Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, menetapkan bahwa semua tenaga kefarmasian dalam melaksanakan tugas profesinya di puskesmas agar mengacu pada standar tersebut. Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjamin kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian, dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis standar pelayanan kefarmasian di puskesmas wawonasa kota manado yang mengacu pada Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di puskesmas menurut peraturan menteri kesehatan No 74 Tahun 2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada apoteker penanggung jawab apotek di puskesmas wawonasa dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode Conteks, Input, Proses, dan Produk (CIPP). Dalam penelitian ini Standar I adalah pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan standar II adalah pelayanan farmasi klinis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa standar I dan II, masing-masing memiliki ketentuan yang belum terlaksana, untuk standar I ketentuan yang terlaksana sebesar 80% dan untuk standar II ketentuan yang terlaksana sebesar 72,72%, sehingga dapat dikategorikan bahwa pelaksanaan ketentuan untuk Standar I dan II oleh Puskesmas Wawonasa Kota Manado termasuk kategori sedang.  

PT.Senteral Inti Gas is a company engaged in the field of gas distributors. Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.

Pencurian dengan kekerasan dapat di antisipasi oleh ibu-ibu pengajian, istilah pencurian , yang mana pada masa sekarang disebut dengan maling tak jarang pemuda bahkan orang tua banyak terlibat dalam hal tersebut. bahwa dalam melakukan pencurian pelaku tidak hanya mengambil barang orang lain, tapi juga melakukan kekerasan . Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir tindak kejahatan pencurian pencegahan dan penanggulangan kejahatan baik itu preventif maupun represif, guna meminimalisirkan semua kejahatan-kejahatan yang sedang terjadi disetiap kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam tindak pidana ringan, Solusi yang diberikan memberikan pemahaman hukum pada ibu-ibu pengajian. Agar anggota pengajian dapat memberikan edukasi kepada lingkungan sekitar, dan sekaligus membantu aparat Penegak Hukum dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya sebagai aparat pelindung, pengayom, dan pelayan masyarakat.

Persatuan ini sebagai puncak dari kehidupan rohani seseorang adalah mungkin dalam hidup ini karena persatuan entitas yang lebih rendah, yaitu jiwa, dengan Allah. Artikel ini berusaha mendalami tradisi perkembangan ide partisipasi dari ide filosofis- metafisik kepada ide teologis, dan pada akhirnya pada ide spiritual.

Sakramen ini memiliki kekuatan rahmat adikodrati yang berasal dari kuasa Roh Kudus untuk mengampuni, menguduskan, membersihkan, menyucikan dan menyelamatkan, melalui kuasa doa dalam rumus absolusi yang diberikan lewat imam, sebagai  alter Christi. Persoalannya, mengapa banyak umat beriman tidak berminat untuk pergi mengaku dosa secara sakramental lewat seorang imam? Bagaimana menanggapi persoalan ini?

As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. One of the problems that occurs is the student attendance system at STMIK Rosma Karawang due to cheating when making attendance at lecture activities begins. By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. With the design of the program is a solution to solve problems that exist in the presence system at STMIK Rosma Karawang, and can achieve an effective activity in supporting activities at STMIK Rosma Karawang.

Fever can be interpreted as a body temperature that is higher (>37°C) than normal temperature because of the temperature control center in the hypothalamus, the temperature control center balances temperature during health or fever by regulating the formation and release of heat. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the antipyretic effectiveness of various concentrations of extracts. In this study, 5% peptone was used to induce fever in 15 white rats which were divided into 5 treatment groups. Groups 1 was given 1% NaCMC as a negative control, groups 2 was given paracetamol 9 mg/200gBB) as a positive control, groups 3 was given 10% lire leaf extract (2 mg/200gBB), groups 4 was given 20% lire leaf extract (4 mg/200gBB), and groups 5 was given 40% lire leaf extract (8 mg/200gBB). This results of this study obtained extract levels of 7,44% and there was a weak antipyretic effect at concentrations of 10% and 20% lire leaf extract, while the greatest antipyretic effect was found in 40% lire leaf extract, almost comparable to 9 mg paracetamol.

Introduction.Effective therapeutic lack of communication between a nurse with patient resulted in the increasingly distress often what happens on patients can refuse to give the act of nursing by therapeutic lack of communication. Purpose of this research is to analyze The Relation of Communication of Nurse’s Therapeutic towards Outpatients’ satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado. This research used descriptive analytic method with cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique in this research used accidental sampling method. Method.Data collecting was conducted by observation and questionnaires. The collected data then processed by SPSS version 16.0. Result.The test result of chi-square got a significant value p=0,000 that shows that p value is smaller than α 0,05. Conclusion.of this research is the researcher found there is a significant relation of Communication of Nurse’s Therapeutic towards Outpatients’ satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado that is showed by the test result of chi-square that got (p) = 0.000 < 0.05. The value of 0,000 is below of value of alpha 5% (0,05).    

Bentuk kekerasan fisik yang dilakukan oleh pasangan (suami) berisiko mengakibatkan efek psikologis bagi korban (istri/perempuan), diantaranya, mengalami peningkatan depresi, rendah diri, dan tekanan psikologis. Tingkat keparahan kekerasan fisik ini juga dapat memprediksi tingkat depresi pada korban. Rata- rata gangguan stres pasca trauma pada perempuan yang mengalami siksaan secara fisik cukup tinggi menyatakan bahwa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang dikaitkan dengan kuantitas kejadianya, kualitas peristiwa dan perilaku negatif anggota keluarga dapat menjerumuskan kepada kehancuran dan perceraian keluarga. Efek kekerasan dalam rumah tangga tidak hanya menimpa perempuan yang menjadi korban. Kekerasan tersebut juga berakibat buruk pada anak, yaitu mengganggu perkembangan Anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, mengalami masalah psikologis, emosional, perilaku, masalah sosial dan akademik. Pain is a defense mechanism of the body and caused by tissue damage to the body due to injury, accident or medical action. Traditionally, cashew leaves were used in curing inflammation, pain, toothache, wound healing, rheumatism as well as dysentery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of analgetic power of cashew leaf ethanol extract (Anacardium occidentale L.) in white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research conducted is experimental research, with chemical excitatory methods. The test animals were divided into 5 groups with each treatment of 3 mice. Group I Na CMC 1%, group II Paracetamol, group III cashew leaf ethanol extract 10%, group IV cashew leaf ethanol extract 20%, and group V cashew leaf ethanol extract 40% given orally. Pain inductors are 1% induced acetic acid intraperitonially. Observed the amount of mice geliat for 1 hour and calculated percent analgetic power. The results obtained in this study have properties as analgetics with analgetic power concentration of 10%: 82.73%, concentration of 20%: 84.89%, and concentration of 40%: 88.48%.

Cork Fish (Channa striata) is used for traditional medicine and is one of the economically important fish in Indonesia so that it contains protein and albumin which are important for health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the snakehead fish extract ointment on the healing of burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus). Then burns in rabbits were observed for up to 11 days. The data analysis used was using the Independent Sample t-test with the help of Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the research formula one can be the t value count 4,666 and the table t value 2,085 and the second formula obtained is the t value count  of 2,185 and the table t value of 2,085 according totheresearch hypothesis is accept H1 then formula one dan formula two have an influence in the process of healing burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus).

Dalam Praktiknya pada masyrakat masih banyak kelirub dalam pembagian waris sehingga dapat memunculkan konflik di antara masyrakat. dalam masyarakat manapun agama yang dianut cenderung berpengaruh dalam berbagai aspek kehidupannya sehingga wajar jika hukum Islam sulit dinafikan eksistensinya di kalangan masyarakat Jawa. Oleh karena itu , bagi suku Jawa berjalannya pluralisme hukum antara hukum Islam dan adat sulit dihindari, bahkan pluralisme ini sudah merupakan hal yang diyakini secara umum (taken for granted). Dalam kaitan ini, Sudaryanto menyatakan bahwa dualisme sulit dihindari karena dalam kenyataannya sebelum mengenal ajaran Islam, masyarakat yang saat ini menganut agama Islam sudah terbiasa diatur dengan norma hukum adat.2 Dengan demikian, tarik menarik atau pengaruh-mempengaruhi antara hukum Islam dan adat dalam bidang kewarisan juga sulit dielakkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Jawa.  Untuk mengetahui bagaimana dalil-dalil mengenai hukum waris islam, maka kita harus merujuknya pertama kali dari apa yang disampaikan melalui Al-Quran

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada karyawan. BRI Syariah KC Denpasar mempunyai strategi untuk bisa berbaur dengan masyarkat di Bali dengan memperkerjakan karyawan non muslim supaya nasabah yang non muslim bisa menerima BRI Syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini fokus tentang: 1. Bagaimana motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Bagaimana kinerja karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyaman non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berbentuk kalimat, kata, atau gambar berdasarkan hasil pendekatan secara langsung melaui metode wawancara secara langsung atau secara online mengenai motivasi dan kinerja karyawan non muslim yang dipraktekan di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Wawancara ini dilakukan kepada para informan dalam hal ini adalah pemimpin perusahaann dan karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Adanya dorongan dari luar untuk menumbuhkan semangat dalam bekerja yang diberikan oleh perusahaann seperti gaji yang sesuai, harapan yang terpenuhi dan bonus bagi karyawan yang berpestasi akan manambah semangat bekerja karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar dan menghasilkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik lagi. 2. Apabila Kinerja karyawan non muslim baik dalam bekerja maka tujuan BRI Syariah KC Denpasar akan terwujud yaitu menjadi perbankan yang rahmatal lil ‘alamin.   ABSTRACTMotivation is the process of influencing or encouraging from outside or from within a person or work group so that they are willing to carry out something that has been determined. The objectives of this study are 1. To determine the motivation of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. To find out the performance of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. This type of research uses a qualitative approach in the form of sentences, words, or images based on the results of the direct approach through direct or online interviews regarding the motivation and performance of non-Muslim employees practiced at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. These interviews were conducted with informants, in this case, company leaders and non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. The results obtained: 1. The encouragement from outside to foster enthusiasm for work given by the company such as appropriate wages, fulfilled expectations and bonuses for high-performing employees will increase the enthusiasm for work of non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar and produce employees who have even better performance. 2. If the performance of non-Muslim employees is good at work, the goal of BRI Syariah KC Denpasar will be realized, namely to become a banking that is rahmatal lil 'alamin.

Bintaro (Cerbera manghas L.) is widely used as an analgesic, anticonvulsant, cardiotonic, and hypotensive activity. In Thailand bintaro is used as traditional medicine such as bark used as an antipyretic, laxative and in the treatment of dysuria. The flower part is applied to treat hemorrhoids. Secondary metabolites are chemical compounds contained in plants that can be drawn by a suitable solvent through extraction methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of secondary metabolites contained in bintaro leaf extract using ethanol, acetone, and n-Hexan solvents based on phytochemical screening. This research was carried out through two stages, namely extraction using maceration method using ethanol, acetone, n-Hexan and phytochemical screening solvents consisting of screening alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, saponins, and tannins. The results showed that the bintaro leaf ethanol extract positively contained flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. The acetone extract of bintaro leaves positively contains, saponins and tannins. N-hexan daun bintaro extract positively contained steroids and alkaloids in testing with Dragendorft reagents, and was positive for Wagner reagents and negative for testing with Mayer reagents

PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in carrying out its role is not always able to fulfill the rights of Civil Servants on pension rights and old age savings because of the things that are needed in the fulfillment of pension rights and old age savings. These matters are concerning the role of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in organizing pension and old-age savings programs that will later be entitled to receive severance pay and receive other pension rights based on applicable regulations. The problem in this study is about the risk of social insurance juridical for employees of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Semarang Main Branch Office who apply for early retirement before the specified retirement age limit. This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms. From the results of this study indicate that, the juridical risk when applying for an early retirement is not legal unless the person concerned is in trouble, at the time of retirement will get administrative sanctions in the form of postponement of retirement or severance pay. Perkawinan antara orang-orang yang dibaptis, oleh Kristus Tuhan diangkat ke martabat sakramen. Ada rahmat sakramental dalam perkawinan ini. Perkawinan antara seorang Katolik dengan seorang yang tidak dibaptis, perkawinan antar-iman, bukanlah sebuah sakramen. Apakah perkawinan antar-iman ini tanpa rahmat? Apakah perkawinan antar- iman tidak dapat diceraikan? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini digunakan dokumen- dokumen Gereja Katolik dan pendapat beberapa teolog moral.

Pencarian kebenaran sejati merupakan perjuangan setiap orang yang berpikir khususnya mereka yang “skeptik” terhadap kebenaran-kebenaran iman. Dia tidak percaya kepada eksistensi Allah sebagai seorang Pribadi. Dia adalah seorang “atheist” yang giat mencari kebenaran melalui ilmu pengetahuan – khususnya lewat fenomenologi yang diajarkan oleh Edmund Husssel. Perjumpaannya dengan beberapa filsuf beriman seperti Max Scheller dan Adolf Reinach telah menimbulkan kerinduannya untuk bertobat dan oleh rahmat Tuhan ia dituntun kepada suatu pengalaman iman ketika membaca buku Riwayat Hidup Teresa dari Avila.
