to increase young people's creativity. This activity aims to increase young people's knowledge of using social media to get various benefits. Activities are carried out in workshops accompanied by practices using Instagram and TikTok media as content media. Seventy youth participants from Pematang Siantar attended the action. The training continued enthusiastically because the speaker is an activist content creator on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. After the activity, an activity survey showed that 98% of the participants were very interested in the material presented and gained new knowledge about using social media for more positive things.

UISU Siantar Vocational School is one of the private vocational schools and is one of the best Vocational Schools in Siantar. All SMK students are required to take part in industrial/prakerin work practices. The problem faced by partners is that when industrial work practices students do not have knowledge about the world of work and work ethic. A provision is needed for SMK students before industrial work practices take place. The training is carried out by providing material on an overview of the current labor market situation and the prospects for various types of jobs in the future. This activity is carried out by discussing between the training participants and the speakers. After training, the next stage in this activity is mentoring or teacher guidance. In the mentoring activities the training students are taught practice in behaving during the apprenticeship. The purpose of this activity is that students can get maximum work experience while carrying out an internship. Not only that, it is hoped that this internship activity can be used by students to demonstrate their abilities or capabilities in the world of work so that many people believe in and are interested in their abilities.
