This condition can be seen as a finding when carrying out a teacher's duties, especially in carrying out learning evaluations, both end of semester exams and madrasa exams. The expected goal of this school action research is that teachers at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung can establish Minimum Completeness Criteria and this workshop can improve the ability of madrasa teachers in preparing KKM. This school action research was conducted at MTs Al-Ma'arif Rancalutung with a total of 15 subject teachers, while the implementation of this action research consisted of two cycles. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability of teachers when setting Minimum Completeness Criteria and this workshop is effective as an approach used to increase teachers' abilities in setting minimum completeness criteria because teachers are more active and a growing sense of responsibility for setting minimum completeness criteria in each subject that taught.

At this time the learning process is still partially carried out online (in the network) considering the positive cases of Covid-19 that still exist in the Semarang City area. The implementation of online learning is not without problems, even in several countries, especially Indonesia, it is reported that countries that adopt online learning on average are actually much smaller than expected. The implementation of online learning makes students less understanding of the learning materials provided and students' low interest in learning during the pandemic. This study aims to create a learning application for grade VI elementary school students that contains learning materials, practice questions that are randomized using LCM and facilitate the results of the assessment of the questions. From the results of LCM randomization, each student did not get the same or twin questions. From the test of 3 students, it was found that the questions that appeared in the same order were question number 6, while the questions that appeared in a different order were questions number 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10

Basic education is a fundamental right for every child, yet disparities in access to education persist in various regions, including Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to map the disparities in access to basic education in Baubau and evaluate the outreach efforts undertaken to raise public awareness of the importance of education. The research employs a combination of field surveys, interviews with education stakeholders, and analysis of spatial and demographic data to assess the current situation and the impact of existing interventions. The findings of the research reveal significant disparities in educational access between urban and rural areas, with rural regions facing greater challenges. Key factors influencing these disparities include inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of qualified teachers, and the economic challenges faced by families in remote areas, which limit children's ability to attend school regularly. Furthermore, there is a lack of community awareness regarding the importance of education, which exacerbates the problem.
