Sustainable development is a development paradigm that is directly related to the balance of nature or the environment, just as the paradigm of sustainable development is a concept that is accepted as a political agenda of development for all countries in the world where the relationship between economy and ecology is important in the discussion of sustainable development itself. Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs The concept of sustainable development is a necessity to reconcile economic development, quality of life, and the environment in a diverse political framework that is interrelated at the international and global levels. Thus, it can be concluded that the meaning of sustainable development cannot be separated from environmental sustainability. A sustainable environment is expected to support human life. Sustainabledevelopment that is environmentally sound is able to improve the quality of life of present and future generations. Therefore, it is necessary to review the concept of local wisdom that exists in legislation and other Regulations that hierarchically exist under it to close loopholes and fence in such a way that the claims of local wisdom remain sacred and not easily perverted casually by the detractors of commercial economic interests for a moment. On the other hand, it is necessary to be aware of political elites and stakeholders to avoid intervention and political content of decisions taken by the government in intervening in cases of environmental damage under the pretext  of natural  disasters which are part of the bad side of law enforcement for environmental destruction, especially in the application of Strict Liability without having to prove a mistake.

Social and moral life is influenced by the technological devices we appraise. They enhance human worldviews, social practices, organizations, values, and lifestyles. Nowadays, it is difficult to be truly active in making technological decisions while technological devices are most often imposed on us, forcing many things on us. Apart from having a positive impact, the development of this technology also has a negative impact which can hinder direct interaction between people, where people already have a lot of indirect interaction, everyone is already dependent on technology, especially smartphones and social media, all activities already involves social media, be it news, business, learning and others.

A covenant establishes a structured accountability that allows all parties to act justly. The concept of a covenant in the Old Testament is used to describe the relationship between God and humans. This relationship forms a bond that involves the voluntary acceptance by the parties involved in the covenant, namely God and humans. The covenant between God and humans is not equal because it occurs within a special relationship where God accompanies, liberates, gives, and gathers humans to create order in life. God's regulations are intended for the behavior of Israel and include various norms and customs derived from local tribal regulations, tribal traditions, priestly teachings, and wisdom teachings.

Primary legal sources related to human rights as well as secondary legal materials in the form of literature and professional opinions on these topics are included in the secondary data of this study. The value, quality and condition of the data collected were considered during the comparative descriptive analysis of the data collected. The quality, value and condition of the relevant data were measured and used as the foundation of this research. With the research methodology used, the findings and analysis of this research are expected to answer the research question of human rights protection in the view of hadith and the 1945 Constitution article 28, while taking into consideration the viewpoints of both national law and hadith. Islamic law is built on a solid and complete structure because it comes from Allah, the Almighty, the Most Praiseworthy. It shows and conveys all the benefits of the world and the hereafter. The relationship between the Hadith view and Article 28 of the 1945 Constitution shows the relationship between religious teachings and positive law in an effort to protect human rights

Aqidah Akhlak education is the initial education or religious foundation that children must have from an early age, Aqidah Akhlak education in elementary schools has been integrated into Islamic religious education subjects. This is in accordance with the aim of education, namely to make students as human beings who fear God Almighty and have noble character. This research aims to examine Hamka's views on neo-Sufism and understand how he views this phenomenon from a religious, social and intellectual perspective. Hamka, as one of the Islamic reformers in Indonesia, tried to harmonize the exoteric (natali) and esoteric (batini) aspects in his teachings. He offers a concept of Sufism that prioritizes cleanliness of the heart and seeks to synergize social and spiritual elements. This research uses a qualitative research design with a content analysis method. The data analyzed includes descriptions and opinions from books written by Hamka as well as discussions of thoughts written by them and others. Through this analysis, the researcher seeks to understand the complexity of the relationship between religious traditions and the challenges of modernity in Hamka's view of neo-Sufism. The results of the research show that Hamka criticizes certain aspects of neo-Sufism which he considers to be contrary to true Islamic teachings, such as mystical practices that have no basis in the Koran and Sunnah, as well as excessive emphasis on spiritual experiences without being based on solid religious knowledge. Hamka emphasized the importance of knowledge, education and spiritual guidance in achieving a correct understanding of Islam and the practice of Sufism in accordance with Islamic values. Hamka's views on neo-Sufism also reflect his concern about the social and cultural changes of his time. He offers active, dynamic and progressive Sufism as a solution to the spiritual crisis of modern humans. Hamka emphasized the need for stronger and more dynamic involvement in society, as well as maintaining a balance between worldly life and the afterlife. This research provides insight into the complexity of the relationship between religious traditions and the challenges of modernity within the framework of Hamka's thinking, as well as the importance of maintaining the integrity of Islamic teachings in facing the dynamics of changing times. The study of Hamka's views on neo-Sufism provides an important basis for understanding the religious and intellectual dynamics in contemporary Islam.

The study of dialogue in the context of pluralism of religions (multi-religious), which is also linked to the implementation of missions or preaching in religions, is not a new issue in the study of theology and the study of religions; considered by the author to be important to continue to study. The reason why dialogue linked to mission is being discussed at this time is firstly, dialogue that assumes acceptance between fellow religious believers displays the murky reality of harmonious relations between religious believers. Good dialogue to be developed by religious communities is dialogue of action and dialogue of life as a form of dialogue that is correlational and globally responsible. Second, Christian mission can be understood as an effort to lift humanity from its downturned reality.

The main material for writing this article comes from the routine recitation of Ngaji Filsafat held at the Jendral Sudirman Mosque in Yogyakarta on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 with Dr. Fahruddin Faiz, M.Ag. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the extent of the relationship between religion and science.  The relationship between religion and science is a complementary relationship. How science can only detect things that are visible to the eye, realistic, musyahadah. Meanwhile, religion, in addition to being able to detect things that are musyahadah, is also able to know the reality of the unseen. In this life, humans cannot be separated from these two things. So that's when humans don't just feel enough with science, humans need religion too. Vice versa, when humans only rely on the supernatural, humans will find it difficult to overcome the problems that occur in everyday life. As was the case in 2019 when a pandemic occurred. Then science played an important role at that time. Although not a few of the religionists who “surrender” to God's destiny. Religion and science are both fitrah, a very basic/basaliy soul urge. If there is a difference between religion and science it is because the footing is different. A scientist is open, will seek and search for new theories according to need. While religion has crowned itself as the absolute/final truth. It needs to be said that science and religion are both interpretations. Science interprets real phenomena, the reality of the universe, while religion interprets God's verses, religious texts. From this, science and religion can complement each other and there is a meeting point.
