So the aim of this research is to find out what marketing strategies are to increase sales, what obstacles are faced and what are the solutions in dealing with marketing strategies. The discussion of this research is related to the theory of increasing sales, MSMEs, Marketing Strategy, Halal Labeling, and Constraints in MSME Development. This research is a type of Qualitative research with a descriptive approach, using primary data sources and secondary data. The subjects of the research are Shop Owners and Consumers. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by Toko Ayam Geprek Melotot in increasing sales is by using the 9P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, packaging), namely product strategy, price, location, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, payment, and packaging.

AEFI or Post-Immunization Adverse Event is a medical condition that is assumed to be related to immunization. Reactions that arise due to AEFI include high fever, abscesses/festering, seizures. The 2018 Lampung Provincial Health Office report noted that 32.6% experienced AEFI with the largest number being those experiencing high fever, namely 29.5%, festering 8.3%, seizures 0.97%, and others 0.57%. Reducing or controlling and controlling fever in children can be done in various ways, including pharmacologically and physically (non-pharmacologically), namely by using heat energy through conduction and evaporation methods. the effect of onion compress on reducing the baby's body temperature during fever after DPT immunization at PMB Yunita Vero Miza Lampung in 2024. The research results showed a decrease in baby's body temperature after DPT immunization in the intervention group and control group after being given shallot compress with an average difference of 1.060. The results of the paired t-test obtained a p value = value 0.000 (p <0.05). there is an effect of onion compress on reducing the baby's body temperature during fever after DPT immunization at PMB Yunita Vero Miza Lampung

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Covid 19 which has an impact on the depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar which then has an impact on stock prices. The case study in this research is the share price of the banking sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from March 1 to August 31, 2020. The population taken in this research is the banking sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling method used purposive sampling so that the number of samples obtained was 4 companies which are state-owned banking companies. Data collection is carried out by documenting data that has been published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Investors' reactions to information on the depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar can be seen from the abnormal stock returns 7 days before and 7 days after information on the depreciation of the rupiah against the US dollar. The method used is the Event Study method with One Sample T-Test and Paired Test data analysis techniques.The conclusion from the results of research and data analysis from 4 state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the window period is that it was found that there was no difference in Average Abnormal Return before the depreciation of the rupiah against the United States dollar (event) and after the depreciation of the rupiah against the United States dollar (event). And the paired t-test analysis shows that stock prices before the event do not affect stock prices after the event. This result shows that this market is a semi-strong market according to the Efficiency Market Hypothesis theory.

This study aims to describe "The Implementation of Poetry Musicalization Extracurricular Activities at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau City". This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of the research on "Implementation of Extracurricular Activities for Poetry Musicalization at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau City". The design of poetry musicalization extracurricular activities is to design rehearsal activities for 1 time a week and are carried out with 5 meetings. The activities carried out by the students were exercises in the formation of grubs and working on poetry into poetry musicals. The extracurricular achievement of poetry musicalization is to be able to work on poetry into a work of poetry musicalization, master the theme and meaning implied in each verse of the poem, and participate in poetry musicalization festival events at the high school level in South Sumatra.

This study ains to determine the factors that influence the existence of Reog art of the Krido Budoyo Group in Bangun Jaya Village, North Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The theory used in this research is the Dagun Save M. theory (in Gracia Destari Mujianto and Eko Raharjo 2019:129) with indicators of Work Activity, Having Facts, and Efforts to Maintain Its Existence. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis using qualitative data, with data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. The subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of the findings of this study were (i) in terms of the indicators of the work activities of Reog Krido Budoyo ini Bangun Jaya Village received invitations to events, and still widely known by the people of Rokan Hulu Regency, (ii) in terms of indicators of having facts, Reog Krido Budoyo in Bangun Jaya Village has a rhythm pattern in the Reog dance music used, group organizational stucture, customes used, and performances by the Reog Group Krido Budoyo, (iii) viewed from the business aspect in Bangun Jaya Village, the training studio is open to the public so that the existence of Reog Krido Budoyo continues of develop and survive.

The establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises is a way to innovate in improving village development, especially in the economic sektor. The reality is that many villages are not ready to manage and even develop BUMDes. This research aims to find out how the development strategy carried out by BUMDes Mitra Karya Sejahtera as one of the BUMDes with developing status in Bintan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Then the data collection technique was carried out by interview, documentation and observation.The results show that this BUMDes does not have a clear mechanism in identifying problems, and problems are often handled traditionally through deliberation. The main obstacles in the development of BUMDes business units include the impact of the Covid-19 pandemik, limited capital, and less strategic business locations. While development strategies such as legal entity registration and organizing events have been proposed, implementation has not been optimal. BUMDes have made efforts to realize the strategies, including capital strengthening, HR training, and expansion of business units. However, the impact of these efforts is still not maximized due to limitations in implementation and unsustainable activities. Effective monitoring and evaluation have also not been implemented, given that evaluations are conducted informally and unscheduled.

Drought is an event in an area that experiences water scarcity at a certain time which is caused by a certain event. According to BNPB (2023), Central Java Province ranks first in drought disasters with 24 areas in Central Java experiencing drought disasters. According to BPBD, Sukoharjo Regency is one of the areas experiencing drought, one of which is Weru District, Tawang Village. The impact of the drought disaster has resulted in problems in the economic, social health and education sectors. One of the impacts of the drought disaster in the health sector is a decrease in the level of personal hygiene in teenagers during menstruation. The aim of this research was to determine the level of personal hygiene during menstruation among adolescents in drought areas in Tawang Village, Sukoharjo Regency. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample size of 73 respondents and uses random sampling techniques. The results of the research showed that the personal hygiene level of the majority of respondents was moderate, as many as 40 respondents (54.8%). The conclusion is that the level of personal hygiene during menstruation in teenagers in drought areas is in the moderate category.

Growing demand for electricity savings has led to the development of an automatic LED emergency light system. It is based on providing light when the power is cut off. Once fully charged, the battery ceases charging, and in the event of a power failure, the LEDs are automatically powered by the battery. The project focuses on two primary functions: it automatically activates during power outages to give illumination, eliminating the need to search for the switch, and the battery rapidly begins recharging as the main power is restored. The emergency light is crucial due to the inconsistent voltage distribution and frequent power outages in operational regions of communities and diverse enterprises. The system includes a power supply that converts 230V AC to 12V DC, a relay that uses a control pulse to alternate between connecting the battery to the LEDs and isolating it, and a rechargeable Li-ion battery that supplies power to the LEDs during blackouts. The parallel-connected LEDs light up during a power outage in the circuits. The circuit architecture shown here serves to mitigate the entire discharge of the battery, hence enhancing the battery's longevity. Key components of the system include a step-down transformer, a bridge circuit to convert AC to DC, a Zener diode to maintain voltage stability, capacitors for energy storage, and various diodes to control current flow. The project highlights the advantages of LED emergency lights, such as efficiency, longevity, and minimal energy waste, though it acknowledges the higher initial cost and temperature sensitivity as disadvantages. The automatic LED emergency light is suitable for use in homes, offices, retail shops, and other commercial settings. The project demonstrates a cost-effective and compact solution that enhances daily life by providing reliable lighting during power failures.

This research aims to find out and discuss the development of Dangkong Dance in Sanggar Sang Nila Utama, North Bintan District, Bintan Regency.  The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps to analyze data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the development process of Joget Dangkong carried out by the researcher with Sutarto as the head of the studio is to increase the number of actors taken from the younger generation in North Bintan District, Bintan Regency. The development carried out at the Sang Nila Utama Studio consisted of six meetings, where previously the perpetrators only numbered 5-8 people and after the training of the Dangkong Dance perpetrators increased to 20 perpetrators. Dangkong Dance is displayed at school farewell events, entertainment events and enlivens events at Club Med Bintan in Lagoi so that Dangkong Dance continues to exist and develop to the next generation.

Blood donation activities are carried out to maintain the stability of the blood stock of the Karo Regency PMI. Blood donation activities are carried out on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 starting at 09.00 WIB at the Kabanjahe Pratama KPP. The blood donation service activity was attended by a total of 14 participants. From the results of the implementation of the activity, 13 blood bags have been collected. Based on interviews with the participants, their motivation to donate blood is because of a sense of humanity for people in need, to maintain their health, invitations from friends, and some are interested because of the gifts offered at the end of the event. The implementation of this blood donation activity as a form of community service has been carried out well and has received a good response from the participants. Socialization is also needed so that the number of blood donors increases and more people are willing to become blood donors.

The aim of this research is to enhance spiritual awareness, strengthen faith, and encourage people to behave positively. In the horror film "Hidayah," using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach, this research employs a qualitative descriptive method. The horror film "Hidayah" tells the story of Bahri, a young cleric, who tries to bury his past while working in the city. However, after returning to Mekarwangi village, where he was raised, he experiences supernatural events. According to the results of this research, the film "Hidayah" contains messages of Sharia, morality, and faith as part of its religious teachings. 

Poetry as a form of literary work includes a variety of feelings. The role of poetry is very large, given that poetry has a very large impact on life in society. Regarding poetry that is read or performed in a competition event as big as FLS2N means that it also provides a separate experience for connoisseurs of this type of literary work. Literary works of poetry give literary connoisseurs a taste of their own. The holding of this poetry reading competition event makes poetry reading at the school level grow and develop. In addition, the activity becomes a spectacle as well as an achievement event for the school.

This study discusses pluralism in the scope of cultural diversity in the Pondok village of Padang city. This study aims, first, to explain the efforts of the Indian ethnic community to be accepted in the environment, and second, to describe the Geniun culture of the Indian ethnic group that is accepted by the local culture. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that focuses on the data that is described until it becomes complete data in completing this study. The results of this study found that the original culture brought from India can be well accepted by the local community, this can be seen from the involvement of people outside the Indian ethnic group in the celebration procession called the Serak Gulo event.

Aspectuality is the speaker's point of view about a situation, for example an event, an ongoing event, a recurring event, or the end of an event. This study aims to describe the types of aspectuality in short stories written by class XI students of SMA Bakti Idhata. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are elements of aspectuality in short stories written by class XI students of SMA Bakti Idhata. The data sources in this study were ten short stories written by class XI students of SMA Bakti Idhata. The data in this study were collected using the technique of listening and note-taking documentation. Based on the results of the study, it appears that from ten short stories written by class XI students of SMA Bakti Idhata, there are several types of aspectualities, namely perfective aspectuality, imperfective aspectuality, incoative aspectuality, continuous aspectuality, aggressive aspectuality, and iterative aspectuality. The most dominant aspectuality is the perfective aspect and the futurative aspect.

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of digital marketing, innovation, service quality on competitive advantages through customer satisfaction of Car100 Showroow. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study was 109 Civil Servants (PNS) who worked at the Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat office. In this study, data collection was carried out using the census method in which the entire population was taken as a sample. By using the census method, this study aims to obtain accurate and representative data from the entire existing population. This step will make it easier for researchers to analyze and describe the characteristics and events that occur in the population. This research uses Smart-Pls as a data processing tool. The results of this study, Digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Innovation has a positive and highly significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and highly significant influence on customer satisfaction. Digital marketing has a direct positive and significant influence on competitive advantage. Innovation has a negative but significant influence on competitive advantage. Customer satisfaction has a positive and highly significant influence on competitive advantage. Service quality has a positive and significant direct effect on competitive advantage. Digital marketing has a positive and significant indirect effect on competitive advantage through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Innovation has a positive and highly significant indirect effect on competitive advantage through customer satisfaction. Balanitis is an inflammatory disease of the tip of the penis that commonly occurs in uncircumcised men as a result of poor hygiene and aeration or because of irritation by smegma and in many cases preputial dysfunction is a causal or contributing factor. Balanitis generally attacks uncircumcised men, characterized by the glans and foreskin becoming red and inflamed. In circumcised men who do not have a foreskin, these symptoms only affect the tip of the penis. This condition often occurs due to the fungus Candida albicans, the same organism that causes vaginal yeast infections in women. Balanitis (which is also referred to as balanoposthitis) can also be caused by various other fungal or bacterial infections, or can occur due to sensitivity reactions to common chemicals. Diabetes can increase the chance of developing balanitis, especially if blood sugar is not well controlled. Currently, people who experience illness or events that have not occurred before in the genitals will consult or diagnose their illness with a specialist in skin diseases to find out what disease they are experiencing. This requires time, energy and costs just to consult a doctor. The aim of conducting this research is that currently there is no system for diagnosing inflammation of the male foreskin. For this reason, the author will create an alternative application system that can diagnose diseases that occur in the male genitals more easily by asking questions about the symptoms or events experienced as factors in the disease and providing a percentage value regarding the severity of the disease experienced.

The article is the result of research aimed at describing and analyzing the relationship between Henna Dance and the Social Status of the User Community and the Role of Inai Dance in Current Berinai Night Activities. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as writing equipment and a camera. The data in this research uses primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The steps for analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the Henna Dance functions to protect the bride and groom from disturbances originating from humans and other creatures and as a blessing for the bride and groom who will live a new life. Apart from that, the Henna Dance or Berinai Night is called a night to introduce the groom to the entire extended family of the bride. However, currently the Inai Dance or Malam Berinai is rarely performed by the people of Nipah Panjang District, especially the Malay ethnic community in Nipah Panjang District. This is because the Henai Dance or Berinai Night event can only be performed by people whose economic class is relatively good.  So currently it is very rare for researchers to see the Inai Dance or Malam Berinai culture in Nipah Panjang District.

The purpose of this study is to find out the change in strategy in PT Matahari Jabatan Tbk Bekasi Cyber Park.This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. Research that aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data systematically, factually and accurately about facts or phenomena that occur in the field. The research informants in this study are 1 manager, 2 supervisors, and 2 general employees as informants. So there are 5 people who are supporting informants. The results of this study show that the strategy changes. Related to HR strategies Human change is related to the roles, attitudes, perceptions and expectations of employees in the organization. Meanwhile, changes in the structure include authority, work flow, and, labor in the organization. Meanwhile, changes in the structure include authority, work flow, and, labor in the organization. Human resources greatly determine the successful process of an organization's performance. Human resource development is to make it easier to realize the company's goals, because the quality of human resources is considered capable of carrying out their duties and functions as employees in an organization.  

This qualitative case study explores the dynamics and reflections arising from the interaction between Kuliah Kerja Nyata students from Post 82, UIN Walisongo Semarang, and the Putatgede community, focusing on their farewell event. Data was collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with students and community members, and document analysis. Findings reveal the farewell event as a microcosm of the KKN experience, highlighting themes of reciprocal learning, cultural exchange, emotional connection, and challenges faced. The event fostered a sense of community ownership and sustainability of initiatives. This study underscores the importance of culminating events in fieldwork programs for reflection, celebration, and strengthening community ties.  

Patient safety encompasses a system of services designed to ensure that patients feel secure. This includes proper identification, learning from incidents, injury prevention due to errors, follow-up actions, risk analysis, patient incident assessment, and risk management related to reporting. Implementing solutions to minimize risks also involves preventing injuries caused by employee negligence in performing incorrect actions. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding patient safety on the risk of patient falls. The study design is quasi-experimental (Pre and Post Test Without Control). Data analysis utilized univariate and bivariate methods. In this study, 50 respondents participated in an intervention. The average pre-test and post-test scores were analyzed to evaluate the influence of nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and practices on patient safety concerning the incidence of fall risk. The results indicated that there was no significant influence of knowledge and application of patient safety on fall risk (p-Value 0.230 > 0.05). However, there was a significant influence of nurses' attitudes on fall risk events (p-Value 0.000 < 0.05).
