In essence, every religion wants its adherents to live peacefully in the midst of religious and cultural diversity. However, this hope does not always materialize in the construction of real life on Indonesian soil with the presence of inter-religious and inter-ethnic conflicts. Conflict experiences become endless lessons as an effort to maintain peace and harmony in religious life. A number of local praxis and initiatives were raised to untangle the tangled threads of inter-religious conflicts in Indonesia by prioritizing a balanced way of religious life that does not view others as opponents. This study of reciprocity in relation to religious moderation originates from the local context of Larantuka and draws its relevance to efforts to inculcate religious moderation in Indonesia. In a more specific context, the focus of this study is to describe the practical life of religious communities in the city of Larantuka, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara which can be seen as the foundation and medium for grounding the ideals of religious moderation in Indonesia. The praxis of life in question is the reciprocity of young students in the city of Larantuka both within the school environment and among people who have different religious and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, the basic question is how reciprocity among students in the city of Larantuka can become an inspiration and basis for efforts to instill religious moderation.

Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals. MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak administration includes payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP), extracurricular money (including: scouts, computers, volleyball and drum bands) and Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) money up to the preparation of financial reports every day, every month to every years to be reported to interested parties, such as the school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation, and all these payments are still recorded manually. This system has a weakness, namely in terms of recording school administration payments it is less effective because it has to record in triplicate, namely on student payment cards, daily data payment report books, and monthly data payment report books, as well as the process of finding data and submitting student payment reports is not fast. With the existence of a system, it is hoped that later the design can assist in the transaction process for paying tuition fees, UTS, UAS and all expenses at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak, besides being able to produce software applications that aim to increase productivity and support facilities in administrative activities, especially tuition payments. , UTS, UAS and expenditure transactions at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak and the recording process becomes more effective because recording is only once during the school financial administration payment process and speeds up the process of searching for data and submitting school financial administration payment reports

Discipline is defined as an effort to control oneself and the mental attitude of the individual or society in developing obedience and obedience to the rules and regulations based on encouragement and awareness that arises from the heart. If it is associated with learning, the discipline of learning is more related to the mental attitude of the individual in his obedience to carrying out learning activities The research was conducted at SD Negeri Kaliwungu 01 and SD Negeri 02 in Kaliwungu Village, Kaliwungu District. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. The variable of this research is learning discipline as the independent variable, which is measured by two sub-variables, namely learning discipline in the school environment and family environment. The second variable is learning achievement as the dependent variable. The results showed that there was a relationship between the sub-variables of learning discipline in the school environment and learning achievement, but its contribution was very weak. This can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.064 with a significance value on both sides of 0.491>0.05. While the sub-variable of learning discipline in the family environment also has a relationship with learning achievement with the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.183 with a significance value on both sides of 0.043 <0.05. In addition, the two sub-variables are interrelated which shows the correlation coefficient value of 0.366 with a 2-sided significance = 0.000 <0.05. Overall, the results of this study also show that there is a relationship between learning discipline variables (both school and family environments) with student achievement at SDN Kaliwungu 01 and 02. This relationship is known by the Kendall concordance test with a correlation coefficient of 0.539 and Asymp. Sig. =0.000<0.05. These results indicate that there is a relationship between learning discipline and learning achievement. In addition, the magnitude of the effect on achievement is 53.9%.

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.

The purpose of this principal's action research was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City in preparing assessment administration through academic supervision. The type of research used in this research is school action research. The activities in this study consisted of action planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection techniques used class observation techniques. The observation instrument used was the teacher's ability assessment tool (APKG) in the form of a learning administration assessment instrument. The data analysis used is a comparative descriptive analysis technique. Quantitative data obtained is described in the form of words or explanations. Furthermore, data comparisons are carried out to ensure whether there is an increase in the ability of teachers in the assessment of learning administration. The results of the study show that academic supervision can improve the ability of teachers to prepare assessment administration in learning at SD Inpres XXXVII Uneng City 26.2%.

This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of student discipline on learning achievement in fourth grade students of SD N Batursari 01 Mranggen in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This type of research is descriptive statistics. The population in this study were all fourth grade elementary school students, totaling 200 students. The research sample was selected by cluster sampling technique. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method given to 117 students from SD N Batursari 03 Mranggen, SD N Batursari 02 Mranggen, and SD N 01 Mranggen. The data obtained were tested using a simple regression test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 16.0 . program The results of this study indicate that student discipline is classified as very high with an average of 79.38. The test results show that the student discipline variable has a significant effect on the student achievement variable, with the results of the calculation tcount = 2,513 meaning tcount > ttable (ttable = 1.9808). Thus, one of the reasons for the high and low learning achievement of students is the discipline of students by 52%, but it is also caused by other factors of 48%, both internal and external factors.

The school principal's performance assessment is a form of evaluating the quality of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the school principal in carrying out managerial and supervisory functions in the institution he leads. This activity is important to do in order to know the quality of the school principal's performance. The stages passed: forming the Foundation PKKS team, formulating the PKKS format, socializing the PKKS agenda, coaching from supervisors, PKKS visits, and submitting findings. The results showed that the school principal's performance assessment found incomplete documents so that it was recommended that the school make improvements that could help prepare the school for re-accreditation.

The purpose of this community service activity at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga is to help students become more proficient in managing Preschool Field Introduction Program activities. Students will practice direct observation of school culture, observation to develop competence, and direct observation of the learning process in class during this community service activity. Teachers, staff and supervising lecturers at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga also guide students in carrying out this observation activity so that it can be realized in further activities. The method used in this service uses a field survey method. This program involves school principals and teachers at SD Negeri 3 Lamangga. The results of this service show that students have achieved the indicators set such as observation, attitude and discipline very well with a score weight of 1075.03 with an average score of 89.59.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. The learning process requires the existence of media to encourage the effectiveness and efficiency of learning activities. This study aims to describe the thematic learning process with a scientific approach assisted by digital media which was carried out in class II Bandar 3 elementary school. And to find out what digital media are used and what obstacles are experienced during the learning process. Specifically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research method. Based on the results of the study, the learning process for class II Bandar 3 elementary school Pacitan was carried out in three stages, namely the planning stage was carried out by the teacher by matching and seeing the lesson plans, the implementation stage in which the teacher carried out explanation activities, asked questions, and gave assignments. While the teacher assessment stage assesses student activities from the aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Deviant behavior among adolescents has always been a concern in itself. Therefore parents must rise to carry out their obligations to children, in the form of supervision, attention, and good education, so that later they become generations that can benefit other Muslims. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah banjang uses a contact book as a means to shape the morals of its students. The contact book has programs that must be filled out by the homeroom teacher for activities at school and programs that must be filled out by parents for activities at home. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the contact book program affects student morals at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Integral Al-Ukhuwah, Amuntai Regency, South Kalimantan Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the contact book is made within a framework of intention to build effective communication between parents and schools to shape student morals, there is an influence from the application of the contact book on student morals, including discipline in worship, social, and self-reliance.

Learning while playing, playing while learning is the principle of fun learning in PAUD. Early age at school is an effective age for developing various potentials that children have. This research is motivated by a problem, namely the application of the principle of playing while learning is still not optimal in developing multiple intelligences in early childhood. This study aims to stimulate children's brains in the long term, so that their memories are always filled with activities that give positive impressions and of course are fun for children, and to find out the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher's feelings about the concept of playing while learning for early childhood. The purpose of playing is basically directed at developing children's multiple intelligences. The principle of playing while learning prioritizes playing activities rather than learning, meaning that learning activities in PAUD are more dominated by fun and exciting activities for children. The theoretical foundations in this study are: the concept of playing while learning, the notion of learning, the concept of PAUD learning, the concept of early childhood education. The approach method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that PAUD Dharma Bakti uses the method of playing while learning to increase the multiple intelligences of children. The conclusion of this study is that learning while playing is very effective to do. This research aims to analyze the meaning of qualisigns in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye and its implications for literature learning in vocational schools (SMK). The research method used is qualitative descriptive with semiotic analysis technique. The data used are quotations from the novel Bumi that contain qualisigns. The results show that qualisigns in the novel Bumi have various meanings, such as attentive, polite, angry, and others. These signs are presented by the author as a representation of the characters or situations presented in the novel. The quotations that become the focus of the study, namely "Dasar guru sok galak. Tidak tahu apa, tambah keriting saja rambutnya setiap kali dia marah-marah" and "Di dalam kardus berwarna pink, beralaskan talam lembut, ditutup kain sutra, hadiah ulang tahunku menunggu," contain qualisigns that have clear meanings. The implications of this research for literature learning in SMK are the importance of understanding literary semiotics as a theoretical foundation for understanding the meaning of signs in literary works. Literature learning in SMK should include an understanding of literary signs, both qualisigns and other signs, so that students can appreciate and understand literary works better

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the inquiry learning model during teaching and learning activities in Civics Education (PKn)  SD . This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in elementary schools because there are still many teachers who do not apply innovative learning models, teacher-centered conventional learning models that make students less active in the learning process. The Inquiry Learning learning model emphasizes the process of critical and analytical thinking to seek and find answers to the problems in question. This study aims to determine student learning outcomes after participating in learning with the Card Sort method in SKI lessons on Muslim Scientists and their role during the Umayyad dynasty. This research is a class action research (PTK), the subject of this research is class VII-1 students of MTs Nurul Hidayah Majalangu Watukumpul District, Kab. Pemalang for the 2020/2021 school year with a total of 33 students. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The results showed that before the card sort method was applied (pre-cycle activities) student achievement was still relatively low, namely the percentage of students who achieved KKM was 39.39%, after learning using the card sort method the percentage of students could increase, namely achieving KKM in cycle I 72 .73% then becomes 90.45% in cycle II. Overall it can be concluded that the card sort method can improve students' learning achievement (results) in SKI lessons about Muslim Scientists and their role during the Umayyad dynasty.

Character education in today's era is very important to be applied to elementary school children. Character education is an effort that is applied to instill religious, moral, ethical values ​​in elementary school children through science, assisted by parents, teachers, and the community. This service aims to socialize to parents as the first environment for a child to get an education, how important it is to instill character education values ​​starting at an early age and especially in children at elementary school age. This community service is carried out in RW 8, Mandala Village, Merauke District, Mareauke Regency. This activity is carried out in 3 parts where in each part it uses the lecture method and question and answer discussion with parents. The results of this training are 1) increased understanding of parents about the importance of character education for elementary school children. 2) the increasing desire of parents to implement character education for children in elementary schools

Technology developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 provide many opportunities to improve supply chain performance and performance. The existence of the waste processing industry as a business has prospects for development, given the large amount of waste generated by the community and the need for several processed products. PT A reduced the amount of garbage that accumulates in the final disposal site (TPA) by reprocessing the waste produced by the community. The existence of waste banks, government agencies, hotels, zoos, and Islamic boarding schools is one of the sources of waste that is processed for waste products. This paper seeks to develop the concept of a digital supply chain by adopting the supply chain model run by PT A. The initial identification presented in this paper can result in several technology identifications that need to be prioritized in implementing relevant technologies in the industry. Handicraft is an artistic activity that focuses on hand skills and functions to process raw materials that are often found in the environment into objects that are not only of use value but also of aesthetic value. In the Community Service (PKM) activity of STIE Mahaputra Riau, lecturers and students involved in this activity came directly to the Annisa Pekanbaru Orphanage to provide training on making handicrafts with simple ingredients to produce handicraft products that have a high selling value in the market, conduct discussions , questions and answers and counseling about effective marketing strategies to market the handicraft products produced as well as providing motivation about the concepts and benefits of entrepreneurship for school-age children at the Annisa Orphanage Pekanbaru. This PKM activity aims to generate and foster an interest in entrepreneurship for school-age children at the Annisa Orphanage, Pekanbaru, Riau, so that they are motivated to realize their own business or business independently and succeed with their own business by engaging in the handicraft business.

Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.
