The purpose of this research is to find out what are the current liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and general ratios in an effort to improve the company's financial performance. The population of this study is the 2019-2021 Financial Statements of Toko Surya Baru Sibolga. The data collection method used is to use library research methods. The type of data used in this research is secondary data in the form of annual reports. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis which aims to analyze data by describing or describing data using measurements of liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio) and solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and long term debt to equity ratio). The results of the analysis are as follows (1) the liquidity ratio, according to the calculation of the average for 2019-2021, the current ratio is 188.27%, the quick ratio is 47.48%, and the cash ratio is 28.02%, indicating unfavorable conditions , because the resulting ratio is too low, especially the quick ratio and cash ratio, the company is advised to optimize its current assets, by expanding the business and suppressing the collection of uncollected company receivables. (2) the solvency ratio, according to the calculation of the average 2019-2021 debt to asset ratio, is 22.17%, the debt to equity ratio is 28.67%, and the long term debt to equity ratio is 11%, indicating the condition a good company, the company is expected to maintain financial performance so that the solvency ratio remains at the internal average because the smaller the ratio, the better the company's financial performance

This study was structured to analyze the effect of the Amount of Money in Circulation (JUB) on the profitability of Islamic banks, when viewed from the variable Return On Assets (ROA). The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive research types. The data source of this study is secondary time series data taken from financial reports published by the Financial Services Authority. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis which has previously been carried out by classical assumption tests which include the normality test and heteroscedasticity test. The results of a simple linear regression test based on the value of the regression coefficient are negative, it means that JUB (X) has a negative effect on ROA (Y).

Discipline in an educational institution is an element that is needed as well as the most effective means in the learning process. Discipline provides many benefits for maintaining a balance between the child's inclination and desire to do something with the rules needed in the environment. And efforts that can be made in instilling a disciplined attitude towards children are providing good examples and habituation to actions that are carried out every day. This research focused on student discipline and the supporting and inhibiting factors of female student discipline at IDIA Prenduan Sumenep. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study type of research. Sources of data in this study were obtained from leaders, naibah, ustadzah and female students. by using interview and observation methods. From this method the researcher analyzed the data and information obtained from the informants, by reducing the data, presenting the data and finally concluding so as to produce information that is in accordance with the focus of the research. Discipline that is applied in the IDIA environment is divided into 3 parts, namely the sharia field (worship) such as congregational prayers, tahajjud prayers, tadarus muajjah and other worship activities. In the field of language, such as female students, they must use the official language (English and Arabic) as everyday language, and in the field of qonun (regulations on clothes that may be used both inside and outside the dormitory, and time for studying. Factors supporting a growing awareness in female students, character or personality that is formed in female students, motivation that can raise the spirit of female students, and tazwidul mufrodat agenda, inhibiting factors that are inherited from home or bad behavior, lack of knowledge of nahwu and sorof, and wrong and socializing or wrong in choosing Friend.  

Language acquisition that occurs in children, apart from being influenced by the environment, can also refer to a spectacle. This research is sourced from the Youtube platform which is often used as an entertainment spectacle for children. Moreover, children under the age of now have a high curiosity. Once they introduce Youtube viewing, they will continue to use this social media as a means of entertainment. The acquisition that occurs in children can be seen from what he imitates in everyday spoken language. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive by using the method of listening. The data from this study were conducted in the Tanjung Priok area, North Jakarta, namely on children aged five to six years. For the sake of creating language acquisition to achieve positive things, the family and the surrounding environment have an important role in the formation of children's language acquisition.  

This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is held in two meetings. The research procedure includes planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 28 students of grade I at SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar. The results of the study showed that the test results for the first cycle of the class average reached 65 with a percentage of 60.7 achieved completeness, with 11 students having achieved mastery and 17 other students not. In cycle II the average obtained was 89.2 with a completeness percentage of 89.3 with 25 students having achieved mastery and 3 people had not. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the application of the Scramble Game Learning Model can improve vocabulary mastery in Indonesian Language learning Class 1 SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar.

This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The purpose of this study was to find out the role of social capital in Wonogiri chicken noodle and meatball traders in Sumbersari Village, Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The results of this study explain that (1) trust in each individual can be born from friendliness that comes from one individual to another individual which after that carries out a reciprocal process. (2) Maintaining trust greatly affects the quality and cohesiveness of the network. (3) Family ties can be a very useful social capital in overseas countries.

Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

In the digital era, people are expected to master and use technology. This also applies to micro, small and medium enterprises. MSMEs must be able to make good bookkeeping both manually and digitally. Digital accounting can be managed with the Bukukas application on a smartphone. The advantage of this application is that it makes recording easy, economical, easy to increase capacity, quality and reporting expertise. Application-based financing so that MSME players can use the BukuKas application independently. This mission was carried out in Kedungdalem Village MSMEs by presenting around 20 people from various types of MSMEs such as flower sales, chips and snacks businesses. The obstacles that are often faced by MSMEs are that there is no record of bookkeeping and financial transactions and some are still recording manually as well. In addition, there are still difficulties in determining profits and inventory levels. Therefore, providing training on how to use the BukuKas application can help them record financial transactions and market their products.

CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

This type of research is class action research (Class Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cyle is held in 3 meetings. The research procedure consists of 4 stages in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were 26 grade IV students of SD Inpres Talaborong, west Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. The results of study showed that in the first cycle, out of 26 students, only 17 students or around 65,4% met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). Meanwhile, in cycle II, there were 23 students or around 88,5% who completed it. Based on results of the research above, it can be concluded that application of the power of two type active learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class IV SD Inpres Talaborong West Bajeng District Gowa Regency.                                                                                   

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attractions and facilities on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents using accidental sampling technique. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. So it can be concluded in this study that it was found that the variables of attractiveness and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City.

In Merdeka Curriculum on junior high school education for class VII, one of the writing skills that students must master is news writing. The study is set back by a researcher's curiosity about the influence the model of learning project based learning on the ability to write a low student news text. The purpose of this study is to know how the application of project based learning models has affected students' ability to write news texts. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. The population in this study is the entire class vii for the state junior year 2022/2023 which numbered 212 students represented by the sample as many as 32 students selected using purposive sampling. Data on this research is the score of text messages test before and after using the learning model project based learning. The study has shown that the use of project based learning models is supported by an increased average of students' grades from a staggering 75 with more than enough qualifications (Ldc) to an 85.02 with good qualifications (B).    

This study aims to analyze students' difficulties in writing short stories in the Indonesian language class IV at Ulumul Islam Bakri Wahid Elementary School. The type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display and conlusion drawing. And the data source data in this study were all 4th graders of Ulumul Islam Bakri Wahid Elementary School, Makassar City. The data techniques in this study were the distribution of test sheets, student and teacher interviews and documentation in the research conducted at Ulumul Islam Bakri Wahid Elementary School.The results of this study indicate that the ability level of students in writing short stories is still low. Based on the results of writing short stories that have been made by students and the results of interviews conducted by teachers and students with researchers, it shows that the difficulties experienced by students are difficulties in expressing ideas, limited vocabulary and difficulty determining the structure of short stories so that students have difficulty in making a story. short.

There are three basic characteristics that overlap from the first modernity in pursuing society of risk as an important concept. Disaster is an event or phenomenon that has the potential to cause damage resulting in loss of life and cause destruction of property. There are three types of disasters according to their causes. In risk research on sociological discourse, media and communication play a role in the construction of risks that get recognition about risks. Disaster management can be understood as a set of policies to make efforts related to disasters before, during and after a disaster, which include prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, healing and repair through appropriate and effective organizing activities. This can be criticized in two ways, namely, in terms of studies regarding the perspective of a socio-cultural approach to a risk and surveys regarding general risk awareness.

This study aims to determine the effect of product variations on consumer satisfaction Ramai Semarang Store. Inferential level research type. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Ramai Semarang Store. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people obtained using the Lemeshaw formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that product variations have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Testing the feasibility of the model obtained product variations, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction Ramai Semarang Store.

Data collection was carried out based on the results of blood cholesterol examination in every man aged 40 to 70 years. This research approach is descriptive. The samples taken amounted to 30 people according to the criteria and are willing to be respondents. This research method uses total sampling. From the results of the study it was found that high total cholesterol levels were > 200 mg/dl at ages 40-55 years with 6 respondents out of 12, while those aged 56-70 years only amounted to 4 respondents out of 8. This shows that the percentage of ages 40-55 and 56-70 is not much different or the same. Paving blocks, also known as concrete bricks, are one of the materials commonly used by the public with many uses. Paving type A for roads, paving type B for parking lots, paving type C for pedestrians and paving type D for parks and other uses. Related to waste management efforts in Indonesia, efforts have been made to process one of them by processing plastic waste into paving blocks. From the research results, the maximum compressive strength value was obtained in a mixture of 30% Polypropylene plastic: 70% fine aggregate with a compressive strength value of 16.11 MPa, this value can be included in quality class C which can be used for pedestrians. There is quite a lot of this plastic waste in the coastal environment of Situbondo, Gelung Village. Therefore, one of our programs is to provide training to junior high school students and the academic community at SMPN 4 Panarukan SATAP in processing colorful plastic into paving blocks
