The organization more and more invests in information technology (IT) to increase agility/agility. It is generally believed that organizations with larger IT investments tend to be more agile in responding to environmental changes. However, the problem of whether IT is a supporter or inhibiting organizational agility is still not resolved. Based on the theory of resource -based views and literature of information technology capabilities and organizational agility, the authors develop and test theoretical models that integrate IT capabilities, and agility of the institution. This article highlights the role of the process of developing the agility of library institutions supported by IT capabilities. We base our reviews on many literature taken from several international journals and conferences. We review the use of various theoretical lenses used to investigate the relationship between IT capabilities and the agility of the library organization. We also map literature through a series of stages that highlighted how researchers had built in previous studies. Finally, we discuss opportunities for future research in an effort to cover the gap of various research findings.

The development of the era, which has experienced many changes from time to time, does not necessarily change the heritage that exists in the lives of people in Indonesia. The evolution of generation does not cause changes to the legacy system that exists in Indonesia. In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. This research will use a normative legal research method that uses literature review as an effort to find the required data. Reviewing legal documents that focus on Legislation.

This study intends to investigate the relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes. Impact measures in several studies that examined the relationship between the influence of motivation on student learning outcomes were analyzed using a meta-analysis procedure. Empirical data were collected using electronic search engines such as Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and national journal URLs. The effect size is used as a starting point for data analysis. A systematic review of research findings in Indonesia's national e-journal was used, with 18 articles selected as a sample that met the criteria. The results of calculating the combined effect size obtained a p-value of less than 0.001 and an estimated value of 0.825. A meta-analysis study found that motivation and learning outcomes had a significant relationship, with the strength of the relationship in the high category. The variance of the studies analyzed is also very high, with I2 test results far exceeding 50%, implying that this study is heterogeneous, with a significant estimate value in the SMK subgroup category (estimated value 1,031) with a p-value of 0.001 and the SMP subgroup (estimated value 1.186) with a p-value of 0.005.

This study is to find out the understanding of students; knowing the nature of students; Know the characteristics and characteristics of students; and know the elements of students. This study is a literature review in which data is taken from literary sources from experts in the field of Islamic education. The author concludes that students consist of physical/fiscal elements, and spiritual/mental elements. Suppliers play an important role in determining product quality, costs, product development, and access to finance for companies. If the company is less selective in choosing its suppliers, the costs incurred may become ineffective. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies. In this study, a literature review approach is used by examining 10 journals that have discussed supplier selection procedures. Each journal used as a basis for this study also has different problem objects, models, variables, methods and results. The results of the cross-reference analysis are used to design a procedural model for selecting suppliers for non-critical items. The design of the non-critical item supplier selection model uses several criteria which will later be used as the basis for selecting non-critical item suppliers. From several journals that have been studied, several criteria are obtained that are in accordance with the company that the researcher will conduct research, and will later be re-elected according to the company's needs. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) companies. By using the F-AHP (Fuzzy – Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TLS (Traffic Light System) model, companies that have never had a procedure for selecting suppliers for non-critical items can carry out this procedure so that in the future this procedure can become a standard in companies in terms of choosing supplier.

Along with increasingly rapid technological developments, the use of digital literacy in the implementation of education is very much needed, especially in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic which requires all parties involved in the learning process to be skilled in the use of facilities and various platforms that can facilitate all learning activities. Therefore, the urgency in using digital literacy during the educational period during this pandemic is a top priority and a necessity. The purpose of carrying out this literacy study is to determine the urgency of using digital literacy in the implementation of education during the pandemic at SDN 106780 Sei Mencirem. The method used is literature study. The steps taken are identifying, reviewing, evaluating, and interpreting all available research that is relevant with a study of the urgency of digital literacy in the implementation of online education. The results obtained are that digital literacy is needed and a priority that must be developed in education, especially during the pandemic of online-based education, digital literacy in education is no longer just important but has become a necessity.

Love can be used as an answer to the question of human existence. So many philosophers from the west and east offer concepts about love, Erich Fromm is one of them who considers that love is an art. The purpose of this study is to classify five objects of love from Erich Fromm's thoughts in poems by W.S Rendra. Poetry was chosen as the object of research because poetry can be used as a means for someone to express love. This research method is a literature study as well as a literature review. The results of this study are five titles of poems that represent the five objects of love. First, object of brotherly love entitled "Aku Mendengar Suara" because this poem contains Rendra who loves his oppressed brothers. The object of maternal love titled "Ibunda" contains a mother's love that is like the earth that provides its fertility for her children to grow and sacrifices everything a mother has for her children, truly loving even though she does not get anything from the child. The object of erotic love with the title "Barangkali Karena Bulan" is about exclusive love to one person, namely the poet's love for a woman. Self-love with the poem titled "Orang Biasa" contains Rendra's love for himself. Last, the object of God's love titled "Tuhan, Aku Cinta Padamu" is about Rendra's desire to return to Him and achieve unification between the servant and his God.

Literasi sains adalah kemampuan menggunakan pengetahuan sains untuk mendapatkan identifikasi permasalahan dan menjelaskan peristiwa ilmiah. Buku sebagai bahan ajar tidak dapat dipisahkan dari pembelajaran,abad 21, namun buku masih banyak yang monoton akibatnya literasi sains rendah sehingga perlu dikembangkan buku Interaktif “Hai Si IPA”. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pembelajaran terhadap  media pembelajaran buku digital interaktif yang dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan literasi sains pada kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Metode dalam penelitian ini jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan menganalisis semua artikel terkait penelitian yang serupa, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Artikel yang dianalisis sebanyak 25 terdiri dari 10 jurnal internasional dan 15 jurnal nasional dari sinta 1 hingga 4, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Berdasarkan penelitian artikel review diperoleh hasil bahwa media buku  dapat meningkatkan literasi sains peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar.

At the end of 2019 towards the beginning of 2020, the world was shaken by a virus known as Coronavirus Disease (covid-19). The Covid-19 pandemic began in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China and then spread to 200 countries, impacting various sectors of the global economy. Fighting this virus requires strategies and policies to regulate the economy. This article describes the Indonesian Government's Policy for Preeconomic Stability During Covid-19. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of literature studies or what is known as review literature.  The results of this study show that although various policies carried out by the Indonesian government are appropriate, in their implementation, further steps are still needed to maintain the stability of the Indonesian economy.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Factors of members, administrators and supervisors as well as honesty and understanding; Sharia good corporate governance requires supervision from the Supervisory Board. Understanding of the important role of cooperatives for improving the community's economy, consistency in preparing financial reports. (2). Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.  

The purpose of this research is to systematically review the literature published ini past 42 years on behavioural biases in investment decision making. This paper highlights the major gaps in the existing studies on behavioural biases. It also aims raise specific questions for future research. The design of this research employ systematic literature review (SLR) method in the present study. The prominence research is assessed by studying the year of publication, journal of publication, country of study, types of statistical method, data collection technique and content analysis on literature on behavioural biases. The present study is based on 41 selected articles published in peer review journals between 1980 and 2022. The result show that much of the existing literature on behavioural biases indicates the limited research in developed economies in this area, the dominance of the primary data on data collection technique, the lack of empirical research on individuals who exhibit herd behaviour, the dominance theory used in the existing literature on behavioural biases in investment decision making is prospect theory.

CTS is one of the diseases that occurs in many workers so it is often referred to as work-related Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The high number of informal workers allows for high accidents in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to discuss the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. This research is a descriptive research with the literature review method. The literature search strategy uses a prism flow chart, and inclusion and exclusion criteria. The databases used include: PubMed, Taylor and francis, and Google Scholar. From the 20 articles, 19 of them used the cross-sectional type of research, and 1 article used the case-control type of research. The types of informal work obtained from the 20 articles are: motorcycle taxi drivers, farmers, batik and bead craftsmen, blacksmiths, stone breakers, meatball sellers, coconut peelers, woodcarvers, tailors, angkot drivers, small-scale convection, hairstylists, and butchers. Overall, the journal articles obtained discuss related to the risk factors for the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Repetitive movements, length of service, length of work, hand posture (awkward), age, gender, and body mass index were found to influence the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers. Meanwhile, grasping work and a history of diabetes mellitus were not found to be related to the incidence of CTS in informal sector workers.

The existence of a good and correct use of Indonesian has now faded. This is because most teenagers use slang in their daily activities, including in the learning process activities. This study aimed to describe the phenomenon of the influence and impact of the use of slang on the use of Indonesian among adolescents. This research used was literature review method with literature study. The literature search method used was the keywords “Slang”, “Alay Language”, “Impact”, “Indonesian”, “Teenagers”. The data base used for reference in this research is Google Scholar and Portal Garuda.The analysis used was a narrative presented in the form of a description. The use of slang among teenagers has become commonplace and the majority of teenagers use slang in doing their daily activities. The existence of this had an impact on the existence of the decline in the use of Indonesian, difficulty in communicating, affects the way of learning and the learning process. In the learning process, the use of good and correct Indonesian should be emphasized given the many factors that cause the lack of existence of Indonesian.

This article is a literature review on the phenomenon of titles in Indonesian novels. This study is motivated by the phenomenon of the title of the novel which is something that is interesting to study because the author of the novel has put in the time and energy to make a good story but everything can be conveyed to the reader through the intermediary of the title. Society has a meaning, that is, a group of human beings interact with one another and need each other. This is because humans themselves are basically social beings. The aim is to identify the characteristics and habits of urban communities in the city of Serang. The author chooses to use qualitative methods in writing this article, which are supported by conducting interviews, observations and reinforced by literature studies. Urban communities themselves have various characteristics, this is due to cultural differences in in depth. The results in the field found differences in the characteristics of the people of Serang City in the Ministry of Religion complex with the characteristics of other urban communities with findings in the literature review which became the reference in writing this article.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Building security is a mandatory requirement that must be met by a building. Before being built, it is necessary to review academic studies and structural analysis in advance regarding the technical requirements of the building whether it meets the standards or not against existing regulations in Indonesia. Currently, the Brebes Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office has an outdoor tennis court that is not yet representative. So it is planned that the field will be upgraded to become a semi-indoor field, by adding a curved roof in the 2022 fiscal year. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the safety of semi-indoor roof coverings from a structural point of view. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goal of Community Service (PPM) is the method of literature, field surveys, data processing and report preparation.

A literature study was conducted by reviewing various sources related to the topics discussed as a conclusion that early adulthood is a period that is not easy, many developmental tasks will be faced, problems that come and go so that many early adults do not know the direction of their life, therefore it is necessary to have a coaching to direct and guide early adults so that they become strong and strong adults in facing the tasks they will carry.

Berdasarkan 6 jurnal yang telah dianalisis terdapat persamaan bahwa dengan peningkatan kesehatan akan berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas tenaga. hal ini dikarenakan efektivitas dan produktivitas bekerja menjadi faktor utama dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingga semakin baik derajat kesehatan seseorang akan mendorong tingkat produktivitas dan efektivitas dalam bekerja yang kemudian akan memberikan dampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi.
