This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. Mekarmulya Village Park, Cinambo District, Bandung City is a park in the middle of the city and industry. This area is designed to provide green open space in the midst of urban density, so it plays an important role in improving the quality of life in the environment. This research aims to conduct a diversity study and risk analysis of invasive plants in the Mekarmulya Village Park area. Sampling was carried out by roaming throughout the park area. Data processing is carried out qualitatively and is descriptive. The research results showed that the invasive plants found consisted of 11 families, 16 genera, and 16 spesies with the dominant family being the Poaceae family (25%) and the co-dominant family being the Asteraceae family (18.75%). Various habits were obtained consisting of seedlings, saplings and poles, with the largest habitus being the seedling habitus. These invasive plants have an risk on biodiversity and the ecosystem around the park.

An audit is a systematic process carried out by an auditor to obtain and evaluate evidence of a company's economic events and include fairness based on predetermined standards and convey the findings obtained to interested parties. My aim in writing this article is to find out to what extent auditors play a role in improving company performance from an Islamic perspective. The method I used in this research was using qualitative research methods by means of field observations, interviews with related sources and supported by several sources such as books, journals and other documents. The results of this research are that an auditor has a vital role in the management and administrative audits in every institution or company, because with an audit, the financial system in a company will run well and will of course have an impact on improving the quality of each existing employee. at every company. So I can conclude that audits within the company must be carried out periodically to review the extent to which administrative controls have been implemented to improve company performance and to achieve predetermined goals

Science learning in vocational schools is important in the development of students' knowledge, but creative approaches are needed to improve motivation and achievement. This research explores educational games as a strategy. The aim is to understand the impact of educational games in improving students' science learning motivation and achievement. A qualitative approach was used in data collection. The results show the benefits of educational games: high engagement, motivation through elements of competition, rewards and fun, better understanding of science concepts, intensive practice, critical skills and sustained learning motivation. The implication of this research is that by integrating educational games into the science curriculum, educators can create an engaging and effective learning environment, help students develop a deeper understanding of science, and achieve better learning achievement. Thus, educational games are a valuable tool to advance science education in vocational schools.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the school principal as a leader in enhancing the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the school principal and teachers. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research describe the role of the school principal as a leader in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong. The roles of the school principal as a leader involve providing guidance and supervision to all educators by holding joint meetings, enhancing the willingness and capabilities of educational staff through specific evaluations conducted three times a year to enhance the professional competence of teachers, establishing two-way communication by engaging in regular communication with all educators almost every day, and delegating tasks to all educators and educational staff, such as carrying out learning evaluations for all teachers, students, and all personnel serving at SMK Negeri 1 Siborongborong with the aim of enhancing the professional competence of teachers.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using TikTok application in improving speaking skill for EFL learners. The research design employs pre-experimental research with the sample of 25 students. The technique data collection was done by administering pre-test and post-test. This research used descriptive statistic Paired Sample T-Test to analyze the data. The mean score of pre-test was 46.6 and 71.4 for post-test. Based on the statistical analysis, it showed that the use of TikTok application give a good impact for the students speaking skill because the mean score of post-test was higher than pre-test. In testing hypothesis, it was found that the significance value of the result of TikTok application thought self-introduction was 0.00 lower than 0.05, so the hypothesis was accepted. Additionally, some improvements were seen after the treatment such as “I em” to be “I am”, “lipe” to be “live” and other vocabulary items. In conclusion, TikTok application was significantly effective in improving speaking skill for EFL learners at X grade in SMK Unwanul Falah NWDI Paok Lombok.

The main aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of the Inquiry technique in improving reading comprehension skills.   This study utilized a quantitative and pre-experimental methodology for the purpose of conducting tests. The pre-experimental design included two evaluations: an initial pre-test and a subsequent post-test carried out following the intervention. The study's sample size comprised 30 students in the eighth grade. The results demonstrated a significant rise in the scores achieved post-test, surpassing the scores achieved pre-test.   Furthermore, when the significance level is established at 0.05%, the t-score is considered to be less than the corresponding number in the t-table. The study resulted in the adoption of the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) and the rejection of the Null Hypothesis (Ho). Hence, it is advisable for educators and students to utilize this method to augment reading comprehension.

The existence of infrastructure and development that continues to develop in Kulon Progo, such as the YIA Airport in  Kulon Progo, hotels and shopping centers can lead to rapid development growth in Kulon Progo. With development increasing rapidly but not accompanied by the development of human resources in the surrounding area, this has resulted in the marginalization of the surrounding community. The author's aim is to analyze the activities carried out by the Kulon Progo government to increase the capacity of the Kulon Progo community. Can also analyze problems that arise in the development process and how the Department handles them. A qualitative approach was chosen for this research process, namely descriptive research. The data sources used are primary data obtained during the research process and secondary data from books and other literature. The data collection process was carried out by interviews, direct observation and documentation. The research results include plans for development and empowerment activities prepared by the department taking into account various agency linkages and the needs of business actors in Kulon Progo. The Department carries out various programs such as training to increase production capacity, improving central management, issuing permits to increase business capacity in Kulon Progo. Monitoring and evaluation of activities is also carried out to determine the obstacles and successes of activity programs.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. Apart from having a role in Islamic religious education, Islamic boarding schools have a role in improving the economy. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.

The aim of this research is to develop a product in the form of story-based teaching materials for the subjects of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class III elementary school and to determine the suitability of the teaching materials developed. The method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively. Based on the results of research at the analysis stage, the overall average result of the 11 PAK teachers' answers was 3.60, which stated that the score was in the "Very High" category, meaning that the PAK class III elementary school teachers strongly agreed with using story-based teaching materials as learning material in Aku. Can Love Others. At the design stage, the product is designed including designing story-based teaching materials, determining the materials and reviewing subjects according to the curriculum. The development stage contains activities to design and assess the product. The suitability of teaching materials based on story material from the research results is "Very Good" used for learning for third grade elementary school students with the results of assessing the suitability of the material with an indicator of 88%, the suitability of the material with the learning objectives is 92%, the message/message is conveyed well and does not deviate from the theme 96%, suitability of story content with the theme of story-based teaching materials 92%, and material packaging in story-based teaching materials applied in daily life 84% showing the criteria "Very Good". Then in the implementation stage, teacher response assessment data shows that story-based teaching materials have met the criteria well as Christian Religious Education learning materials for third grade elementary school students with a score percentage of 72% in the "Good" category. The evaluation of student learning outcomes according to the RPP which was carried out showed that the effectiveness of story-based teaching materials had met the requirements, namely that out of 25 students at SD Negeri 173140 Pagar Batu, it was known that 88% of students obtained learning outcomes > 75, namely 22 students had met the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) score. , b) spiritual evaluation is known to have achieved 81.6% and is in the Good category, c) social evaluation achieved 81.4% and is in the Good category. The evaluation stage is carried out by improving the product using criticism and suggestions from validators and educators who have assessed the material story material-based teaching to provide feedback on the development of subsequent story material-based teaching materials.

Salam buying and selling transactions are transactions that are usually carried out by the people of Rantau Alai Village when the sale and purchase of palm oil is agreed. This research is entitled "Analysis of the Application of Buying and Selling Ba'i Salam in Improving Farmers' Welfare". The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of palm oil buying and selling transactions in Rantau Alai Village, to find out how Ba'i Salam reviews palm oil buying and selling transactions in Rantau Alai Village, to find out whether the implementation of Ba'i Salam Buying and Selling can improve farmer welfare. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in sampling the researcher uses a sample selection technique with the provisions of the characteristics and characteristics of the objects in the research, while the data collection technique is by observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the palm oil buying and selling transactions implemented in Rantau Alai village are in the form of cash and credit transactions (Ba'i Salam). This research is based on problems encountered by the author in the field, especially at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School, namely that the Al-Qur'an hadith subject teachers at the Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School are quite good. Starting from the beginning of learning which reminds them of memorization by reading it together and memorizing the Al-Qur'an and Hadith at the beginning of each week's learning, it's just that students don't use the best possible time to memorize the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The aim of this strategy is that it is hoped that it can improve the ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an Hadith of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah. This research is descriptive research and the type of research is field research. The research is located at the Nurul Hidayah Simatorkis Islamic Boarding School. The key informants were Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers and the supporting informants were class IX students at MTs Nurul Hidayah. The data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that teachers in improving the memorization ability of students at MTs Nurul Hidayah use strategies, namely methods and techniques. The methods used by teachers in learning are the takrir method (repeating by rote), the kitabah method (writing) and the sima'i (listening) method and the technique is to use the teacher as an instructor in guiding students so that they can improve their ability to memorize Al-Qur'an Hadith at MTs Nurul Hidayah. And the things that a teacher considers in using strategies are seen from considerations related to the goals to be achieved, seen from considerations related to learning materials or materials, seen from considerations from the student's perspective.

The study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Principal's transformational leadership on improving the performance of teachers at SMAK Ebenezer Hutabalang. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023. This research method is quantitative. The population of all teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 amounted to 20 people. Sampling is the entire population so that this research is population research. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. The results of the analysis requirements obtained the value of rxy = 0.631> table = 0.444 indicate a positive relationship between the transformational leadership of the Principal with teacher performance and obtain a regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained Fhitung = 11.92> Ftabel = 3.55 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The study concluded that there is a positive influence between the transformational leadership of the Principal on improving the performance of teachers at Ebenezer Hutabalang High School in 2023 by 39.82%.

Zakat is the fourth pillar of Islam that must be carried out by a Muslim who has been able to achieve the nisab that has been determined and the time of ownership has reached 1 haul. The legal basis regarding zakat is in the Al-Quran surah Al-Baqarah verse 110. The collection of zakat funds is carried out to help people in need, especially mustahik people who receive zakat. Through this research, it is hoped that it will be known how BAZNAS in Padang Lawas district carries out its duties as a zakat management institution and the extent to which BAZNAS has contributed to improving the economy of the Islamic community in the region. The results of this research can be an important input for BAZNAS and other related parties to continue to improve the effectiveness of zakat fund management and community economic empowerment. The results of this study indicate that the management of zakat funds in BAZNAS Padang Lawas district. It has 2 types of distribution of zakat funds, namely consumptive zakat and productive zakat where productive zakat has an economic program where BAZNAS provides business capital to Muslim communities who submit application proposals to the Padang Lawas district BAZNAS office to help improve the community's economy but lack the skills of mustahiq who receive zakat capital in developing their business so that they are given training for those who are really interested in running a business.
