This study aims to analyze intensive reading skills among fifth-grade elementary school students. Intensive reading is a vital skill that supports information comprehension and serves as a foundation for mastering other subjects. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through direct observation, audio recordings, and document analysis of previous reading assessment results. Evaluation involved cognitive tests with multiple-choice questions and psychomotor observations while students read texts independently. The findings reveal variations in intensive reading skills among students, particularly in understanding text content, organizing ideas, diction accuracy, sentence structure, spelling, and note-taking ability. Most students could grasp the main idea and identify the plot well; however, challenges remained in using appropriate diction, maintaining consistent sentence structure, and achieving accuracy in spelling and note-taking. These results highlight the need for more effective teaching strategies to improve students’ intensive reading skills. This study is expected to contribute positively to the development of Indonesian language learning methods at the elementary level, better preparing students to face increasingly complex academic challenges.

This study highlights Bajawa Coffee Shop in Bekasi as the main subject in examining the factors that influence customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price perception on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Service quality refers to the extent to which the service provided is able to meet customer expectations, while price perception is the customer's assessment of the economic value of the product or service received, which is influenced by costs, market demand, and business strategy. Customer satisfaction is a subjective evaluation of the experience of using a service, which reflects how well customer expectations are met by actual performance. This satisfaction plays an important role in building long-term relationships between customers and companies, and has a major impact on loyalty, brand reputation, and business sustainability. Customer loyalty itself is defined as a commitment to continue choosing and recommending a particular product or service, despite offers from competitors. In the context of increasingly tight competition in the cafe industry and the increasing trend of coffee consumption, understanding the factors that shape loyalty is very important. This study uses service quality and price perception as independent variables, customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, and customer loyalty as a dependent variable. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more effective business strategies in retaining customers at the Bajawa Bekasi Coffee Shop.

Credit score evaluation for functional positions is a critical component in the career development of employees at the Financial Supervisory Agency (BPK) in Jakarta. However, this evaluation process often encounters challenges related to objectivity, consistency, and transparency due to the combination of qualitative and quantitative criteria. This study aims to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision support tool in the credit score assessment system. AHP is chosen for its ability to break down complex problems into a hierarchical structure and to assign priority weights through pairwise comparisons among criteria. This method is used to determine the priority weights of each evaluation component, including both main and supporting elements, leading to more structured and accountable decisions. The findings indicate that the implementation of AHP enhances the accuracy and objectivity of the credit score evaluation process for functional positions at BPK. Therefore, this approach can serve as the foundation for developing a more transparent and efficient technology-based assessment system.

This article discusses the evaluation of learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through a library research approach. Evaluation is a crucial component of the learning process, as it measures the extent to which learning objectives cognitive, affective, and psychomotor have been achieved. In practice, PAI evaluations still tend to emphasize the cognitive aspect, while the affective and psychomotor domains receive less attention. Findings from various literature sources emphasize the importance of holistic evaluation that comprehensively assesses all learning domains. Alternative methods such as observation, portfolios, reflective journals, self-assessment, and religious project-based evaluations are recommended to capture students' learning outcomes more accurately. However, implementation challenges persist, including limited time, insufficient teacher training, and a lack of appropriate evaluation tools. Therefore, this article recommends enhanced teacher capacity-building, supportive policies, and innovation in evaluation systems so that PAI assessment moves beyond administrative formality and effectively fosters students’ Islamic character development in a holistic manner

This study discusses the evaluation of stakeholder development strategies in strengthening Islamic educational institutions. The study was conducted qualitatively with case studies in several Islamic educational institutions. The active involvement of stakeholders, such as principals, teachers, parents, government, and the community, has proven to be very influential in strengthening educational institutions. Collaborative and participatory strategies between institutions, the community, and the government are able to improve the quality of governance and the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. Determining potential stakeholders is a crucial process so that the main needs and expectations can be met optimally. Implementation of modern management, consensus, and routine monitoring and evaluation are the keys to the success of the institutional strengthening strategy. The main obstacle found is the lack of synergy and communication between stakeholders, so that discussion forums and routine training are needed. Transparency and accountability in the management of institutions are also important factors in building stakeholder trust. Continuous evaluation is needed to adjust the strategy to the dynamics of the needs of institutions and the community.
