This study aims to: (1) describe the sense of ekopuitika theory; (2) describe the working mechanism of ekopuitika theory; and (3) describe the application of the ekopuitika theory in the oral literature. The theory used in this research is  ekopuitika theory, ecology theory, and poetics theory. The data collecting technique or data collection process utilized in this research are as follows: (1) recording technique, either audio or audiovisual, (2) notes, (3) rooted interview, (4) literature study and documentation analysis. The finding of the research is (1) the meaning ekopuitika theory is literary theory/knowledge of poetry which is associated with the environment. (2) the working mechanism is started from analyzing the poetics theory which consists of: 1. Sound that includes: a) rima; (b) assonance; (c) alliteration; (d) anaphora; (e) efoni; (f) kakafoni; and (g) onomatopoeic. 2. Rime (metrum and rhythm) 3. Word includes: (a) vocabulary; (b) diction; (c) figurative language; (d) imagery; and (e) linguistic factors. 4. Phrase that includes: (a) nominal phrases; (b) verbal phrase; (c) the numeral phrase; (d) the adverb phrase; and (e) the prepositional phrase. 5. Sentence/array includes: (a) declarative sentences; (b) interrogative sentences; (c) the imperative sentence; and (d) the exclamatory sentence. 6. The discourse that includes: (a) cohesion and (b) coherence. The next how it works, is further analyzed once more with the ecology theory that includes: (a) the representation of nature: plant, animal, mountain, water, sea, land, air, sun, and sky; (b) the manifestation of the representation of behavior: traditional event (ritual), religion, knowledge, cosmology, language, myth, art, moral, and housing. After the ekopuitika theory applied in the oral literature there was a result that evidently for the representation of nature related to the plant and animal, while for the representation of the behavior associated with the traditional event (ritual) and language.

Computer self-efficacy (CSE) and job satisfaction play an vital role in achieving education’s aims not only in general affairs but also in particular goals both in formal education institutions and teacher’s real life. This research intends to (1) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward computer self-efficacy of teachers in SMK NEGERI 1 MOJOSONGO BOYOLALI, (2) analyze the effect of big five behavior model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) toward teacher’s job satisfaction of teachers in SMK NEGERI 1 MOJOSONGO BOYOLALI. It is highly hoped that the research could be a reference for the schools themselves and the stake holders to manage and improve the teachers. The population of this research is teachers in Wijaya Putra Senior High school and Wijaya Putra Vocational High School which is consisted 52 teachers. This research conducts census method with 46 questioners analyzed.  Computer self-efficacy data, Teacher’s  job satisfaction  data is gained through CSE dan MSQ questioners. While Big Five Behavior Model (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisicm, openness to experience) is obtained through the scoring Big Five Inventory (BFI). Those data is analyzed qualitatively with double regression technique  The findings show that the factors big five behavior model with dimension agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience effect partially while the dimension: extraversion and  neuroticism do not influence significantly towards CSE of the teachers. The factors big five behavior model has the impact significantly on CSE of the teachers in stimulate way. In teacher’s job satisfaction, all of the dimensions influence in stimulate way and partially.  It shows that dimension of neuroticism in big five behavior model is the dominant variable which affects the teachers’ Computer Self-Efficacy.      

This study uses the Cognitive Evaluation Theory which aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior mediated by psychological empowerment. This study involved 229 educational staff spread across several cities in Indonesia using the convenience sampling method. The results in this study show that inclusive leadership and psychological empowerment are able to provide a positive and significant influence on innovative work behavior so that psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. The initial diagnosis by web based and using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

The emergence of the current COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on people's activities from various aspects of life, both in foreign countries and in this country in various sectors, namely economic, political, social and cultural. The Covid-19 pandemic has hit almost 3 years and has not been fully controlled. Government policies that have been made and implemented require good management, for that full support from the community is also needed. The implementation of existing policies, ranging from PSBB, transitional PSBB, emergency PSBB, New Normal PSBB, Emergency PSBB 2, PPKM, emergency PPKM, Micro PPKM is felt to have not shown a significant decline, this makes the government continue to strive to continue to make policies and regulations. To reduce the rate of suspected Covid-19 contamination, the last government policy through the Java and Bali Level PPKM showed good results, was able to suppress and control the Covid-19 pandemic, Covid-19 control will not work if only the government does it, but requires participation of all elements of society in their respective areas. The government really needs the participation of various parties, namely the business world, the community, Covid-19 volunteers, community leaders and the media. In addition, community behavior is expected to be disciplined in implementing the health protocol, namely 3M (maintaining distance, wearing masks and washing hands frequently), with 3M discipline being the key to strengthening the implementation of 3T (testing, tracing, treatment) down to the village level. In addition, social distancing, long-distance travel restrictions, and proper promotion and education to the public are forms of public health efforts in breaking the chain of the spread of the Corona virus. In fact, there are still people who don't follow the rules, go out on motorbikes, don't wear masks and helmets, don't maintain social distancing, still crowd in the market, they tend to ignore the rules for wearing masks, even though there are rules from PerWali Semarang number 57 of 2020 article 6 paragraph 3

Taruna Alqolam Islamic Boarding School carries out community service by holding mural-making activities on the Islamic boarding school's walls to spread important messages to the surrounding community. The murals created by the students function as decoration and as a reminder of the importance of environmental cleanliness, local wisdom, and religious values. Through this service, the students also provide knowledge and skills to the surrounding community and strengthen ties between the Islamic boarding school and the local community. Discussion of the results of the service opens up space for in-depth reflection on the values ​​contained in the work of art and how these messages can permeate people's daily lives. Taruna Alqolam Islamic Boarding School has created an environment that promotes sound values, increases awareness of important issues, and inspires behavior under religious and moral teachings. Thus, this service benefits the surrounding community and provides valuable experience for the students in terms of contributing to society and strengthening the role of Islamic boarding schools in building a better and more sustainable society socially, environmentally, and spiritually.

This study aims to analyze and explain the level of competence and professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in improving services at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service.  This research uses a qualitative method of collecting data through interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results showed that ASN's competencies include technical, managerial, socio-cultural, and integrity aspects. ASN professionalism involves attitudes, behaviors, and work qualities that reflect dedication, integrity, and responsibility. Education has met the competencies, but training is needed to improve employee professionalism. Public service civil servants at the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service are responsive, effective, efficient, and highly quality. An indicator of the success of employee professionalism is seen in the increase in fire and rescue service time. With adequate competence, high professionalism, and quality public services, civil servants in the North Jakarta Fire and Rescue Service can provide optimal services to the community. To achieve this goal, it is recommended to improve education training and implement a code of ethics, transparency, accountability, and efficient management of resources.

Background: Level knowledge is the result sensing human or result know someone towards an object in oder to know different once with trust, superstition, and are fallible. Where as behavior is action or deed an organism observable even learning. Diabetes Mellitus is disease metabolic to characteristic of hiperglikemia which occurs because abnormality secretion insulin, work insulin or whether both research aims to know relations level knowledge by behavior diet in patiens diabetes mellitus in Polyclinic Internal in Rumah Sakit Tingkat II Udayana. Method: This research uses descriptive correlation design with cross sectional approach, the number of samples cases wholly is 30 respondents taken by means consecutive sampling. Analyzed data in bivariat by test spearman rho. Results: The result showed that most respondent having a level knowledge enough, namely 15 people (50,0%) and behavior diet enough, namely 17 people (56,7%). The result analysis bivariat obtained value p=0,000 < ? (0,05) with price r count (0,683) > r table (0,361). Conclusion: Concluded that a significant relation exists between the level of knowledge in patiens with the diet of diabetes mellitus, where by a level close correlation coefficient is a strong positive correlation.Key words: Knowledge; Behavior; Diabetes Mellitus

Main Objective: This study checks the different intersections of film and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and trial and error is needed to re-check the state of “new media” (NM). This study’s purpose is to identify of subversion of the creator duty, the media and instrument of creative activities, and the aesthetics subsequent from the identity of the developing Artificial Intelligence film. Background problem: AI is composed to take the film industry by the cyclone, its application helps streamline production practices, and its increasing work in film scripting and visuals convolutes the notion and function of creations and the aesthetics of NM. Novelty: By analyzing how three films were co-written with Artificial Intelligence arranged with “Foucault's theory” of the duty of the creator or producer, and the aesthetics and state of current NM, this research establishes an identity for the cinema form of Artificial Intelligence films. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative exploratory methodology to combine various perspectives that are developing on new media streams where this research is crossing 2 major areas in Film & Media, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Finding/Result: Patterns discovered as curated data sets reveal trends in cinematic narratives, opening the door for a more creative agency. Artificial Intelligence films transcend the boundaries of technological convergence, offering a more essential way to recognize the special behavior and opportunity of NM forms as self-reflective and demonstrating the versatility of film. Conclusion: This research makes Artificial Intelligence films an emerging media with a different tendency from the media and is directly related to its contribution. By involving the theorization of NM technology and its developmental tuff simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence films are presented as an inventive design of film in phrases of digital production, virtual placement, historical preoccupation, and producer duty.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the population's health issues in Indonesia, with an increasing number of sufferers as the disease spreads. The cases rose dramatically in Panji Village, with a significant spike in cases per year. Dengue hemorrhagic fever transmission is inextricably linked to the residents' experience and behavior. Mosquito Nest Eradication is the most reliable, safe, and cost-effective method of eliminating dengue fever vectors. The MNE Program must be complemented by increasing public awareness of dengue fever. Public awareness is needed since it is the first step in changing people's behavior. The aim of this study is to describe the community's level of knowledge and behavior regarding MNE in Panji Village. Method: This study is a descriptive study using univariate analysis. The overall selection of this study was 400 people from the community who were interviewed using a questionnaire. The inclusion criteria comprises any community member from Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura, who is 17 to 55 years old and can read and write. Meanwhile, people between the ages of 17 and 55 who are wandering, those with mental illnesses, and people with special needs are among the exclusion criteria. Results: The majority of the population in the Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village was between the ages of 26 and 35 (46.7%), In terms of gender  (224 people) (56%) were men, completed their high schools, with 229 people (57.3%), were working as farmers 158 individuals (39.4%). Most people in Banjar Dinas Dangin Pura Panji Village had inadequate knowledge as many as 249 individuals (62.3%), and had less behavior as many as 152 individuals (38%) towards MNE. Conclusion : The majority of people had a poor degree of awareness about MNE, and those on MNE had a poor degree of behavior.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. Smartphone retail sales in Indonesia are currently growing very rapidly. Point of Sales Material (POSM) is used to provide information about products to consumers, using displays to stimulate impulsive buying behavior. This study designed a 3D planogram visual media, which can visualize real-time with text, images, and videos. Media that has been developed by researchers is in the very good category with a percentage of 78% for the promoter segment that is more than 1 year and 77% for the new promoter segment who has worked at Samsung retail for less than 1 year. From the results of experalidation and user validation, for the aspect of video visualization and the 3D planogram module that has been developed, the category average AB score is 81-85. The display arrangement process can be done more quickly and precisely because the understanding of the planogram increases.

Leadership is an activity used to influence the behavior of other people so that they are willing to be directed to achieve certain goals, one of which is improving the performance of nursing services. Performance is an effort made from the results of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with their respective authorities. This research method uses an analytical observational research design with a cross sectional study approach. The research population was all nurses at the Ridge Community Health Center, totaling 55 people with a sample size of 55 people, the sampling technique used total sampling technique. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The research results showed that the majority of respondents were women (72.7%) with a D3 education (76.4%) aged 21-30 years (40.0%) with a length of work of 1-10 years (52.7%). The results of statistical tests show that there is no relationship between authoritarian (p=0.185) and democratic (p=0.128) leadership styles on nurse performance. Meanwhile, there is a relationship between participative leadership style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) on nurse performance. Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that at the Ridge Community Health Center, the Participative Leadership Style (p=0.000) and Laizes Faire (p=0.000) are implemented, resulting in greater performance of good nurses compared to less good performance of nurses.    

The safety of loading and unloading workers is influenced by several factors including K3 Management, Workforce Behavior and Personal Protective Equipment. Of the three, they have an important role in improving the safety of loading and unloading workers with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of K3 Management, Workforce Behavior and Personal Protective Equipment on the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers at Nilam Terminal PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Tanjung  Perak SurabayaBranch The results of the analysis with statistical tools SPSS V.21 program obtained multiple linear regression equation Y= -1,150 +0,350 X1 + 0,408 X2 +0,318 X3 + . The results of the multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant influence between K3 Management on the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers (t count 4,092 > t table of 1.99085), Labor behavior on the Safety of Loading and Unloading Workers (t count 3.251 > t table of 1.99085), Personal protective equipment against loading and unloading worker safety (t count 2.944 > t table 1.99085), individually K3 Management, Workforce Behavior and Protective Equipment affect the safety of loading and unloading workers.

This study aims to examine procedural justice, distributive justice, and interactive justice perceived by manager in the workplace about the treatment received from organization on their outcomes by using theory of planned behavior, organizational justice theory, and expectancy theory. The outcomes shown by managers include trust in supervisor and managerial performance. This study uses survey method in collecting data and sample selection method at state-owned companies in Maluku Province represented by 310 middle and lower managers. The hypotheses are tested by Structural Equation Modeling.    The results show that procedural justice and interactive justice has significant influence on managerial performance, whereas distributive justice has no influence on managerial performance. Empirical evidences show that distributive justice and interactive justice has influence on trust in supervisor, whereas procedural justice has no influence on trust in supervisor. Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). Which was the factor of work motivation could dominant affected the lecturerperformance in STIE Totalwin Semarang
