Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) is a progressive and irreversible disease characterized by a decrease in the glomerular filtration rate (GFR). In this disease, uremia impairs the kidney's ability to maintain metabolism and water and electrolyte balance. Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms in patients undergoing hemodialysis which impacts quality of life. Progressive muscle relaxation is a type of non-pharmacological nursing intervention that can be used to treat fatigue in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. The aim of this research is to determine the application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to fatigue in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. The research design used is a case report. The instrument used to measure the level of fatigue is the Functional Assessment Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) fatigue scale. The intervention was carried out for ten to fifteen minutes over three days in the hospital hemodialysis unit and four days at the patient's home. Evaluation of respondents' level of fatigue was carried out on days 1, 5, and 8. The results of this study showed that the fatigue level score after intervention on day 1 was 16 (severe category), the score on day 5 was 20 (moderate category), and day 8 was 24 (moderate category). It can be concluded that progressive muscle relaxation therapy can reduce fatigue in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis. The results of this research can be applied independently by nurses for CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis to reduce fatigue levels.

This research aims to determine the effect of the government expenditure model and green growth based on green energy consumption in Indonesia which has 4 variables, namely carbon emissions, energy consumption, economic growth and government expenditure. The analytical method used in this research is the Vector Auto Regression (VAR) model with the Impulse Response Function (IRF) test, Forecast Error Varince Decomposition (FEVD), stationarity test, cointegration test, structural lag stability test, and optimal lag length test. . The results of the Vector Autoregression research using lag 1 as the basis show the contribution of each variable to the variable itself and other variables. The results of the Vector Autoregression analysis also show that the past variable (t-1) contributes to the current variable, both the variable itself and other variables. From the results of the analysis, there is a reciprocal relationship between one variable and another variable. Response Function Analysis shows the response of other variables to changes in a variable in the short, medium and long term, and it is known that the stability of the response of all variables is formed within a period of 5 years or the medium term. and long term. Variance Decomposition Analysis shows that there are variables that have the largest contribution to the variable itself in the short, medium and long term, such as CO2, EC, and GOV. Meanwhile, another variable that has the greatest influence on the variable itself in the short, medium and long term is CO2 which is strongly influenced by GOV and GDP.

Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) is a kidney disease caused by damage or dysfunction in the kidneys. A common problem in CKD sufferers is excess fluid which causes swelling in the extremities (edema). The causes of edema in CKD patients are failure to comply with fluid restrictions, lack of dietary control, fluid and sodium retention. One of the independent nursing interventions that is very effective for treating edema is ankle pump exercise therapy with leg elevation at 30 ̊. The case study was carried out in the hemodialysis unit at Dr. Tjitrowardojo Purworejo. The aim of the study was to identify the effect of providing ankle pump exercise therapy and 30° leg elevation intervention to reduce edema in CKD patients. The research design used is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The subjects of this case study are CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis who experience edema and patients who have signed an informed consent form. The instrument used is a monitoring sheet for the degree of edema. The intervention given in this case study was ankle pump exercise therapy and 30° leg elevation which was carried out for 7 minutes in 3 meetings over 7 days. Evaluation was carried out on days 1, 4, 8. The results showed that the degree of edema on the first day was grade III (5mm), on the second day it was grade II (4mm), on the third day it was grade I (2mm). Based on the results of the case study, it can be concluded that the application of ankle pump exercise and 30° elevation has proven effective in reducing the degree of edema in chronic kidney failure, so that this independent nursing intervention can be carried out by nurses for CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis.

This research uses a qualitative research method and a descriptive approach that focused on depicting and summarizing various social phenomena that occur. The data collection techniques used include interviews, direct observation of the research object, and documentation. The research results show that the Public Relations Division of Bank BJB, by referring to the concept of the PR management process, has all been implemented.

Elderly becomes an aging process that as it ages causes various deterioration of body functions and a decrease in the level of independence, if this condition lasts long it will have an impact on the quality of life of the elderly. Quality of life in the elderly is important because it is an indicator of successful aging. This quality of life is influenced by various factors, one of which is family support. Family support is included in the supporting factors that can influence a person's behavior and lifestyle so that it has an impact on their health status and quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and quality of life in the elderly at May Sam Fureru Home Nursing Kanagawa, Japan. Type of correlational research with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample were all elderly people in the elderly home of May Sam Fureru Home Nursing Kanagawa Japan as many as 60 respondents using the sampling technique is total sampling. The family support questionnaire uses the standardized Family Support Scale (FSS) instrument, on quality of life using the WHO Quality of life-BREEF. Data analysis using Yates correction test.  Univariate analysis showed that most respondents did not get family support by 55.0%, and in quality of life it was found that most respondents had a quality of life that was sufficient at 46.7%. There is a relationship between family support and quality of life in the elderly at May Sam Fureru Home Nursing Kanagawa Japan in 2023. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference material for nurses to carry out nursing care by involving families to help care, and serve as evidence-based practice for future researchers to develop further research.

Syntax is a science that discusses grammar by identifying errors in words, sentences, clauses and phrases. In this case, the method or method used is to collect data and analyze errors in the electronic newspapers studied. The results of this research are to discuss errors such as grammar, unclear sentences, and errors in the contents of the newspapers analyzed. Therefore, this research functions as a provider of new insights for newspaper writers in order to improve the quality of the writer's writing and the quality of the language, especially in the April 2024 edition of the electronic newspaper "Sinar Indonesia Baru".

This research aims to determine the benefits, functions and role of entrepreneurship in improving the economy. This type of research is a qualitative description using literature study. Entrepreneurship is one of the organizations that helps in alleviating poverty. This research explores the various benefits, functions and roles of entrepreneurship in economic development. Data was collected from various secondary sources such as scientific journals, books, research reports, articles and relevant official publications. The findings show that entrepreneurship contributes significantly to job creation, innovation and improving community welfare. Apart from that, entrepreneurship also plays a role in encouraging local and national economic growth. The implications of this research indicate that entrepreneurship development must be supported through proactive policies and sustainable development to achieve maximum economic impact.

Occupational health and safety (K3) is an effort to protect things that are dangerous so that everyone in the work environment is always safe and healthy. Creating a safe and healthy work environment can minimize the occurrence of accidents or accidents that can cause prolonged absences from work and significant costs for the company. Injured or sick workers can hinder productivity and disrupt work. The implementation of work safety basically aims to find weaknesses that exist and the possibility of accidents occurring in the work environment. This function consists of finding the cause and effect of an accident and investigating whether it is controllable or not. Labor productivity is a very important factor for companies, because the higher labor productivity, the more production or work results that can be provided in a certain time. To achieve maximum productivity, other things that are still related to labor productivity must also be considered. Among them are job opportunities, work motivation, work efficiency and effectiveness, work ability, as well as experience and knowledge that support the work process. Measurement of labor productivity is based on a system of physical income per person or hours worked per person based on working time or in days or years. By making these measurements, it is converted into work units, namely. into the amount of work that can be completed by employees working according to implementation standards in one hour. Introduction: Mother's milk (ASI) is a very good nutritional intake for newborn babies. Natural breast milk produced by mothers has important nutrients for babies. Breast milk contains various microbial materials. Nutrition for mothers who are breastfeeding must be given optimally. Oxytocin massage is a non-pharmacological technique that functions to overcome substandard breast milk production. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of breastfeeding education on breast milk production. Method: This research uses a descriptive observational method using a case study method approach. The subject used was a postpartum mother patient with breast milk production problems in the NICU room at Dr. Tjitrowardojo Hospital, Puroworejo. Data collection was carried out by interviewing Mrs. V and also looked at the medical records in the PICU/NICU room using the neonate assessment format developed by the UMY FKIK Nurse Professional Education. Results: After being given intervention for 5 days, there was an effect of breastfeeding education on breast milk production. Conclusion: Breastfeeding education can influence breast milk production.

Tasked with providing community guidance and community services, guidance for correctional clients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as rehabilitation and resocialization of law violators, even to crime prevention. The Role of Correctional Institutions in Indonesia is Linked to the Purpose of Punishment. The existence of correctional institutions in Indonesia carries out three very important roles, namely: carrying out law enforcement, the role of coaching and internal strengthening of correctional institutions. The suggestion that the author puts forward is that the government should provide the facilities and infrastructure needed by correctional institutions to develop correctional inmates with the aim of returning correctional inmates to society so that they can live independently and be useful in society. So that correctional institutions can increase their role and function effectively in providing guidance to inmates.

This article aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the security of the Indonesian National Police Intelligence in the execution of disputed objects. On the other hand, the police have a role as law enforcers, so they must try to mediate in every conflict that occurs in society, especially in efforts to handle land execution cases. In an effort to increase the effectiveness of the police in securing land executions, they must adhere firmly to the law so as not to violate the role and function of the police, namely as protectors of the community, sometimes they are negligent and violate provisions.

The purpose of this research is to design a system that can control pH, fish feeding, fish water replacement. in the fish hold using an IoT-based microcontroller. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods through system design, design software design models, product trials.This method is used This research method includes steps taken to design and implement the system, as well as tests carried out to ensure the performance and success of the designed system. The results of the data designed by the system are analyzing the data in testing this tool according to its function. The accuracy of using the tool when feeding is 90.5% and the percentage error is 9.5%. The accuracy of using the tool when draining mode is 100% with a percentage error of 0%. And for the results of the percentage error of the pH sensor when the mode is on by 100% with a percentage error of 0%. This shows that the Smart Pond system designed has a high level of accuracy in terms of fish feeding and pond draining.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a condition where the heart function is disturbed and is unable to pump enough blood that causes the heart to not provide oxygen to meet the needs of the tissue so that the patient experiences shortness of breath or dyspnea. Objective: To implement a nursing intervention for providing a Semi-fowler position to increase the oxygen saturation on the Congestive Heart Failure patient with dyspnea. Method: This study was a case report (case report) with nursing intervention providing Semi-fowler position, was carried out for 3 times on different days. Results: The oxygen saturation before granted a semi-fowler position on the first and second observations were 94% then on the third observations were 95%. Later after 3 times provided a semi-fowler position, the oxygen saturation up to 98% at the first-time observation and 99% at the second and on the third observation. Conclusion: there is an increase in oxygen saturation on the Congestive Heart Failure patient with dyspnea after 2 times given a semi-fowler position on a different day.

This research aims to determine the impact of promotion and demotion mechanisms in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used is interviews. The informant in this research was only one teacher. This research shows the mechanism of promotion and demotion in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. There are promotion and demotion indicators consisting of work performance, discipline, skills. Lastly, the demotion indicators consist of member incompetence, personal requests, and rationalization of numbers. The results of the discussion in this research are that in carrying out professional duties, teachers have the right to receive promotions in accordance with their duties and work performance, which includes promotion/increase in functional position. Furthermore, demotions are caused by the lack of performance of a teacher who is not good enough. Demoting a teacher does not happen directly, but there is a gradual evaluation, namely by evaluating several times with agreement with the other teachers. At SMA Labschool Unesa 1, there are no differences and there is a sense of family towards teachers who have just been demoted.

A qualitative approach was chosen as it allows for a more in-depth understanding of the complex issues of risk management, fund management, and deposit insurance functions in savings and loan cooperatives in Indonesia. To ensure the viability and health of this sector that aims to make a significant contribution to financial inclusion and inclusive economic growth, the government, financial institutions, and cooperatives must work together. To advance the savings and loan cooperative sector in Indonesia, strategic measures should be taken, such as improving risk management and supporting IDICs. Ultimately, this will support the stability of the national financial system and the economic well-being of people in Indonesia.

The system design methodology used in preparing the final report of this practical work uses a descriptive method, namely by conducting research based on the data that has been collected. One of the developments in information technology applications is information systems. Information systems function as collecting, processing, storing, analyzing and disseminating information designed for specific purposes.
