Somongari Village is a village in Purworejo Regency and currently Somongari Village is entering the tourist village development stage. However, there are obstacles that make the tourism village development program in Somongari Village less than optimal. These obstacles include not having properly implemented the tourism village roadmap listed in the Village RPJMD, the need to develop a network of partnerships with other parties to develop tourism villages, the need to strengthen village organizations (such as KWT, BUMDes and Karang Taruna). For this reason, a Community Service Program is being carried out with output targets: 1). There is a potential roadmap for agrotourism villages in the Somongari tourist village. 2). There is an increase in organizational capacity in the village in the context of managing and developing tourist villages in Somongari Village. Stages in activities: 1). Activity planning. The service team invited Pokdarwis administrators and the local village government. 2). Activity process. This stage is aimed at finding out the level of understanding of the mentoring participants along with feedback in the form of questions from the training participants who have received knowledge transfer regarding the potential of the village and what will be developed as a tourist village. 3). End of activity. Evaluation is carried out to measure the success of all mentoring programs. The activity success indicator was determined to be 80% of participants able to implement material to strengthen and improve the tourist village in Somongari Village.

Background : Stunting is a problem because it can cause morbidity, death, slow down the process of motor development and hinder the mental growth process of sufferers. Stunting not only interferes with physical growth but also in other growth such as mental, cognitive and intellectual children. The purpose of this community service is to conduct socialization and counseling in an effort to prevent stunting in the Betungan Health Center work area, Bengkulu City. The implementation method is by counseling about stunting in children. This Community Service activity was carried out at the Betungan Bengkulu Health Center. The time for implementation is in November 2022. The participants in this community service activity are mothers who have toddlers at the Bentungan Health Center in Bengkulu City with a total of 20 people. Activities are carried out in stages (1) providing an explanation of the material to be provided and the purpose of the activity; (2) provide knowledge about child stunting and its prevention. The results of this activity show that there is an increase in public understanding of what stunting is, the causes of stunting, the dangers of stunting for the short and long term as well as growing awareness in overcoming the effects of stunting so as to minimize the occurrence of stunting in children.   Keywords: Children, Stunting, Health Education

The service activities were carried out in Kadidia Village, Nokilalaki sub-district, Sigi Regency. This community service activity was carried out in September 2023. The number of participants was 31 people. This service is focused on the younger generation as Beginner Voters who have an important role in the general election (Pemilu) process. The results of this socialization and service aim to provide understanding to novice voters to be actively involved in the democratic party (election) and novice voters can have the knowledge to make choices and know the importance of elections in this nation's democratic journey. And secondly, you can make choices according to your conscience and can see the candidate's track record

Empowerment is an effort to awaken the strength and potential of the community which is based on the local community through a participatory approach and learning together. The purpose of empowerment is the condition to be achieved either from a social change which becomes a more empowered society, has the power as well as the knowledge and ability to be able to better fulfill their life needs. Economic empowerment is said to be important because this empowerment will create increased welfare for the community. The aim of this sweet potato processing innovation is to increase the community's skills in processing sweet potatoes which are a staple food that is usually baked and boiled into a product that has economic value. The counseling activity was carried out using the Cooking Demo method, the community seemed very enthusiastic about following the process of making Tarajju cakes, this can be seen from the many people who asked and wanted to get a complete explanation of the process of processing sweet potatoes into cakes.

The purpose of this community service activity is to train and guide the skills of West Rengat 1 Vocational School students in an effort to increase competence in the field of drawing with the AutoCAD program because one of the competencies that vocational students must have, especially those majoring in construction and housing engineering, is drawing using the AutoCAD application. The methods used in this training activity include presentation, demonstration, practice and evaluation. The results of the evaluation of this activity were obtained from the assignments given to each student. The instructor checks the images that have been made by all participants including the size and shape of the images. From the initial observation to the final evaluation process, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of the students, who initially did not have the ability to draw using AutoCAD, but after the training was given the participants were able to apply the program. This article aims to implement a culture of literacy to children starting from an early age. This is due to the rise of the digital era which makes people, especially children, choose to spend more time playing gadgets. Therefore, at this time there is a lot of degradation of insight and knowledge due to lack of motivation to familiarize themselves with reading literacy. If a culture of literacy is not applied from an early age, this will cause the possibility of interest in reading and writing for the next generation to be minimal or reduced. Therefore, an understanding of literacy culture from an early age needs to be instilled because at that age, the age of the child is stepping on the "golden age" or golden period, which ranges from when the child is 1 to 6.5 years old. At that time, children experience the development of growth and grow rapidly, so that to apply the culture of literacy methods, interest in reading or writing is easy to apply and easier to get used to.

Herbal plant-based pharmaceutical preparations are currently being developed because currently many industries produce and distribute pharmaceutical preparations containing natural ingredients that make it easier for the public to use. The purpose of this extension activity is to provide knowledge to the public about natural-based pharmaceutical preparations at schools in Tanjung Pura, Langkat. The method used in this activity involves lecturers by providing leaflets and materials to the public. The results of the implementation of this activity to the public are in the form of information and education about natural-based pharmaceutical preparations. The result of this activity is that the community service team hopes that the public will receive information about natural-based pharmaceutical preparations  

This study aims to explain the importance of developing teacher professional competence as a key factor in improving student learning outcomes. In the context of education, the teacher's role is not only limited to conveying subject matter, but also involves the ability to plan, implement and evaluate the learning process. In an era of education that continues to develop, teachers must be able to face new challenges that arise, such as technological developments, curriculum changes, and the diverse needs of students. Therefore, teachers need to continue to develop their professional competence in order to meet the increasingly high demands and expectations from society, students, and the education system. The development of teacher professional competence includes various aspects, such as in-depth academic knowledge, effective teaching skills, ability to adapt to change, and a positive professional attitude. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to present a conducive learning environment, facilitate productive interactions between students, and provide constructive feedback. In this study, an analysis was conducted of various methods and strategies for developing teacher professional competence, such as training, supervision, mentoring, and collaboration between teachers. In addition, the factors that influence the success of teacher professional competence development are also discussed, including school leadership support, a conducive work environment, and teacher motivation in self-development. The results of the study show that the development of teacher professional competence has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teachers who have good professional competence are able to design interesting lessons, choose strategies that suit the needs of students, and provide effective feedback. This has a positive impact on the involvement of students in learning and increasing their academic achievement.

A speaker can cause misunderstandings when he mispronounces a word in a foreign language. English has a number and types of sounds that are very different from the number of sounds in that language. The aim of this course is to equip students with knowledge of English vowels so that they can improve the pronunciation of English words to make them better and correct. This training is conducted online via Zoom Media because You are taking the semester through the use of two approaches namely teaching and training.Although not 100% of partners succeed in producing the correct pronunciation, improvements can be seen in the pronunciation of the accompaniment. Partners, meanwhile, had a positive attitude toward the activity through active participation in the training provided and also satisfaction. From the survey data provided by the service team, partners were identified as part of the campaign.Barriers encountered during the activity were due to the partner's lack of confidence and the influence of the partner's mother tongue.

Located in a residential area and prone to disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis, SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung is at risk of being affected by collapsed buildings and fires. School buildings, which are multi-story, also add to the risks that can be caused. The unavailability of adequate evacuation maps and the absence of mitigation training for the existing academic community can also increase the risks arising from disasters that may occur at any time. To reduce this risk, disaster mitigation training was conducted for the academic community and preparation of evacuation maps. This activity increased the trainees’ knowledge by 48.8% so that the academic community at SMA Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung would be more prepared to mitigate in the event of a disaster.

Simultaneously, the public gains access to valuable and beneficial information, enhancing their knowledge and deriving direct benefits from the provided articles. Therefore, this strategy effectively fosters positive relationships between companies and consumers while contributing to the overall literacy and knowledge enhancement of the public.

The community service is carried out to provide knowledge to the young people of Negeri Hukurila, South Leitimur District, who are first-time voters. First-time voters, according to the Election Law, refer to individuals aged 17 and above or those who have been married. First-time voters are those who are eligible to vote for the first time in any type of election, including general elections, presidential elections, legislative elections, or other elections. They can be aged 17-18 or older and have met the voter requirements set by the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence. The purpose of this community service is to increase the participation of first-time voters, especially the young people of Negeri Hukurila who have just graduated from high school or vocational school. Based on observations, it has been found that the youth in Negeri Hukurila have low political participation in elections, and they also have limited information about elections and a lack of political education. With reference to these issues, we conducted community service with the hope that after the socialization on increasing the participation of informed first-time voters, their knowledge about elections and politics would increase, thereby impacting the high level of participation of first-time voters in the upcoming 2024 elections.

The theory of consonants in English phonology is an important aspect in understanding the sound system in that language. Phonology is the study of how the sounds in language are used to form meaning. In English, consonants and vowels have different roles in forming word structure and sound articulation.Consonants in English are defined as sounds that experience resistance or airflow shift when spoken. There are various types of consonants in English, such as hissing consonants, popping consonants, sliding consonants, and so on. These consonants have certain characteristics, such as the place and manner of articulation, which distinguish one consonant from another.Places of articulation refer to the parts in the mouth or throat that are used to produce consonant sounds. For example, the lips, teeth, tongue, palate, and throat can play a role in the production of consonants. For example, the consonant /p/ is pronounced by bringing the lips together, while the consonant /k/ is pronounced by moving the back palate with the back of the tongue.The manner of articulation refers to the type of resistance or shift in airflow that occurs when pronouncing the consonant. Some examples of how consonants are articulated in English include complete closure of the airflow (eg /p/), partial obstruction of the airflow (eg /s/), or passage of air through the nose (eg /m/). The theory of consonants and vowels in English phonology helps to explain how these sounds form a distinctive language system. Knowledge of the place and manner of consonant articulation, as well as the position of the tongue and the tilt of the vowel lips, allows linguistics to analyze the differences in sounds in English. In the study of phonology, this theory also helps to understand sound patterns, sound changes, and the placement of sounds in words as well as in the broader structure of language.     

This community service activity was carried out by a Team of Lecturers and Students at the Faculty of Business at Mitra Indonesia University (UMITRA) Lampung for Students of Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School. This activity discusses increasing the understanding of financial literacy in Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School Students. This is done because financial literacy is very important to understand and apply in life, being one of the six basics of literacy. The goal is that every Pelita Gedong Tataan Vocational School student has an understanding of financial literacy that can be used not only at this time, but after they work and even have a household. The method used is socialization by providing motivation with lectures and discussions in the form of question and answer sessions. The results show that financial literacy is still a new knowledge for some students. Even though financial literacy greatly influences positive financial behavior and financial management itself. By participating in this activity, they hope to be able to increase financial literacy, and have an impact on good financial management and avoid various financial crimes.

Community service activities to provide knowledge about MSME tax preparation and reporting training. this activity was carried out on May 3 2023. The method of activity is with presentation of material, discussion, training and evaluation. a series of community service activities as follows: the implementing team presented material on the Basic Principles of Imposing Final MSME Income Tax, tax incentives provided by the government to MSME actors, Calculation and Payment of MSME Final Income Tax, and Reporting of MSME Income Tax and Tax Sanctions. The result of this community service activity is that activity participants are capable of making and reporting MSME taxes

This article intends to be able to study and gain knowledge of the process of resolving and handling labor relations disputes or industrial relations at one of the hotels in Pangandaran Regency. The problem is focused on the process of settling and handling disputes over termination or termination of employment at one of the hotels in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses several theories about the settlement of industrial relations disputes. This study uses empirical juridical methods and data collection techniques, namely documentation studies. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that the process of settling and handling industrial relations disputes at a hotel in Pangandaran complies with applicable regulations. The process of settling and handling industrial relations disputes is carried out through mediation and continues at the Industrial Relations Court.

The results obtained are that the development of appropriate organizational competencies can provide benefits such as better adaptation to changes in the innovation environment that are more effective, and to achieve competitive advantage organizations need to understand their business context and identify the most relevant and effective basic competency components in achieving strategic goals. they.    

Along with the development of regions in Indonesia, followed by population growth, there will be an increase in development and settlements that affect the environment to become quite dense. This resulted in limited land and water so that cultivation activities were also limited. Banjaragung Village is a village located in Bareng District, Jombang Regency. The majority of the livelihoods of the residents of Banjaragung Village are farmers. The aquaponics technique is suitable for application in Banjaragung Village because it includes simple agricultural technology in the form of cultivating fish and plants in one bucket (Budikdamber). The aim of implementing the aquaponics program is to take advantage of narrow land by making minders so that the harvest is expected to generate creative economic opportunities in society. There are two implementation methods, namely the holding of the Budikdamber Appropriate Technology socialization which was attended by PKK mothers and the BPP (Agricultural Extension Agency) Bareng and direct demonstrations. The results obtained are an increase in public knowledge about Budikdamber, can meet family food needs, and improve the community's economy.
