The SME assistance program entitled "SME Assistance: Enhancing Competitiveness and Innovation in the Digital Era for Bintang Emas SMEs in Kasengan Village, Manding Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency" was implemented from March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024. This program aims to enhance digital capacity, product innovation, and modern marketing strategies for Bintang Emas SMEs. Through digital marketing training, product innovation workshops, and technical assistance, participants learn to utilize digital technology and e-commerce platforms to enhance the visibility and sales of their products, including the flagship product of cassava chips. The results showed a 25% increase in sales in the first three months, an improvement in product variety and quality, as well as an enhancement in business and financial management skills. This program also successfully fostered a spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration in the local community and strengthened the relationship between SMEs and the surrounding community. With these achievements, it is hoped that Bintang Emas SMEs will continue to innovate and adapt to market changes, providing sustainable benefits to the local economy and the welfare of the local community.

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). Physics Doctor Sensor technologies have improved the everyday life of human beings through their applications in almost all fields. Sensors are devices that detect changes in the source/environment and collect signals, and accordingly, the reaction is designed. There is a range of sources, including light, temperature, movements, and pressure etc., which may be used. A wide range of applications are utilized using innovative sensor technologies in lifestyle, healthcare, fitness, manufacturing, and daily life. In the medical field, the difficulty of taking medicine is eased by drug donors fitted with sensors. It reminds them to take medicine via a signal and supply the necessary medicine at the specified moment. In health care, older individuals, athletes, and risk patients benefit from modern sensor technology. The current industrial trends driving innovation include ultrasound, radar, and non-contact optoelectronic solutions and laser technology. The paper gives a brief overview of the numerous types of sensors that are utilized in everyday life. Various capabilities of sensors for day-to-day healthcare are discussed. Various features, associated nomenclature, and measures for sensors in day-to-day routine life are discussed diagrammatically and finally, the paper identifies and discusses twenty-two significant applications of sensors for daily life. Sensors also produce vital information and exchange data with other connected devices and administration systems when linked to a network. Thus, for the effective running of many companies, sensors are critical. Various types of sensors are used in our daily life, which is more accurate and makes quicker analysis.

In the modern era, advancements in technology and information have transformed traditional communication into digital formats. Companies leverage technology to compete and survive in a competitive environment. Social media plays a crucial role in interaction, information exchange, and collaboration, serving as a powerful business promotion tool due to its broad reach. In global marketing, companies must develop creative and adaptive strategies to utilize social media effectively. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the success factors of marketing strategies using social media in a global context. The findings indicate that global marketing strategies require a deep understanding of target markets, positioning, marketing mix, and budgeting, as well as adaptation to cultural, economic, and legal factors in the target markets.

Trade is an activity that is inherent in human life and in Islam trade has an important role in advancing the economy and facilitating the exchange of goods and services in accordance with Islamic knowledge, Sharia Law, Globalization and technological developments. Apart from that, changes in regulations are one of the challenges facing Islamic trade in the modern era. However, there are also important opportunities, such as e-commerce, Islamic finance, and halal products, that enable Muslim traders to innovate and compete in global markets. In an era of ever-changing global trade, Muslim traders around the world must continually monitor changes in consumer demand, regulations and technology. With a good understanding of the markets and a commitment to Islamic principles, traders can take advantage of Islamic trading opportunities in this modern era. Halal trade is a clear example of how adaptation to these changes can bring success in the context of Islamic trade.

This research explores the management of management information systems at Jomelo Cosmetic Shop on Bukit Kaminting Induk Street, Palangka Raya City using qualitative methods and a holistic approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study discovered that the deployment of a management information system has a significant impact on the efficacy of the organization's data source system, with 100% of respondents stating that SIM helps improve operational efficiency and decision-making. In the study, one hundred percent of respondents stated that SIM improves operational efficiency and decision-making processes, which shows how important the implementation of a management information system  is to improve the performance of enterprise data source systems. The study recommends several measures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of  management information system, such as increasing staff training on the use of SIM (80% of respondents agreed), monitoring and evaluating SIM performance regularly (75% of respondents agreed) and optimizing the use of information technology to support SIM (65% of respondents agreed). This study also recommends several steps to improve product information for customers, such as providing more complete product information on the store website (90% of respondents agreed), utilizing social media to promote products (85% of respondents agreed), and training store staff to provide proper product information (70% of respondents agreed The findings of this study indicate that Jomelo Cosmetic Shop can improve its competitiveness and quality of service to customers by implementing best practices in information systems management. This is expected to improve operational efficiency and better delivery of product information to customers.

This research examines the importance of transparency and fairness in the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic law in the modern era. The main problem faced is dissatisfaction and conflict between heirs due to unfair and non-transparent distribution. The purpose of this research is to identify how the principles of transparency and fairness can be applied in the distribution of inheritance in accordance with Islamic law, in order to maintain harmony and justice in the family and society. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study, which involves collecting data from various literatures related to Islamic inheritance law. The results showed that transparency can be achieved through clear documentation, open communication, and the use of technology to digitize inheritance documents. Fairness in inheritance distribution emphasizes that gender differences do not affect inheritance rights, with men and women having equally strong rights, although there are differences in the amount of shares received based on utility and need. In conclusion, applying the principles of transparency and fairness in the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic law is crucial to avoid conflicts and ensure justice in families and societies in the modern era.

The agricultural sector is an important pillar of Indonesia's development, contributing to employment, food security, and economic growth. However, the sector's potential has not been fully utilized, with low agricultural productivity being a major problem. Factors such as the low interest of the younger generation to become farmers, lack of quality education, and limited agricultural technology are the main causes. Generation Z, with its proficiency in technology, has great potential to overcome these challenges through the implementation of precision farming, a model that uses modern technology to improve farming efficiency and yield. While the government has made various efforts, collaboration between the government and various parties, including Gen Z, is needed. Precision agriculture, which involves the use of technologies such as GPS and GIS, can increase productivity with real-time monitoring and more targeted input use. The implementation of precision agriculture also faces challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure and a lack of interest in agriculture among the younger generation. With an integrative approach, adequate education, and technological support, precision farming can be a solution to increase agricultural productivity in Indonesia, while attracting the younger generation to engage in the sector.

In an increasingly modern era, developments in information and communication technology continue to take place in parallel. There are various telecommunications systems that have been developed, allowing humans to communicate effectively, both directly and over long distances. With the evolution of telecommunications systems, the variety of systems used continues to grow, offering various ways for us to interact. This research aims to explore the efficiency of a topology that has been proven previously, by creating relevant simulations using the Cisco Packet Tracer application. Through this simulation, it can be proven that the bus topology still has high competitiveness in telecommunications infrastructure, especially in the connection process between servers and other devices. Researching and understanding the performance of topologies like this is important for optimizing our modern communications systems.

This study examines the ongoing process of transitioning archive storage systems to digital formats within both governmental and private organizations, with a specific focus on assessing the benefits and drawbacks associated with digital applications. Moreover, this study also compares various aspects of archive management between state and private companies, including archive storage principles, storage systems, equipment and supplies, recording systems, lending systems, maintenance and care, and manual archive evaluation. The study utilized a descriptive approach with a qualitative method. Information was gathered through interviews pertinent to the research objectives. Findings revealed both commonalities and distinctions in the management of archives between public and private enterprises. Both types of companies use digital systems for records management, but there are differences in the applications used. Private companies use an application called Dynamics AX, which has advantages in terms of flexibility and integration with other management systems, but also has disadvantages in terms of high costs and training needs. On the other hand, state companies use the West Java Electronic Document Information System (SIDEBAR), which is more focused on administrative needs and government documentation, and has advantages in terms of accessibility and regulatory compliance, but disadvantages in terms of limited features and technical support. A further comparison shows that record-keeping systems in private companies tend to be more modern with the use of the latest technology, while state companies are more conservative with an emphasis on compliance with government regulations and standards. The equipment and supplies used by private companies are more sophisticated, while state companies prioritize simplicity and cost efficiency. In terms of loan and maintenance systems, private companies have faster and more efficient procedures, while state companies have stricter and more organized procedures. In general, this study finds that the conversion of archives into digital formats brings considerable advantages to both state-owned and private companies, though each faces unique hurdles during the process. Ongoing assessment and adjustments to systems are crucial for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of record management across both sectors.

Many individuals seek meaning and direction but often fail to find lasting fulfillment. This paper emphasizes the enduring need for God's word as a source of truth, guidance, and comfort. Role of the Church,The importance of churches and Christian communities in teaching and disseminating God's word effectively to meet contemporary spiritual needs. The study concludes that rekindling the hunger for God's word is crucial in addressing the spiritual needs of today's society, offering a timeless guide and a source of hope for those seeking truth. This calls for a collective effort by individuals and faith communities to prioritize and propagate the transformative power of God's word in a world often devoid of spiritual direction.    

Digital Pathology Image Analysis (DPIA) is one of the areas where deep learning (DL) techniques offer modern, cutting-edge functionality. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) technology outperforms the competition in classification, segmentation, and detection tasks while being just one of numerous DL techniques. Classification, segmentation, and detection methods can often be used to address DPIA concerns. Some difficulties can also be resolved using pre- and post-processing techniques. However, other CNN models have been investigated for use in addressing DPIA-related issues. Furthermore, the research seeks to explore how susceptible the model is to adversarial attacks and suggest strategies to counteract them. To predict ischemic strokes caused by blood clots, the authors of this study developed CNN with a pixel brightness transformation (PBT) technique for image enhancement and developed several approaches of image augmentation techniques to increase and provide the learning model with more diverse features. Also, adversarial training was integrated into CNN models to train the model with perturbed data in order to assess the impact of adversarial noise at different stages of training. Several metrics, including precision, F1-score, accuracy, and recall, are utilized to assess the experiments' effectiveness. The research findings indicate that employing transfer learning with a deep learning model achieved an accuracy of up to 97% using the ReLU activation function. Also, data augmentation helps improve the accuracy of the model.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of modern office practices at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Wasliyah Tembung, encompassing staff training, procurement of hardware and infrastructure, document digitization, system integration, and the application of technology-based communication systems. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of the processes and outcomes of the implementation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The study also identifies the challenges faced, such as resistance to change and technical issues, and the strategies used to address them. The study concludes that the implementation of modern office practices significantly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of madrasah operations and enhances the quality of educational services. This study recommends continuous staff training, investment in hardware and infrastructure, and a focus on document digitization and system integration for the successful implementation of modern office practices in other educational institutions.

This research aims to examine the transformation of traditional expressions in the Makassar traditional wedding procession in the modern era. The main focus of the research is to understand how these expressions adapt to social change, technology and modern values, as well as their impact on preserving the culture and identity of the Makassar community. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and participant observation. The research results show that although some traditional expressions have undergone modifications to adapt to the modern context, the core of the cultural values ​​contained are still maintained. This transformation reflects adaptive cultural dynamics and shows that modernization does not always threaten tradition, but can serve as a means of strengthening and enriching cultural heritage. This research emphasizes the importance of striking a balance between preserving traditions and innovating so that these traditions remain relevant amidst changing times.

This training aims to improve Mardhiyah Middle School students' skills in using Canva as a tool to create interesting and informative presentation material. Canva was chosen because of its easy-to-use interface and various graphic design features that can be accessed online. The Service Team carries out training methods including an introduction to basic Canva features, such as using templates, manipulating text, setting layouts, and integrating graphic elements. In addition, this training will focus on developing students' creativity in designing presentations that are aesthetic and easy to understand, taking into account the principles of effective design. The training material also covers color management strategies, information hierarchy, and techniques for arranging content that suits the target audience. It is hoped that after attending this training, students will be more confident in creating quality presentations, using modern technology to express their ideas and information in a visual and professional way. It is hoped that this can also prepare them to face the demands of competence in the current digital era.

This article seeks to criticize the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and the inclusive paradigm in modern times. By identifying and analyzing the implications of cultural trends in these two concepts, the author aims to gain a deeper understanding of how values ​​and beliefs in contemporary society are influenced and change in line with the development of cultural trends. The method used in this research is qualitative research methods. with a literature study approach. First of all, the study will begin with a comprehensive literature review, aiming to gather the latest information regarding the development of Christian philosophy, inclusive paradigms, and cultural trends in the context of modern times. The next step is to conduct an in-depth conceptual analysis, taking into account relevant theological, philosophical and socio-cultural perspectives. Modern cultural trends have brought about significant changes in the way humans interact, think and communicate. In the context of the inclusive paradigm, this change has several implications. Advances in information technology and digital culture have made individual needs more diverse and complex. An inclusive paradigm must be able to capture and meet these needs contextually. Inclusive education, for example, should focus on developing individuals' abilities to adapt to change and interact with various cultures. the influence of cultural trends on Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms in the modern era, with a focus on their impact in the context of morality, biblical authority, and inclusivity. Through conceptual analysis and critique of the implications of cultural trends, this article highlights challenges and opportunities for Christian philosophy and inclusive paradigms.

This study examines the influence of innovation in early childhood education on improving the professionalism of educators, because early childhood education is a critical stage in child development where educators have an important role in providing quality educational experiences, innovation in the context of early childhood education using technology, new learning methods and teaching strategies provided by educators creatively and also improvements to  The curriculum used because this study involves field research that collects data through interviews, surveys and data analysis through documents because the results of the study show that educational innovations in early childhood education can improve the professionalism of education personnel by using technology and more modern learning methods, education personnel can be more effective in managing the learning environment that occurs in children Early and also look at the cognitive and social development of children and also education staff in collaboration with the parents of each student. And educational innovation also has a good impact on the motivation of education personnel to improve the quality possessed by each education staff through training and also development that can be done by education personnel with the results of this study showing that the rocks given in educational innovation can be carried out. Being an effective way to improve the professionalism of early childhood education personnel which will ultimately contribute to improving the quality of early childhood education as a whole in an era that continues to change and also develop, so we can see that innovation is the first key to improving early childhood education and the professionalism of education personnel involved in early childhood education institutions.  

This research aims to find out how effective and efficient correspondence management is after the use of online-based electronic information and communication technology (paperless office system) in processing incoming letters. Utilization of information technology in correspondence management is management of an agency's correspondence system by utilizing information technology in the form of computer media, the internet or other media using either manual or electronic systems. The main discussion in this research is how effective the delivery of incoming mail services is with an electronic system and the obstacles faced in implementing these two systems in mail management. The research results show that the application of information technology in correspondence management is able to speed up the administration process, reduce human error, and increase data accessibility and security. However, several obstacles such as limited skilled human resources and inadequate technological infrastructure are still challenges. Recommendations are provided to overcome these obstacles, including training for staff and improving technological infrastructure. Thus, it is hoped that the use of information technology in correspondence management can continue to be improved to support a more modern school administration and efficient.

The rapid and modern development of technology has created an increasing need for adequate software, but sometimes the cost of software is often a problem for some individuals and companies who want to use it. Software piracy has become a common problem in society, which is detrimental to copyright holders and threatens the security of user data. This research analyzes publications on software piracy and its impact on Indonesian law from 2019 to 2024. The method used in this research is bibliometric analysis by collecting data through Google Scholar. The results show five main clusters covering legal aspects and internet technology.  Through this analysis, it was found that the close relationship between software piracy and Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Constitution No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright, Law No. 1 of 2023 on the criminal code, and Law No. 1 of 2024 on the second amendment to Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions are very relevant in dealing with this problem. However, further analysis is needed to understand their practical implementation and effectiveness in addressing software piracy. This research shows the potential for further research in software piracy based on keywords that are rarely used in previous studies.

Abstract. This case study explores the influence of transformational leadership style in facilitating innovation and synergy in an institution. Through the analysis of conceptual relationship diagrams among various operational elements within the organization, this study demonstrates how transformational leadership impacts decision-making processes, innovation, and competency enhancement. In this context, leadership acts not only as a decision maker but also as a motivator inspiring active participation and commitment from team members. The emphasis on consultation and coordination in decision-making illustrates the implementation of democratic practices supporting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Furthermore, the study identifies innovation as a central pillar driving the institution to adapt to changes and meet the dynamic market needs. Initiatives such as the implementation of modern technology and new approaches in human resource management are illustrated as key components in the organization’s innovative strategy. The findings of this case study underscore that transformational leadership is effective in triggering organizational growth and sustainability by integrating innovation and collaboration. The implications of these findings provide important insights for other institutional leaders in designing leadership strategies that not only direct the organization to achieve its targets but also ensure ongoing adaptation and growth in a continually changing environment. This study offers valuable contributions to the literature on organizational leadership, particularly in the context of institutions operating in the era of globalization and digital transformation.
