In a study entitled "Analysis of Coloring Learning Using Crayons with the Drill Method for the Development of Fine Motor Skills of Early Childhood Aged 3-4 Years at Sanggar WARNA Tasikmalaya. One of the objectives of this study is to find out how the process of learning to color pictures using crayons with the drill method is like the development of fine motor skills of early childhood at Sanggar WARNA Tasikmalaya. In this study, the researcher focused on the process of learning to color pictures using crayons in early childhood and the results obtained from the learning at Sanggar WARNA Tasikmalaya. The researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach in his research, while the data collection was through field studies in the form of observations, interviews and documentation studies, which were then compiled, processed and analyzed to provide an overview of the existing problems. The results obtained by the researcher from the study, namely the process of learning to color using crayons with the drill method for the development of early childhood motor skills can help children to grow their concentration skills and also increase children's self-confidence. In the age range of 3-4 years, the child's learning process is more focused on coloring between 1, 2 or up to 3 color gradations. For the final results stage of learning, children are usually included in competitions, with the aim being more for evaluation needs rather than winning or losing.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the methods implemented by the teacher and their impact on students' understanding and dance skills. The method used is qualitative research, including direct observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of the audiovisual materials used. The results of the study show that the use of audiovisual media in dance education increases students' interest and motivation, as well as improves their learning outcomes. This media helps explain the material more effectively and makes learning more engaging. The application of this method has also proven effective in enhancing students' self-confidence, such as encouraging them to try new things, take responsibility for tasks, and participate actively in discussions. In conclusion, audiovisual media plays an important role in supporting the teaching and learning process. However, there are some challenges faced, such as limited equipment and teachers' knowledge. It is recommended that schools provide adequate equipment and that teachers continue to develop their skills in using educational media to achieve optimal results.

Acne is a common skin problem experienced by the community. Characterized by red spots, inflammation, and blackheads, or clogged pores, on the face, neck, and back. Acne is a scary specter for teenagers, especially during puberty, where teenagers want to look their best and glowing, this will be a big problem if the teenager has acne, it will reduce their level of self-confidence, so there is a need for education for students. The purpose of this PkM activity is to introduce students to the innovation of natural products that can be used to treat acne. The method of activity carried out by means of education and assistance in the Innovation of Natural Products That Can Be Used to Treat Acne. The education participants were students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah and SMP Yayasan Ummul Quro Al-Hamidiyah totaling 50 students. The activity was carried out on Thursday, December 19, 2024. The results of the activity showed that the students were very enthusiastic about participating, and the students had understood what was explained by the speaker. The conclusion of the activity shows that there was an increase in student knowledge after being given education about Natural Product Innovations That Can Be Used to Treat Acne.

The storytelling training held during the Language Month at SMK Negeri 3 Palembang aimed to enhance students’ storytelling skills as competition participants. This program employed discussion and hands-on practice to train techniques such as intonation, facial expressions, and gestures relevant to story flow. The results showed significant improvements in participants’ confidence and communication skills. However, challenges such as tight school schedules and limited mentors were identified. Evaluation suggests better planning, extended training duration, and involving more mentors to improve future program effectiveness.

This literature study examines the effect of learning activeness on learning outcomes in various Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Indonesia. In order for student learning outcomes to improve, teachers need to have the ability to develop student learning activeness in every learning process. Efforts to generate student learning activeness are needed so that the implementation of learning activities can run effectively. This study uses a literature review approach by analyzing various related scientific sources. The results showed that student learning activeness affects the improvement of student learning outcomes. Learning activeness has an important role because it can encourage self-confidence and improve student learning outcomes.

Apple has successfully transformed into one of the leading technology brands in Indonesia, despite facing the challenges of a highly competitive market and relatively high product prices. Apple has successfully become one of the leading technology brands in Indonesia, despite the relatively high price of its products. This study aims to identify the factors that support Apple's success in building a strong brand image and gaining a dominant position in the Indonesian market. The results show that the marketing strategy is effective. Despite the high prices, Apple managed to create an image as a symbol of social status, which drives loyalty and desire to own Apple products in Indonesia. This research provides insights into how Apple manages its branding and marketing strategies to stay relevant and maintain its market share in Indonesia.

This study discusses how bingo games can increase students' self-confidence at the primary school level. Bingo was chosen due to its interactive and fun nature, which is expected to create a learning environment that supports the development of students' self-confidence. This study aims to evaluate the effect of using bingo games on students' courage to actively participate in class. The approach used is a literature study, by reviewing various sources such as journal articles, books, previous research, and other relevant documents published in the last five years. The analysis process was carried out through the stages of collecting literature sources, categorizing data, synthesizing information, and drawing conclusions. The results of the literature review show that the implementation of bingo games in learning has significant potential in increasing students' confidence, which is reflected in the increased courage to speak in front of the class, actively answer questions, and interact with peers. This study concludes that bingo games can be an effective alternative learning method to develop elementary school students' self-confidence.

This article discusses improving speaking skills in undergraduate PGSD students at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar (Unismuh Makassar), especially in Advanced Indonesian Language Learning courses. This research aims to identify the challenges faced by students in improving their speaking skills and propose solutions that can be applied in the learning process. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, which involves observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the main challenges faced by students are lack of self-confidence, limited vocabulary, and the inability to organize arguments systematically. The proposed solutions include the application of effective communication techniques, the use of technology-based learning media, and the habit of speaking in public to increase self-confidence. It is hoped that this research can make a positive contribution to the development of speaking skills of PGSD students at Unismuh Makassar, as well as becoming a reference for teaching Indonesian in tertiary institutions.

This study aims to analyze students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in the topic of Systems of Three Linear Equations (SPLTV) at SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta. The research employs a qualitative method with an approach that includes interviews and written tests. The subjects of the study consist of eleventh-grade students selected purposively. The results indicate that students have varying levels of understanding regarding SPLTV problems, with some students facing difficulties in comprehending word problems and applying appropriate solving methods. Nevertheless, most students are able to utilize substitution, elimination, and combination methods in solving problems. The study also finds that students tend not to check their answers, which can affect the accuracy of their results. Therefore, it is recommended that students adopt a more systematic approach in problem-solving and perform checks to enhance their confidence and answer accuracy.

This study analyzes the effect of green accounting, carbon emission disclosure, and environmental performance on firm value. The research is motivated by growing awareness of environmental sustainability, climate change concerns, and the demand for corporate transparency and accountability in managing environmental impacts. Firms are expected not only to achieve financial goals but also to actively manage environmental responsibilities to create long-term value for stakeholders. The research sample consists of 64 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2023 that meet the purposive sampling criteria and provide complete sustainability and annual reports. A quantitative approach is used with secondary data from annual and sustainability reports. The independent variables are green accounting (X1), carbon emission disclosure (X2), and environmental performance (X3), while the dependent variable is firm value (Y), measured by Tobin’s Q ratio. Multiple linear regression analysis is applied along with classical assumption testing to ensure reliability, followed by partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results indicate that green accounting has no significant effect on firm value, implying that adopting green accounting alone may not influence investor perceptions without broader environmental initiatives. Conversely, carbon emission disclosure and environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value, showing that transparent reporting and measurable environmental improvements can strengthen market confidence. The R² value is 4.4%, suggesting other factors also contribute to firm value. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect firm value, highlighting the combined importance of environmental responsibility. The findings provide practical insights for managers, investors, and policymakers: implementing sustainability practices, particularly carbon emission disclosure and improved environmental performance, can enhance investor trust, strengthen corporate reputation, and ultimately increase firm value in the competitive market.

Children's emotional development during childhood is a very important basis in forming attitudes, values ​​and behavior in the future. Parenting styles play a very important role in the formation and emotional development of children. This research examines various types of parenting patterns applied by parents and their impact on children's psychological well-being. Based on literature analysis from ten journals, it was found that positive parenting styles, such as authoritative, can support the development of children's emotional regulation and self-confidence. On the other hand, authoritarian or permissive parenting can actually hinder a child's ability to express emotions in a healthy way. The results of this study show that early social experiences and a positive family environment greatly influence children's emotional development, which ultimately has an impact on their success in the future. The goal of this study is to maximize the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) ability to stop corrupt activities. Within the executive power group, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) is a state institution that exercises its authority and functions independently, unaffected by other powers. This study employs a qualitative approach and descriptive research methods. The study's findings indicate that while the Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) performance has improved, it is still not at its best. Corruption can result in large financial losses and erode public confidence in the government.

Quality education is a fundamental foundation for human development and national progress. Women play a strategic role in supporting education at both family and community levels; however, they still face various barriers in accessing and participating in quality education. This community service program aims to empower women to support the realization of quality education through a participatory approach. The method employed is a participatory approach with a qualitative descriptive design, involving women actively in socialization, training, group discussions, and educational mentoring activities. The results indicate an increased awareness among women regarding the importance of quality education, improved understanding of women's strategic roles in family education, as well as enhanced self-confidence and participation in community-based educational activities. These changes in attitudes and behaviors serve as initial indicators of the success of women's empowerment in supporting educational quality improvement. The program demonstrates that women's empowerment through participatory approaches and continuous mentoring contributes positively to the development of inclusive and sustainable education at the family and community levels.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of project-based collaborative learning in improving the English speaking skills of high school students. Using a quasi-experimental design, this study involved 64 eleventh-grade students divided into an experimental group (n=32) using project-based collaborative learning methods and a control group (n=32) using conventional methods. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test speaking assessments, classroom observations, and interviews with students and teachers. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in English speaking skills compared to the control group (p<0.05) with a large effect size (d=0.87). Qualitative analysis revealed that project-based collaborative learning increased students' motivation, confidence, and critical thinking abilities. These findings indicate that the project-based collaborative learning approach can be an effective strategy for developing English speaking skills in the EFL (English as a Foreign Language) context.

Bagelen bread is a processed dry bread product, processed by re-baking the finished bread to become dry bread. This study aims to determine the right  formulation of canna  starch substitution  for wheat flour in making bagelen dry bread, and to examine the effect of canna starch substitution on the physical properties, chemical properties and sensory properties of bagelen. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of Food and Agricultural Product Processing, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. The research design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and each treatment was repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using Anova (Analysis of Variance) at a 95% confidence level. If significantly different, Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) will be carried out. The results of the analysis of physical hardness properties showed significant differences and the results of the color analysis (L a * b *) showed no significant differences. The results of the chemical properties analysis showed that there was no significant difference in water, ash and fat content, but there was a significant difference in protein and carbohydrate content in bagelen bread. The protein content of bagelen bread will decrease in line with the increasing portion of ganyong starch. Meanwhile, carbohydrate levels will increase as the number of canna starch substitutes increases. The results of the sensory properties analysis of color, aroma, taste and texture of bagelen bread showed significant differences. Substitution of canna starch up to 40% did not affect the level of preference for the attributes of taste, color, and aroma of bagelen bread, but the texture of the substitution with canna starch was less preferred.

This study aims to examine the role of academic guidance and counseling in helping SMA Negeri 1 Lembang students overcome mathematics learning difficulties. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with the main data obtained through in-depth interviews with students. The results show that academic guidance can improve students' understanding of math learning strategies, although its effectiveness depends on the quality and frequency of guidance. In addition, counseling guidance is proven to help students manage learning stress, especially through a personalized and empathic approach. Individual guidance approaches are more effective in meeting the needs of students with specific learning styles, while group guidance encourages collaboration and self-confidence. Teachers play an important role in creating a supportive learning environment, although some students still face challenges due to cognitive constraints and low motivation. This study concludes that quality mentoring can improve students' confidence, concept understanding and academic performance.

The purpose of this study is to observe the cognitive development of early childhood in PAUD Sukacita, especially children aged 5-6 years, through learning activities that involve the introduction of body parts and the calculation of numbers. This learning activity is designed to assess children's ability to understand simple concepts, the courage to appear in front of the class, and numeracy skills. The results of the observation showed that the children's responses to the given activities were very different. Some children show good responses, show optimal cognitive development, and show high self-confidence. . However, there are children who have difficulty understanding the material or feel embarrassed when performing in front of their peers. The main causes of this variation are social anxiety, lack of prior stimulation, and differences in confidence levels. These results underscore the importance of methods that support children's emotional and social development and provide appropriate cognitive stimulation to help children maximize their potential.

The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of brand image and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions regarding MS Glow products in Solo. A positive brand image can enhance consumers' trust in a particular brand; however, product quality remains the primary determinant of satisfaction and choice among consumers. Using qualitative methodology with phenomenological approach, the study aims to understand consumers’ experiences and perspectives towards MS Glow products. The findings indicate that strong brand images, such as reliable reputation and consumer confidence, significantly influence purchase decisions. Additionally, product qualities including durability, performance, design, and innovative features play crucial roles in consumer decision-making processes. This research is expected to help companies develop better marketing strategies to meet individual customer needs effectively.

If students, after becoming alumni, can develop these competencies, it will be very profitable. Partners in this PKM activity are students from MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam, Sarimulya Setu, South Tangerang. The introductory training on the basics of computer hardware and software was carried out in stages: introduction, counseling and assistance in using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there were several problems faced by the introductory training on computer basics, namely students' lack of operating computer technology perfectly, lack of Student motivation when studying computer technology. One of the causes is a lack of awareness of how important it is to study computer technology. The solutions proposed or offered in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Facilitate and provide direction to MTs students at the school, it is hoped that they can understand the basics of computers more freely without fear. 2. Provide computer basics learning according to level. for junior high school level, they are given advanced material from what they learn formally in school informatics lessons. During training activities, students are encouraged to be able to understand the basics of computers with the aim of raising their self-confidence in learning. For this reason, the PKM team will help to solve problems in the management aspect using training methods
