Main Objective: This research targets AP sizing entrenched on image structure to raise denoising performance using an improved method for classifying image pixels. Background problem: Digital images may be blended by noise while the addition or communication process, affecting the authentic image signal. Image noise can cause problems at several stages of image processing equally image distribution. Accordingly, image denoising is a significant activity to recover the initial clean image signal from the detected noise signal. Novelty: The proposed WAV method has been refined and improved regarding the classification scheme, and the APS, and the classification results can be used as a mask on the noise image to fix identical patches. Research Method: This study proposes a WAV reprojection algorithm, with the PS being set dynamically entrenched on the image structure. Image structures are consistently taken with an upgraded and enhanced analysis method entrenched in the structure tensor matrix. Analysis results are also used to develop the analysis of comparable patches in images. Finding/Result: Empirical outcomes present that the noise cancellation work of the suggested method is better than the authentic WAVRA, along with several other modifications of the NLMA. Reducing the variability of their income by diversifying outside of traditional lending activities into non-interest income sources. We influence the COVID-19 pandemic on the relationship between the use of non-interest income and bank profits and risks in Indonesian banks. The economic effects of the pandemic have resulted in tightening of credit standards and reduced demand for various types of loans. We find that non-interest income sources are positively related to performance but inversely related to risk. These results are consistent with the beneficial diversification effect during the pandemic of banks expanding outside of traditional loan revenue sources.  Keywords: covid-19, profitability, bank, risk

The development of information technology is currently increasing rapidly from year to year. One evidence of technological development or advancement is the presence of the internet. The internet has many important benefits for human life. An example of the benefits of having the internet is its popular website. Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most widely used for various services in many fields, including education, namely schools. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda, an Islamic-based high school, which is located in Kedungreja District. Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda uses the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda to students and prospective students. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. The purpose of this study is to measure the service quality of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website, a measurement of the measurement of website users on the level of performance and level of importance. The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 80 respondents. The results showed that 89.03% of the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda website services had met the respondents' expectations and the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) results diagram showed that the variables that were of good quality and had to be maintained were US6, IQ1, IQ4, IQ7, and SIQ3. because it has met the expected performance of the respondent. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are IQ3, IQ5, SIQ1, and SIQ6.

Pada ranah pendidikan, setiap sekolah mengharapkan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas sesuai dengan bidang yang diampu. Kemampuan setiap pendidik tentunya berbeda-beda hal tersebut menarik untuk dikaji, khususnya di MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. Peserta didik di MI tersebut sudah kuliafied dan mampu membimbing dan membina siswa-siswanya, namun masih terdapat beberapa siswa kurang aktif dan menurun dalam hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, melalui kajian peran pendidik diharapkan dapat diketahui dan dijabarkan secara deskriftif kualitatif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sehingga melalui analisis data berdasarkan teori-teori dan kajian terdahulu, diketahui bahwa peran pendidik sangat penting terhadap motivasi siswa melalui peningkatan kemampuan dan kinerja pendidik dengan mengikuti pelatihan, workshop, konseling siswa, dan pendekatan terhadap orangtua siswa.   AbstractIn the scope of education, every school expects to have quality human resources in accordance with the field being taught. The ability of each educator is certainly different, this is interesting to study, especially at MI Kalifah Nusantara Denpasar. The students are already educated and able to guide and nurture their students at MI, but there are some students who are less active and decline in student learning outcomes. Based on these conditions, aim of study in the role of educators, it is expected to be known and described in a qualitative descriptive manner through interviews and documentation. The data analysis based on theories and previous studies, it is known that the role of educators is very important to student motivation through improving the ability and performance of educators by participating in training, workshops, student counseling, and approaches to parents.

This study aims to test and analyze: (1) a comparative analysis of the level of performance of conventional commercial banks with Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019, (2) the effect of the CAR, LDR / FDR, and NPL / NPF ratios partially or simultaneously on financial performance. in conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019.                 The population of this study is all published financial report data from Bank BNI and Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri and Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BRI and Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Bukopin and Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Mega and Bank Mega Syariah. The sample of the research is financial report data for 2015-2019. The process of collecting data is done by using documentation method in the form of published financial report data. The instrument test used was the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation. Data were tested using multiple linear regression, determinant test, F test (Goodness of Fit), and hypothesis testing using the t test.                 Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: (1) there is a significant difference in the level of financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the results of the count test 3,724> t table 2,0086 and the probability of t count 0.001 <0.05: (2) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t-count coefficient value of 3,724 <2,0086 and the probability of t count 0.325 <0.05; (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t value coefficient of 0.325 <2.0086 and the probability of t count 0.747> 0.05; (4) Non-Performing Loans have a significant negative effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t-count coefficient value of -8.232> 2.0086 and the probability of t count 0,000> 0.05; (5) Capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and non performing loan (NPL) affect the financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019, this is evidenced by the Fcount of 35,827 (> F table = 2.557) with a significance probability of 0.000 (<0.05). The results of the adjusted R2 test in this study obtained a value of 0.940. This shows that the financial performance is influenced by the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), non performing loan (NPL), amounting to 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. in this research.

The research goals to obtain information and empirical evidence of the influence of intellectual capital on net profit margin, return on invested capital, and return on capital employed. This research was a quantitative research. This research used secondary data which is company financial reports in 2018-2019 taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population of this research was Consumer Non-cyclicals companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2019. Sample were 43 companies which taken using purposive sampling method based on several criteria. Data analysis was processed using SPSS 23. Data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results pointed out that intellectual capital had significant positive influence on  net profit margin, return on invested capital, and return on capital employed.

Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness.This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.

The results of this study expect can add information that can be used to improve the performance of the nurses in the care of nursing.            

This research aims to see employee feelings in terms of organization, organization, and emotional intelligence at the Surakarta City Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 45 employees. Techniques for obtaining data using questionnaire techniques. The research method with data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously work ethic, organizational culture, and intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while partially work ethic had no effect on employee performance in the organization group and emotional intelligence had an effect on employee performance.

In order to achieve targets, companies need healthy funds to improve their performance. Companies can find out the availability of funds through the company's cash flow reports. This study aims to analyze PT KAI's cash flow ratio during 2014-2019. The research is descriptive quantitative by calculating the cash flow ratios. The cash flow ratio used is the cash liquidity ratio, which includes the operational cash flow ratio (AKO), the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKP), the capital expenditure ratio (PM) and the total debt ratio (TH). After calculating the ratio, do a growth ratio analysis during 2014-2019. The data used is PT KAI's audited financial statements for the 2014-2019 period. The results of the study show that PT KAI's cash flow ratio as a whole is still in a bad condition. The four ratios of operating cash flows used in this study, there are three ratios have a value of less than 1, namely the ratio of cash sweeps to current debt (AKO), the ratio of capital expenditure (PM) and the ratio amount of debt (TH). Meanwhile, one other ratio, namely the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKB), is worth more than 1.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 35 respondents The results of this research in hypothesis 1 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.362 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05) Hypothesis 2 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.398 > 1.989) with a level of significance of 0.02 (0.02 < 0.05). Hypothesis 3 obtained the results of t count > t table (2.659 > 1.989) with a significance level of 0.01 (0.01 < 0.05). Hypothesis 4 obtained the results of F count > F table (7.566 > 2.717) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05) which means there is a significant influence between work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The conclusion of this research is that in hypotheses 1 to hypothesis 4 there is a significant influence on work stress, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of PT Pancaran Sinar Rajawali Indonesia employees.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress either partially working, and the simultaneous of the employee performance at PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with  sample 72 employee. Data collection methods used were purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS 25. The result of the research showed that variable of  work conflict influence significant positive for employee performance with thitung score amounted 4,261 > ttabel 1,995 and significant score 0,000 ˂ 0,05, variable of work stress influence significant positive for employee performance with thitung score amounted 3,215 >ttabel 1,995 and significant score 0,002 ˂ 0,05, then variable of work conflict and work stress simultant influence significant positive for employee performance Fhitung score amounted 22.044 > Ftabel 3,13 and significant score 0,000 ˂ 0,05. Result for koefisien determinasi (R2) amounted 0,390 or amounted 39%

Increasing the prosperity of owners or shareholders is one of the goals of companies that have gone public. The high prosperity will increase the market performance of companies going public. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of financial performance in improving the stock price of companies going public. The population used in this research is 65 companies in the consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 60 companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, and t test. Financial performance variables are measured from three ratios, namely solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the solvency ratio and profitability ratio have a significant influence on the stock price of companies going public. The activity ratio shows that the results cannot affect the stock price of companies going public
