Indonesia is a country based on law. So the Indonesian state is obliged to provide human rights protection to every citizen. Meanwhile, a legal state is a state based on legal sovereignty. The law is sovereign. The state is a legal subject, in the sense of rechtstaat. Because the state is seen as a legal subject, if it is guilty it can be prosecuted before a court for violating the law.

In Indonesia, every individual has the right to citizenship status, as regulated in Article 28D Paragraph 4 of the 1945 Constitution which states that "every person has the right to citizenship status." Even though Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia in principle does not recognize dual citizenship, several legal experts and activists have proposed that Indonesia provide protection for mixed marriage families by implementing the principle of dual citizenship. This article aims to determine the impact of dual citizenship on Indonesian citizens. The research method used is a qualitative approach with library study data analysis techniques. Conceptually, dual citizenship can be interpreted narrowly and broadly. In a narrow sense, dual citizenship refers to the concept of dual citizenship (dual citizenship/nationality) in the status of a person who has two citizenships from two different countries. In a broad sense, dual citizenship is expanded not only to dual citizenship, but also to more than multiple citizenships (plural/multiple citizenship/nationality). In general, dual citizenship can arise due to the application of the principles of citizenship in terms of reciprocal birth (interplay), between the principles of jus sanguinis and jus soli or the naturalization of a citizen of one country to another country.

Designing and validating structural causal model (SCM) correctness from a dataset whose background knowledge is obtained from a research process is not a common phenomenon. Studies have shown that in many critical areas, such as healthcare and education, researchers develop models from direct acyclic graphs (DAG), a component of an SCM, without testing them. This phenomenon is worrisome and is bound to cast a shadow on the inference estimates that may arise from such models. In this study, we have designed a novel application-based SCM for the first time using the background knowledge obtained from the Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) program called the Strengthen Education in Northeast Nigeria (SENSE-EGRA), which is an educational intervention program of the American University of Nigeria (AUN), Yola, on the letter identification subtask. This project was sponsored by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). We employed the conditional independence test (CIT) criteria for the validation of the SCM’s correctness, and the results show a near-perfect SCM.

The low interest in reading has hampered intellectual abilities in society, especially students, so that libraries are required to be able to keep up with the pace of development of the times with services and infrastructure that meet the needs of space users, but the FBS UNP library has not been optimal in terms of interior design standards.
