The development of the increasingly advanced times brings serious challenges to the formation of the character of the younger generation, especially at the elementary school levels. The phenomenon of declining religious values, discipline, and responsibility for students is a crucial issue that needs to be addressed immediately. This study aims to analyze the collaboration model between parents and schools in supporting tahfidz programs and their contribution to the formation of religious character, discipline, and student responsibility. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by examining various relevant previous research results, as well as a qualitative descriptive approach to understand the dynamics of the collaboration. The results of the study show that strong collaboration between parents and schools in the tahfidz program has a significant impact on the formation of students' character. Effective forms of collaboration include intensive communication, active participation in the tahfidz process, and moral and material support at home. Children who receive optimal assistance from their parents tend to show stronger religious character, discipline in managing time, and a higher sense of responsibility for memorization. On the contrary, limited parental time, lack of understanding of memorization methods, and differences in commitment are the main inhibiting factors in the success of the program. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that synergy between parents and schools is the main key to the success of the tahfidz program to build a generation of character. Recommendations for schools are to strengthen the communication system with parents, provide training in memorization techniques for families, and create a conducive learning environment both at school and at home. Further research is recommended to involve field studies to get a more comprehensive picture of the implementation of this collaboration.

Buddhist education in the millennial era faces various internal and external challenges, especially in adapting to the character of the younger generation who are highly dependent on information technology but weak in filtering moral values. Buddhist educational institutions also still face structural problems such as limited human resources, lack of contextual strengthening of Dhamma values, and an institutional image that is not yet strong in society. This study uses a library research method with content analysis and hermeneutics techniques to explore the relevance of Buddhist teachings to the dynamics of modern education. In the context of the Merdeka Belajar policy, Buddhist education has a great opportunity to transform through a flexible learning approach, strengthening student character, integrating spiritual values, and improving education management. In addition, the implementation of Buddhist leadership principles such as the Dasa Raja Dhamma and meditation practices can be a distinctive force that distinguishes Buddhist schools from other institutions. This transformation requires the active role of teachers, principals, foundations, and Buddhist organizations to synergize in building meaningful and competitive education in the digital era.

This study aims to examine the values of etiquette (adab) of students towards teachers as viewed by three prominent Islamic scholars: Imam Ghazali, Imam Az-Zarnuji, and Imam An-Nawawi. Etiquette towards teachers is considered a fundamental aspect of the teacher-student relationship in Islamic education, which emphasizes not only academic achievement but also moral values and ethics. Imam Ghazali, in his works, stresses the importance of respect, humility, and sincere intention in learning. Imam Az-Zarnuji, in his book Ta'lim al-Muta'allim, offers practical guidelines on student etiquette, including how to speak and behave appropriately towards teachers. Meanwhile, Hadrotus Syaikh Hasyim Asy’ari, in Adabul Alim Wal Muta'allim, advises students to always maintain proper manners with their teachers as a form of respect for both the knowledge and its possessor. This research employs a qualitative approach with content analysis to explore and compare the views of these three scholars regarding student-teacher etiquette. The findings reveal that, despite differences in expression and detail, all three scholars agree on the significance of etiquette as a foundational element in the learning process. These values of etiquette include politeness, exemplarity, respect, and loyalty in the pursuit of knowledge. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education, particularly in strengthening the harmonious relationship between students and teachers based on the etiquette values espoused by these scholars.

Christian education faces significant challenges in integrating the values of missional spirituality into its curriculum and teaching practices, particularly in the context of globalization, secularization, and a declining awareness of spiritual calling among educators. This study aims to examine the extent to which Pentecostal theological values such as prayer, worship, and mission are implemented in Christian education and how these values contribute to the formation of students' character and spirituality. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, curriculum document analysis, and open-ended questionnaires administered to teachers and students. The findings reveal that the integration of missional spirituality remains partial and lacks structured incorporation into both curriculum and pedagogy. However, when implemented contextually, these values have been shown to enhance learning motivation, shape Christian character, and deepen students’ spiritual lives. The study concludes that Pentecostal-based missional spirituality can holistically enrich Christian education. The primary contribution of this research is the development of a conceptual model for the contextual and practical integration of missional spirituality in Christian education, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and practical spiritual formation.

Islam is a holistic religion, covering various dimensions of life that are harmoniously integrated. The dimensions of Islam consist of aspects of faith (belief), worship (ritual), morality (morality), and muamalah (social interaction). In the dimension of faith, Islam emphasizes faith in Allah, angels, holy books, apostles, the last days, and destiny, which are the spiritual foundation of every Muslim. The dimension of worship includes the practice of Islamic teachings in the form of formal rituals such as prayer, fasting, zakat, and hajj, which not only bring individuals closer to Allah, but also strengthen social solidarity. On the moral dimension, Islam teaches universal moral values, such as honesty, patience, and justice, which form the noble character of the individual. Meanwhile, the muamalah dimension includes the procedures for social, economic, and political interaction, which is based on the principles of justice, balance, and mutual benefit. These four dimensions complement each other, creating a balanced framework of life between a vertical relationship with God and a horizontal relationship with fellow humans and the environment. This research aims to explore the meaning, function, and relevance of the Islamic dimensions in modern life. With a descriptive qualitative approach, the results of the study show that a comprehensive understanding of the dimensions of Islam can be a solution to various contemporary challenges, such as moral crises, social inequality, and environmental degradation. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to examine the impact of social media on the honesty of teenagers toward their parents in Stabat Lama Barat Village. The aim of this research is to describe the extent to which the use of social media influences teenagers’ honest behavior in communication and interaction with their parents. In an increasingly advanced digital era, social media is not only a source of entertainment but also has a significant influence on character development and moral values, including honesty. The results show that some teenagers tend to hide their social media activities from their parents, either due to privacy concerns, fear of being scolded, or the desire to create a certain image online. This behavior leads to reduced openness and honesty in their daily lives. However, there are also teenagers who are able to use social media wisely while upholding honesty within the family. Factors such as moral education at home, parenting styles, and social environment play an important role in shaping honest attitudes among teenagers despite the rapid growth of digitalization.

The entry of foreign cultures into Indonesia is one of the impacts of the increasingly widespread globalization. These new cultures underwent a process of acculturation and, over time, began to dominate local cultures. If the original culture is not well preserved, there is a risk that it will be eroded and replaced by new influences that are present. In an effort to preserve Indonesia's cultural richness, the younger generation has a very important role in filtering and choosing what is useful and what is not. However, the presence of foreign cultures often makes people, especially the millennial generation, prioritize personal freedom over moral values. This results in many of them forgetting norms and traditions in order to satisfy individual desires. This research aims to research and explain the actions and responses of the younger generation to foreign cultures, as well as the impact caused by globalization due to the entry of new cultures, both positive and negative. The results of the discussion show that the influence of foreign culture has made many millennial generations begin to forget the original Indonesian culture and ignore the norms in society. Even so, there are still some generations who are trying hard to maintain these cultural values in their daily lives. This research is expected to provide benefits to the community and the millennial young generation, so that they are more aware of the importance of preserving and preserving Indonesia's indigenous culture.
