Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy. MSMEs have made a significant contribution to improving the economy and also play an important role in growth and employment in Indonesia. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Manyaran Village, West Semarang District, are experiencing growth in quantity. Different things are shown by MSMEs which consistently make financial reports, especially micro and small businesses. The problem that arises is that not all MSMEs routinely report MSME performance (operational and financial) so that the financial condition cannot be known early by MSME owners. The dedication method uses lectures, discussions, simulations and questions and answers regarding the benefits and uses of preparing reports. The results of the dedication show that different business units in MSMEs and the educational background of their owners require different ways of communication and delivery. The advice given is to increase the participation of Semarang City Government officials (relevant agencies) through Youth Organizations (youth groups) can be increased again. The results of the dedication show that action is still needed to convince MSMEs regarding the importance of financial reports. Some participants could understand and were enthusiastic in participating in the training. In the future, training and introduction to financial applications related to MSMEs are needed, such as shop books, SIPIK or other applications.

Incubators are organizations that support and guide new entrepreneurs in developing their businesses. Incubators can help new entrepreneurs develop products, create strategic business, marketing, operational management and financing. Financial management is a measure of the performance of a business which is characterized by good financial records. New entrepreneurs need to have skills or knowledge of financial management which is a vital part of the company. Startup companies in Indonesia are always innovating in providing solutions to problems that occur in Indonesia. Funding is important for startups so they can develop their business, expand their market, and improve their products. Proper funding will help startup businesses expand and achieve their goals. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research. The role of the incubator for startup financial management to obtain funding is to provide assistance and assist startups in drafting budgets, achieving profit targets, and preparing financial reports..    

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

The purpose of this activity is to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the operational performance of Loru Village Officials. This activity was carried out at the Loru Village office. From the results of observing the factors that support the performance of Loru Village Officials, namely service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline and cooperation. This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Makmur Village, Tebing Tinggi District when analyzed in terms of Profitability Ratios using Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Service Operational Independence (BOPO). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in the form of financial ratio analysis based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/Dep.0/IV/2016 concerning Guidelines for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives Cooperative Savings and Loans Unit. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in 2018-2022 based on Return on Assets (ROA) is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Assets (ROA) for 5 years, namely 8, 64%, in the unfavorable criterion, it is still far below the cooperative Return on Asset (ROA) standard, which is 10%. Based on Return on Equity (ROE) it is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Equity (ROE) for 5 years, namely 14.50%, in the criteria in very good criteria it meets the cooperative Return on Equity (ROE) standard, namely large 5%. Based on Service Operational Independence (BOPO) it is considered high, this is based on the calculation results of the average Service Operational Independence (BOPO) for 5 years, namely 9.92%, in very good criteria it meets the cooperative standard Service Operational Independence (BOPO), which is 100% .

Lawang Sewu is a historic building owned by PT KAI in Operational Area 4 Semarang, Central Java. Lawang Sewu is a relic from the Dutch Colonial period. As an architectural and tourist object, Lawang Sewu has the value needed in the definition of a monument and monumental nature. These values include aspects of history, technology, architecture, and culture. Currently the Lawang Sewu building houses a collection of trains in Indonesia from time to time. Collections such as Alkmaar, Edmonson machines, calculating machines, typewriters, replica steam locomotives, securities, and several other collections. This place is also often used for community activities such as exhibitions, festivals, art performances, shooting, wedding parties and photo shoots.    

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of solvency ratio, capital structure, and social responsibility on financial performance. This research uses 20 samples consisting of 5 companies in the cigarette industry subsector based on the time period 2018-2021. Data is collected from annual reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis in this research uses 3 (three) approaches, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that of the six elements, including ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, WC, and CSR, show good financial performance. In addition, DER and DAR measures negatively affect ROA and ROE. This is because the increase in solvency value causes the company's profit to decrease, it means that the company's high debt ownership makes the company pay higher interest so that the company's profit is small. WC and CSR have no impact on ROA and ROE. This is because the company's asset ownership can cover their current debt and CSR implementation can help convince interested parties to invest in the company. Based on the research conducted, the company should minimize the use of debt as funding in its operational activities, because it can affect the profitability of the company which causes a decrease in the value of ROA and ROE. In addition, the company should reconsider the implementation of CSR because it can help create a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public, even though the company's expenses will increase

This study was an attempt to explore the nexus between career development and employee job performance in UNTAG Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The study was necessitated following the need to institute career development programs in organizations for employees to acquire additional knowledge for improved job performance. This study was a survey-type of research that employed a correlational design in an attempt to ascertain the magnitude of the relationship between the studied variables. Structured questionnaires were administered to a sample size of 250 drawn from the population of the study. The Likert 5- point scale was used in quantifying responses while simple regression was employed in determining the degree of the relationship between career development and employee job performance. The result shows a strong relationship between career mentoring and the quality of employee job performance in the organization and concludes that organizations that wish to improve on employee job performance must institute and entrench career mentoring necessary for skill acquisition. The study recommends that organizations should encourage career counseling activities as a leeway to providing a sustainable framework upon which employees acquire the needed operational skills that will enhance their job performance in a typical organization.

The main thing of the operational activities of a business company is to make a profit. In fact, maximizing profit is the main goal of all business decisions and activities. The company will go bankrupt if it does not make a profit. This study discusses the Factors Affecting Income Smoothing in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange 2016-2020. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of firm size, financial leverage, profitability, cash holding, and auditor reputation on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study can be said that company size, profitability, and cash storage have no significant effect on earnings performance. Meanwhile, financial leverage and auditor reputation have a negative and significant effect on earnings management in manufacturing companies.

The research question concerns the cash flow ratio as a measure of the company's financial success at PT. Astra Indonesia Tbk during 2018 - 2021. This research aims to examine PT. Astra International Tbk's cash flow ratio as a measure of the company's financial performance for the period 2018-2021. The research methodology employed in this method is descriptive quantitative research, or research techniques that describe data as numerical values. This research provided use of secondary data, mainly information gathered from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange's records or archives. In 2018-2021, a ratio of operating cash flow to current obligations less than one indicates that the situation is not favorable. In 2018-2019, a ratio of operating cash flow to interest payments that is more than 1 is favorable. In 2018-2020, a ratio of operational cash flow to capital expenditure below one indicates that the situation is not good. In 2018-2021, if the ratio of operating cash flow to total debt is less than 1, the situation is not good. In the period between 2018 and 2021, the ratio of operating cash flow to net profit is good since it can exceed 1. The conclusion that can be drawn from the findings of this research is that the results of the five cash flow ratios listed above must still be examined, as values that are above the standard ratio are only 2 ratios and those that are below the standard ratio are 3 ratios. It indicates that PT. Astra International Tbk's financial performance is categorized as poor because it is unable to effectively manage its cash flow, resulting in an insufficient turnover between cash in and cash out so that in the long term PT. Astra will experience losses.  

This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1.  There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.

The ratio of loans to deposits (LDR) has no effect on Financial Performance (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. Operational costs on operating income (BOPO) affect the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2016 and 2020. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, capital structure, firm size, and operational risk on the company's financial performance. The population of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The flow of containers through Tanjung Emas Port is increasing, this can be seen from the growth of loading and unloading containers from year to year. The condition of the flow of containers is inseparable from the improvement of services at the Container Terminal of Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang through the provision of supporting facilities and infrastructure. With the growth of the container flow which is quite high, the condition of existing facilities, infrastructure and operating systems needs to be reviewed whether the operation is optimal or its performance is still possible to improve, or it is time to add infrastructure and facilities to anticipate future transportation demand. will come. Smooth loading and unloading aims to improve good service in the activities and services of the loading and unloading process of containers according to operational standards. There are several factors that cause the smooth loading and unloading of containers, such as those related to the condition of loading and unloading equipment, the performance of human resources, operations and the environment. In this study, four research variables will be analyzed, namely loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and anticipation of natural factors as independent variables and loading and unloading smoothness as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the positive influence both individually between the independent variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations, anticipation of natural factors on the dependent variable, namely the smoothness of loading and unloading. In this study, the object taken is the user of loading and unloading services at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang. Sources of data include primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression technique. Based on the results of research and multiple analysis, the following equations are generated:   Y= -0,504 + 0,264.X1 + 0,203.X2 + 0,323.X3 + 0,249.X4 + µ   From the results of the multiple regression study, it shows that the most dominant variable affecting the smooth loading and unloading is the operational variable with a regression coefficient of 0.323. . With the Adjusted R 2 test, a result of 0.644 or 64.4% was obtained. Simultaneously, the variables of loading and unloading equipment, human resources, operations and natural conditions factors had an effect of 64.4% on the smooth loading and unloading and 35.6% were influenced by research variables that were not detected in this study.

This study aims to analyse the significance factors of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process towards the operational performance of Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang. This study is performed to the company's staff members as the population of 70 respondents. The data collection involves observations, literary reviews, interviews, documentations, and questionaires. Furthermore, the analysis technique used in this study is based on the result of research and multiple analysis using SPSS v.23 program. Based on the results of the research, the following equations are generated : Y = 2,752 + 0,268X1 + 0,342X2 + 0,184X3 + µ Based on the multiple linear regression equation, the study found out that the most dominant variable in the operational performance of the company is the Forwarding Responsibility variable with the regression coeficiency of 0,342. Furthermore, the determinated coeficiency (adjusted R square) showed a result of 0,707 or 70,7%. This means the operational performance of the company is governed by the variables of Sea Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process by 70,7% as well as other factors by 29,3%. Therefore, it is found that Air Export Process, Forwarding Responsibility, and Warehouse Handling Process played a positive and significance role for the operational of the Raja abadi branch Company in Semarang.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

Cadres are voluntary workers recruited from, by and for the community who are tasked with assisting the smooth running of health services. The performance of Posyadu cadres experienced a decline in the early 2000s as a result of a prolonged multi-dimensional crisis, this is known because there were reports of malnutrition from various parts of the country. The decline was felt following the lack of cadre skills, no Posyandu operational support, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and weak coaching. The purpose of this study was to describe the performance of posyandu cadres with the satisfaction of mothers of children under five at the Posyandu, Wakasihu Village, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all mothers under five who visited the posyandu as many as 30 toddlers. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling, which means that all populations are sampled. So that the sample found in this study amounted to 30 people or respondents. The results showed that the mothers under five studied who said that the performance of cadres was good amounted to 13 people (56.7%), and the performance of cadres was not good amounted to 17 people (43.3%). Furthermore, from the 30 respondents who were examined, it can be seen that the number of respondents who said they were satisfied with the performance of the cadres were 18 people (60.0%), and respondents who said they were not satisfied were 12 people (40.0%). It was concluded statistically and illustrated that the performance of cadres still had opinions from mothers of children under five that they were not good at providing services at the posyandu. It was also concluded that statistically some respondents or mothers of toddlers still said that they were satisfied with the performance of cadres.
