When conducting training, of course the company must do it correctly so that it is in line with the company's goals and is on target. Training needs analysis is one of the most important stages before holding training because this stage determines which employees will take part in the training and what kind of training will be held. This research uses a qualitative approach using a case study design to obtain in-depth data. Data collection techniques for this research used interview, observation and documentation methods. The primary data source comes from interviews with 3 sources and observations and the secondary data source comes from the employee competency GAP report as the main data for training need analysis. The results of this research show that there are still several employees whose competencies do not meet the requirements required by the company. Textbooks are one of the central learning tools in achieving a predetermined level of competency. One of the main aspects of a good textbook is the suitability of its readability level to the level of cognitive development of students. This research aims to determine the readability level of the Class IX Indonesian Language Textbook, 2013 Curriculum Edition and the Merdeka Curriculum based on the Raygor Graphic formulation. The research method used was qualitative, with 5 text samples from each book edition. The research results showed that all text samples in both editions of the book had a readability level that did not match the cognitive level of class IX students. This is because all text samples have too many difficult sentences and words, so the text needs to be simplified. More than that, it is hoped that the results of this research can provide advice to textbook authors to pay more careful attention to readability aspects before inserting texts into textbooks. This is to ensure that the texts presented in textbooks are appropriate to the cognitive level and reading abilities of students at their grade level.

Presence recognition training using QR codes based on Android devices could be one of the trainings that can be developed by students because the competency gain from this training is quite promising. If students/santri after becoming alumni can later develop these competencies, it can be very profitable. If in the Islamic boarding school environment the alumni spread across their regions and try in various fields, of course knowledge of using the QR code scanner digital application on Android devices will be very useful, especially for the administration system. Partners in this PKM activity are teachers/administrative staff/students of Assaadah Puri Serpong Islamic High School within the Assaadah Puri Serpong Islamic Boarding School environment. The training on introducing attendance using QR codes based on Android devices was carried out with the stages of introduction, counseling and assistance in the practice of using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there are several problems faced, especially related to the student attendance review system which still uses a manual/paper-based system, resulting in difficulties in organizing, processing and controlling student attendance data both at the teaching staff level and in the school administration. The lack of technical knowledge regarding the use of digital applications on Android devices, such as a QR code scanner application which can actually be used for student attendance applications, is one of the obstacles for school equipment to be able to manage a more efficient attendance administration system. The solutions carried out in this PKM activity related to existing problems are: 1. Technical aspect: this aspect includes things you need to know about a simple presence attendance application using a QR code based on an Android device. The PKM team helps with the above matters through counseling and training so that a good understanding of this aspect is obtained so that they are technically able to practice it. 2. Management Aspect: this aspect is related to the management of the presence data obtained. So far, data management is still carried out manually without the use of a good application system. For this reason, the PKM team helps to solve problems in the management aspect with training methods on how to manage student attendance percentage data that is more practical, accurate, effective and efficient.

Teacher competency assessment plays a crucial role in providing valuable insights into the expected outcomes of the teaching profession. By employing such assessments, miscommunication regarding the desired quality of a teacher’s work can be minimised while enhancing teacher productivity through constructive feedback for those who excel. Furthermore, the implementation of teacher competency assessments aims to acquire valid, up-to-date, and authentic evidence, specifically in areas related to the learning process and a teacher’s proficiency in pedagogy, social skills, personality traits, and professional attributes. This research explores the significance of the correlation between the teaching-learning process and teacher competence assessment. The author adopts a literature-based approach to comprehensively review the relationship between these two components to accomplish this. This approach enables a comprehensive understanding of how learning and the assessment of teacher competence are interconnected. The gathered data will subsequently undergo analysis using a content analysis method, which seeks to identify recurring themes and patterns within the existing literature related to the relationship between the teaching-learning process and teacher competence assessment.

This study investigates the alignment between global competency frameworks and local educational practices, particularly in multilingual classrooms. With globalization influencing education, acquiring skills like intercultural communication and global citizenship is vital. However, integrating these competencies into local curricula remains inconsistent, especially in multilingual settings, where linguistic and cultural diversity pose challenges. Using qualitative methods such as curriculum mapping, teacher interviews, and classroom observations, the study identifies areas of alignment and misalignment. While global competencies are integrated into subjects like social studies and global health education, technical subjects like mathematics and science show less alignment. The study also highlights gaps in the development of intercultural competence and global communication skills, which are often underrepresented. Challenges like language barriers, the monolingual habitus of many schools, and limited professional development for teachers in multilingual contexts hinder the full implementation of global competencies. The study recommends improving curriculum integration of global competencies across all subjects and enhancing teacher training to support multilingual classrooms. Future research should explore regional variations in multilingual settings and how technology can aid in developing global competencies. Addressing these challenges will better prepare students for both local and global challenges in an interconnected world.
