The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variable Quality of Service which consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) to influence simultaneously or partially on Consumer Satisfaction at J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot. The hypothesis in this study is that it is suspected that the service quality variables consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) have an effect on Consumer satisfaction (Y) at J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot. The results of the validity test of 26 questions, all have a value of rcount>rtable, which means that all questions are declared valid. Based on the results of the reliability test, the value of Cronbach's Alpha was obtained > 0.80 (0.949 > 0.80). So all questions are declared reliable. Based on the results of the analysis of the regression equation, Y = 33.126 + 0.239(X1) + 0.128(X2) + 0.185(X3) + 0.166(X4) + 0.207(X5) The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.899, which means that the correlation is very strong between service quality consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5) with Consumer satisfaction (Y). While the value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.798, which means service quality (X) can explain consumer satisfaction (Y) at the J&T Express Drop Point Modang Tanah Grogot of 79.8% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined at (100 – 79 .8) % = 20.2%. The results of the simultaneous F test show that the quality of service influences simultaneously (together) on consumer satisfaction with Fcount > Ftable or states that Fcount is 79.174 > Ftable is 2.31 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Partially the reliability variable (x1) has a partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with a count of 2.900 > ttable 1.98552, Responsiveness (X2) has no partial effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 1.617 < ttable 1.98552, warranty variable ( X3) has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 2.202 > ttable 1.98552, Empathy (X4) has no partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with tcount 1.904 < ttable 1.98552, ) physical evidence variable (x5) has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with a calculation of 3.845 > ttable of 1.98552. So from these results it is known that the dominant variable is physical evidence (X5) because it has the largest tcount value of 3.845, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is also a potential illness of outbreaks that is often accompanied by death. This study aims to determine the effect of clean water sources, handwashing behavior with soap and the use of healthy latrines. The design of this research is observational analytic research using cross sectional approach. The population in this study is the head of the family in the neighborhood of Sumbawa Village, Tanjung Sub-District, Rasanae Barat Kota Bima, which amounts to 673 families. The sample in this study was 249 HH obtained by using simple random sampling technique and in the analysis by using multiple logistic regression test. The results of this study are all variables of this study meaningful, namely: the source of clean water effect on the occurrence of diarrhea (p value = 0,000 <0.05), handwashing behavior with soap has an effect on the occurrence of diarrhea (p value = 0,000 <0,05) Healthy latrines have an effect on the occurrence of diarrhea (p value = 0.002 <0.05). Conclusion in this research: 1) There is influence of source of clean water. 2) there is influence of handwashing behavior with soap. 3) the use of healthy latrines. Suggested: 1) For health service to make policy about PHBS and provide water absorbent tool called Water Softener. 2) For puskesmas to improve the extension of PHBS. 3) For kelurahan to make health program about PHBS and submit to health service. 4) For the community to want to apply PHBS to prevent the occurrence of disease, especially diarrhea diseases. 5) For other researchers need further research with research design and different variables to know other factors that affect the occurrence of diarrhea.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on financial distress with earnings management as a moderating variable. The population used consists of companies in the infrastructure, utility, and transportation sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. This study uses a causality study with purposive sampling and analyzed by logistic regression. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on financial distress, while the audit committee has no effect on financial distress. Earnings management as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between institutional ownership and financial distress but is not significant. Meanwhile, earnings management strengthens the relationship of the audit committee to financial distress but is not significant. The implication of this research is that companies need to increase the role and function of supervision and audit committees to minimize the risk of financial distress. Although earnings management is not able to moderate institutional ownership and audit committees, companies still need to improve supervision, especially on the financial reporting process to avoid the risk of financial distress.

The report on the career paths of alums from Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya between 2019 and 2022 shows that alums pursuing careers as entrepreneurs are lower than those becoming employees. This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic factors and their simultaneous influence on the interest in entrepreneurship of 12th-grade students in the Culinary  2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya. The research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and examined the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, both individually and simultaneously, on student's entrepreneurial interests. The population of this study consisted of 30 students in the 12th-grade Culinary 2 class at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya. The data was collected using a validated questionnaire comprising 30 items. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results indicated that intrinsic factors did not influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Contrarily, the extrinsic factors did have an influence. Furthermore, intrinsic and extrinsic factors simultaneously influence student's interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, students at Public Vocational High School 6 Surabaya tend to be interested in entrepreneurship due to the encouragement they receive from their environment, including their family, community, and school. Moreover, the student's willingness and interest also played a supporting role. Thus, student's interest in pursuing careers as entrepreneurs can evolve if there is support from all parties.
