. Currently, the times are increasingly advanced, starting from technology, transportation, payments, placement of funds in securities is one of them. Placement of funds in securities is a bank that only acts as a liaison between customers who need funds and customers who have funds. Placement of these funds is only in securities that are not listed on the stock exchange, such as BI certificates. The purpose of this study is to examine the determination of a fund to become securities and also how is the legal relationship between depositors of funds and banks and what are the legal consequences of placing funds in securities as security for wealth. The conclusion of this study is that the role of securities in a bank is inseparable from the role of banks which have a strategic function in implementing national development. The development of the times is also a supporting factor for using securities for payment, deposit of funds, investments, and others. This strategic role is mainly due to the main function of the bank as a vehicle that can collect and distribute public funds effectively and efficiently and anticipate economic and banking developments. To anticipate economic and banking developments as mentioned above, it is necessary to have laws and regulations regarding securities in general that are more adequate as an umbrella that underlies these developments.

This study was conducted because several problems were identified where supervision carried out by the leadership was still not optimal. This is evidenced by the existence of violations committed by both those being supervised and those supervising. In addition, slightly loose supervision does not rule out the possibility of violations of the main duties and functions of inspectorate employees. Employee work motivation still fluctuates in the sense that it is not optimal. This can be seen from the attendance records and completion of work targets that are not in accordance with the time that has been determined. The performance of the Pangandaran Regency Inspectorate seems to be slowing down, many jobs are not completed on time and the targets that have been determined. Of course, it cannot be denied that with few personnel, and the implementation of supervision that must be carried out throughout the district, it certainly has an effect on all jobs that must be completed. The aim is to determine the effect of leadership supervision and work motivation on the performance of inspectorate employees in Pangandaran Regency. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions were obtained. The patient's lack of understanding regarding informed consent in doctors' medical actions is motivated by several factors. Informed consent is a process as well as the result of an effective communication between the patient and the doctor/dentist and not just the signing of the consent form. The relationship between doctors, hospitals and patients or what is known as the therapeutic transaction is generally the origin of conflict. Conflict can occur when the parties do not carry out their roles as expected by the other party. This requires learning or educating patients regarding informed consent through the information media platform provided at the hospital. This journal discusses the reasons why many patients do not understand the contents of informed consent.

This study aims to pinpoint the variables that affect how people make financial decisions in the future. Future financial decisions, saving choices, and trust in banking institutions are the three variables we use in this study. 197 junior high school teachers from the Bandung region participated in the study. Multivariate Regression is the analytical approach used, and it can be used to assess the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results demonstrate a strong positive relationship between current saving decision variables and future financial decision variables. Similar to this, varying levels of trust in financial organisations have a lot of favourable effects. These findings imply that people have a greater propensity to save when they are motivated to do so. People who have confidence in financial institutions will manage their money prudently going forward.

The Ciptaker Law functions to increase investment and create new jobs, but is controversial because of workers' rights. Analysis of the relationship between the Ciptaker Law and employee welfare needs to pay attention to the concept of Competency-Based Employment, which allows companies to appoint and terminate employment based on employee capabilities and performance. However, this threatens the rights of employees, especially regarding termination and wages. The Ciptaker Law also expands the types of work for foreign workers in Indonesia. Even though it can increase investment and create jobs, the Ciptaker Law has the potential to reduce employee wages and make it easier for companies to terminate employment. The implementation of the Ciptaker Law needs to be closely monitored and evaluate especially in terms of protecting employee rights so that this Law can improve welfare and decent employment opportunities.
