Kebijakan Pemerintah untuk meningkatkan jumlah SMK dengan target rasio SMA dan SMK sebesar 70:30 membawa implikasi pada peningkatan kebutuhan guru produktif SMK. Kebutuhan guru perlu dipenuhi secara efektif dan efisien. Keunikan sistem sentralisasi pendidikan dengan pengelolaan yang terpusat dapat dijadikan referensi dalam membentuk skema pemenuhan kebutuhan guru produktif SMK. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan skema pemenuhan guru produktif SMK di era sentralisasi pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif tipe studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga skema pemenuhan guru produktif SMK di era sentralisasi, antara lain melalui: (1) Program D III Guru Kejuruan; (2) Program Tunjangan Ikatan Dinas (TID); (3) Program Seleksi CPNS

Memperkuat pelaku indistri halal dengan memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan layanan digital baik pembiayaan, pemasaran dan kapasitas produksi melalui penyediaan halal market place, pembentukan incubator start-up dan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk traceability produk halal, Penguatan Literasi SDM, Riset dan Pengembangan. Memperkuat kesadaran publik mengenai konsep ekonomi syariah menuju penyediaan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi tinggi untuk mampu bersaing dan berinovasi melalui riset dan pengembangan.   ABSTRACT The National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) is an institution that functions as a catalyst for economic and sharia financial development on a national and international scale. The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Strengthening public awareness about the concept of Islamic economics towards the provision of high quality and highly competent human resources to be able to compete and innovate through research and development.

Accounting information has an important role in achieving business success, including for small businesses. Accounting is one way to produce financial information that can be used by management as a basis for making strategic decisions. Reports produced include balance sheets, profit/loss reports, changes reports and cash flow reports. All of these reports can be used by information users. For small business actors in villages, it is minimal to have accounting records, most of them make business decisions based on experience alone. Small business development is needed to make it strong, both related to development both external to the company and in managing the company's internal. If from an internal perspective, the management of small businesses still considers that the accounting process is still not very important to implement. Empowerment of business management management is very necessary. Good financial reports can provide useful financial information for making strategic business decisions. This community service is expected to increase the ability of business actors in the villages of Bancak District, Semarang Regency so that they can provide information on the financial condition of businesses that are being run for each reporting period. The community service team of ITB Semarang Accounting Study Program lecturers conducted community outreach activities in the form of simple lectures and training. The results of this community service were well received by participants in the Financial Accounting socialization and training for business actors in Bancak District, Semarang Regency.

The economic growth of Pekalongan Regency, which is getting better, is not followed by awareness of citizens in complying with tax payments in a timely manner and in accordance with their income. This can be seen from the level of taxpayer compliance in reporting annual tax return (SPT) taxes at KPP Pratama Pekalongan which is still lacking. Seeing the vision and mission of Pekalongan Regency, it gives encouragement to the community to continue to increase the potential of existing resources, for example in the fields of agriculture, trade, plantations, even in the field of education. Increased utilization of potential resources will lead to increased economic growth in Pekalongan Regency. Increasing economic growth is related to the awareness and compliance of Pekalongan Regency residents with taxes. This Community Service Activity (PKM) is expected to provide an introduction and encouragement for teachers to introduce and apply the importance of implementing tax compliance, both to fellow teachers, to students, and to the surrounding environment.

Background: The 15th Midwifery Service Standard states that the Midwife provide services during the postpartum period through home visits. Most Midwives Private Practices (BPS) in the Tuban area have made at least 3 home visits times during the puerperium. In the care of newborns, almost 80% of postpartum mothers do not bathe the baby herself but the midwife bathes her until the umbilical cord falls off with the reason that the mother has not dared to bathe her baby for fear of the umbilical cord still wet, the baby is still too small and the mother's lack of knowledge in bathe the baby. The purpose of doing this community service is so that postpartum mothers understand how to care for newborns and are able to independently bathe the baby and care for the umbilical cord properly. Method: In This community service uses a pre-experimental type (Static-group comparison designs). The population of all postpartum mothers is 33 people. Taking sample by consecutive sampling. The sample size is 24 people, namely 12 people the treatment group and 12 people in the control group. The test used is Test MC Nemar has a Chi Square distribution (c 2 ). Result: The results obtained a change that significant difference between before and after being given health education in the group treatment, namely c2 count (4.50) is greater than table c2 (3.481) then HI is rejected,which shows that there is an influence between the provision of education, how early neonate bathing and how to care for the umbilical cord in postpartum mothers. Conclusion: The attitude of the postpartum mother in bathing the baby and caring for the umbilical cord can be affected by providing health education. Midwives are expected in postpartum visits too teach postpartum mothers about how to bathe babies and care for the umbilical cord. 

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

The purpose of this study is To determine the types of Birds (Aves) which can be used for the preparation of the learning media in the form of Interactive Multimedia Area of the National Park of Merbabu Mountain, Selo district, Boyolali Regency, The form of this research is RnD interactive multimedia, research Methods using point count method by applying random sampling in the taking of the shooting point. Data collection with the point count through the 4 replications. Large population is the entire Aves in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park.Results and conclusion the types of Aves found in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park as many as 12 Family 17 species and 156 individuals.Assessment of the third expert stated that the learning media in the form of interactive multimedia is Very Feasible to used as media of learning are valid. Book Tax Difference occur due to differences between the financial reporting and tax reporting in terms of accounting principles, methods and accounting procedures, the recognition of income and expenses, as well as the treatment of income and expenses. Due to the emergence difference will cause earnings growth will be increased or decreased. The profit growth can be affected by the components that refer to IAS 46 regarding the income tax and IAS 12 on income tax Deferred tax is caused by the presence of taxable temporary differences. The study aims to find temporary and permanent difference to the growth of small and large profits with book tax differences sebagail moderation. This research is a descriptive research. With a sample of companies manufacturing sector Textile & Garment Industry, Customers, Housewares, Plastic & Packaging, Pulp & Paper, Glass, Metal, and Cable 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015. Data were analyzed using regression multiple linear models with interactions basis moderation.The results showed that the temporary difference and permanent difference significant negative effect on profit growth. With small and large book tax differences are moderating variable.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Walisongo Semarang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh  fasilitas, kompetensi guru dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pimpinan maupun pegawai. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variabel dependent, namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta uji persyaratan. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas, kompetensi guru dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja hasil belajar siswa di SMA Walisongo Semarang.

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.    

Smart City bukan hanya tren untuk kota-kota besar, tetapi kebutuhan akan layanan publik yang cepat, murah, aman, dan dapat dipercaya. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis pemerintahan pintar berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai implikasi dari smart city Kota Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggambarkan  bagaimana pemerintah daerah dapat mengimplementasikan empat komponen dalam smart city yaitu: (1) government of a smart city, (2) smart decision-making, (3) smart administration and (4) smart urban collaboration. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pemerintah daerah telah menyediakan instrumen untuk keberhasilan infrastruktur kota pintar, sumber daya manusia, dan peraturan, tetapi dalam hal sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas infrastruktur belum optimal seperti yang diharapkan; (2) Respons publik terhadap pemerintahan cerdas tidak optimal, tetapi kelas menengah memiliki kemampuan untuk menggunakan dan berpartisipasi dalam pemerintahan cerdas; (3) Ada 16 Perangkat Daerah yang telah menyediakan layanan publik berbasis TI dengan berbagai bentuk layanan; (4) Permintaan akan layanan berbasis TI telah meningkat tajam dari sebelumnya sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh nilai SKM yang cukup baik dan (5) mayoritas aksesibilitas publik ke layanan publik rendah karena kerentanan ekonomi, sosial, usia dan keterjangkauan harga.

Latar Belakang: Masalah kesehatan yang menonjol di kalangan remaja adalah masalah kesehatan reproduksi. PIK-R (Pusat Informasi Konseling-Remaja) adalah salah satu upaya menyediakan informasi serta konseling remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi yang ada di sekolah. Akseptabilitas dan pemanfaatan oleh siswa merupakan faktor penting untuk mendukung program PIK-R. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akseptabilitas dan pemanfaatan PIK-R pada siswa SMA di Kota Denpasar. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini adalah 158 siswa SMA di Kota Denpasar. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan chi-square. Hasil: Hasil univariate menunjukkan sebanyak 97 (61,4%) siswa menerima akan PIK-R dan pemanfaatannya sebanyak 53 (33,5%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara akseptabilitas degan pemanfaatan PIK-R dengan nilai korelasi (x2= 4,26, p=.03). Kesimpulan: Siswa yang menerima PIK-R memanfaatkan PIK-R sebagai pusat informasi kesehatan reproduksi

The activities of the Program Pengembangan Produk Daerah (PPPUD) have been carried out at Micro small business (MSB) Putri Timus, which is held at Manggung RT 03 RW 08 Cangakan Karanganyar. This PPPUD activity is made in the framework of promoting the timus as a superior product in the Karanganyar area. MSB Putri Timus produce fried timus which is a typical Karanganyar food and souvenir. The fried timus that provides MSB has a specialty that is bligo (Benincasa hispida). But the drawback of this product is not durable, only last less than 24 hours. The purpose of this activity is to carry out production through frozen timus so that durability can be marketed outside the Karanganyar region. The method used to achieve the objectives is to increase knowledge about Good Production Methods (GMP) and freezer procurement. The result of this activity is the availability of freezers and the production of timus frozen by MSB Putri Timus. The resulting frozen timus specifications are available in a plastic bag containing 12 timus. This frozen thymus has a durability of more than 30 days.

Latar Belakang: Kanker payudara adalah kanker yang berkembang dari jaringan payudara. Kanker payudara adalah jenis kanker yang paling umum di Indonesia Tujuan untuk mengenali perbedaan pengaruh promosi audio visual SADARI dan demonstrasi kesehatan terhadap perilaku remaja sebagai deteksi dini kanker payudara di SMAN 16 Surabaya. Metode: Quasy – eksperimen design dengan Pretest – Postest two group with control design . Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan Simple Random Sampling dan menggunakan 114 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner serta analisis data menggunakan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil:Hasil uji perbandingan tingkat pengetahuan diperoleh p = 0,000 ( p > 0,05), sikap diperoleh p = 0,000 ( p > 0,05), tindakan yang diperoleh p = 0,000 ( p > 0,05), maka terdapat perbedaan pengaruh promosi kesehatan SADARI audio visual dengan demonstrasi terhadap perilaku remaja sebagai deteksi dini kanker payudara di SMAN 16 Surabaya. Simpulan: Maka diperlukan pemberian promosi kesehatan SADARI kepada remaja untuk deteksi dini kanker serta pemberian promosi kesehatan menggunakan metode audio visual dapat memberikan dampak terhadap perilaku remaja.

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. This study aims to analyze some factors that influence the management of Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in garment industries which are located in the Klaten Regency. The object of this research is small-Medium garment enterprises that are registered in the SME guidance by the Central Java Province Cooperative and SME Office in Klaten regency. Independent variables in this study are management accounting practices, contingent factors, and age of enterprises, whereas dependent variable in the study is the SMEs management. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data show that management accounting practices and contingent factors has influenceon SME management, significantly; while the age of enterprises variable does not have influence on the management of SME.

The purpose of this research is to test the influence gender differences, level of education and business age to income of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Solo Raya. This researcher will analyze the influence gender  differences, the level of education and business age towards the income of SMEs in Solo Raya. There are more than 960 SMEs managed by government of Solo Raya. In order to analyze the data, the collection of data is done through survey and interview to the owners of SMEs in Solo Raya. The researcher utilizes ordinary linier regression analysis SPSS program while the sample size is 150 owners of SMEs. Results show that gender, level of education and business age differences significantly influences the income of the SMEs.

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis uses Outer Loading and Inner Loading Analysis, while data processing is assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the quality of basic health services is related to patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. (p.Value 0.50%). Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Thus patient satisfaction with services at the Bukittinggi City Health Center is prioritized for an increase in the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness of Officers.
