This study discusses children's language acquisition from a psycholinguistic perspective with a focus on Meanlength of Utterance (MLU), word categories, and sentence patterns. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and case study, data were collected through participant observation, audio recording, speech transcription, and social context recording. The research sample consisted of three children aged 39, 47, and 50 months with Indonesian as their first language. The results showed that MLU values increased with age, in accordance with Brown's theory, although there was individual variation. Analysis of word types showed that older children had a more diverse vocabulary, including nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, and numerals. In addition, the sentence patterns used by children developed from simple structures such as SP to more complex structures such as SPOK. This study confirms that MLU can be an indicator of children's syntactic development and helps in language identification delays. The results of this study are expected to contribute to psycholinguistic studies and become a reference in the field of child language education and intervention

In The Decision Number 465 / Pid.Sus/2021/PN JKT.SEL, efforts in legal settlement against victims of fraud committed by PT Grab Toko Indonesia have not been explicitly stipulated in the verdict. Despite this, legal protection can be seen through the judicial process that ensures that the defendant is sentenced according to the criminal offense he committed, based on the information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) which regulates criminal sanctions for online fraud perpetrators. This research was conducted by normative juridical method through literature study, with problem formulation, 1) What are the efforts in legal settlement that can be taken by victims to get compensation due to fraud committed by PT Grab Toko Indonesia? 2) How is the effectiveness of efforts to settle compensation for victims of PT Grab Toko Indonesia fraud in the perspective of legal justice?. The results of this study, efforts in legal settlement that can be taken by victims to obtain compensation due to fraud committed by PT Grab Toko Indonesia by filing a lawsuit through civil channels. Harm can also come from an unlawful act. Therefore, with the various legal settlement efforts contained in several laws and regulations, it is expected to accommodate and pay attention to the rights of the community, especially the victims and the Indonesian legal system in providing justice for victims of fraud has not been fully effective. Slow legal proceedings, high costs, and complicated procedures often hinder victims from getting redress. In fact, even if there is a court decision that punishes the perpetrator, the victim's right to compensation is not necessarily well realized. In addition, many victims face difficulties in concretely proving harm in court, which makes the legal process longer and more complicated.

The phenomenon of throning, which refers to the practice of seeking partners with high social status to enhance self-image, is increasingly prevalent among Generation Z. Although it may seem appealing, throning poses negative issues such as unrealistic expectations, a transactional view of relationships, and the potential for unhappiness that impacts individuals' mental health. This article aims to critically analyze throning behavior from the perspective of Christian Religious Education, emphasizing the importance of spiritual values in building healthy relationships. The research method employed is qualitative, using a literature review approach that involves analyzing written sources related to throning and Christian Religious Education. The findings indicate that throning contradicts the pursuit of a life partner, as well as the principles of love and respect for the intrinsic value of individuals taught in the Bible. The study concludes by affirming the need for a holistic approach to understanding relationships, grounded in spiritual values rather than social status. Recommendations for future research include more in-depth empirical studies on the impact of throning on mental health and interpersonal relationships, as well as a deeper exploration of Biblical knowledge, which highlights the importance of moral and spiritual values in relationship contexts, even in the digital age. It is hoped that individuals can build more authentic relationships through the lens of the Bible and glorify God.

Marriage in Indonesia's indigenous peoples has strong cultural values and has been passed down from generation to generation. However, in practice, there are several forms of customary marriage that have the potential to contradict the applicable positive law, especially related to coercive actions in marriage. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of marriage culture in the form of forced marriage/captive marriage which is contrary to Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS Law) that occurs in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a normative juridical approach, this study explores the content of the articles of the Marriage Law, the Criminal Code, and the TPKS Law. In the Indonesian legal system, marriage must meet the elements in the laws and regulations. However, in practice, the traditional marriage culture in Sumba has the potential to lead to forced marriage carried out by men where women are in a vulnerable position. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the TPKS Law clearly states that forced marriage is a form of sexual violence, which can be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 10 of the TPKS Law. Based on the results of the research, the cultural implications or impacts of forced marriage are the lack of justice, usefulness and legal certainty, so concrete steps are needed in the form of firmer law enforcement and the need for collaborative support from law enforcement officials and legal education for indigenous peoples so that these practices can be minimized and women's rights in marriage can be optimally protected.

This article aims to reveal that educators play a very important role in the world of education, both formal educators (teachers) and non-formal educators such as parents. Many teachers feel that working as a teacher is lowly and despicable compared to office work or working at a PT, for example. This may be because the view of teachers is still narrow. A view that is generally materialistic, only tends to worldliness. Such a view is a wrong view. Working as a teacher is a noble and noble job, both from the perspective of society and the state. The high or low culture of a society and state, largely depends on the education and teaching given by teachers.
