Therefore, Riau University KKN students aim to help and reduce or prevent stunting which can affect the process of growth and development of children, especially in Sungai Batang Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The method of implementing activities carried out during KKN in Sungai Batang Village is as follows. 1. Initial Planning Stage, holding a meeting with the head of the posyandu to request data on how many children are affected by stunting 2. Preparation Stage, namely preparation for socialization such as cleaning the place for the event and preparing the tools and materials used such as installing banners, snacks, tables, chairs, soundsystem, and others. 3. Implementation Stage, on July 25, 2023 carrying out stunting socialization the event began with the delivery of material about stunting provided by KKN students, followed by material provided by midwives. This socialization activity was carried out at the same time to establish a relationship with the village community, especially in Sungai Batang Village. The activity continued with health checks by the posyandu which is specifically for the elderly. The distribution of additional food is also a series of activities carried out by KKN students in the Stunting Prevention Socialization Program carried out by Riau University KKN students directly. The Sungai Batang village community received education about Stunting Prevention, not only that, the provision of additional food (PMT) was also carried out to support nutritional growth for children and pregnant women.  

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Lecture Plus Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive inferential approach. The population is all 221 students in class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians and the research sample was determined to be 54 people, namely 25% of the total population. Data was collected using 42 positive closed items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the Lecture Plus Method on the Learning Motivation of Christian Religious Education in Class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.504 > rtable(a=0,05,n=54)= 0.226, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable 2=52)= 2,000, thus there is a significant relationship between variable 41.95"+0.40X. Mebangun customer relationship management dan brand image sebagai upaya peningkatan patient satisfaction. Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang menerapkan customer relationship management dengan membudayakan sapa dan senyum serta menerapkan brand image yang baik sesuai dengan falsafah perusahaan. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer relationship management dan brand image terhadap patient satisfaction di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pasien rawat jalan di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 125 pasien dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan nonprobility sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa (1) customer relationship management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang (2) brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap patient satisfaction di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang (3) customer relationship management dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Klinik Pratama Aulia 1 Jombang.

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously on Employee Performance of the Deputy Secretariat of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia which is an agency for the protection of tourism and the creative economy which has the duties and functions of preparing strategic plans, evaluating performance, and establishing cooperation with various related parties to achieving goals and development in the field of tourism. This research method uses a statistical quantitative method and is measured using the Statistical for the Social Science Package (SPSS) Version 23. The sample in this study is a saturated sample of 50 employees of the RI Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Deputy Secretariat. through instrument testing using the t test and f test to prove the hypothesis. The results of the study show that the relationship between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance is simultaneously positive and significant. Leaders in the strategic policy deputy secretariat work unit need to maintain work motivation and apply a more effective and appropriate leadership style, so that employee performance will get better.

Coronavirus is an infectious human disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). D-dimer affects the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients due to an impaired immune system and an excessive inflammatory process that leads to tissue damage, leading to death conditions. The increase in COVID-19 severity correlates with an elevation in D-dimer levels. Elevated D-dimer levels have become an important marker in monitoring the condition of severe COVID-19 patients, as they are associated with worse outcomes and increased mortality in severe COVID-19 cases. To determine the relationship between D-dimer levels and mortality in severe COVID-19 patients.This research used a descriptive and analytical study with a cross-sectional design to determine the correlation between D-dimer levels and mortality in severe/critical COVID-19 patients. Data were obtained from secondary sources of medical records of confirmed severe/critical COVID-19 patients at Dr. Pirngadi Regional General Hospital. There is a correlation between D-Dimer levels and mortality in confirmed severe COVID-19 patients with moderate severity. A significant association exists between elevated D-Dimer levels and mortality in confirmed COVID-19 patients with moderate severity. This study also indicated that there are more male COVID-19 patients compared to females. Older individuals (elderly) in this study, aged over 45 years, are more likely to be infected with COVID-19 compared to those under 45 years of age.

The analytical tools used in this research are multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression is used to identify the relationship between independent variables (raw materials, capital, labor) and dependent variables (income of furniture craftsmen). The research results show that raw materials, working capital and labor have a significant influence on the income of furniture craftsmen in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. This means that efficient use of raw materials, capital and labor can increase the income of furniture craftsmen in the region. These results can be used as a basis for developing and improving the business of furniture craftsmen in Tasikmalaya City

This research is motivated by the influence of motivation and work enthusiasm on employee performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Depok City. This is done to see how much the level of motivation and morale on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method because it is a method used to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Data collection technique through questionnaires distributed to 66 respondents using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. In analyzing the data, using Instrument Test, Classic assumption test and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.652, which means that 65.2% of the contribution of the Variables of Motivation (X1) and Morale (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y). The conclusion from the data analysis above is that there is a positive and significant influence of Motivation and Work Enthusiasm on Employee Performance at the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the City of Depok.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease that is ranked 10th with the highest number of deaths. Side effects caused by Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) are often experienced by TB patients and result in physical disorders that reduce the quality of life of TB patients. This study aims to analyze the relationship between OAT side effects and the quality of life of TB patients at the Banyuglugur Community Health Center The research design in the study used a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all TB patients in the Banyuglugur health center working area who underwent treatment for <6 months according to the inclusion criteria in January 2022 - May 2023, totaling 40 people using the Total Sampling sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire on OAT side effects and quality of life. The analytical test used was the Spearman Rank test. The results of this study showed that the side effects of OAT in 27 TB patients (67.5%) were severe and the quality of life of 31 TB patients (77.5%) was poor. The results of the analysis show a p value of .001 (smaller than 0.05), so there is a significant linear relationship between the OAT side effect variable and the quality of life of TB patients at the Banyuglugur Community Health Center. This research shows that the side effects experienced by TB sufferers, both mild and severe, greatly affect the quality of life of TB patients. Health workers must always carry out routine monitoring of OAT side effects experienced by TB sufferers and treat them as soon as possible so that they do not affect the quality of life of TB patients in terms of physical, nutritional or psychological aspects in order to prevent them from dropping out of treatment.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder with multiple etiologies characterized by high sugar levels. Patients with chronic illnesses are very susceptible to depression. This can be overcome if the respondent has good enough resilience and self-efficacy so that he can manage self-care and regulate glycemic levels and strive for better health. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between resilience, self-efficacy and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area. This research design is cross sectional/analytic correlation. The study population included 38 Diabetes Mellitus patients with Gangrene. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, total sampling. The sampling used was 38 people. The instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. And multiple linear regression statistical tests. The research results showed that the average resilience was 70.02, self-efficacy was 71, mild depression was 17 respondents and the average self-care management score was 72. Resilience increased self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. Self-efficacy increases self-care management with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with an average coefficient of . the results of multiple linear regression obtained a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005. There is a relationship between self-efficacy, resilience and depression with self-care management in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Besuki Community Health Center working area with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.005 with a coefficient value of 0.608 so, Self-efficacy influences self-care 6 times more than other variables. Self-efficacy, good resilience can reduce depression in chronic patients such as gangrene so that patients have adequate self-care management.

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the application of the Card Sort type learning method on the interest in studying Christian Religious Education of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sirandorung, Central Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research uses a quantitative pre-experimental design method in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population of this study was all students of IX SMP Negeri 2 Sirandorung, totaling 114 people in 3 study class groups. Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely class IX-1, totaling 38 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire with 35 items. 17 items for the questionnaire for variable This is proven by the results of the positive relationship test calculation, the value of rxy = 0.487 > rtable (α=0.05; IK=95%; n=38) = 0.320, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables X and Y .Testing a significant relationship, the value obtained is tcount = 4.078> ttable (α=0.05;dk=n-2=36)= 2.028, thus there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. Testing the regression equation, we get the regression equation Y ̂ ="35.14"+0.36X. Regression coefficient of determination test r2 = 23.7%. Testing the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = (α=0.05, dk numerator k =16, dk denominator = n-2=38-2=36) namely 4.03 > 1.51. Thus, Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Inquiry Learning Model on PAK Learning Motivation for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siempat Nempuh Hulu for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with descriptive statistical data analysis. The population is all 165 students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Siempat Nempuh Hulu for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Christians and the research sample was determined to be 47 people, namely 30% of the total population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire with 52 items. The results of data analysis show that there is an influence of the Inquiry Learning Model on PAK Learning Motivation for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Siempat Nempuh Hulu for the 2023/2024 Academic Year: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained by the value rxy = 0.546 > rtable( a=0.05,n=47) = 0.283, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variable -2=45)= 2.021, thus there is a significant relationship between variable b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 29.8%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(a=0.05, dk numerator k=17, dk denominator=n-2=47-2=45) namely 19.09 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Premarital sexual behavior has many negative impacts, including unwanted pregnancy and the risk of contracting HIV/AIDS. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and teenagers' attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior in Naman Teran Village, Naman Teran District, Karo Regency in 2019. The independent variable is the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS. The dependent variable is teenagers' attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior. The type of research used in this research is analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. The population was all 160 teenagers in Naman Teran Village, using accidental sampling technique. The sample in this study was 35 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The statistical test used is the Chi-square test p=0.05. The results of the analysis show that teenagers have sufficient knowledge about HIV/AIDS (54.3%), and a positive attitude towards premarital sexual behavior (74.3%), Chi-square test results p = 0.00 <of <of p=0.05, thus Ho is rejected. Ha is accepted, meaning there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS and teenagers' attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior. It is hoped that teenagers in Naman Teran Village will further increase their knowledge about HIV/AIDS with premarital sexual behavior.

The elderly is a vulnerable group that has a very high dependency rate. The elderly  has various health problems such as degenerative diseases and decreased productivity so that it can cause a decrease in independence in carrying out daily activities (Activities Daily Living).This research strategy combines a cross-sectional approach with correlational analysis. Simple random sampling is the method used for sampling. employing the logistic regression test. examined respondents' perceptions of senior citizens' independence, using a sample size of 45 respondents.The results of this study found that there was a relationship between all factors that could be done both from family support, cognitive function, and anxiety with a p value of 0.05 while the dominant factor related to the independence of the elderly was the anxiety factor with a p value of 0.005 a 0.05 and OR value =248792879.8 Can guarantee that family support, cognitive function, and can increase the independence of the elderly, but the most dominant factor for independence is the anxiety factor.To ensure that body parts can move and there is no immobility disorder, it is expected of the aged to continue with everyday activities. Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a collection of behaviors that are practiced based on individual awareness to prevent health problems. Considering that the number of children in Indonesia is an average of 30% of the total population of Indonesia and school age is the golden age for instilling the values of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). The aim is to determine the relationship between eating patterns, rest patterns and hygiene patterns in school children on healthy living behavior in kindergarten. Santo Asih, Parbagasan Village, District. Uluan Year 2022. Method: This type of research is analytical descriptive research using quantitative methods, namely a cross sectional approach. The population in the study were 50 pre-school children at Santo Asih Kindergarten with a sample of 50 people. Results: There is a relationship between eating patterns and PHBS in preschool children at Santoh Asih Kindergarten, Parbagasan Village. The P value obtained is 0.006 because the Pv value ≤ α (0.05) and the OR = 275.00 (23,310-3244,305). There is a relationship between rest patterns and PHBS in preschool children at Santoh Asih Kindergarten, Parbagasan Village. By obtaining a P value of 0.000 because the Pv value ≤ α (0.05) and the OR = 19,000 (4,290-84,143), there is a relationship between cleanliness patterns and PHBS in preschool children at Santoh Asih Kindergarten, Parbagasan Village. By obtaining a P value of 0.000 because the Pv value ≤ α (0.05) and the OR = 15,750 (3,625-68,410). In conclusion, there is a relationship between eating patterns, rest patterns, hygiene patterns and clean and healthy living behavior.

This research uses a qualitative approach. The data for this research are speech obtained from speech events between sellers and buyers at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency. Language is the object of research and language use (sellers and buyers) is the subject of this research. The data source is the speech of sellers and buyers, which occurred in buying and selling transactions at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency, which were carried out from December 2022 to January 2023. The method used to collect data was the observation, listening, recording and note-taking method. Data analysis was carried out by adhering to a flow model data analysis flow which includes four activity steps, namely (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion/verification. The research results show that (1) The variety of buying and selling languages ​​at the Malino People's Market, Gowa Regency consists of (a) Sellers and buyers use Makassar language; (b) Sellers and buyers use the Makassar dialect of Indonesian; (c) Sellers and buyers use Bugis language; (d) The seller uses the Makassar dialect of Indonesian and the buyer uses the Jakarta dialect of Indonesian; (e) Sellers and buyers use the Jakarta dialect of Indonesian; (f) The seller uses Makassar language and the buyer uses Indonesian; (g) The seller uses Makassar language instead of Indonesian and the buyer uses Indonesian; (h) The seller uses Makassar language instead of Bugis language and the buyer uses Bugis language; (i) Sellers and buyers use a code-mixed language of Makassar or Bugis and Indonesian.
