This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, trust and convenience of Muamalat DIN mobile banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Medan Baru. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples in this study was 96 customers with the determination of the sample size using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially service quality, trust and convenience have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. And based on the coefficient of determination, the independent variable is able to influence the dependent variable by 52.9%.

Television media is an efficient media in reaching a very large number of communicants and relatively far away places. The Tonight Show program is a talk show program that aims to provide information and entertainment to the public. This study aims to measure the influence of the "Tonight Show" program on NET TV on the viewing interest of Communication Science students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta class of 2019. This study uses several theories, namely the variable (X) Program theory and the variable (Y) Viewing Interest theory. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach to measure the influence of students who watch the Tonight Show program on Net TV. From the results of this study, the t-count value was obtained 8.3666> t-table 1.667, so Ho was rejected and H1. So that the results obtained that there is a significant influence between the influence of the Tonight Show Program on Viewing Interest. In addition, based on the correlation value R shows that the influence of the Tonight Show Program (X) on the viewing interest (Y) of Communication Science students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta has a very strong and significant R 0.985. Meanwhile, the Adjusted Rsquare value is 0.970, which means that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y) is 97%, while the remaining 3% is influenced by other factors unknown in this study.customers.

Strategy digital marketing is the right choice for SMEs/MSMEs, incl TumblrIn, marketing products and carrying out promotions. Research purposes This is to find out how to determine a digital marketing strategy, implementation and results of the impact of determining a digital marketing strategy on TumblrIn Store. In this research, quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods were used used to provide a deeper picture and understanding comprehensive approach to the phenomenon under study. Additionally, for collection data, the researcher used observation and documentation techniques from the final assignment project which is the final assignment for graduation after taking part Merdeka Campus Certified Independent Study program at PT. Nurul Fikri Create Innovation. The research results show that digital strategy marketing on TumblrIn has been determined using SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and Marketing mix. Implementation of digital marketing strategies in TumblrIn has been doing quite well and achieved several goals. Utilization online media in digital marketing strategies has also been successful quite a lot of traffic, although not all online media get the same amount of traffic. However, the amount of traffic has exceeded initial targets can be converted into potential customers.).

This study aims to analyze and explain the enforcement of criminal law against perpetrators of corruption for state losses at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya. As well as explaining the accountability of perpetrators of corruption for state losses in the use of customer funds at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya through Cassation Decision Number 2931 K / Pid.Sus / 2021 and government efforts to provide protection to customers or policyholders of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya. This study employs a normative legal research methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that PT Asuransi Jiwasraya's criminal law enforcement is following the guidelines laid out in Law Number 31 of 1999, as revised by Law Number 20 of 2001, when it comes to prosecuting those responsible for causing state losses due to corruption. The formulation demonstrates the efficacy of current legal regulations in handling the Jiwasraya case and protects the interests of public investors and shareholders. It contains specific elements and is subject to a specific sentencing system. Corruption at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya has resulted in monetary losses for the state. This is due to the defendant's substantial acts, which satisfy the criteria for a "Criminal Act" and a "error" that can be either "intentional" or "dolus" according to the trial evidence. This conclusion is reached in Cassation Decision Number 2931 K/Pid.Sus/2021. Customers or policyholders of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya are protected through repressive legal measures, specifically through criminal channels, against those who have been proven to have violated the Corruption Crime Law, Article 55, paragraph 1, number 1, and Article 2 paragraph 1.

  This research is motivated by the increasing population in Indonesia which will further increase the need for housing in the future. This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing mix on customer decisions to choose BSI Griya at BSI KCP Natar bank. The method used is a quantitative method. Using primary and secondary data. The population of this study were BSI KCP Natar Bank customers who took BSI Griya financing products as many as 86 respondents with calculations using the slovin formula. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods assisted by SPSS 25 software. The results showed that all Marketing mix variables (Product, price, location, promotion, employees, physical evidence, and process) had a positive and significant effect with a significance value <0.05. Product has a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Price significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Location significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Promotion significance value of 0.001 <0.05, Employees significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Physical evidence significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Process significance value of 0.00 <0.05. and the calculated F value of 1034.606> 2.129 with a significance of 0.00 so that the Marketing mix (Product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process) simultaneously has a significant positive effect.

The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service. One of the factors that influences the success of a hospital is good service quality. Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health services. Another problem faced by partners is negative views of nurses, such as being rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional, which still often appear in the community. When friendliness and attention are absent, a climate of discomfort and reluctance to interact is created, resulting in suboptimal service. Health service providers, in addition to having professional ethics, also need to have good "manners" or etiquette in providing services to service users in this case patients or their families. The importance of the manners possessed by health workers in supporting service quality at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City because health workers are the spearhead of services provided by the hospital to customers. This research is motivated by the increasing development of sharia banking, the competition in the banking industry will become more competitive and it will become increasingly difficult to maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the influence of Sharia Financial Literacy, Digital Marketing and Brand Image on customer loyalty. This research is included in Quantitative research. The population of this research was customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia, East OKU Regency, a sample of 96 respondents was taken using calculations using the lemeshow formula. This research data analysis was assisted by using SPSS 26 software to make it easier for researchers to carry out calculations. The results of this research show that sharia financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. The calculated F value is 42,488 and the significant value is 0.00 so that Sharia financial literacy, Digital Marketing and Brand Image simultaneously have a significant positive effect.

The Information System is a collection of systems in its aspect consisting of software, hardware and brainware in a structured manner with performance in a gradual and interconnected process so as to create a specific product that is needed by the user, but related to ordering curtain products for customers in companies generally have a process of ordering curtain products to customers from the company, but along with the development of a website-based information system that can make it easier for companies to carry out performance in the process of ordering curtain products for customers, then from ordering curtain products to customers there are several problem factors that influence it, namely, the difficulty of ordering products curtains because they still use paper for recording so that it takes quite a long time and customers cannot know the availability of curtain products to re-stock again, the purpose of which is a reference for research is to design an information system for ordering curtain products for customers so that they can be fast and flexible, Based on these 2 problems, the solution is to create an information system according to the needs of ordering curtain products that will be used by the company in serving the ordering process, then from this it will create the results of an information system for ordering curtain products for companies for website-based customers, before being used by users from development that makes the application perform testing with blackbox as an evaluation stage of the information system that has been made based on features, blackbox has concepts such as verifying the features used if appropriate will obtain valid results whereas if not appropriate then retesting the information system.

This research aims to analyze the influence of emotional branding strategies in increasing customer loyalty to the Umama Brand in Bima City. Emotional branding is an approach that creates an emotional bond between consumers and brands through the use of elements such as stories, symbols and values that are relevant to local culture. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation analysis. The research results show that the emotional branding strategy implemented by Umama Brand has succeeded in creating strong emotional relationships with customers, which has a positive impact on the level of customer loyalty. These findings show the importance of emotional branding as an effective strategy in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty in a competitive market.

Credit risk is a risk that occurs due to the failure of customers or other parties to fulfill their obligations to the bank. Credit risk is the risk of possible losses as a result of non-repayment of credit provided by the bank to debtors (Natasia 2014). The higher the credit risk of a bank, the greater the number of problem loans. Credit risk can be measured by the Non Performing Financing (NPF) ratio. Nugraha 2018) Non Performing Financing or commonly abbreviated as NPF is the ratio between problematic financing and total financing disbursed by sharia banks. Nuha (2016) Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a comparison of problematic credit/financing with the total credit/financing provided. The higher the NPF ratio indicates a bank's inability to manage its problematic credit/financing, this will reduce the level of confidence of a bank in carrying out business activities. Problematic financing consists of substandard, doubtful and non-performing financing.

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality on Karang Hias customer satisfaction at PT. Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. The sample used was 30 ornamental coral customers who purchased ornamental corals. The sampling technique in this research used a non-probability sampling method and a side purposive technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this research is a simple regression analysis method with the SPSS 23 application. The research results based on (t test) show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the Coefficient of Determination test obtained an R Square of 0.931. This shows that the dependent variable of customer satisfaction is 93% influenced by the independent variable service quality, while 7% is influenced by other variables that have not been examined in this research.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of green financing in sustainable financing for home industry players in Pematang Serai Village. Green financing is a financing scheme or lending to business actors that is environmentally friendly. Based on Government regulations to be able to receive financing with a green financing scheme. To achieve industrial, social and economic advantages to reduce the threat of global warming and prevent other environmental and social problems, the goal is to shift the goal to a competitive low-carbon economy, so that it can strategically promote environmental investment in various areas of business/economy. The research data is sourced from the results of interviews with industrial homes in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. as borrowers/customers of the Green Financing Program with the help of questionnaires so that the questions in the interview are more systematic. Sampling was carried out using proportionate random sampling technique. The data analysis used was: Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Binary Logistic Regression Analysis. The results of the study explained that green credit and green technology partially did not have a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency, while green product innovation partially had a significant effect on green finance in Pematang Serai Village, Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency.

PT Mitra Gadai Kepri is one of the Private Pawnshops in Batam City which is licensed by OJK to provide financing products. However, the business of financing activities carried out often occurs Default, especially with Fiduciary Guarantees. Based on the description in this thesis, the problems to be studied are: 1)How is the Legal Arrangement Related to the Settlement of Default Debtors with Fiduciary Guarantees at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri in Batam City. 2)How is the Implementation Related to the Settlement of Debtor Default with Fiduciary Guarantee at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri Partner in Batam City. 3)What Factors are the Obstacles / Constraints and Solutions Related to the Settlement of Default Debtors with Fiduciary Guarantees at PT Mitra Gadai Kepri in Batam City. The method in this research is Normative Legal research supported by empirical research. Therefore, the Legislation and Conceptual approach will be carried out. Used in data collection in this research with Interviews and Literature Studie. The results of the study concluded that consumers who default with fiduciary guarantees due to low understanding of financial literacy. As well as not knowing the existence of regulations governing the protection of consumers and the public in the Financial Services Sector in resolving defaults with fiduciary guarantees. Suggestions in this study are that the OJK and Financial Services Business Actors must increase Financial Literacy and Inclusion in the wider community and include the government in eradicating illegal financial services. Financial Services Business Actors must analyze the ability to pay prospective customers in order to minimize defaults, especially with fiduciary guarantees and must resolve defaults in accordance with applicable regulations. And an appeal to the public to be wiser and more selective in choosing financial service products and institutions that provide these services.

The ornamental fish business is experiencing quite rapid development and has promising economic prospects. Ornamental fish is one of the fishery commodities that has the potential to become an export commodity because ornamental fish originating from Indonesia are in great demand by the international market. The development of the ornamental fish market is increasing but is not followed by a sufficient number of ornamental fish breeders and the lack of regulation of marine ornamental fish exporters in Indonesia, can trigger exporters to over-exploit natural ornamental fish to meet the needs of the ornamental fish market which can result in several species of marine ornamental fish It is threatened with extinction and causes the destruction of coral reefs because several types of coral reefs have direct symbiosis with fish. This research uses qualitative research methods or field research depending on what happens in the field, in this case PT Agung Aquatic Marine. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive data analysis with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on sales data for ornamental Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) from 2022 to 2023, sales show that sales continue to increase. Meanwhile, Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) which experienced a decrease in orders from customers include Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) with size (S). This could be caused by the quality of the fish not matching the customer's taste. However, there are also Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) whose orders continue to increase every month, such as Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) with size (M) and Black Clownfish (Amphiprion Ocellaris). This is because these ornamental fish have good quality according to customer tastes. Direct marketing of Clownfish ornamental fish (Amphiprion Ocellaris) at PT Agung Aquatic Marine can be said to be effective because it has been able to achieve sales targets and company goals that have been previously set.

Sharia banking is a bank whose activities refer to Islamic law and in its activities neither charges interest nor pays interest to customers. Sharia bank rewards received or paid to customers depend on the contracts and agreements entered into by the customer and the bank. Agreements (contracts) contained in sharia banking must comply with the terms and pillars of the contract as regulated in Islamic sharia. Over the last decade, the Islamic banking industry has developed very rapidly, not only the number of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) but also their assets have increased several times to hundreds of trillions. Seeing the current phenomenon of sharia banking is the author's interest in carrying out research. This research approach uses a descriptive approach, namely by obtaining data collection and data analysis aimed at creating systematic, current and accurate descriptions, depictions of the facts, as well as the relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The types and sources of data are quantitative data and secondary data taken from company reports. The results obtained are that Bank Syariah Indonesia is included in the very rapid development category.  This is proven every year that he is able to achieve good goals and development. This shows that the public's response to trusting Indonesian Sharia banks is very good. And able to balance the challenges and opportunities in this current of globalization.

The Slow Bar Coffee concept was introduced in 2002 in Oslo Norway by Tim Wendelboe. This concept not only serves coffee menus to customers, but there is a discussion space created there. The aim of this research is to determine the concept of slow bar coffee offered by the Ngopi coffee shop in Dipit Serang and customer purchasing decisions which are influenced by social media marketing, product quality and location. The method used uses observation methods for the slow bar coffee concept and quantitative methods for purchasing decisions. The number of samples taken was 80 respondents. The results of the research found that the concept of slow bar coffee drinking coffee in the pit is a concept that has been carried out by baristas with customers in introducing and discussing the world of coffee. Purchasing decisions are also influenced by social media marketing, product quality, and location. So it can be concluded that social media marketing, product quality and location can influence purchasing decisions and the concept of slow bar coffee served by coffee shops in Serang City.

Kopi dari Hati is a famous coffee brand because its franchises can be found in all major cities in Indonesia. Research related to consumer satisfaction is needed. This research is research conducted in the Taman Aster Housing area to look for the influence of service quality, product quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction with the product "Coffee from the Heart" in the Taman Aster housing complex, West Cikarang. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and product quality. and Promotion of Consumer Satisfaction with "Coffee from the Heart" Products at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, West Cikarang. The results of this research were that it was found that there was a positive influence of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction with the "Coffee from the Heart" product at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, Cikarang Barat. Meanwhile, product quality does not have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction with the "Kopi Dari Hati" product at the Taman Aster Housing Complex, Cikarang Barat because this might happen when Kopi Dari Hati customers get the product they ordered that is less than their expectations

The purpose of this study was to determine the trust and quality of customer service towards the satisfaction of the Bank Syariah Indonesia Pontianak Branch. The population in this study were customers, with a sample of 100 people. Determination of sample withdrawal using incidental sampling techniques. Determination of the sample size of the research object using the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 90% (significance level of 0.10). Slovin formula with a confidence level of 90% (significance level of 0.10) / Data collection techniques using questionnaire distribution techniques. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the characteristics of respondents in this study show that respondents who are customers of BSI Pontianak Branch show that most customers are aged 19-28 years, last education is high school / vocational school, civil servant jobs, male, are customers of BSI Pontianak Branch 100%.

Service quality management is certainly important in today's increasingly competitive business world. This, of course, is inseparable from the competition of business people in providing services that are guided by meeting customer needs that are able to exceed customer expectations. Customers who meet their needs and feel that the service provided by the service provider exceeds what they expect, then there will be a sense of satisfaction having used the service from the provider. The purpose of this study isto find out the influence of the quality of ornamental corals and how much the service quality affects customer satisfaction in CV. Bali Samudra Anugrah. The type of research used is Quantitative. The data sources used came from Primary Data and Secondary Data with the research methods used, namely questionnaires, literature studies and observations. Hresults of research on the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction in CV. Bali Samudra Anugrah, concluded that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction. Based on several test results such as simple linear regression analysis, it was found that the variables of service quality and customer satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The results of this research analysis also show that each variable makes a great contribution to customer satisfaction. The increasing trend of keeping animals has resulted in increased demand for pet food. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of price, service quality and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on 80 chila Petshop customers. The results of the study found that price, service quality and electronic word of mouth both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. so that traders can pay attention to this
