This article underlines the significance of teaching the English language to raise awareness of women's empowerment. It explores beyond the basic understanding of language proficiency to educate on gender issues and encourage progressive action. By reviewing the literature, the article identifies effective teaching strategies for discussing women's empowerment issues in the context of English language learning. This article aims to contribute to raising social awareness and inspire concrete actions towards achieving gender equality. In an increasingly complex and globalized society, understanding the importance of women's role in development is critical to achieving sustainable and inclusive development.

The rapid development of educational technology presents new opportunities for enhancing the teaching and learning process through electronic media, which can make learning more interesting and interactive, thus increasing student motivation and engagement. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of different teaching methods direct teaching and the use of audio-visual media in enhancing English language comprehension among fifth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Pahandut, Palangka Raya. The research involved a service activity conducted with lecturers and students from the Tadris English Education Study Program (TBI) IAIN Palangka Raya. The methodology included both pre-service preparations and the implementation of two distinct teaching approaches. Class 5A received direct teaching with active interaction, while Class 5B utilized interactive videos. The study revealed that conventional teaching in Class 5A faced challenges such as reduced student engagement and passive participation. However, strategic improvements in teaching techniques and classroom management were recommended to enhance effectiveness. In contrast, the use of technological media in Class 5B resulted in higher student engagement and better comprehension of the material, as evidenced by their active participation and correct responses during activities. Overall, the study highlights the advantages and disadvantages of both teaching methods, emphasizing that the choice of method should be context-specific and aligned with learning objectives and student characteristics. The findings suggest that integrating technological media can significantly enhance the learning experience and outcomes, particularly for elementary school students.

Behavior between fellow students is an increasingly disturbing phenomenon in the school environment. This can have a negative impact on the mental and emotional health of students who are victims. In facing this problem, teachers have an important role in responding to it. Teachers' efforts to address behavior include an educational approach, fostering positive values, creating an inclusive and supportive environment, and providing an understanding of the importance of respecting differences. The type of research used is qualitative, a research model that uses descriptive data in the form of written or spoken language from people and actors who can be observed. This qualitative research is carried out to explain and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. The conclusion is that, with the active role of teachers, it is hoped that the school environment can become a safe and supportive place for all students, without discrimination based on physical appearance.

This research was conducted to determine various language errors contained in the mini research reports of students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation and literature study. The source of data in this research is a mini research report from students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program Class of 2022, 3rd semester in the 2023 Academic Year at Medan State University. Based on the analysis activities that have been carried out, various language errors were found in the areas of phonology, morphology, syntax and semantics.

The research results identified four main categories of errors, namely errors in writing letters, words, punctuation marks, and absorption elements. In-depth analysis is carried out by classifying each error category into more specific types along with examples and corrections. These findings show the importance of understanding and mastering good and correct Indonesian language rules in writing scientific papers, especially for students. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable information for teachers and related institutions to improve students' language skills in writing quality scientific papers.

The data analyzed includes findings about the use of Javanese in various life contexts, factors that influence diglossia, and the social and cultural impact of changes in language use patterns. The purpose of this study was to analyze the problems of mathematics education students in real analysis courses. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The research objective of the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method is to evaluate, review and recognize relevant research so as to be able to answer questions on the specified research. The results of the research from analyzing this that the most common problem faced is the occurrence of student misconceptions about the material, concepts in learning that are quite a lot, minimal Indonesian language sources, still less able to construct mathematical evidence and internal factors are lack of interest and motivation in learning so that it seems difficult..

Education serves as the main pillar in the effort to develop human resources, continually evolving in line with the progress of time. Within the realm of education, English language learning plays a crucial role. However, the process of English language learning often faces challenges, including low levels of student motivation. This research explores the use of gamification with integrated chatGPT as an innovative solution capable of boosting student motivation and making learning more engaging and effective. Adapting previously proposed methodologies, this application is web-based, developed using Laravel, and tested using Likert scale. The testing yielded a satisfactory average result of 83%, with a 15.64% increase in user scores. The findings of this research provide a positive contribution to enhancing the quality of English language education in Indonesia, particularly at the Junior High School level.

The purpose of this paper to gather insights on students’ experiences during their overseas internship program. This paper discusses the difficulties faced by the students during their overseas internship program and their approaches to overcome them. Insights might be useful as feedback and lesson learned for education institutions. This paper employs a qualitative approach. The data collected were secondary data. 12 (twelve) students’ internship reports were gathered with purposive sampling method. A thematic data analysis was employed. The results suggest that difficulties encountered by the students in three areas: cultural difference, language and communication, and task management. This paper offers insights on the students’ approach to overcome the difficulties. Educational institutions need to better understand the needs and expectations of the parties involved, to better prepare the students, and monitor the program from the beginning until its completion.

Abstract Indonesian has an important role in developing children's communication skills at the early childhood education stage. This article discusses how the use of Indonesian can influence the development of children's communication skills at an early age, as well as effective methods for developing these skills. This research aims to explore the role of Indonesian in developing children's communication skills in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). This research uses qualitative methods by means of observation and interviews. Indonesian is not only a means of communication, but also a means of developing PAUD children's thinking, self-expression and social interaction skills. This article provides a deeper understanding of the role of Indonesian in developing children's communication skills at this stage of education. Apart from that, language development strategies in early childhood and effective communication models for developing creative thinking abilities are also discussed in this journal. Storytelling and role-play learning methods can also be used to develop children's language skills at an early age. It is important to pay attention to the role of Indonesian in early childhood education to improve their communication skills. By paying attention to the role of language, it can be easier to develop an effective and holistic learning approach in developing children's communication skills from an early age. In this introduction, we will discuss the significance of using learning media in the context of teaching Arabic, as well as the potential benefits that students can obtain through this approach. This research aims to explore effective learning media selection strategies in the context of Arabic language learning. The research method used is a qualitative approach through case studies in a secondary education institution These findings contribute to the development of more effective and innovative Arabic language learning strategies. This research also highlights the importance of understanding the cultural context and students' needs in choosing appropriate learning media, and emphasizes the need for training and developing teacher professionalism in implementing learning media effectively in Arabic language learning.

This research focuses on efforts to improve vocabulary in deaf children by conducting an in-depth literature review. Through a systematic literature review method, this research reviews various techniques that have been implemented and recorded in the academic literature on vocabulary education for deaf children. The data sources are journal articles from 2019 to 2024, which discuss teaching methods and technology applications including the use of visual aids, sign language, and hearing support devices. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of various existing methods and recommend the most effective techniques based on empirical data. The results of the review showed that the integration of visual, interactive and context-based methods often provided substantial improvements in vocabulary acquisition in deaf children. Based on these results, the study makes recommendations for teaching practices as well as future research directions.

Students emphasize that the platform's content enhances their comprehension, offering additional learning material that is both engaging and accessible. Secondly, TikTok's interactive features, such as stitch videos and duets, emerge as pivotal components that inject an engaging and enjoyable dimension into the learning process. Students express a strong preference for these features, highlighting their positive impact on the learning experience. Thirdly, TikTok significantly contributes to bolstering students' confidence in speaking English. The students' responses emphasize that the platform acts as a transformative space where they overcome initial apprehensions about fluency. Through consistent speaking practice, students report feeling more motivated and self-assured when communicating in English. Additionally, the analysis reflects a positive correlation between TikTok usage and increased motivation to learn English. The platform's dynamic and interactive nature contributes to a more stimulating learning environment, encouraging students to actively engage with the language. Furthermore, students note that TikTok facilitates a deeper understanding of English materials. The visual and auditory elements in TikTok videos enhance their comprehension and retention of vocabulary and pronunciation. Despite these positive aspects, it's essential to acknowledge potential drawbacks. Some students express concerns about distractions on TikTok, which may divert their focus from the intended educational content. This highlights the need for effective time management and self-discipline when using TikTok as a learning tool. In conclusion, the data-driven analysis reveals a multifaceted perspective on the advantages and disadvantages of using TikTok as an English learning tool. While it significantly contributes to supplementary learning, interactivity, and confidence-building, students need to navigate potential distractions. Ultimately, TikTok emerges as a valuable and effective tool in language education, requiring a balanced approach to optimize its benefits for English learners.
