Guided by the Receiving Job Description, if the Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition documents are still in process, this will also hinder the Receiving Clerk in checking the quality and quantity of incoming goods. By using the interview method with 3 informants, which was given to several employees at the Ministry of Finance, so that the author is more accurate, it is also guided by the Literature Study studied. The author manages these sources of information into a result of field facts, so that the writer can provide conclusions on the problems that arise and provide advice to management. The data collection method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation, in order to obtain accurate data and documents. Indonesia is one of the most densely populated countries in the world. As a country with the largest population, it means that the government must prepare jobs. Along with the increasing population and changes in the era of industrialization, Indonesia is experiencing problems, namely the depletion of jobs with an increase in the number of job seekers, most of whom are university graduates, causing unemployment. This condition certainly threatens university graduates who are in the productive age group and are focused on becoming a workforce. Preparing graduates who are adaptive and capable of opening jobs needs to be given more attention at this time. This research aims to. This study aims to understand the conditions of learning and entrepreneurial activities at Islamic University of Majapahit. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. This study produced a description of the learning conditions which were divided into three discussions, namely, learning systems, learning processes, and entrepreneurial activities with found to be a lack of educational capacity to form graduates with entrepreneurial profiles. These results can be a reference for other tertiary institutions in finding solutions by mapping the problems that occur. Other contributions of this research complement previous research related to entrepreneurship.    

The purpose of this study was to find out how the sharing learning model has an impact on the ability to write poetry in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research involved all students in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Delitua, a total of 303 students in 10 classes. Of the 303 students, 29 were selected to be the research sample. This study uses a one-group pre-test post-test experimental design. The method used is a description test. Test "t" data is used to test the hypothesis. The results show that the students' ability to write poetry before using the Reciprocal Learning learning model is classified as poor, with an average value (mean) of 60.51, while their ability after using this model is quite good, with an average value (mean) of 81.37 . Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis testing show that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, because tcount is greater than ttable, which is 8.01 greater than 2.045. This shows that the ability of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan to write poetry texts is influenced by the sharing learning model.

Description of Mother's Attitudes About Stunting During the COVID-19 Pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center (supervised by Ayatullah Harun & Hukmiyah Aspar). Stunting is a condition of failure in child growth and development (body and brain growth) caused by malnutrition for a long time. Thus, children who experience this condition tend to be shorter or shorter in body shape than normal children of their age and have delays in thinking. The purpose of this study was to describe the mother's attitude towards stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center. This study used an observational analytic method, namely a descriptive approach, to describe the mother's attitude towards stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center with a total population of all mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center who visited the January 2022, namely 37 people and a total sample of 30 people using the Accidental Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the description of the mother's attitude regarding the incidence of stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center with a good attitude was 12 people (40.0%) and a bad attitude was 18 people (60.0%). It can be concluded that the picture of the mother's attitude regarding the incidence of stunting during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Sudiang Makassar Health Center was not good by looking at the results that had been obtained. So it is suggested that there is a need for education by health workers to the community, especially to mothers regarding the impacts or risks that will occur in children who are stunted.

The Effect of the Poster Comment Method on Learning Outcomes of Writing Description of Class V Students of UPT SDN No 181 Pattopakang, Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency. Supervised by Munirah Madeamin as the first supervisor and Tarman A Arif as the second supervisor.This research discusses about the effect of poster comment method on the Indonesian language writing learning outcomes of the 5th grade student of V UPT SDN No 181 Pattopakang District, Takalar Regency. This research used pre- experimental design. The research population consisted of students of V UPT SDN No 181 Pattopakang , Mangarabombang District, Takalar regency. The research used purposive sampling technique, while the samples in this research were the 5th grade students, which consisted of 21 students. The research instruments were; observation and test of learning outcomes.

Based on this description, the researcher makes several notes, especially regarding the certainty of an electronic contract law in Indonesia and the legality of e-contracts as evidence from a civil law point of view. The research results form the basis of legal certainty for electronic contracts in Indonesia based on article 5 of Law No. November 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions stipulated by the Constitutional Court Decision No. 20/PUU-XIV/2016, still based on the legality of electronic contracts used as evidence from a civil law perspective sourced from the decision of the Constitutional Court 20/PUU-XIV/2016 and provisions related to contracts in general are contained in the Civil Code.

The purpose of this study is to describe and explain religious values in the form of religious values 1) worship values, 2) jihad values, 3) sincere values, 4) moral values in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. The formulation of the problem in this study is how religious values are contained in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive research methods. The data in this study are words, groups of words, and sentences in which there are religious values in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. The source of data in this study is the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi. The instrument in this study is the researcher himself. The data collection technique carried out in this study is an observation technique. The observation used is a type of non-participant observation. The data validation technique in this study is a detailed description technique. Data is analyzed by steps, namely (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) data verification. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the religious values studied in the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi found 257 data divided into four types of religious values. First, there are 66 data containing the value of worship, with indicators of performing prayers, giving thanks, making dhikr. Second, there are 77 data containing jihad values. Third, there are 11 data that contain sincere value. Fourth, there are 103 data containing akhalak values. In the novel Buya Hamka by Ahmad Fuadi, the most prominent religious value is morals, with indicators of morals to Allah, morals to oneself, morals to the family, morals to society.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Growth Rate and Contribution of Advertising Tax Revenue to Sikka District Regional Tax Revenue. The type of research used is descriptive-quantitative. Quantitative-descriptive is a method that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation using numbers starting from data collection, interpretation of the data as well as the appearance and results. The data analysis technique in this study uses the growth rate analysis formula and the contribution formula. The results of this study show that the average growth rate of advertisement tax revenue for 2017-2021 reaches 72% and the growth rate of local tax revenue reaches 49%. The average contribution of advertisement tax revenue to regional taxes in 2017-2021 reached 1.07% with very low criteria. Efforts made by BAPENDA of Sikka Regency to increase advertisement tax revenue through intensification and extensification.

Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).    

Dhammasekha students as part of the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia. The nationalism of every citizen needs to be continuously developed. Students as the nation's next generation need education to instill nationalism. One of the things that can be done is to study and practice the teachings of the religion that is adhered to properly and correctly. Buddhist storytelling is one of the language skills that students of the Dhammasekha School need to have. Through Buddhist storytelling skills can foster a sense of nationalism for students. Based on the background description above and considering the importance of Buddhist storytelling skills to foster a sense of nationalism, the authors are interested in studying “The Role of the Dhammasekha Surya Jaya School Teacher in Instilling a Sense of Nationalism Through Buddhist Storytelling Skills.

This study aims to determine the influence of the application of the Collaborative Creativity (CC) learning model on collaboration skills and learning outcomes of grade IX students at SMPN 1 Timpeh, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is a quasi-experimental study with the form of its design The Nenequivalent Posttest Only Cntrol Group Design with the taking of the research subject in Total Sampling. The Research Sample is a grade IX student of SMPN 1 Timpeh. This study used a final test instrument in the form of a description question and a questionnaire of student collaboration skills. The data analysis technique used is the t-test. it can be concluded that student learning outcomes using the Collaborative Creativity learning model are better than using conventional learning models and student collaboration skills are obtained by the percentage of students are very collaborative and collaborative students, so it can be concluded that student collaboration skills in mathematics learning are very collaborative

This study discusses the description of the pawnshop itself and the conditions and procedures for pawning gold in sharia at the UPS Mandailing Natal pawnshop. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative problem approach used is direct interviews and observations. The data used is secondary data including primary, secondary and tertiary data. All data was collected through interviews with managers and service users at UPS Mandailing Natal Sharia Pegadaian as well as literature study. All data is processed by examining data and data settings and then analyzed. The procedure uses a rahn contract and an ijarah contract. Factors that make Islamic Gold Pawning a solution for the lower middle class in Mandailing Natal Regency are because there is no usury or interest and it is more cost-effective as well as collateral items are safer.

The research was conducted to determine students' ability to solve problems with matrix material. This study used descriptive qualitative research and took 20 class XI students of SMK Bina Bangsa as research objects. The techniques used to collect research data are 3 instruments in the form of question descriptions and questionnaire forms. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As a result of this study, students of class XI at SMK Bina Bangsa did not do well in mastering the matrix material and understanding the concepts. The reason students find it difficult to master matrix concepts is because students do not have the necessary material such as fraction operations and negative number operations. The lack of practice questions is also a factor in students' lack of understanding of the determinants of matrices.

Women are often identified with a beauty, as is the case in the selection of the language style of the Qur'an. The diction used by the Qur'an in visualizing women, starting from their creation, association with an angel, as well as the description of their physical characteristics show how noble and honorable they are. The glory of the woman is a symbol of liberation from dehumanization and discrimination against women in jahiliyah and a form of human equality in the eyes of Allah Swt. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of text interpretation in comprehensively interpreting women and to know the comparison of the formulation of classical interpretation and modern interpretation of the existence of women in the Qur'an and to know what the formulation of intertextuality of the verses visualizing women. The method in this study uses library research that focuses on library data, which are primary sources to classical commentaries and works of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd as one of the figures of "hermeneutics of liberation" and other secondary sources. The results of this study concluded related agrumen Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd regarding the Qur'an is a cultural product, the author is more inclined to the opinion of Quraish Shihab, that the Qur'an is kalâmullah, not a creature. The concept of interpretation of the text of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd in reading the verses visualizing women in the Qur'an is to do a more in-depth reading by prioritizing objectivity and considering the historical and socio-cultural facts from which the text of the Qur'an was revealed. This study has implications in reconstructing the pattern of inheritance relay understandings of women in the verses visualization of women who tend to the interpretation and understanding of patriarchal bias.

Human perception of beauty is different, beauty is the dream of every woman, both teenagers and children from an early age. so this study aims to determine the views of Sumbawa University of Technology students on beauty.  This research uses qualitative research methods and the basic type of qualitative description with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. This study was conducted within the environment of Sumbawa University of Technology. Interviews and documentation were used as data collection techniques. Using Pride and Farrel's Perception, perception is all the processes by which information is retrieved, organized, interpreted and communicated. This can be seen from one's opinion about beauty standards. Because female beauty is not only physical, but one's personality and intelligent behavior, can be said to be a measure of beauty.    

The development of social media as part of new media encourages public relations practitioners to realize the importance of media in shaping the positive image of an institution.  This encourages the institution to establish good relations with the media through special activities called media relations. Based on the previous description, the researcher is interested in further studying media relations activities in the public relations model.  This study aims to analyze media relations in public relations practices at the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology by using descriptive qualitative research methods to obtain structured and in-depth information.  The theory used is the theory of excellence which adapts four models of public relations communication as a basis for analysis, such as press agentry, public information, two-way asymmetrical, and two-way symmetrical. The results of the study show that the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology applies a public relations model that focuses on providing quality information to the public through various communication channels, including social media. The implementation of public relations at the Public relations Bureau of the Sumbawa University of Technology, there are indications of the use of four public relations models. However, the two-way symmetrical model is considered the best one in achieving mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and the public.    

Nowadays, midwifery and medical work adopted many concepts, descriptions, and terminologies in English. As the demand of the curriculum in midwifery major, English took the magnificence role in facilitating students, preparation for professional requirements, trainings, and research. That was why English became the crucial part for midwifery students to research and practice their English in the real working field. The purpose of the research was to know that this research was expected to confirm and clarify the exposure and practice of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) through English oral presentation language testing gave the better solution to enhance the speaking skill of midwifery students at Medika Suherman University. The research applied the quantitative analysist that covered descriptive analysis statistic and the t – test. In order to achieve the objective of the research which was used the pre-test and the post-test as the tool to measure the speaking skill ability. The population of the research was 50 students midwife of the second semester at Medika Suherman University, Cikarang Bekasi. The sample of the population was 30 students midwife wahich was selected by purposive random technique. There were four meetings of learning and researching process during the experiment. Before the experiment was conducted, the students were given a pre-test. At the end of the experiment, the students did the post-test. The result of the research proved that the post-test scores were better that the pre-test score. The research concluded that the output of the paired test sample with the Sig. (2-tailed) score was 0.000 < 0.05. It stated that the H0 was rejected, and Ha was accepted. Moreover, it showed that there was an effect of the English oral presentation toward midwifery students’ speaking skill at Medika Suherman University. According to the result, after the exposure and practice of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) through the English oral presentation language testing, in fact, it was the one of the effective approaches to improve the students midwife speaking skill ability and enthusiasm in learning English at Medika Suherman University.

In this study, a qualitative approach was used with an analytic descriptive method, meaning that the data obtained was in the form of words, descriptions, behavior, not in the form of numbers or statistics, but in a qualitative form, which has a richer meaning than just a number or frequency. The research location is located in Wamkana Village, Namrole District, South Buru Regency. So, kaweng heka is really an act that is not in line with the principles of God's Word contained in the Bible and apart from that, this is also an act that is not in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. It will be more beautiful and happier if the marriage is carried out in a good and proper way, so that it does not cause disgrace and also problems in the community and also in the families of both parties or the couple who elopes (Heka). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that basically eloping (kaweng Heka) that occurred in Wamkana village was for two people who both liked and wanted to get married but were hindered by several factors such as not getting the blessing of their parents. , because the dowry is too expensive, social status and so on. Although in the past there were cases of eloping (kaweng heka) because they violated religious values, this rarely happened, it is different from now, then the loss of religious values ​​and customary norms has become one of the factors in the large number of elopeds occurring because of violating values. religion. The thing that causes heka marriage (elope) is because it has violated religious values, besides that it is also because of the child's rather free association and lack of parental control.

Background: Because of the very high mortality in children and children under the age of five, bronchopneumonia is the leading cause of death in children under the age of five worldwide. When viruses, bacteria, microbes and fungi enter the lungs through the respiratory system, they infect the lung parenchyma and cause pneumonia. Objective: Analyzing ineffective airway clearance nursing care in children with bronchopneumonia by collaborative action of administering a nebulizer in the Picu Room of Prof. Hospital. Dr. H Aloei Saboe Methods: Participants in this study, which used a quasi-experimental design, received treatment or intervention before measuring and analyzing the impacts. The pre-post-test group design method served as the basis for the research design. In children with bronchopneumonia, this strategy is used to check the results before and after administration of the nebulizer. Two young people who fight against crime become samples. Results: The results of the study show the overall evaluation results after nursing actions, namely: Based on the results before being given a nebulizer to patients the problem was not resolved in 2 patients and after being given a nebulizer to patients the problem was resolved in 2 patients Conclusion: Based on the description above, inhalation therapy to reduce symptoms of shortness of breath in children with bronchopneumonia is effective where inhalation therapy or steam inhalation therapy using drugs can widen the bronchial airways resulting in complaints such as shortness of breath and disappearance of breath sounds.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) is an enlargement of the prostate that can cause obstruction of the prostatic urethra. One of the measures to treat patients with benign prostate hyperplasia is surgery. Surgery can irritate the bladder mucosa, causing pain. One of the non-pharmacological pain management that can be used is Benson relaxation. This relaxation is an action to free mentally and physically from tension and stress so that it can increase tolerance to pain. The purpose, the application of Benson relaxation was carried out for 2 days with a frequency of 2 times a day and a duration of 15 minutes. Methods of this research includes descriptive research with a case study approach, which aims to determine the description and effect of differences between 1 patients in the application of Benson therapy to reduce pain in postoperative patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. The results of study, researchers get an overview of the application of benzene therapy so that the results show that both respondents experienced a decrease in pain, the respondent complained of pain on a 6 scale after 2 days of benzene relaxation pain complaints decreased with a pain scale of 3. In conclusion, the application of Benson relaxation has an effect on reducing pain scale in postoperative patients with benign prostate hyperplasia.
