The patients with chronic kidney failure, if they do not limit their intake of fluids, food and an appropriate daily diet, it will cause malnutrition and accumulation of fluid in parts of the body, including the face, hands and feet. Fluid buildup can also occur in the abdominal area or what is usually called ascites. Ascites is an important problem and often occurs in patients undergoing hemodialysis. Ascites will cause stomach enlargement and excess weight gain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of patient diet compliance on the development of ascites in kidney failure patients in the hemodialysis unit at Tk Hospital. II dr. Soedjono Magelang. This type of research is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional method. The sampling technique used the Purposive Sampling method with a sample size of 46 respondents. Statistical analysis uses the chi-square test. The results of this study showed p=0.002, which means there is an influence between diet compliance and the incidence of ascites in the Hospital Hemodialysis Unit. Kindergarten II dr. Soedjono Magelang. The more patient compliance with a nutritional diet will have a better impact on the development of ascites.

Agriculture plays an important role in food sustainability and security in Indonesia, including in the City of Tuban. The city has wide potential for the development of the agricultural sector, including crops, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry and fisheries. However, the limited information regarding the current situation of these sectors raises the need for in-depth analysis. This study aims to analyze the portrait of agriculture in the city of Malang with a focus on crops, plantations, animal husbandry, forestry, and fisheries. This analysis will provide insight into the current status, development potential, challenges and opportunities within these sectors. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting field surveys, interviews with farmers, ranchers, fishermen, and other relevant stakeholders. The collected qualitative data were analyzed thematically to describe an overall picture of each agricultural sector. The results of the analysis show that the secondary crops sector has experienced positive growth, but still faces challenges in terms of access to markets and technology. Plantations have great potential in the development of superior commodities, but need to improve infrastructure and environmental sustainability. Livestock is experiencing rapid development, but faces problems in waste management and animal health. Forestry is faced with land expansion and forest restoration, while fisheries require steps to maintain the sustainability of fish resources. These findings provide important input for the local government and related stakeholders to develop a strategy for sustainable agricultural development in the City of Tuban. Efforts are needed to improve market access, strengthen infrastructure, improve waste management, improve animal health, and maintain the sustainability of fish resources. This analysis can also be the basis for further research and more effective policy planning in the agricultural sector in Tuban City.  

In the development of the economy, the State of Indonesia experienced a change in the structure of the economy from an agricultural basis to an industrial one, which resulted in many benefits from these changes. The industrial sector has a close relationship with the economy of a country because the progress of the industrial sector is an indicator of the success of a country's economy. Descriptive methods are used to analyze physical and social phenomena and the readiness of an area to become a cluster. The analysis reveals that cluster policies are implemented by national and regional cluster programs. It was also determined that an important element of the cluster policy is the identification of sources of finance and the people responsible for implementing the program. The instrument can be applied by cluster policy actors which are defined in a broad sense, namely business, associations, government actors. This research aims to clarify the description of an object to be researched, this type of quantitative research will determine the relationship between the variables being researched will be significant and produce conclusions with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. The data source used in this study uses secondary data and data collection in this study is taken from the company's financial statements. The population used in this research is manufacturing companies in the goods & consumption industry sector and miscellaneous industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021, and the data sample is 75.  From the data obtained, processed with Microsoft Excel and SPSS 29 software. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis method. The results of this study indicate that fixed asset intensity and liquidity have a significant effect on tax avoidance. This research is important for decision makers such as tax managers in ensuring that corporate tax planning goes well, as well as for the Directorate General of Taxes in implementing the best strategy to get tax revenue problems in Indonesia    

Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

Sharia financial instruments continue to increase every year, including the Islamic capital market which has also experienced a significant increase. The Islamic capital market has one of the most important instruments, namely Islamic stocks. The capital market has been viewed by the world and has been used as an important instrument that every country must develop, it can be remembered for its important role in helping the economy. In writing this article using the library research method. By using the documentation data collection method, namely by quoting or recording directly from the website of the Financial Services Authority www.ojk.go.id and the Central Bureau of Statistics www.bps.go.id. The results of this study show that the strong and increasing role of the Islamic capital market in shaping the capitalization of the Indonesian capital market indicates that the Islamic capital market plays an important and significant role in driving the rate of economic growth in Indonesia.

Hospital Management Information System is a computer system that processes and integrates all health service business process flows in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain information quickly, precisely and accurately. The hospital computer-based Management Information System is a very important supporting tool, and is a means to support hospital operational management. The application of SIMRS should be able to improve the quality of service in hospitals. The research method used is Literature Review to conclude how SIMRS is generally implemented.

Leprosy infectious disease can cause peripheral nerve disorders and skin disorders. The problem in question is not only from a medical point of view but extends to the social, namely leprosy sufferers can be ostracized or shunned by society. So important is the role of the family in providing support for leprosy sufferers to achieve recovery through adherence to taking medication. The purpose of writing this literature review is to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in leprosy patients. The research design used a literature review conducted on a data base including Google Schoolar, PubMed, and Spinger. Article analysis found 16,776 but only 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of journal analysis showed that for each of the 10 articles, it was found that in 7 articles there was a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication in leprosy patients. In addition, the other 4 articles said that the family plays an important role in providing support, encouragement, and motivation for family members who have leprosy to adhere to treatment. One of the factors that can increase treatment adherence in patients with chronic diseases is good family support.

Community Service (PKM) was held in Meramun Hamlet, Janjang Village, Tayan Hulu District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. The methods used by the service team are field observation and library research. The implementation of this PKM aims to offer ideas on the problems found by the PKM service team at the place where the activity was carried out, namely: Some early childhood children in the Meramun hamlet have begun to experience moral degradation, such as not respecting their parents, swearing at them, and not having good manners when communicating. So as a contribution of thought from the PKM service team, namely, providing educative-pedagogical education to early childhood in the Meramun hamlet about eight important points of moral intelligence that they must know and apply, namely: Empathy, conscience, self-control, love, respect , tolerance, fairness, and courtesy. The final conclusion of the PKM service team is that moral intelligence is one of the main indicators that is able to form generations of noble character and fear of God.

There are many problems of deviance that can affect the character building of young people in Indonesia. Thus, learning ethics needs to be given to a child, including children with special needs. This literature review aims to obtain information about the role of Pancasila as an effort to build the ethics of children with special needs to be able to get along in the community. This research uses 6 reference sources, with source searches through google scholar. The results of this study inform that it is very important to foster national awareness and insight, especially in special schools, especially for children with emotional disability (Tunalaras). Efforts to build children's character are carried out through Pancasila Character Learning, especially for those with emotional difficulties. the purpose of Pancasila character education is to instill moral values and good habits in students so that they can feel positive values and get used to acting in a good way based on their religion and customs.

This increase is very important for a country, especially for a developing country like Indonesia. Along with continuous improvement, progress is characterized as a conscious effort by the state. One of the things that is very important in the progress of a nation is its workers, that in the rapid progress of a country, it is the workers who start. That departing from this, the government is an important part in winning progress in the business sector as well as for the national development program which must be endeavored to open up as many jobs as possible from various layers of trade that are able to balance the increase in quality and increase in security for the workforce which can become a must. Whereas Article 27 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that "Every citizen has the right to work and a life worthy of humanity". This research is descriptive in nature which aims to collect data as thoroughly as possible that can accurately describe the legal protection of casual daily workers. The type of research used by the authors uses the type of empirical normative legal research. With library and field research data collection techniques. Problems that arise in the use of legal guarantees for precarious workers/laborers are the factors contained in the components of labor instructions, the labor economy as a result of not partnering with trade unions, and based on variables from employers/companies that have not been maximized in implementing legal security in understanding of the labor inspection in force in Indonesia and elements from the government's point of view that are lacking in providing outreach, supervision and firm action against companies that are naughty in running their business which can harm casual daily workers.

The industrial sector is a strategic sector in the development of the national economy to address the problem of unemployment. In economic opportunities, being able to provide opportunities related to the management of material, resources, individuals, society, and the state for the welfare of human life so that there are no drastic economic disparities. The purpose of this study is to find out how important the industrial sector is in economic opportunities in the city of Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative method is data measured on a numerical scale (number) for data collection by means of secondary analysis where the data is obtained from other parties and indirectly from the research subject. Usually secondary data in the form of documentation or report data that has been available.

In a steam power plant, of course, it has a very important prime mover, namely an electric motor, but electric motors are used in a variety of functions, one of the main roles in this electric motor is as a condensate extraction pump in a steam power plant which functions to push materials for power plant production. Steam power, namely sea water, goes to the generator to become a power plant. The method used is qualitative by using observation techniques, interviews and literature studies. This condensate extraction pump (CEP) electric motor can be operated automatically and manually for routine maintenance and good inspection results.    

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing the siskeudes application as well as the constraints or obstacles to financial management in Rejosari Village, Pakis District. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in the study were obtained through interviews and observations at the Rejosari Village Hall office. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the implementation of the siskeudes application in Rejosari Village was quite effective and efficient in helping the village government manage its finances. The village financial management procedures that will be carried out include the planning, implementation, management and reporting/accountability stages. However, there are still some problems in its operation but it doesn’t really affect the system used. The village financial system is very important in the village economy, where good and structured village financial management can create optimal accountability and transparency.

Pancasila as the state ideology is a role model for the Indonesian people in carrying out the life of the nation and state. The purpose of this writing is to find out how far the knowledge of Pancasila values ​​and views on Pancasila values ​​are. The method used is a qualitative approach. From this research it results that the views or opinions given can be concluded that Pancasila is very important as the goal of life for the nation and state. Pancasila is also the goal of the nation's life which is a guide for the good and bad of life in the present.

Giro is a modern payment instrument that is currently very widely used in Indonesia because of the ease and security of transactions of buying and selling in a large amount of money. This study-aims to obtain a-clear picture of information on errors in-the use of standard words in the presentation slides of Unindra's 3rd semester students. Suwito1 (1983: 3159) states that the standard language is one that must be used as a standard because it is seen as fulfilling the criteria of a number of good and correct languages. This shows that it is appropriate that the-use of standard-language in Indonesian society, especially for the scope of students is very important. Therefore, we made this research to-find out-how-high the-level-of standard words used by students is. The steps for analyzing the data are 1) Analyzing the data set, this analysis includes: noting which data are non-standard words and entering non-standard word data into the justification table. 2) After the analysis of the stages above, the researcher counted the occurrence of non-standard words, namely from the non-standard number. With this result, we can find out how many times the non-standard word is used.

The struggles of the student movement in Indonesia can be seen from its history which was influenced by changes in the ruling regime and pilot-economic order. The role of students in the dynamics of power change in Indonesia has a considerable influence, such as during the fall of President Soeharto which gave birth to the New Order era. The purpose of this study is to discuss more deeply the role of the student movement in resisting the New Order. In this study using the literature study method by collecting research data through relevant books, journals, and previous articles. The results obtained from this study are that the struggles of the student movement experienced a dynamic development, this clearly illustrates that the movement carried out by students during the New Order era played an important role in turning the wheels of history.
