This study aims to determine and evaluate the Performance of the Food Crops Agriculture Service in the 2018-2023 Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution Program (Case Study of Rice Farmers, in Seso Village, Ngada Regency). Using a qualitative descriptive approach with Atik Septi Winarsih's theory and Robbins' theory which highlights Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability, Punctuality, Work Commitment. The study involved 12 Informants. The results showed that in the subsidized fertilizer distribution program, employees of the Food Crop Agriculture Office of Ngada Regency have not carried out their duties in accordance with the needs of farmers on agricultural land, this is due to communication deficiencies such as in terms of providing infrastructure, fertilizer stocks, and the problem of changing fertilizer price increases and in terms of special training in accessing the E-RDKK system. One of the factors that hinders access to this system is that farmers do not understand the use of the E-RDKK system through android phones and the lack of knowledge that farmers have. The Ngada Regency Food Crop Agriculture Office has also not provided sufficient facilities and infrastructure on farms because there are many delays in distribution that take more time than the specified time. Services at the Ngada Regency Food Crop Agriculture Office have not been in accordance with the implementation in the field so that farmers' needs have experienced delays in service. Another form of participation that supports the sustainability of the subsidized fertilizer distribution program is by conducting socialization activities. The form of participation that is carried out is contrary to community expectations where the completion time is delayed from the time that should be determined.

Nutrition plays an important role in influencing health, especially in pregnant women. Adequate nutritional intake is very important to support the health of the mother and fetus. Malnutrition, such as Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED), is a health problem that is often experienced by pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the relationship between age and number of pregnancies (gravida) with the incidence of CED in pregnant women at the Pagar Merbau Health Center, Pagar Merbau District, Deli Serdang Regency, in 2023. This study used an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach, which observed independent and dependent variables only once at a time. The study sample consisted of 56 pregnant women selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results showed that most respondents had a high school education of 34 people (60.7%), with the least number of college graduates of 2 people (3.6%). Most respondents were unemployed or housewives as many as 30 people (53.6%), while those who worked as farmers, employees, traders, and laborers were 10 people (10%), 8 people (14.3%), 7 people (12.5%), and 1 person (1.8%). This study also shows that the more often a mother is pregnant, the less attention she pays to health and nutritional intake, because pregnancy is considered a common thing.

Employee performance, particularly in the customer care department, is crucial as all aspects of hospital care related to patient experience. Effective and responsive interactions can enhance patient satisfaction, build trust, and create a supportive environment that aids the healing process. Additionally, customer care employees serve as a bridge between patients and medical staff, ensuring that patients' needs and inquiries are addressed with distinction. Therefore, it is essential for hospital management to maintain employee performance by providing work motivation, discipline, and appropriate compensation. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work motivation, work discipline, and compensation on improving employee performance in the Customer Care Department of Bandung Adventist Hospital. This descriptive quantitative research was conducted with 30 customer care employees at Bandung Adventist Hospital in early September 2024. The findings indicate that work motivation and compensation do not significantly affect employee performance according to the data analysis, whereas work discipline has a significant impact on employee performance. However, when considered together, work motivation, work discipline, and compensation collectively have a significant effect, accounting for 44.1% of the variance. From this data, it can be concluded that maintaining work motivation, discipline, and compensation together can help sustain employee performance in the Customer Care Department of Bandung Adventist Hospital.

Restructuring is a step in overcoming financing problems that arise because debtors experience difficulties in fulfilling their obligations, which is known as default. The government, through the Financial Services Authority, asks banking institutions to identify debtors and provide financing restructuring policies with the aim of providing relief to the public, especially debtors, in financing payments. This research aims to find out how restructuring is implemented as an effort to manage problematic financing at KB Bank Syariah KC Surabaya. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach in the nature of library research, namely by using books and literature related to this research. The results of this research are that implementing restructuring of problematic financing in banks will benefit in the form of reducing Non-Performing Finance (NPF), which will ultimately have a positive impact on the overall health of the bank. Apart from that, from an economic perspective, the Bank will receive installment payments from debtors in accordance with the restructuring agreement that has been agreed between the bank and the debtor. Putra Andalas Samudera is a company that operates in the field of domestic and overseas agents, PT. Putra Andalas Samudera provides ship entry and exit licensing services, certificate extensions, and management of sign on and sign off seafarers' books. The data collection methods used by the author in writing this paper are the field observation method (field research) and the library research method. This paper aims to determine the process of managing the sign on/off book for ship crew sailors at PT. Putra Andalas Samudera, the process began after a direction from the owner that there would be a crew change activity, after that the process of signing on the crew's seaman's book went to the KSOP class 1 Dumai office. Signing on/off in the sailor's crew book is very important for a seafarer, apart from being a sign that the seafarer has legally joined the ship, it also adds to the seafarer's work experience. The problems faced in the process of signing on/off the crew sailor's book were the delay in information from the owner to sign on the crew's sailor's book which resulted in hampering the clearance process. Good cooperation and coordination between shipping companies and related agencies in signing on/off seafarers' books is very necessary for smooth service to crew document handlers. It is important to remember that the purpose of coordination is so that the relevant agencies can carry out their duties and functions smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Indonesia's cigarette industry has experienced significant growth, contributing substantially to economic development and work opportunities. However, the production process generates wastewater containing pollutants like BOD, COD, TSS, NH3-N, phenol, and pH imbalances, which pose environmental risks. This study aims to evaluate the quality of wastewater from the cigarette industry and analyze the treatment technologies used to meet environmental standards. Using qualitative methods and secondary data from relevant industries, the research shows that cigarette industry wastewater is highly polluted and requires multiple treatment stages before being discharged into surface water. Key technologies include collecting tanks, equalization tanks, coagulation-flocculation, clarifiers, and trickling filters. The findings provide valuable insights into waste management challenges and propose solutions to support environmental sustainability in the cigarette industry.

Nowadays, insomnia symptoms are experienced by many people, especially those who are in the final semester and are working on their final assignments. The common causes of insomnia are anxiety and stress. Therefore, this study tries to investigate the correlation between anxiety and stress levels and the incidence of insomnia among college students completing the thesis at the Health Sciences Faculty of Universitas Abulyatama. This study employs an analytical design with a cross-sectional approach involving 134 college students as the sample chosen using a total sampling technique. The data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate data with the Chi-Square test. The result reveals that from 134 respondents, the majority experienced sleep disorder indicated by 51 students (38, 1%). On the anxiety variable, the majority experienced severe anxiety 36 students (26, 9%), and the variable of stress level indicated that the majority experienced moderate stress 63 students (47%). Based on the Chi-Square test, there is a correlation between the anxiety variable (p=0,008) and stress level variable (p=0,005) towards the incidence of insomnia in final-year students. This study concludes that the incidence of insomnia in final-year students is influenced by anxiety and stress. This study recommends campuses provide information consultation on insomnia, such as health socialization through social media on how to deal with anxiety and stress management.
