This study aims to assess the challenges faced in implementing the Social Sciences (IPS) curriculum in the era of globalization. Employing a literature review methodology, it gathers and analyzes data from academic publications, educational policy reports, and case studies related to the IPS curriculum. The findings suggest that the current IPS curriculum needs to integrate contemporary global issues and utilize educational technology to enhance student engagement and understanding. The study also identifies an urgent need for teacher professional development to teach methods that meet the needs of 21st-century students. Furthermore, the study recommends strategies to strengthen students' critical and analytical skills in responding to global dynamics. The main conclusions emphasize the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and policymakers in designing and implementing an adaptive and sustainable curriculum.

The Madrasah Principal is the school personnel responsible for all activities at school. He has the authority and responsibility to Manages all educational activities in the school he leads. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and staff other schools so they can do their jobs effectively. Objective This research is to find out the academic supervision strategies carried out by madrasa heads to improve teacher academic performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Jambi City.Results of academic supervision. . This research method is qualitative phenomenology with a study research design case. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Technique data analysis using flow, data reduction, presentation of data at the verification stage. Testing Data validity was carried out using a triangulation approach. The two teachers' planning stages were included in the good category with recap scores of 86% and 89%. In the implementation stage, class 1 teachers obtained a score of 86% in the good category, a score of 91% obtained by the class 4 teacher in the very good category. In the evaluation stage, both teachers were also included in the category both with recap scores of 86% and 85%. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level prioritizes project-based learning in order to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. This is also very relevant to 21st century learning which equips students with the 4C skills needed to answer the challenges of the times. There are 3 (three) options in implementing or implementing the independent curriculum (IKM) at the SD/MI level, namely: Independent Learning Category, independent change category and independent sharing category at class I and class IV SD/MI levels starting in the 2022/2023 school year .

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

In the world of education there is always something called change and renewal, whether in the teaching staff, the facilities used and so on, as well as the educational curriculum in indonesia, which continues to change. Such as the independent learning currriculum which was implemented as a replacement for the 2013 curriculum. Before it became the independent learning curriculum, an emergency curriculum was implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic which hit the entire world. This independent curriculum also emerged because of circumstances that required changing the curriculum, and following develoments in today’s modern era. Therefore, this article discusses the effectiveness of using the independent learning curriculum as a substitute for the 2013 curriculum, using qualitative research methods. This researh by searching for data from books, journals, and scientific articles. The independent learning curriculum is a curriculum that prioritizes the interests and desires of student, and is based on te pancasila student profile which aims to ensure that students have characteristics of noble character.

The era of globalization will influence social, cultural, political developments and including Islamic education, both now and in the future. The era of globalization is marked by advances in Science and Technology (IPTEK) so that Islamic Religious Education must prepare students with 21st century skills. Globalization in the field of education has an impact on Islamic educational traditions, where the Islamic Religious Education curriculum generally studies religious knowledge, especially the study of yellow books (classics) regarding fiqh, monotheism, Sufism and nahwu nervous. The Islamic education curriculum essentially prioritizes values, human potential as the Khalifah of Allah SWT, unity, religion, self-development, at least individual self-development or the values ​​of life in society. To prepare students to face the era of globalization, curriculum development is needed, namely developing curriculum components. The aim of this research is to determine the era of globalization of education, the influence of globalization on Islamic educational traditions and curriculum development to face the era of globalization. The research method used is library research. From this research, it is clear that globalization has had a big influence on Islamic educational traditions, so all curriculum components must be developed to face the era of globalization which is related to 21st century life skills and the Society 5.0 era.

Era Society 5.0. which is characterized by the integration of high technology and artificial intelligence. Creating new challenges and opportunities in the world of education. Rapid social changes, global demands, and technological developments are factors that influence the transformation of character education and Indonesian language learning. Character education is the process of forming students’ values, attitudes and morals as well as the formation of quality character. Qualitative methods are used to describe and explain phenomena or events in detail and carefully. The use of smart applications, data analysis, and digital platforms enriches students’ learning experiences, fosters creativity, and increases their understanding of Indonesian as an important medium of communication. In implementing character education and Indonesian language learning in the Society 5.0 era. Qualitative approaches are effective tools for understanding complex and dynamic contexts. Through content analysis, research can identify the weaknesses and strengths of the existing curriculum and provide recommendations for improvement. The results of this research can make a significant contribution to the design of more effective educational strategies and relevant to the needs of modern society.

This study aims to examine the role of Islamic education in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. The study involves a literature review by exploring research findings and relevant articles, and identifying implications for the field of education. The results indicate that Islamic education plays a significant role in shaping the characters of students in the digital era. In the context of the digital era, Islamic education not only teaches religious values but also involves the learning of ethics and morality for students. This study reveals that Islamic education can teach students about moral values, develop digital ethics, and foster spiritual awareness in the use of technology. The implications of this study include curriculum development that encompasses ethical and moral aspects of technology use, teacher training in teaching digital ethics and responsible technology use, and partnerships with parents in shaping students' characters in the digital era. This research is important to be known and understood by educational institutions and teachers so they can develop effective strategies in shaping responsible, ethical, and integrity-based characters of students in this digital era. In a connected and digitalized era, it is crucial to integrate Islamic moral and ethical values into education to enable students to use technology wisely and responsibly.

This journal discusses the challenges and ideals in implementing the Independent Curriculum in schools. This research aims to identify the main obstacles faced by teachers and educational institutions in implementing the Independent Curriculum approach. Through qualitative analysis and surveys in various schools, the findings show that while the ideals of the Merdeka Curriculum promote an inclusive approach and are oriented towards active learning, many challenges arise in terms of lack of resources, training and systemic support. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the efforts needed to maximize the potential of the Independent Curriculum in improving the quality of education at the school level. This study makes a significant contribution in the context of improving and improving the national education system.

Education plays a very important role in developing the human resource potential of a country. This research examines how Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara reflect on their experiences in facing the newly implemented Merdeka Curriculum. The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

The implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum is very important for teachers and students, because it has pancasila values and must be instilled in teachers and students. The importance of this research is that there are important things that must be considered in this research, namely in order to achieve the expected educational goals, quality and effective learning is needed. So what must be pursued by educators is to use the curriculum which is a key in the implementation of education. The purpose of this study is to find out school policies related to the implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum at SMP Kertanegara Malang, find out how the implementation of pancasila education learning in SMP Kertanegara Malang.  and teachers in the implementation of pancasila education learning at SMP Kertanegara Malang. This research method uses qualitative, descriptive. With finished data What is used is observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques use triangulation to obtain the validity of the data. Data analysis used in the study is Reduction, Display and Verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: (1) teachers in pancasila education subjects at SMP Kertanegara Malang have implemented an independent curriculum in the 2022/2023 school year. (2) Learning resources are not only limited to guidelines determined by the center, but learning resources can be obtained from anywhere, as long as their nature is positive and supports the cognitive realm of students. Based on the conclusion that the implementation of pancasila education learning in the independent curriculum at SMP Kertanegara Malang, is marked by the implementation of a learning process in which teachers become facilitators and mediators as well as motivators for students so that they are enthusiastic about learning in the independent curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to provide details on how character education is developed in SMK PGRI 7 in Surabaya. Findings from this study shed light on the challenges faced by educators and the methods they used to overcome them in their quest to guide pupils toward more religious, empathetic, and patriotic conduct. Data for this study was gathered via interviews with teachers and administrators at SMK PGRI 7 Surabaya, observation of students and staff, and careful documenting of all relevant events. Methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation are used in data collecting. An interactive model is used for data analysis, which consists of many steps including data collecting, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study point to several conclusions, including the following: (1) the development of educational technology affects the incorporation of character education; (2) parental involvement and encouragement positively affects the success of cultivating character education; (3) educators lend a hand in the form of concrete actions to ensure that students successfully implement character education; and (4) the existence of the new curriculum presents a minor barrier to educators' efforts to cultivate character education. The school has decided to address the problem of low teacher performance by funding their attendance at a series of seminars and training sessions focused on developing their "soft skills."

Education has an important role in human life. Because good education will produce good quality human resources so that with good human resources, the progress of the country will be better and develop. This research uses the literature review method. The results of this study show that the problems of education quality in Indonesia are very diverse. The problem of the quality of education in Indonesia can be seen in terms of the quality of a teacher related to teacher welfare and student achievement, education equity, and curriculum changes. Judging from the quality of teachers in Indonesia, most of whom are considered unprofessional in teaching due to inadequate teacher welfare, which has an impact on low student achievement. In terms of education equality where infrastructure facilities and equality of education play an important role in improving the quality of teachers and students, then in terms of curriculum changes that which are currently always changing following changes in the government cabinet which makes there is no definite provision in the basis of an education in Indonesia.

The independent curriculum is a curriculum that has various learning topics and is more flexible for teachers and students. In fact, the government gives full authority and responsibility to all schools to create a curriculum that suits their needs and culture. The purpose of this research is to find and explain the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. Thus, research schools can determine the appropriate method to overcome this obstacle. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collected is based on interviews and literature reviews from journals that discuss the independent curriculum. The results of the study show that teachers face a number of challenges in implementing an independent curriculum. Some of these challenges include the government not socializing the independent curriculum, preparing teachers to switch to an independent curriculum, and the availability of educational resources available to teachers, which are still focused on textbooks and handbooks.

There are several important points in this article, namely about the background of Islamic education in Malaysia: The history of the arrival of Islam to Malaysia in the 14th century and its main role in society after the arrival of the Malays explains the roots of Islamic education in Malaysia. The presence of Islamic scholars and scholars in Islamic preaching in Malaysia reflects the importance of religious education in the culture and history of the country; Development of Islamic Education in Malaysia: this article details the development of Islamic education in Malaysia in three periods: the early period, the period of British rule, and the period after independence. These include the introduction of Islamic education subjects in public schools after independence and the establishment of Islamic higher education institutions; Islamic Education System in Malaysia: explains the structure of the Islamic education system in Malaysia, including its stages such as pre-school, primary, secondary, and pre-university education. An explanation of exams and qualifications also provides a good understanding of how students move through the education system. ; Educational Curriculum in Malaysia: The educational curriculum in Malaysia is explained with a focus on subjects, tests, and language of instruction; outlines changes in curriculum over time and the emphasis on languages of instruction, including English, in education; Problems and Policies in the Education System: covers several problems facing the Malaysian education system, such as access gaps, ethnic issues, and language of instruction. However, after the proclamation of independence in 1945, education became a top priority in national development, resulting in a significant increase in access to basic education. Nevertheless, educational inequality between urban and rural areas and between islands in Indonesia remains a problem that must be addressed..Educational developments in Indonesia include increasing access to education, diversifying higher education programs, and efforts to integrate local culture in the curriculum. The government has allocated a significant budget for education, modernizing the curriculum and improving the quality of teaching. Education reform also includes teacher training and curriculum updates to face changing times. However, there are still challenges in educational governance, unequal access to education, and integrating technology in the learning process. The development of education in Indonesia reflects a journey full of challenges and significant changes. While there has been progress in terms of access and cultural integration efforts, challenges such as educational inequality, complex governance, and technology integration still need to be addressed. Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. The results of community service activities at SDN 01 Bumi Laweyan include teachers starting to carry out and apply local culture in daily learning activities such as greetings, greeting fellow friends, and with teachers using fine Javanese. Science learning in vocational schools is important in the development of students' knowledge, but creative approaches are needed to improve motivation and achievement. This research explores educational games as a strategy. The aim is to understand the impact of educational games in improving students' science learning motivation and achievement. A qualitative approach was used in data collection. The results show the benefits of educational games: high engagement, motivation through elements of competition, rewards and fun, better understanding of science concepts, intensive practice, critical skills and sustained learning motivation. The implication of this research is that by integrating educational games into the science curriculum, educators can create an engaging and effective learning environment, help students develop a deeper understanding of science, and achieve better learning achievement. Thus, educational games are a valuable tool to advance science education in vocational schools.

As we already know, the independent curriculum is a new curriculum that is currently being published. From year to year, the educational curriculum is increasingly undergoing changes, these changes are adapted to technological developments and developments in this new industrial era. Approximately 2 years ago, in the pandemic era or Covid-19 era, the curriculum that applied in schools was the 2013 curriculum and the prototype curriculum. The prototype curriculum is a curriculum that develops progress from the 2013 curriculum, where the curriculum is referred to as the emergency curriculum for the 2022 and 2023 school years. At that time the government established the Merdeka curriculum for all schools deemed ready to implement this curriculum, various technical guidance that is currently needed for school principals as well as teachers and educational staff in implementing the Merdeka curriculum, it can be implemented through technical guidance, which is carried out online. This online guidance is expected to be able to make participants comfortable and more motivated to continue following or remain focused until the material and learning design they want to achieve is achieved properly. good and students can receive the results of guidance from these techniques using the learning management system
