The focus of this research is, 1) how business management at CV Antique Production to improve consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Perspective of Islam. 2) What are the constraints on printing business management at CV Antique Production in improving consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Emergency Perspective. 3) What are the solutions of the constraints on printing business management on CV antique production in improving consumer satisfaction in the Islamic Emergency Perspective. This research uses descriptive approach with the type of qualitative research. The data source obtained is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and concludes. This research is the management of printing business done by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction in the Islamic economic perspective is to implement management functions or management in Islam well. The management function consists of: the implementation (planning), organizing), implementation (actuating), and control (controlling). Constraint business management facing by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction include internal constraints that is lack of employees when many demand and delay of product raw material supplies, and external constraints are of unclear consumers with product details of the product and competitor or competitors. Solutions to overcome constraints on printing business management by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction includes the solution of internal constraints that adds employees with freelance systems, adding more than one supplyer and check periodically inventory of product raw materials while solutions for external constraints are providing conservation sessions of the booking and consuming businesses by opening product gallery and developing its employee skills.

Every business actor is basically obliged to act in good faith, one of which is as a manifestation of consumer protection. Case in Decision No. 90/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2021/Pn.Mdn) shows that there are business actors who do not carry out their obligations as they should, namely not having good intentions and not providing information to their consumers. The aim of this research is to explore legal certainty regarding the fulfillment of good faith by business actors in providing information to consumers of postpaid services based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. This research method uses normative juridical approaches to statutory, conceptual and case regulations. The research results found that the fulfillment of good faith in this case showed that legal certainty had not been realized. This is because of the legal provisions regarding this matter as regulated in Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection has not been enforced properly. According to Sudikno Mertokusumo, legal certainty should be realized by implementing legal provisions as they should.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari strategi marketing digital melalui program Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli pelajar pada jurusan Sistem Informasi di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). Marketing digital telah menjadi aspek integral dalam era e-commerce yang berkembang pesat, dan program afiliasi Shopee merupakan salah satu metode yang menonjol dalam mencapai audiens target. Minat beli mahasiswa, sebagai variabel kunci, menjadi fokus utama dalam pemahaman perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear untuk mengukur sejauh mana dampak dari pemasaran digital Shopee Affiliate terhadap minat beli mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa marketing Shopee Affiliate memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan  sebesar 31,7% terhadap minat beli mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Penambahan nilai dalam marketing Shopee Affiliate akan meningkatkan minat beli secara statistik signifikan, yakni 0,257 satuan.

In a transaction, especially electronic goods cannot be separated from the possibility of defects or damage to goods, thus causing electronic goods manufacturers to provide guarantees (warranties) to consumers. Law Number 8 Article 27 Letter (e) of 1999 discusses consumer protection, which one of the articles is the period for demanding damaged goods is 4 years or in accordance with the contract, not exceeding the maximum period. This study aims to describe the period of return of electronic goods warranty system from the perspective of shafi'I school of thought and the period of return of electronic goods warranty system according to consumer protection law number 8 article 27 letter (e) of 1999. The research method used is a qualitative method through data techniques in the form of, observation, and documentation. The analysis technique uses the content analysis method. The results of the study concluded that: Imam Shafi'i Mazhab argues that the state of khiyar is not more than three days, it is a relief (rukshah).  In transactions, especially electronic products, manufacturers use a warranty system that is in accordance with Law No. 8 Article 27 letter (e). The period to sue for defective goods is 4 years or according to the contract, not exceeding the maximum period.

This study aimed to determine the effect of consumer behavior, word of mouth, and halal labeling on the decision to use Grab Food services. The population in this study are consumers who use Grab Food services. The sample in this study were 96 consumers who were obtained through the sampling technique with the Lemeshow method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is distributed to all consumers and the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear analysis show that consumer behavior, word of mouth, and halal labeling have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use grab food services. This research is expected to increase knowledge regarding consumer behavior, word of mouth, and halal labels in using Grab Food services and maintain good relations with consumers by maintaining the quality of products and services that can be used to make usage decisions.

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. For this reason, the authors are interested in examining the factors of modern drinking interest in buying interest among young consumers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the respondents are taken from young people in Padang who like modern drinks. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.

The culinary business is currently one of the most promising business opportunities. However, behind the success of the business there are certainly factors that influence consumers, such as strategic location and lifestyle that is appropriate at this time. This study aims to describe and analyze the influence or impact obtained from location and lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Jiwa Raga Kitchenette Padang Restaurant. This type of research is quantitative with an associative method in the form of a causal relationship. The study population consisted of consumers who visited Jiwa Raga Kitchenette Restaurant with a research sample of 160 samples and the sample was collected by applying purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used was the distribution of questionnaires to consumers of Jiwa Raga Kitchenette Restaurant. The questionnaire was prepared using a Likert scale and had been tested for validity with the help of SPSS 23.00. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, using prerequisite analysis tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. In testing this hypothesis, partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous statistical test (F test) were used with significance level α = 0.05 (5%). The results of the research data analysis indicate that the independent variables, namely location (X1) and lifestyle (X2), have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision (Y). The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the location variable has a significantly positive impact on purchasing decisions, as well as the lifestyle variable on purchasing decisions. Overall, the simultaneous test results indicate that both variables, location (X1) and lifestyle (X2), have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y).

Impulsive buying behavior has become an increasingly common phenomenon in society. Impulsive buying is the tendency to make purchases without careful consideration, triggered by emotional impulses or instant desires. This behavior can have a significant impact, both for individual consumers and for the economy as a whole. Impulse consumption can provide temporary satisfaction and short-term pleasure, but in the long term it can lead to problems such as financial loss, unmanageable debt, and decreased psychological well-being. Therefore, this research aims to determine several factors such as social stimulus, perceived Innovativeness, perceived persuasiveness, and trust in influencing Impulsive Buying. The type of research used is quantitative research using the SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire. A questionnaire is a way to collect data by providing respondents with a series of questions or written statements for them to fill in. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of ease of use on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online Lazada.com stores, (2) the effect of usability on consumer attitudes in online shopping at Lazada.com online stores, (3) the effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online stores at Lazada.com, (4) the influence of convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping at online Lazada.com stores, and (5) the influence of ease of use, usability, risk perception and convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping at Lazada.com online store. The population in this study are internet users in Tangerang. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample size of 200 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results show that: (1) there is a positive effect of ease of use on consumer attitudes in online shopping, (2) there is a positive effect of usefulness on consumer attitudes in online shopping (3) there is a positive effect of risk perception on consumer attitudes in online shopping (4) there is a positive influence of convenience on consumer attitudes in online shopping.

Penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh persepsi harga, promosi dan keputusan pembelian pada produk makanan khas Sumatera Barat yaitu Keripik Balado Shirley. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merangsang pengaruh persepsi harga dan efek promosi terhadap penjualan keripik balado. pengambilan sampel, digunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu metode yang didasarkan pada kriteria tertentu. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan mengambil 5 sampai 10 kali jumlah item pertanyaan yang ada. Dalam hal ini penelitian mempunyai 18 item pertanyaan, sehingga sampel minimal sebanyak 90 responden dan sampel maksimal sebanyak 180 responden. Oleh karena itu, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 responden. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif Persepsi Harga menunjukkan bahwa konsumen merasa harga produk yang tercantum sesuai dengan perkiraan konsumen sehingga harga yang tercantum sesuai dengan perkiraan konsumen. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif promosi menunjukkan bahwa konsumen suka diberikan hadiah ketika membeli produk. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif Keputusan Pembelian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen puas membeli produk Balado Shirley Chips

This research aims to analyze the influence of retail oil sales in customer relationships on the formation of brand equity and the impact of consumer loyalty in DKI JAKARTA. The population is all groups who use retail oil products in Jakarta, then the sample used was selected using a purposive random sampling quota method of up to 250 people. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using a set of scientific methods and procedures to design and collect data that describes the characteristics of objects, events or situations. This analysis aims to understand the influence of retail oil sales in Jakarta on customer relationships, the formation of brand equity, and the impact of consumer loyalty. The results of the analysis mean that on the customer relationship variable, the three indicator items are declared valid, but one indicator is declared invalid. Therefore, in the customer relationship variable, you can not use invalid indicators. The brand equity variable is declared valid on all four indicators. and the consumer loyalty variable is declared valid on all four indicators. In the reliability test, there are four variables that are declared reliable in the theory of Muniarti et al. and apart from that, testing with descriptive analysis and hypotheses. It is hoped that the results of this study will be able to provide advice and information to retail oil sellers so that they can reach a wider range of consumers and target them appropriately.

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer satisfaction, service quality, celebrity endorsers, and brand trust on the interest in repurchasing Pepsodent toothpaste at Yogya Mall Brebes Regency. The population in this study was consumers of Pepsodent toothpaste in Yogya Mall. The number of samples used in this study was 136 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Pepsodent toothpaste consumers at Yogya Mall. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and multiple regression tests. The results showed that the variables of consumer satisfaction and service quality did not have a positive effect on repurchase interest, on the contrary, celebrity endorser variables and brand trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction, service quality, celebrity endorsers and brand trust affect the interest in repurchasing Pepsodent toothpaste at Yogya Mall Brebes Regency.

This research is a quantitative research with the title: "The Influence of Consumer Satisfaction on the Income of the Almah Cake Home Industry in Kaliabalng Nangkal, Bekasi City" in 2023. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence consumer satisfaction has on the income of the Almah Cake Home Industry in Kaliabang Nangka Bekasi city. Data collection techniques used methods, interviews and documentation, with a population of 35 people who then analyzed the data using validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests and simple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained an F test value of 9.440 which shows that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This means that the hypothesis that the consumer satisfaction variable has an influence of 94.4% on the income of the almah cake home industry in Kaliabang Nangka, Bekasi City and the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other variables that were not studied. The results show that the consumer satisfaction variable (X) appears to have t-bit = 3.073 > t-table = 2.034. The variables of service, price, product quality, promotion together have a significant influence on the income of the Almah Cake Home Industry.

This study aims to analyze "The Effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Convenience on Consumer Satisfaction at Soto Mas Boed Restaurant Semarang". The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. A sample of 97 respondents were consumers at the Soto Mas Boed Restaurant in Semarang. Based on the test results, the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the regression coefficient of β1 0.264 and the calculated t value is greater than the t table 3.751> 1.661 with a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. So the hypothesis is proven. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.  This is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.482, the t value is greater than the t table 4.934> 1.661 with a sig. value of 0.000 <0.05. So the hypothesis is proven. Convenience has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.229, the t value is greater than t table 2.616> 1.661 and the sig value is 0.010 <0.05. So the hypothesis is proven.

Broth is a flavoring product which is generally produced from the process of cooking high-protein ingredients such as meat with water, with or without other additions. The flavoring broth that is favored generally made from chicken and beef, although fish and shrimp and even their waste can also be used to make natural flavoring broth. This research aims to determine the level of consumer preference of flavoring powder broth made from 3 ingredients/samples, namely snakehead fish waste, tiger prawn waste and rebon shrimp. This research was carried out by making powdered broth and hedonic test to determine the level of preference from consumers. This test used 25 semi-trained panelists with color, aroma, texture and taste parameters. The test results showed that flavoring powder broth made from snakehead fish waste was preferred by consumers in terms of texture, broth made from tiger prawn waste was highly preferred in terms of taste parameters, and samples made from rebon shrimp as raw materials were preferred in terms of color and aroma parameters

This research wants to find out more about "The Effect of Product Variation on Consumer Purchase Interest" in accordance with the subject matter raised, namely the Effect of Product Variation on Consumer Purchase Interest at Erigo Store through Instagram Media. The background to this research is that in the current digital era, social media, especially Instagram, has become a popular platform for e-commerce businesses to promote and sell their products. In this context, this study tries to understand how the variety of products offered by erigo stores through the media of their Instagram accounts affect consumer buying interest. The purpose of this study was to find out how product variations in Erigo store products can influence consumer buying interest, to find out what factors most influence consumers in choosing Erigo store products through Instagram media. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method based on positivistic (concrete data), research data in the form of numbers that will be measured using statistics as a means of calculating the test, related to the problem under study to produce a conclusion. The population in this study are followers of Instagram Erigo store. Conclusions based on the results of the analysis and discussion of money that the researchers have explained, it can be concluded that attractive and varied product variations can increase consumer buying interest.

Munculnya suatu Brand besar pada suatu produk makanan membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim tertarik untuk ikut menikmati produk dari brand besar tersebut. Dan berubahnya gaya hidup di  zaman generasi z membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim ikut menjadi konsumen pada brand makanan tersebut sehingga membuat beberapa konsumen muslim tidak terlalu memikirkan apakah brand makanan tersebut sudah bersertifikat halal atau belum.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan pengarus label halal,brand image, lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen muslim di Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini kuantitatif, dan metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen muslim Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Label halal, brand image,lifestyle secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai adjusted R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,105 atau 10.5%. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas.

Omega Farm is a business engaged in agriculture and its business is selling hydroponic attributes. The research objective was to analyze consumer satisfaction with hydroponic vegetables. The basic method used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. Sampling using interview method with a total of 30 respondents. This study uses primary and secondary data sources, primary data obtained from interviews, questionnaires, documentation and others. While secondary data obtained from related research. The research respondents are customers who often buy at Omega Farm, this study conducted validity and reliability tests using the help of SPSS version 25. The analytical method uses the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) results show that the level of customer satisfaction for hydroponic vegetables based on the calculated value of the Customer Satisfaction Index is 81.74 which is included in the satisfied category. The variables that gave the highest satisfaction were cleanliness, freshness of vegetables and packaging design.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust, consumer characteristics and motivation on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy in Bima City. This type of associative research with primary data in and sourced from the research instrument in the form of a Likert-scale questionnaire so that the type of data used is quantitative data. The research population is all consumers who have bought a Honda Scoopy in the city of Bima, the exact number of which is not known. The sample of this research was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique. data collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test multiple regression, multiple correlation coefficient, t test and f test. The results showed that trust, consumer characteristics and motivation had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Honda Scoopy in Bima City.
