State regulations state that village funds come from the State Budget (APBN) and are used to support governance, development, development, and social activities as well as community empowerment. It is hoped that the existence of village funds will increase the sources of income for each village, and the addition of village income by the government will improve public service facilities.1. As a result, a sentiment analysis of village officials will be carried out in this study. The Naive Bayes approach will be used to classify public sentiment as part of this investigation. We will evaluate two methods to see which produces more accurate results. In addition, the village government's function as the most important social institution in the community is essential for setting standards, facilitating socialization, and allocating resources. Furthermore, some Eweta community members have not received assistance, which could cause social rivalry among neighbors. Through sentiment categorization, responses will be categorized as either positive or negative. Based on feedback from visitors, this study attempts to assess the validity of the two approaches put to the test and offer insights into the caliber of services rendered by the village administration.

This is proven in the management of village funds at the reporting and accountability stage in Tanjung Morawa-A Village, there are still obstacles, namely delays from village officials in submitting the APBDesa Realization Accountability Report to the center, the main cause of which lies in the inaccuracy of reports from the Activity Implementation Team (TPK) and conditions. Human resources are still limited. The implementation of transparency in the management of village funds in the development of Tanjung Morawa-A village is said to be not good, this is proven by the Tanjung Morawa-A Village government still not being open to the community regarding village financial information or not being transparent to the community regarding the management of village funds. Thus, the implementation of accountability and transparency in managing village funds in the development of Tanjung Morawa-A village is technically guided by Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, but its overall implementation is not yet fully in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018.

This study looked at the relationship between Nigeria's ongoing insecurity and poor governance. The article makes the theoretical case that the injustice, corruption, and self-serving leadership of Nigeria's leadership class are to blame for the country's current security problems. Ethnic, communal, religious, and resource-related conflicts have persisted throughout most of Nigeria since the country's restoration to democracy in 1999, following nearly three decades of military administration. This is made worse by the leadership's apparent inability to solve important national concerns like reducing poverty, creating jobs, allocating resources, developing infrastructure, etc. Accordingly, the study concludes that Although it is a huge task, combating insecurity in Nigeria is not insurmountable. Nigerians must therefore come together, and the ruling class must become fully committed to combating insecurity and forging a strong political will.

Post-Caesarean Section (CS) nausea and vomiting are common complications arising from the effects of anesthesia and hormonal changes, which can significantly affect patient comfort and hinder recovery. The administration of antiemetic drugs, while effective, often results in side effects, necessitating the need for alternative non-pharmacological treatments that are both safe and effective. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of ginger inhalation therapy in reducing nausea and vomiting in post-CS patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. A participatory approach was used involving 15 patients, who were divided into two groups: an experimental group receiving ginger inhalation therapy and a control group. Nausea levels were measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) both before and after the intervention. The results indicated that the group receiving ginger inhalation therapy experienced a significant reduction in nausea, with the average NRS score decreasing from 7.2 to 3.8. In contrast, the control group’s NRS score decreased from 7.2 to 6.5. These findings suggest that ginger inhalation therapy is an effective, easy-to-implement, and low-risk alternative to pharmacological treatments for managing postoperative nausea and vomiting. This method could serve as a valuable non-pharmacological option in the postoperative care of CS patients, offering a safe and accessible approach to improving patient outcomes.

Tuberculosis is one of the world's health problems, especially in developing countries. Treatment regimen with multiple first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs (ATD) such as Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol, and Streptomycin remains the most effective for treatment of tuberculosis. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to antituberculosis drugs may range from mild gastrointestinal disturbances to serious hepatotoxicity, peripheral neuropathy, and cutaneous adverse effects. We report a 65 year old male patient with a complaint of yellowish discoloration of sclera, nausea and vomiting after three days of initiation of ATD therapy. The patient has been diagnosed with Tuberculosis relapse and has been taking ATD since June 2024. The patient noted epigastric pain. Laboratory examination found an increase in bilirubin level and electrolyte imbalance. The treatment is in the form of discontinuation of ATD, supportive therapy and followed by hepatoprotective supplements. ATD should be discontinued in patients with hepatotoxicity and fixed drug eruption until liver function and clinical symptoms improve. Initiation of ATD administration is carried out by administering one by one regimen. The patient is currently experiencing antituberculosis drug-induced hepatotoxicity, which is managed by providing supportive care and different AT regimens were prescribed.

This study analyzes the employee performance assessment system at the Malang Regency Transportation Office, based on observations and interviews with several employees. Performance assessments are carried out annually with quarterly evaluations by the head of the sub-division. Evaluations include employee performance, financial administration, and staffing. The assessment process involves several stages: Annual Work Plan (RKT), Performance Agreement, Employee Performance Targets (SKP), and the use of the "SIAP KERJA" Application. The RKT is prepared as an elaboration of the Agency's strategy and facilitates program evaluation. A Performance Agreement is a commitment document between leaders and subordinates related to the implementation of tasks with performance indicators. SKP includes targets that must be achieved in a certain period, measured based on quantity, quality, time, and cost. The results of this assessment are then summarized in the "SIAP KERJA" Application, which experiences technical problems such as frequent errors or maintenance. The suggested solution is to fill in daily activities regularly. This performance assessment aims to improve the integrity, accountability, transparency, and performance of the apparatus, as well as be the basis for evaluation, awards, and sanctions to employees.

The primary issues in this thesis are the causes of siri polygamy, the effects it has on siri polygamous families, and how Tanah Datar Regency has dealt with siri polygamy. The purpose of this study is to investigate and elucidate the causes of siri polygamy in Tanah Datar Regency, as well as the effects and solutions related to this phenomenon. The study's findings indicate that: 1) There are frequent arguments between husband and wife, the husband feels capable, and it is customary to follow ancient customs. The second wife-to-be has not processed the previous husband's death certificate. The husband is worried and does not get permission from the first wife. 2) Siri polygamy has negative effects on children, spouses are unjust and insufficient in allocating their income, spouses are uncaring and hardly return home, wives feel betrayed, and marriages are not legally binding in Tanah Datar Regency. 3) Tanah Datar Regency's resolution of siri polygamy, Out of the five data sets, two had amicably (non-litigation) resolved their issues, with both families and the mother present. None of the data sets were settled in court. Regarding unregistered polygamous weddings, the local Nagari administration has not issued any particular regulations. 4) Unregistered polygamous marriages are regarded under Islamic family law as having no legal significance, with the children being entrusted to the mother and the woman having no rights to assert in the event of a divorce or inheritance. Islamic law permits polygamy as long as certain requirements are met, such as the need that it be done properly and with no more than four partners. In addition, the law and KHI stipulate that the woman cannot have children, has an irreversible illness, or is disabled. The husband also needs the consent of the first wife. There is also an assurance that the husband would be able to fairly provide for his wife and kids.

The land holds significant importance for the people in Indonesia and is one of the country's natural resources. As an agricultural country, a large portion of the Indonesian population relies on agriculture as their primary source of livelihood. Farming, which involves cultivating land to produce food, has long been a cornerstone of rural economies. Notaries and Land Deed Officials (PPAT) play a critical role in Indonesia’s legal and land administration systems. Notaries, governed by Law No. 2 of 2014 and Article 1868 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata), are authorized to create authentic deeds, ensure legal certainty, and maintain document custody. Meanwhile, PPATs, under Government Regulation No. 37 of 1998 and Law No. 4 of 1996, are responsible for drafting deeds related to land registration and mortgage rights, including transactions involving the sale, purchase, and transfer of land rights. The distinct authority of notaries and PPATs is clearly defined by the relevant regulations, with the Constitutional Court Decision No. 5/PUU-XII/2014 affirming that their jurisdictions do not overlap, thereby safeguarding legal certainty in land administration.

This study analyzes the position and function of the sub-district as a liaison between the district and the village government according to government regulation No. 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts in Hawu sub-district, Sabu Raijua district. The method used in this study is the empirical judiciary method using primary data and secondary data. The administration of the government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is divided into provincial areas and the provincial area is divided into districts and cities, where each province, district and city has a regional government, which is regulated by law. The implementation of local government in the sub-district has undergone a change in status, which was initially an administrative area, now it is the work area of the sub-district as a district apparatus in terms of public services. A series of other changes also occurred, such as in the main duties and authorities in the sub-district. The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the position and function of the sub-district head in the sub-district government according to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018?, and (2) What are the factors that affect the sub-district head in carrying out its duties, and its functions according to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018?. From the results of the research, the researcher can conclude that the position of the sub-district and sub-district in coordinating the relationship between the district government and the village government according to government regulation Number 17 of 2018. The position of the sub-district is no longer a unit of government power, but as a unit of work or service area and the inhibiting factor that can affect the function and duties of the sub-district head lies in the human factor, this human factor is divided into several elements including the sub-district, village head and community leaders among the three elements there is only one element that provides an inhibited influence on the duties and functions of the sub-district,  These elements are the elements of the village head, the existence of village heads whose technological capabilities are lacking or what is commonly called technological stuttering (Gaptek) resulting in inhibition of communication through online considering that technology is now increasingly sophisticated, so the use of technology is indeed highly recommended to facilitate online communication between the sub-district head and the village head.
