This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model increases student creativity in Indonesian language subjects for class IV SD IT Al Fikri Islamic Green School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods which were carried out at SD IT Al Fikri Islamic Green School for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research was carried out through the opening stages of learning, planning projects and determining groups, preparing activity schedules, supervising the progress of projects and assessments. The research subjects were class IV of SD IT Al Fikri Islamic Green School, totaling 28 people. The research showed that teachers planned project based learning according to standards. module process Data was collected using sheets, knowledge tests, observation of student activities, documentation and interviews. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis.The results of the research show that the Project Based Learning (PJBL) learning model can increase the creativity of fourth grade students at SD IT Al Fikri Islamic Green School in learning Indonesian as evidenced by the increase in student scores which are better than before.

Tebing Tinggi is experiencing rapid development, with the youth population becoming an important asset because they will be the next generation in shaping the quality of life in the future. This study aims to design a youth center that can be a place for recreation and develop talent interests through various activities for teenagers so they can grow in a positive and healthy environment both indoors and outdoors. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where a survey is carried out using a questionnaire and also concept exploration by collecting information which includes a literature review and analysis of related case studies. Next, the collected data is analyzed to produce a design concept. The theme raised is metaphorical architecture to create architecture that symbolizes inspiration, creativity and collaborative growth with teenagers. The research results found that the design aspect involved the use of symbols and creative elements that convey messages, as well as paying attention to symbolic meanings that could inspire teenagers. Symbolic principles communicate positive messages, provide unique experiences, and allow for flexibility in the use of space. Symbolic architecture is applied through the metaphor of nerve cells, with the concept of togetherness and unity where the building and outdoor space are connected to each other, thereby optimizing outdoor space to avoid negative space and creating connections for visitors. The nerve cell metaphor is applied to the shape of the building which can be seen through the facade and bird's eye view with the presence of a plaza in the site plan and easy access to reach the entire building with the pavement around the site. Apart from that, transparent material is also an architectural element that is used to create a connected visual impression.

This study examines the use of Book Creator in increasing creativity in writing persuasive speeches for grade VIII.3 students at SMP Pupuk Kujang. The researcher implemented PTK (Classroom Action Research) through several steps, including (1) identifying stages in increasing creativity in writing persuasive speeches using Book Creator in grade VIII.3 students at SMP Pupuk Kujang, (2) carrying out measurements related to increasing student creativity in writing persuasive speeches using Book Creator in grade VIII.3 students, and (3) collecting student responses to the use of Book Creator in supporting creativity write their persuasive speeches. Students in grade VIII.3 are designated as research subjects, and data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and tests. The results of the descriptive-analytic analysis showed that: (1) the teaching process conducted by the teacher was effective, (2) the use of Book Creator media effectively improves students' ability to write persuasive speeches, as evidenced by the increase in the average classical score from 64.28 in the first cycle to 85.14 in the second cycle, and (3) students' reactions to using Book Creator in the classroom were favorable.

Education in Indonesia is experiencing development, students are required to compete in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 in the 21st century to be able to improve their abilities, namely collaboration, communication, creative and critical thinking and problem solving skills. So an effort is needed that can be applied to learning activities and one of them is through the application of the Project Based Learning learning model. This project-based learning is a learning strategy that empowers students to gain knowledge and understanding. The aim of this research is to increase student creativity through project-based learning to create teaching media to introduce the female reproductive organs and their functions. Classroom action research research design. The population of this research is all students taking women's health and family planning courses for the 2022-2023 academic year with a sample size of 13 odd semester (three) students. The data collection technique looks at activity during the lecture process and monitors the progress of projects carried out by students using observation assisted by instruments, namely written tests, performance tests and observation sheets. The results show an increase in learning outcomes in the category of students' thinking skills and creativity, which can be seen from the students' enthusiasm in completing the Teaching Aids for Introduction to Female Reproductive Organs project as well as presenting and publishing the results of their work. So it can be concluded that the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of thinking skills and creativity of students at the Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Midwifery Academy for the 2022/2023 Academic Year.  

The aim of this research is to explain the impact of implementing integrated STEAM learning based on Local Wisdom in improving the 4 Cs in the 21st Century. The research method used is a case study in an elementary school, with data collection through classroom observations, interviews with teachers and students, as well as analysis of the results. learning before and after implementing STEAM learning. The data in this study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that integrated STEAM learning based on local wisdom helps elementary school students achieve 21st century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication, with an average increase of over 3,500 in each skill category. Furthermore, contextual learning by integrating local wisdom in learning makes learning more meaningful. The implications of this research provide an important contribution to the development of meaningful learning management in elementary schools to equip students with the skills needed in the future.

This article discusses the dangers faced by teenagers, both physically and psychologically. Adolescence is an important transition period in an individual's life, where they experience various physical, emotional and social changes. This article outlines some of the physical dangers that teenagers face, such as the risk of death, suicide attempts, physical disabilities, and problems with awkwardness or stiffness. Additionally, psychological dangers are discussed, including immature social behavior, risky sexual behavior, and conflict in family relationships. It is important to understand that these dangers can have a significant impact on a teenager's development and well-being. Therefore, this article also explores the implications of adolescent development in the context of counseling services, including the importance of emotional development, moral education, religious awareness, creativity, and political awareness. In conclusion, this article highlights the complexity of adolescence and the importance of appropriate interventions in supporting positive adolescent development.

Fine motor skills are movements carried out by the fingers with a central nervous cell arrangement that regulates the use of small muscle groups such as the fingers and hands, and often require precision and coordination with the hands. One type of game that can optimize children's fine motor development is puzzle games. Puzzles are a type of game that improves thinking skills, makes it easier to remember and understand concepts, and increases creativity. Puzzle games are simple games that are played in pairs and require precision because children are trained to focus their minds so they can concentrate. The aim of this activity is to improve fine motor development in children through puzzle play therapy. It was found that respondents were very enthusiastic about carrying out play therapy. The conclusion from this activity is that fine motor development in children can be trained using puzzle play therapy.

Today's students, often referred to as the digital generation, tend to be more interested and responsive to interactive and visual learning media. However, traditional teaching methods that tend to be monotonous are often unable to fulfil students' learning needs and interests. Therefore, innovation in learning approaches is necessary. One of the innovative solutions in learning media development is the use of graphic design applications such as Canva. With its user-friendly features, Canva allows teachers to create more dynamic and interesting teaching materials, which in turn can increase students' motivation and understanding of the values taught in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti. The development method or R&D using the ADDIE model is a learning design model that provides an organised process in the construction of teaching materials that can be used in both face-to-face and online learning. The use of learning media that suits students' needs not only increases their attention to the lesson, but also provides a comprehensive learning experience, reinforces a thorough understanding of the material, and encourages students' active involvement in the learning process. Thus, students have greater opportunities to develop their creativity and potential in a supportive learning environment. Learning media plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes by providing an engaging and efficient teaching-learning process. It allows students to understand the subject matter more easily, increases learning efficiency in accordance with the learning objectives, and improves their concentration and motivation.

Reusing used mineral water bottles as material for making piggy banks is a popular way to teach children about the importance of saving from an early age. This practice also has the added benefit of reducing the amount of plastic waste scattered around the living environment. Plastic waste that is not managed properly can cause serious environmental pollution. The service activity at Primary School 56, Tihu Subdistrict regarding making piggy banks from used bottles aims to train children's skills in processing used goods into something useful, but also to teach the importance of saving from an early age. Making piggy banks from used bottles is an opportunity for children to develop their creativity by utilizing used items into useful products. Through this activity, children can learn while being creative, understanding the importance of protecting the environment and managing waste better, as well as motivating them to like saving.

Pujodadi Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, what was carried out in this activity included preparation, training and implementation of product manufacturing. The results achieved in implementing the community service program were increasing public knowledge about the benefits of fish bone waste, increasing knowledge in making fish bone crackers and providing a new product, namely fish bone crackers. The training in making catfish bone crackers really helped the Pujodadi community, especially the women of Hamlet 2. In this extension, the women of Hamlet 2 were very enthusiastic about this training. This training is carried out so that waste that is usually thrown away can be used into useful products that are ready to be sold.

Furthermore, this study aims to identify the factors that influence an individual's level of creativity, with the hope of making a tangible contribution to the development of innovative management strategies. 21st Century Learning is an educational concept that focuses on developing students' skills to achieve success which is influenced by technology, information and globalization. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are able to prepare students to develop the skills needed for 21st century learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by searching for data and information whose findings are not obtained through calculations and statistical procedures so that the results are descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of written objects such as books, magazines, documents, and so on. The results of this research show that Ma'had Al-Zaytun, which is based on the spirit but modern Islamic boarding school system, instills the skills needed in 21st century learning, including the ability to think critically in dealing with every problem, the ability to think critically, and the ability to think critically. communicate using various languages, the ability to Large Scale Collaboration (KSBB), the ability to produce products (creativity) with the help of computer technology and have a religious character that comes from the Al-Qur'an, the sunnah of Rosul Muhammad SAW, the qualities contained in Asmaul Husna and Asmaun Nabi, as well as the character of nationalism contained in the five foundations of the state (Pancasila), the 1945 Constitution and the national anthem Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza.

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of diversity and equality in modern organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach, by conducting case studies of several different organizations in the private sector. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with senior managers, employees, and through analysis of internal company documents. The results show that diversity in terms of background, gender, and expertise can contribute significantly to innovation and creativity within organizations. Meanwhile, the implementation of equality in organizational policies and practices has a positive impact on employee satisfaction, loyalty, and work productivity. Analysis using VOSviewer showed that key concepts that emerged included inclusiveness, fairness, collaboration and respect for individual uniqueness. Nonetheless, challenges related to conflict management, organizational culture adaptation, and managing change remain a key focus in the implementation of diversity and equality in various organizational contexts. The findings provide a deeper understanding of how organizations can leverage diversity and equality as strategic resources to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth in an increasingly complex global marketplace.

Tahfidz or memorization is pronunciation that is done repeatedly and is a teaching that is done for the first time orally or by memorization. By memorizing you need to use methods to make it easy and fun, such as applying the Ummi method. The ummi method is a practical Qur'an reading method that does not require much explanation and is repeated in learning to read the Qur'an. This method uses tones or songs that can make it easier for students to memorize. SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya is one of the schools that implements tahfidz learning using the ummi method and has been implemented for 1 year and progress has been seen. This research focuses on tahfidz learning in class V of SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya. The problems formulated in this research are (1) How is the implementation of the ummi method at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02 (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the ummi method at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Ummi method in learning tahfidz at SDIT Rabbi Radhiyya 02 as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses a type of field research using a qualitative approach. The data sources obtained came from primary data and secondary data. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the ummi method in learning tahfidz uses tones or songs in each lesson, be it tahsin or tahfidz. Preparations can be made in the form of classrooms, dividing groups to take part in this tahfidz learning with a fun implementation. Its implementation uses several steps, namely Opening, Appreciation, Concept Planting, Concept Understanding, Practice/Skills, Assessment/evaluation, and Closing. The evaluation results of student assessments have increased successfully using this method and many students have achieved the targets set by the school. Supporting factors in implementing the Ummi method are having adequate facilities and creativity for teachers, potential students, and families who support learning conditions. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the different abilities of students, families who do not support them, and the quality of each student's reading. In this research, the concept of edupreneurship is used as an approach in designing the process of applying creativity in providing education to the public about opportunities to increase financial coffers. The potential for good cooperation between pkk mothers who meet every week and the abundant natural potential can increase income and add value. One of the abundant potentials is the mangrove plant whose leaves and fruit can be used. This research aims to (1) map the environmental and economic potential of the Tapak Village community with an edupreneurship perspective (2) Increase community creativity, especially coastal communities which have abundant mangroves (3) Create jobs for the community to increase financial coffers. The research method used in this research was carried out by a project in Tapak Village. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. with research subjects namely the community of pkk mothers in Tapak Village, Tugu District, Semarang City. The research results show that the potential of the Tapak Village community has abundant resources in the form of mangrove plants, considering that the community is enthusiastic and united. Abundant resources in the form of mangrove plants can be used as processed food which has sales value in the field of health snacks.

This study aimed to assess the impact of cognitive involvement, affective involvement, and customer behavioral involvement on online purchase intentions, with customer experience as a mediator on the Shopee application in Medan City. The research included 130 respondents from Medan City, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the SMARTPLS version 3.0 program, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), measurement models (outer models), structural measurements (inner models), and hypothesis testing. The results indicated that customer cognitive involvement had a positive but insignificant effect on customer experience. Affective and behavioral involvement had a positive and significant effect on customer experience. Both cognitive and behavioral involvement had a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions, while customer affective involvement had a positive but insignificant effect on online purchase intentions. Furthermore, customer experience had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing intentions. It was found that customer experience was unable to mediate the influence of customer involvement on online purchasing intentions. However, customer experience was able to mediate the influence of affective and behavioral customer involvement on online purchasing intentions. Hence, businesses using the Shopee application can enhance customer engagement and leverage technological advancements to attract purchasing intentions by introducing additional features with creativity and openness.

This systematic review investigates the significant role of ChatGPT in higher education, with a specific focus on its influence on academic writing. Utilizing insights from 17 peer-reviewed articles published between 2022 and 2024, it evaluates ChatGPT's features, advantages, and challenges in assisting both students and educators. ChatGPT enhances efficiency by automating repetitive tasks such as grammar correction, sentence restructuring, and formatting, allowing students to focus on critical thinking and content refinement. Its ability to enhance language, correct grammar, and maintain structural coherence proves especially valuable for non-native English speakers, fostering greater accessibility and fairness in academic writing. Moreover, ChatGPT fosters creativity through brainstorming support, simplifies technical explanations for diverse academic audiences, and enhances iterative learning by providing real-time feedback on coherence, language, and argumentation. The study underscores the risks of bias in AI-generated content and the possibility of worsening educational disparities due to unequal access to advanced AI technologies. Establishing clear institutional policies and ethical guidelines is essential to address these concerns and ensure responsible AI use. The review concludes that ChatGPT is a powerful tool for improving academic writing and learning in higher education. However, its success relies on a balanced integration of AI's capabilities with sound pedagogical practices to uphold academic integrity and encourage independent critical thinking.

The rapid advancement of artificial Intelligence in education and employment necessitates that universities generate graduates capable of adapting to the future of artificial Intelligence. Numerous studies have examined the adaptation and challenges of implementing AI among students. This study aims to identify the essential values and their incorporation into curricula to enhance students' preparedness for the contemporary workforce influenced by Artificial Intelligence. The study used a qualitative method, using literature studies and empirical studies. The study's findings indicate that students must possess seven skills to effectively compete with advancements in AI technology: problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity and innovation, communication, collaboration, digital data literacy, and ethical judgment. With these skills, students can control and collaborate with technology, making production performance more effective, efficient, and high quality. Acquiring skills to navigate the AI era can be achieved by incorporating Logic, Philosophy, English, Business Management, Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship, and Ethics courses.

Co-working spaces have gained popularity in recent years as a flexible and cost-effective solution for freelancers, startups, and small businesses looking for a collaborative work environment. This article examines the key success factors for a co-working space business model, drawing on insights from industry experts and research studies. By identifying these critical factors, co-working space operators can optimize their business model and enhance their chances of success in a competitive market. The development of the use of co-working space is now increasingly promising. Many of the startup companies and freelancers who use co-working space as a place for daily activities to work. Co-working space also helps to differentiate work and daily activities from these workers. However, the business model of co-working space is relatively vulnerable. This study aims to evaluate the factors that can increase the success of the co-working space business model, considering the importance of co-working space as the development of creativity. This study involved 116 users from two businesses that achieved success in managing the co-working space. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey and structurally analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study identified that shared workspace management and supporting co-working space operations played an important role in determining the success of this business model. Membership management has no significant effect. Therefore, the management of co-working space can be focused on these two elements
