The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed the human perspective in interacting and doing business  fundamentally. Business systems that are transformed into online systems have an impact on the way humans conduct financial transactions. Principles contained in Industry 4.0. provide an illustration that interconnection with the internet and good data security will result in the provision of fast information to produce decisions. The study uses a literature study approach that examines data and information from journals, textbooks, and  he internet to conduct a deeper study of the application of industry principles 4.0 to financial transactions and accounting. based on the results of the study concluded that the financing transaction media had developed into the Fintech industry and the transaction system in the form of a payment gateway. The large number of financial transactions with the payment gateway system requires companies to do IT Spending intangible asset in the form of Big Data and Cloud Computing security systems. The technology provides benefits for the  company in terms of data analysis and provision of information to speed up the decision making process and secure storage systems and affordable costs. Through the information technology media, it will facilitate management to make decentralized decision making.

The aim of this research is to know how far the ecology education for the parishoners in the region of St.Ana Maria, Simpang Naneng in St.Petrus  an& Paulus parish, Ampah. Ecological education can help people in maintaining and treating  the environment properly. This is  descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained by observation, interview methods and documentation. The research steps include conversations with informants, informant profiles, determining themes, reflections, implications, synthesis, prospects or possibilities that occur. Information  are pastoral officers, parish priests and some parishioners The results of the study showed that the parishioner’s ecological knowledge was still lacking. It is caused by the level of human resources and also the  limitation of reporting about ecological education  by pastoral officers to the parishioner. In particular, the  church can explain ecological education through catechesis for  people in the region of St. Ana Maria, Simpang Naneng, st.petrus  and Paulus parish, Ampah.

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

This study examines the effect of PAD, DAU, DAK, DBH, Area on Capital Expenditures and their impact on Economic Growth. The population in this study is the Province / Region of Sumatra, Java, and Bali in 2012-2017.The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the study period from 2012-2017 producing 96 samples. The relationship and or influence between variables is explained by using the multiple regression analysis method. the results of the study show that PAD, DAK and area have a significant positive effect on Capital Expenditures, DAU and DBH have no effect on Capital Expenditures, Capital Expenditures have a significant negative effect on Economic Growth. Prostitution is an act that deviates and violates the rules of social and religious values ​​and norms. Prostitution involving parties such as pimps, commercial sex workers, and service users comes from various circles due to economic factors and lack of mental strength in dealing with global changes in society that changed to the modern era, as well as lifestyle demands where values ​​and norms exist in in society began to be eroded by the changing times that are increasingly developing. The method used in this research is normative juridical, research specifications in concreto, secondary data sources, the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that law enforcement in the handling of prostitution in Demak Regency was carried out using the model of actual enforcement law. It emerged after the discretion in law enforcement was believed to be due to limitations, both related to infrastructure, quality of human resources, quality of legislation and lack of community participation. Law enforcement officers include the Civil Service Police Unit, Demak District Police, and Social Services. Obstacles that occur in law enforcement in the prevention of prostitution in Demak Regency are due to legal factors including; in the sound of the Regional Regulation numbers are unclear so that it can be bargained in other words not in accordance with these rules, law enforcement factors; law enforcement officials are less assertive, law enforcement officials prioritize the principle of humanity, and the lack of personnel, factors and facilities include; the absence of rehabilitation houses to accommodate community disease perpetrators (CSWs) and lack of funding to crack down on perpetrators to the judicial process, community factors include; the community is less participating in reporting the practice of prostitution around them, and there are backing / thugs or pimps who protect commercial sex workers to provide information early so they can escape, cultural factors include; The inherent community culture has long since begun to be abandoned, and the existence of a modern city culture has entered the Demak District.   Keywords: Law Enforcement, Prevention of Prostitution

The provision of legal aid to the poor is an effort to fulfill and simultaneously implement a rule of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens regarding the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the mechanism for providing criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City, the fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the poor, and the inhibiting factors for fulfilling the right to criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City. The approach method used is juridical normative, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection method used is literature study. This research is presented in the form of a report which is described induction through qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the mechanism of providing criminal legal assistance to the poor in Semarang City was in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Legal Aid, Semarang City Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Legal Aid and Regulation of the Mayor of Semarang Number 131 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Legal Aid. The fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the people of Semarang city so far the fulfillment of the right to legal aid in criminal cases against the urban poor has not been maximized because it has not been felt by all levels of society, especially the poor who do not know about the existence of free legal assistance, besides that it is also constrained by budget constraints. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence of human resources, regional financial accounting system, government accounting standards, internal control, the quality of local financial statements at the Regional Work Unit Unit in Semarang City. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire in the Regional Work Unit Unit of Semarang City. Respondents in this research are Echelon III and Echelon IV. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the help of software SPSS version 16. Moralitas intervensi kemanusiaan harus didasarkan pada Alkitab. Artikel ini mencoba mengusulkan dasar alkitabiah dari moralitas intervensi kemanusiaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi pustaka. Dua ajaran Alkitab, satu dari Perjanjian Lama dan satu dari Perjanjian Baru, direfleksikan. Pertama, teks Perjanjian Lama Kejadian 1:26-27 menceritakan martabat dan nilai manusia, sebagai puncak ciptaan Tuhan. Manusia harus menghormatinya. Melindungi hidup manusia adalah alasan yang adil untuk intervensi kemanusiaan. Kedua, dalam intervensi kemanusiaan, ada ketegangan antara “keprihatinan kemanusiaan” dan “kedaulatan bangsa.” Ketegangan ini sejajar dengan ketegangan dalam Perjanjian Baru Luk 6:6-11. Teks ini menceritakan ketegangan antara “berbuat baik” dan “menjaga hukum”. Yesus, Guru Moralitas kita, mengajarkan bahwa berbuat baik dan menyelamatkan hidup (“keprihatinan kemanusiaan” dalam intervensi kemanusiaan) lebih tinggi nilainya daripada mengikuti hukum Sabat (“kedaulatan bangsa”). Kedua teks dapat menjadi dasar bagi moralitas intervensi kemanusiaan.

The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the factors that cause violations of traffic signs by motorcycle riders in the city of Semarang. (2) To analyze criminological studies of violations of traffic signs by motorcyclists in Semarang City. In an effort to improve the health of the elderly effectively, it needs to be supported by adequate human resource skills where one of them is an elderly Posyandu cadre. After training for elderly cadres and posyandu and elderly gymnastics, it is expected that the performance of the elderly posyandu cadres can be optimized so that they can provide better health services to the elderly. Method: This activity uses the Community Empowering approach with the method of lecturing, discussion and demonstration and this activity is divided into three stages, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Result: The formation of elderly cadres, increasing knowledge of the elderly, elderly posyandu and the implementation of elderly gymnastics. Conclusion: Training of elderly posyandu cadres and elderly gymnastics has been carried out well in the form of selection of elderly cadres, implementation of elderly posyandu, andelderly gymnastics through the provision of materials and training for elderly posyandu. It is expected that Puskesmas officers will always supervise and evaluate the elderly posyandu activities in Guwang Village, so that the elderly was monitored for their health conditions.

Juridical aspects are based on the existing legal umbrella and judge as the applicator, sociological aspects, namely the application of the law concerning the values ​​of society in order to create legal justice, and philosophical aspects that are based on the value of truth and justice.           This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms.           The problem in this study regarding the basis of the judge's consideration in imposing criminal sanctions against perpetrators of trafficking in persons and the comparison of judges' considerations related to criminal imposition of perpetrators of human trafficking in decisions No. 632.K / PID.SUS / 2016 and Decisions Number 1447.K / PID.SUS / 2016.           From the results of this study indicate that, the application of the law where the judge as the applicator is in accordance with the values ​​of the law, and the community, but still very minimal or the need for more policies on victims of trafficking, namely the right to restitution (restoration of the rights of victims from trafficking).

Self-interest starts at the early life of human beings. Along with his body self-interests also grows in the biological growth of a child. Mankind tends to do everything for his own interest, such as to fulfill his needs. Meanwhile, there is another terminology that close to self-interest, i.e. selfishness. Regardless we have to determine the meaning of both terminologies. Self-interest depends on condition, while selfishness focus on ones own interest. Selfishness has no value per se, and it is different with self-interest. In social relationship, self-interest is not without problem. In this paper, we try to describe several conditions  of  such  relationship  by  using  the  theory  of  George  Simmel.  Is  there  any condition to bring the self-interest for a good relationship? Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to achieve the knowledge and an encouragement for the highest social virtue in relationship.

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang merupakan pelajaran wajib dan harus diikiti dari jenjang sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku di Indosesia saat ini. Persoalan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris adalah sulitnya siswa menerima bahasa kedua yaitu bahasa Inggris dan pendidik yang bukan native speaker, sehingga terkadang pembelajaran yang disampaikan mengalami human error. Dalam mentransformasikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui media pembelajaran diharapkan mampu mengurangi kebosanan, sulit dalam memahami pembelajaran dan mengurangi human error. Metode dengan menggunakan media sebagai alat transformasi pembelajaran, salah satunya melalui permaianan, slide, dan gambar-gambar yang menarik. Melalui metode tersebut perubahan siswa dalam menerima pembelajaran lebih baik sesuai dengan indikator pada tiap-tiap tingkat pembelajaran. Selain iti siswa bergairah untuk belajar, dapat berinteraksi yang lebih langsung antara anak didik dengan lingkungan dan kenyataan dan semangat belajar sendiri-sendiri sesuai kemampuan dan minat masing-masing.

INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

The questions about relation between philosophy and religion always raise discussions among scholars and philosophers. It is not only about “philosophic” and “religious” problem but aslo extends to the truth and role of both in a society. Maimonides offers his solution to resolve this issue. Maimonides, of course, does not stand  alone  to  resolve this probem.  His main  sources are  Platonic  and Aristotelian  philosophy  interpreted  by  Arabic  masters  in  Arabic philosophical tradition particularly by Al-Fārābi. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0.
