The arrival of foreign investors in the development of the IKN must be followed by legal protection for foreign investors because it is very important to attract and retain investors who come. Legal protection provided to foreign investors consists of guarantees of legal certainty, guarantees of protection for foreign investors against non-commercial risks, guarantees of equal treatment for all investors and guarantees against nationalization and other takeover actions. The purpose of this study is to provide legal certainty for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the government cooperation scheme with KPBU in the IKN. In conducting this research, the author uses a normative legal research method and is descriptive analytical in nature. The legal sources that form the basis of the KPBU scheme are regulated in Law No. 25 of 2007 concerning Investment, and Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2015 which regulates KPBU in the provision of infrastructure. In addition, the government also provides support in the form of guarantees for investors, which aims to minimize the risks faced by the Implementing Business Entity (BUP) in infrastructure projects in the IKN. Projects such as Palapa Ring and SPAM Umbulan are real examples of the success of the KPBU scheme in the context of national infrastructure.

Marriage is a sacred relationship that occurs between a man and a woman with the aim of building a prosperous family. However, in reality, family life can face various situations that cause unhappiness and lead to the dissolution of a marriage. One example of divorce is when a husband disappears without a trace, leaving his wife behind. This research aims to explain and examine the supernatural divorce case based on decision number 1301/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Sby and analyze the judge's considerations in making decisions regarding the case. This research uses normative legal methods, with data collection techniques through literature review. The judge's reasons in cases of unseen divorce include the absence of the defendant whose whereabouts have not been identified or who have been declared missing, as well as the existence of documents from the sub-district explaining the ignorance of the position of the party concerned. The trial can be terminated in verstek if the defendant, having been legally summoned by the court, is still absent for no apparent reason..  

In the field of education, students are guided to develop their potential, to hon and cultivate their interpersonal intelligence as a foundation to help them be accepted by society. Interpersonal intelligence greatly assists children forming good social relationships, which is one of the key factors to navigate daily life. Students with strong interpersonal intelligence are better able to understand and interact with others, enabling them to socialize effectively. However, the current reality shows that many children still struggle to develop interpersonal intelligence properly. For example. children often use aggressive language, mock, belittle, or tease others while playing which lead to bullying behaviors.  The aim of this study is to identify the types of bullying occurred at Islamic Primary School of Sirojudin, then to assess the condition of students’ interpersonal intelligence who experiencen being bullied, and explore the relationship between interpersonal intelligence and bullying. This study refers to a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The researcher employs interview, observation, and documentation techniques for data collection. The results of the study show that (1) the bullying occurred at the school takes the form of physical, verbal, and relational bullying; (2) bullying affects students’ interpersonal intelligence, as students who experience bullying tend to feel insecure and struggle to socialize effectively; and finally (3) bullying and students' interpersonal intelligence are correlated.

Sexual violence against persons with disabilities, especially women, is increasing due to their vulnerability. This research is a normative legal research, using a case approach. The data source used is secondary data, namely primary legal materials, such as laws and court decisions. Secondary data used includes literature related to the object of research. The method used is the normative juridical method. The results of this study found that although the protection and consideration of judges are quite good, there are still factors that need to be considered, especially the rights of victims in accordance with Law No. 8 of 2016. One example is the decision that will be discussed in this article, namely Decision No. 42/Pid.B/2019/PN.Lbb.

This study aims to determine the correlation between the teacher's role and children's social behavior at TK Dewi Sartika Kindergarten, Sipatana District, Gorontalo City. The researcher employed a qualitative research method to explore this relationship. The subjects consisted of one teacher and 13 students from the same class. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results describe that the correlation between the teacher's role and the social behavior of young children encompasses six aspects: 1) The teacher as an educator, for example, teaches children how to make friends, share, and collaborate through group games or class activities. 2) The teacher as a manager, for example, establishing clear classroom rules, such as taking turns speaking during discussions or respecting others' feelings. 3) The teacher, as a supervisor, guides children to resolve conflicts peacefully and teaches them how to negotiate or empathize with their peers' emotions. 4) The teacher is an innovator, for example, introducing role-play activities where children pretend to be in different professions or social situations, allowing them to practice social interactions fun and innovatively. 5) The teacher is a communicator, for example, helping children express their emotions healthily when they feel angry or sad and teaching them how to communicate with their peers. 6) The teacher is a motivator, for example, by praising and rewarding children who display positive social behavior, such as collaborating in teams, helping friends in need, or constructively resolving conflicts. This helps children feel more motivated to continue improving their social skills.

The annulment of a marriage has legal consequences, namely that the marriage is declared invalid (no legal force on the declared void marriage). The Cibinong Religious Court Decision No. 7584/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Cbn is an example of a ruling on marriage annulment due to the dowry not being provided by the male party. This writing aims to examine the legal considerations in the Cibinong Religious Court Decision No. 7584/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Cbn, which annulled the marriage due to the unpaid dowry, based on the Marriage Law and Islamic Law. The research method used is normative legal research with an analytical descriptive approach. The approach is based on secondary data through literature studies, including primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The data analysis method employed is qualitative juridical analysis. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the legal reasoning behind the decision to annul the marriage due to unpaid dowry in Cibinong Religious Court Decision No. 7584/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Cbn, which was based on Article 27(2) of the Marriage Law in conjunction with Article 72(2) of the Compilation of Islamic Law, was less accurate.

This paper discusses how Islamic law (Syariah) demonstrates flexibility in various aspects of modern life, including economics, technology, and social customs. Five specific examples of flexibility are explored to show how Syariah adapts to modern challenges. The study examines Islamic finance, medical technology, and cultural adjustments to illustrate that Syariah provides practical solutions while maintaining core principles.

Case transfer in management Guidance and counseling is an important process in handling student problems that are too complex. The purpose of this case transfer was to obtain supporting data regarding the students who were transferred to the case and to provide more effective guidance services by experts. This process involves identification, assessment, and transfer of responsibility from one counselor to another counselor or the BK team. For example, a psychological test, a guidance and counseling teacher can collaborate with a psychology institution to obtain data related to students' psychological development. The case transfer program can collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, police, doctors and other professionals.

In the era of globalization, schools are required to be able to adapt to the rapid development of technology. One important aspect that needs to be considered is school data management. A good information system is not only able to manage student attendance data and book inventory, but can also help in making more effective decisions. SMK Negeri 1 Banyumas, which is the focus of this research, is expected to be an example of how a school can utilize information technology to improve the quality of its services

Children's integrity is an important aspect that must be built from an early age to prevent corrupt behavior in the future. Family and school are the main factors that have a very important role in building a child's integrity. The family as the first unit has the responsibility to set an example of good character by instilling the values ​​of honesty, responsibility and discipline through open communication. On the other hand, schools act as a formal environment that not only teaches the academic curriculum, but also provides character education and equips children with an understanding of ethics and morality. This research uses a qualitative approach by interviewing parents and teachers and analyzing various literary sources such as books, journals, and so on. The research results show that this collaboration not only increases awareness of the importance of integrity, but also reduces the potential for corrupt behavior.

The spiritual aspect of believers will be influenced by what they see. Those who watch various available shows, especially Korean dramas, are often not selective and gradually become more engrossed and immersed in various Korean drama shows. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview or concept for Christian women in the age range of 50 to 65 years regarding the impacts of watching Korean dramas on their spiritual lives and to see the Bible's perspective on this issue. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a hermeneutic approach to see the relevance of the interpretation of Titus 2:3-5 with the title of this journal. The results of this study are that Christian women aged 50 to 65 years will spend more time because Korean drama shows that bewitch viewers, making this group vulnerable to being infiltrated with a consumptive lifestyle or way of life because of the impact of watching shows and potentially distancing them from their social spiritual life in church. Therefore, it is necessary to limit time and be willing not to get carried away and immersed when watching various Korean drama series on several paid stations. And demand their awareness to be an example taught in the verses in Titus 2:3-5.

As cities in Indonesia continue to develop, there will inevitably be ignorance of the elderly's knowledge of their own health. For example, elderly people with working backgrounds are generally at risk of lower back pain, pinched nerves, complaining of various muscle tension problems and so on which can disrupt their daily activities. This problem is caused by incorrect positioning while working, such as frequently pushing, lifting, bending, sitting or standing for long periods of time and unergonomic body posture while working. Physiotherapy outreach activities related to increasing knowledge of daily activity disorders, efforts to educate the elderly regarding activity disorders, especially about definitions, signs of symptoms, causes, prevention, and daily activity activity therapy independently after work to reduce the symptoms suffered. This outreach activity uses leaflets as media, containing educational material for the elderly, then education and training depending on the location of the disorders the elderly complain of. The counseling activities at the Mobile Health Center Posyandu which are held every day by the Kendalsari Community Health Center, Malang City, went smoothly, the response was good, full of enthusiasm. The results obtained show the results of the pretest so that there is increased knowledge among workers which shows that workers have knowledge and insight regarding prevention and independent treatment after work. The results obtained showed that most of them were mild complaints, so that the majority of complaints involving disruption of daily activities were experienced by women, 68% of which were indicated by questionnaires for 25 elderly people at the Kendalsari Community Health Center and Posyandu for the Elderly in Malang City.

The purpose of this service is to explore the local wisdom of Gusjigang towards Santri. The method used in this study is a case study aimed at revealing the reality of Gusjigang to Santri, hoping to reveal the benefits of Gusjigang to Santri and increase Santri's economic independence. Gusjigang, as an example of Santri's entrepreneurial spirit, must overcome the characteristics of capitalism that always pursue profits but sacrifice social ethics. The spiritual strength of the Santri community with the spirit of Gusjigang can enhance positive business ethics. Gusjigang local content has not been included in the curriculum of Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School, Sukoharjo, Central Java. One of the major challenges for the service team was to begin communicating the importance of the gusjigang spirit to students at Al-Azhar Islamic Boarding School in Sukoharjo, Central Java.

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the mangrove center Foundation in strengthening Tuban community involvement into ecological citizenship. This research is based on the issue of environmental damage that is increasing every year, as well as the handling of environmental damage related to the government, related institutions, and the community. This study uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. The results found from this study is the role of the Mangrove Center as part of the civic community in combating environmental damage through strengthening environmental awareness in the community and related institutions. The participation starts from socialization, providing examples, and working together with the Environment Agency and local government agencies.

This Community Service Activity (PKM) took place at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. This PKM activity aims to provide an introduction to the PORTAL application. Participants in this PKM activity are lecturers at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi. The introduction to the PORTAL application socialization activity began with an introduction to what the PORTAL Application is and how to operate it. The introduction was carried out by providing direct examples of operating the application starting from logging into the application and what things can be accessed through the PORTAL application, things that can be accessed through the PORTAL application are doing Attendance, Teaching Schedules and Academic Advisors. This activity was welcomed positively if you see the feedback from the Lecturers who were active in asking what they did not understand and what obstacles occurred during the practice of operating the PORTAL application.

IEEE 802.11ax WiFi 6 is the current standard for wireless local area network (WLAN) technology which is a development of the previous standard, namely IEEE 802.11ac (WiFi 5). WiFi 6 has new features that are superior to WiFi 5. For example, it can operate in the 6 GHz frequency band, use 1024-QAM modulation, and use a maximum of 8 spatial streams. In general, to test and verify the implementation of a network technology standard, researchers can buy hardware on the market that has implemented the standard in its entirety or only certain mandatory features. Apart from using hardware directly, testing can also be done using software simulations. This research aims to study the WiFi model in the ns-3 simulator and simulate the IEEE 802.11ax WiFi 6 network. The simulation is carried out to measure the uplink throughput that can be achieved by WiFi 6 with various numbers of client stations (STA) and various distances between the Access Point (AP) and STA. The simulation results show that the throughput value will decrease with increasing AP-STA distance and the number of STA. The maximum throughput value obtained in the simulation with 5 STA at a distance of 2 meters from the AP is 655.41 Mbps.

Collaboration of computer science disciplines with other disciplines has been widely carried out, for example, medical science. Expert systems for disease diagnosis are one of the many computer programs used by doctors to assist them in their work and provide good results. Researchers in the field of artificial intelligence are working to improve existing systems to cover their shortcomings. Expert systems are used in many applications for disease diagnosis. Expert systems have been used in various industries and have had a significant impact. An innovative method for diagnosing diseases is the application of case-based reasoning systems, compared to expert systems. The solution to diagnosing and treating diseases can be found in the expert system for diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis. Because this web-based system is based on a web application, all pulmonary tuberculosis patients can access it. A rule-based system that applies the CBR method can identify various types of diseases through the use of weighting techniques and offer treatment recommendations.

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Creativity of PAI Teachers in Forming Environmentally Caring Character at Nurul Hadina Patumbak Middle School" which is based on the fact that currently there is still some evidence that shows that students' concern for the school environment is still minimal, namely that there are still some students who throw rubbish carelessly After having snacks from small stalls around the school, the classroom yard still looked dirty, and students did not picket. So with the creativity of PAI teachers, researchers want to see or research what creativity PAI teachers use in forming students' environmentally caring character at Nurul Hadina Middle School, Patumbak. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type and data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. In data analysis there are three steps carried out, namely data reduction (collecting data), data display (presenting data), and verification (drawing conclusion). The results of the research reveal that PAI teachers' creativity in forming environmentally caring character at Nurul Hadina Patumbak Middle School can be classified by carrying out habituation activities, providing warnings and advice, and leading by example. The habituation activities carried out include getting used to collecting rubbish, picketing, cleaning toilets and caring for plants.

The development of technology and information is currently very influential in all aspects of life, for example the use of social media is not only used as a means of obtaining information but social media is widely used as a means of doing business call an online shop. The development of technology, there are many online buying and selling sites where in it gathers many online shops into one site that makes it easier for buyers to get the items they want with various promos that attract students to shop on the site. In this study, researchers want to know how the development of E-Commerce affects the consumptive behavior of Madiun State Polytechnic students. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with a sample of 105 Madiun State Polytechnic students by distributing questionnaires. The results show that of the 105 samples taken, it can be seen that the biggest influence on students' consumptive behavior towards E-commerce is due to the promo or discount factor provided by E-commerce sites at the beginning of the month. 

The background of this research related to Social Interaction is defined as a dynamic mutual social relationship, which concerns the relationship between individuals, individuals and groups, groups and groups. The main problem in this study is to understand the interaction of religious people in increasing solidarity between religious communities in Bukit Nenas Village by looking at the many positive activities carried out in the Bukit Nenas Village area. Cooperation carried out by religious communities is Islam, Protestant Christianity, Catholicism, Buddhism, and Hinduism. Especially when Muslims are performing worship during the holidays, people who live close to the mosque environment voluntarily help maintain security around the place of worship and who maintain that security from other Protestant and Catholic Christians. To see the benefits of the formation of a sense of solidarity between others, the researcher is interested in further studying the benefits of community interaction and its influence in realizing social solidarity in Bukit Nenas Village. The results of this study show that the influence of community interaction on socio-religious life in the village is very numerous, including from the social side, establishing good communication between communities, both communities around the house and communities that are far away and different environments, realizing and increasing community solidarity, and maintaining brotherhood. The benefit from the religious side is that harmony that has been maintained to this day can be used as an example by many people and other regions. Judging from the culture of interaction between communities that have cultural differences, the community knows about other cultures.
