Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in every organization, whether in business, education, or social contexts. If not managed properly, conflict has the potential to reduce performance; however, if handled constructively, it can become a source of innovation. Based on this issue, this study aims to answer the main question: how is conflict understood and managed according to recent literature findings? The method used is a literature review by searching for articles through several online databases using the keywords "organizational conflict," "conflict management," "types of conflict," and "resolution strategies." From an initial search result of 17 articles, after a screening process, 15 articles met the criteria for further analysis. The analysis results reveal three main themes. First, conflict in organizations can be categorized into several types, such as intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup, and intergroup conflicts. Second, the sources of conflict often stem from differences in interests, ineffective communication, and unequal distribution of resources. Third, conflict resolution strategies vary, including mediation, collaborative communication, compromise, deliberation, and approaches based on religious values.

In human life, sports play a very important role as they can influence both physical and psychological conditions. Through regular physical activity, individuals not only achieve physical fitness but also maintain mental and emotional balance. One type of exercise that is interesting to study is slow running, which involves running at a steady but gentle pace. This study focuses on examining the effectiveness of group slow running on levels of happiness. The subjects of this research were students from the Psychology Department at Universitas Negeri Padang, class of 2021, aged between 18 and 21 years old. The study employed a quantitative method with an experimental approach using a pretest-posttest control group design. Two groups were involved in this research—an experimental group and a control group—each receiving different treatments. Measurements were conducted before and after the intervention to observe changes in happiness levels. The results of the independent sample t-test analysis showed a significance value of 0.003, which is smaller than α = 0.05. This indicates a significant difference between the two groups. Therefore, it can be concluded that group slow running is effective in increasing happiness among adolescents, particularly university students, as it fosters feelings of relaxation, enthusiasm, and togetherness.

In Indonesia, waqf generally takes the form of land that is used for mosques, prayer rooms, schools, cemeteries and homes for orphans, although the object of waqf is not limited to land alone. A clear waqf certificate is important to provide legal certainty regarding the ownership and use of waqf land, because without this certainty, ownership or management disputes could hamper the use of waqf assets for the public interest. Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf regulates waqf as a concrete effort to deal with waqf problems, but many people have not officially registered waqf land, which has the potential to cause conflict in the future. An example is the case that occurred at the Jami Nurul Islam Mosque, which is located in Koja, North Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. This research will discuss the legal consequences of the absence of a waqf pledge deed and resolving waqf land disputes through alternative methods, using normative legal research Keywords : Waqf, Waqf Disputes, Alternative Methods.

The research titled “Legal Implications of Mixed Marriages between Indonesian Citizens and Foreign Nationals on the Citizenship Status of Minors” discusses the legal consequences arising from marriages between Indonesian citizens (WNI) and foreign nationals (WNA), particularly regarding the determination of the citizenship status of minors. Mixed marriages often create legal complexities due to differences in citizenship systems between countries, which affect the rights and legal standing of children. The research problems focus on two main issues: how Indonesian positive law regulates the citizenship status of children born from mixed marriages, and how the state provides legal protection for such children. This study employs a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, analyzing relevant laws, doctrines, and court decisions. The results show that although Law Number 12 of 2006 on Indonesian Citizenship has improved the previous system by recognizing limited dual citizenship for children, its implementation still faces several obstacles. Complicated bureaucracy, a lack of understanding among officials, and persistent discriminatory practices remain major challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the legal framework and administrative system of citizenship management to ensure that the principles of non-discrimination and the best interests of the child are effectively and fairly realized.

Quantitative approaches are used in this research methodology. Purposive sampling strategies were utilized to get data from 75 pupils. The study tool was a questionnaire, and the data was evaluated using the validity test, reliability test, linear regression, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) in SPSS 26. This study suggests that digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI) has a favorable effect on students' interest in learning, with a regression coefficient of 0.920. Because the t-test yields a calculated t value of 57.031, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.666, H₀ is rejected and Ha is accepted. This suggests that students' interest in studying in the digital age at AMAYO Yogyakarta is significantly impacted by the use of digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI). The computed F value of 3252.522, which is higher than the F table of 3.97, indicates that the F-test also reveals results that need serious consideration. Additionally, the 97.8% coefficient of determination (R2) suggests that digital media based on artificial intelligence (AI) can affect students' motivation in learning, whereas 2.2% is influenced by other elements that are not within the purview of this study. According to the study's findings, AMAYO Yogyakarta students can boost their interest in learning in the digital age by utilizing digital media powered by artificial intelligence (AI).
