Jackfruit leaves are one of the medical plants that have many benefits. In general, jackfruit leaves are known as animal feed, but behind their function as animal feed, jackfruit leaves have health benefits because jackfruit leaves contain antimicrobials including flavonoids, tannins, saponins that can dissolve in water and can work to damage cytoplasmic membranes and denature cell proteins bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus is a gram-positive bacterium and is arranged in clusters (like grapes). Some infectious diseases caused by these bacteria are impetigo, boils, acne, wound infections, toxic shock syndrome, and other types of pathogenic. This study was conducted to determine the effect of jackfruit leaf extract dissolved using 70% ethanol as a solvent on the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The method used is the maceration method for the phytochemical screening test, and the disc diffusion method for the antibacterial activity test. The results of the phytochemical screening contained secondary metabolite compounds in jackfruit leaves and for the results of the antibacterial activity test of jackfruit leaf ethanol extract against the growth of staphylococcus aureus bacteria there was antibacterial activity inhibition with high inhibition at 80% concentration with a diameter of 13mm.

Skincare are very important for facial care. There are various skin problems one of which is premature aging and dull skin. The perpose of the writer is to know and explain the process making mangosteen skin serum and white rice as anti-aging and brightening, to find out and explain the benefits of mangosteen skin and white rice as anti-aging and brightening and to explain the public acceptance of the mangosteen skin serum and the white rice as anti-aging and brightening. the methoud used is observation, documentation, experiment, interview, questionares and literature. The third experiment produced the composition are 2ml glyserin, 1,5ml mangosteen extract, 1,5ml white rice extract, 5ml aquades, 0,5ml phenoxythanol, 1gr allantoin and 0,5g hydroxtethyl cellulose. Gives off the color beige, nice smell, thick texture and a moist application. After 14 times use, the face will feel moist, bright and fine line and wrikles on the faces are camouflaged. Based on public trials, the average output of 30 panels is the third product with an average of 3,43. The second product has an average of 3,26 and the first product hasan average of 2,93. Thus, it can be concluded that products could be the innovation of problems of premature aging and dull skin

Soursop leaves contain steroid or terpenoid compounds, flavonoids, coumarins, alkaloids, and tannins. The flavonoid compounds in soursop leaves work as antioxidants. The purpose of this study was to find out how to make Peel Off face masks from soursop leaves, to find out the benefits of Peel Off facial masks from soursop leaves on facial skin calls, to determine public acceptance of Peel Off facial masks products from soursop leaves to reduce acne. The researcher used the observation method, the interview method, the experimental method, the documentation method, the R&D method, and the questionnaire method. Peel Off mask product from soursop leaves has a composition of soursop leaf extract 3gr, Natrosol 5gr, Propylene Glycol 6ml, Propyl paraben 1gr, Methyl paraben 1gr, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 2gr, distilled water 6ml distilled water, 9ml polyvinyl alcohol. From the results of public trials to the public, the products made are effective in reducing whitehead acne, acne in the T zone, acne papules, acne fulminans, acne menchanica, and can brighten the face. The results of the calculation of public acceptance of the Peel Off facial mask product from soursop leaves of the fifth experiment have an average color result of 3.5. Thickness 3.5. Texture 3.6. Scent 3.4. Side effects 3.5. This Peel Off face mask from soursop leaves is suitable for use on the face because it contains antibacterial and antioxidant properties that are very effective in reducing acne.

The tapak dara plant is known as an ornamental plant that is efficacious for relieving muscle pain , antidepressant , medicine for various diseases ( ie relieving swelling caused by wasp stings , nosebleeds and sore throats ), antidote , antibacterial , and lowering blood pressure in humans . Purpose of   Research of this is to identify the content of the chemical from the leaves of tread virgin ( Catharantus roseus ), which serves as an antibacterial and to test the activity of antibacterial extract ethanol leaves tread virgin ( Catharantus roseus ) against the growth of bacteria Staphylococcus aureus by using the method of diffusion in order. Method which are used in research this is experimental by using the method of diffusion in order. This study used concentrations of 5%, 20%, 60%, and 80%. Positive control (+) chloramphenicol antibiotic , negative control (-) aquadest . Results of the study is the extract of leaves of Tread Dara ( Catharantus roseus ) can inhibit the growth of bacteria in a concentration of 80% by having an average zone of inhibition of which is 21 mm including the category is very strong and the concentration of 60% at 20 mm.

Fragrant pandanus is a type of monocot plant from the pandanaceae family. Fragrant pandan leaves have various ingredients and can be used as antibacterial ingredients and are safe to use, which have been known empirically by the Indonesian people. There are many benefits to the fragrant pandan leaf plant (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb), namely as an analgesic (toothache medicine) and antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical content, formulation and stability test in mouthwash preparations. In this study, the maceration method is used which is used to filter simplicia containing chemical components that are easily soluble in liquid. The results of this study indicate that in the phytochemical screening test there are chemical compounds which include flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins, which are thought to have contributed to bacterial activity. Research has also been carried out on the formulation and stability test of mouthwash preparations from the ethanol extract of pandan fragrant  leaves  (Pandanus  amaryllifolius roxb)  where  the  results  show  that  the  formulation  can  be  used  as mouthwash of fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius roxb) with different concentrations in formulation I. as much as 15.5%, in formulation II as much as 16.5%, and in formulation III 17.5%. And the physical quality test of the mouthwash includes an organoleptic test which has a distinctive smell of fragrant pandan leaves and menthol and the pH test has a stable pH of 5. The results obtained basically produce mouthwash with good physical quality.

 Infection prevention therapy generally uses antibiotics (Priyanto, 2009) where inappropriate use of antibiotics (Paterson, et al., 2005) can cause resistance to antibiotics. Increasing bacterial resistance to antibiotics provides a great opportunity to obtain antibacterial compounds by utilizing the diversity of plants in Indonesia (Manik et al, 2018). Dayak onions on Lembata Island are known as forest onions, their alkaloid content has an antimicrobial function. This research aims to further study the potential of Dayak onion bulbs / forest onions (Eleutherine palmifolia) (L) Merr taken from the Lembata area, East Nusa Tenggara, in inhibiting the growth of Gram-negative Escherichia coli bacteria which include the Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) strain. ) with Escherichia coli bacteria. Dayak onion 96% ethanol extract was made in a concentration of 10% to 100% which was tested with ESBL strain Escherichia coli bacteria, the inhibitory power formed was measured to determine the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) value. Data obtained from Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract has antimicrobial activity in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria in Dayak onion (Eleutherine palmifolia) L (Merr) ethanol powder extract at concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% of Escherichia coli bacteria is a concentration that is included in the weak group.

Dates milk tempe is an alternative drink for health, which is made from tempe extract with natural sweetener honey and enriched with dates, so it is safe and healthy for consumption by all ages. The research objectives were to determine: 1) the organoleptic quality of date palm tempe milk; 2) community acceptance of date palm tempe milk; 3) determine the content of carbohydrates, protein and fat. The research method of making date palm milk is carried out in accordance with the procedure for making tempe milk. Organoleptic tests to determine acceptance were carried out on 30 semi-trained and untrained panelists. The nutritional content of date palm tempeh is calculated using the Gizipro application. The results showed that date palm milk has sensory characteristics of sweet and savory taste, aroma of soybean tempeh and dates, thick texture and dark brown color. Contains 5.31 g carbohydrates; 0.11 g protein; 0.14 g fat; and 2.14 mg of calcium. It has low carbohydrates, low fat content compared to tempeh milk, so it can be drunk by all ages and can prevent degenerative diseases.

Telang flower is generally used as food coloring amd traditional medicine. The contents of telang flower has many benefits for humans. Also, it is hoped that the use of telang flower in the manufacture of lip balm will be a new innovation in cosmetic products. The aim of this research is to create a lip balm based on telang flower which functions to moisturize the lips. This research uses literature, ekasperiment, documentation, observation, and public teasting methods. This experiment resulted in two products with different compositions. In addition, that the two products have been tested publicly on 20 panelists ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. From 20 panelists who have tried 2 lip balm products. It was found that most pf them preferred products with a composition of 8 grams of teang flower extract, 50 grams of coconut oil, 30 grams of olive oil, 300 grams of beeswax, and 15 grams of ethanol. This can be seen from the public test average calculation score oh the favorite indicator, namely 2,5. Basade on the statemensts above, it can be concluded that the opporatunity to be developed as a new innovation in the world of cosmetics.

Fever can be interpreted as a body temperature that is higher (>37°C) than normal temperature because of the temperature control center in the hypothalamus, the temperature control center balances temperature during health or fever by regulating the formation and release of heat. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to determine the antipyretic effectiveness of various concentrations of extracts. In this study, 5% peptone was used to induce fever in 15 white rats which were divided into 5 treatment groups. Groups 1 was given 1% NaCMC as a negative control, groups 2 was given paracetamol 9 mg/200gBB) as a positive control, groups 3 was given 10% lire leaf extract (2 mg/200gBB), groups 4 was given 20% lire leaf extract (4 mg/200gBB), and groups 5 was given 40% lire leaf extract (8 mg/200gBB). This results of this study obtained extract levels of 7,44% and there was a weak antipyretic effect at concentrations of 10% and 20% lire leaf extract, while the greatest antipyretic effect was found in 40% lire leaf extract, almost comparable to 9 mg paracetamol.

Turi (Sesbania grandiflora L) is native to Southeast Asia. This plant is used as a medicinal plant and also a vegetable. Turi (Sesbania grandiflora L) is a plant that is efficacious for the treatment of various diseases such as analgesic, antipyretic, diuretic and laxative. The purpose of this study was to identify the content of secondary metabolites in turi leaf extract extracted with ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane as solvents. This research was conducted in two stages, namely extraction by maceration method using ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane as solvents. And the identification stage of secondary metabolites consisting of identification of alkaloids, steroids, terpenoids, saponins and flavonoids. The results showed that the positive ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts contained flavonoids, saponins, terpenoids and steroids, while the negative n-hexane extract contained secondary metabolites.

Wedang cemue is a traditional drink originating from the Ngawi area, East Java. The existence of wedang cemue is getting eliminated due to the presence of instant drink that we ready to serve and more practical. To preserve the existence of wedang cemue, an innovation is needed that can promote its existence, which is made cemue into to instant. The purpose of this study was to determine the preference of instant cemue, as well as to determine of antioxidant activity. The product preference test (taste, color and aroma) used hedonic scale. The preference test involved 25 panelist. A part from the hedonic test, antioxidant activity test were also carried out using the DPPH test. This study used a Completely Randomized Design with 1 factor that is the variation of formulations (4 formulations). Each formulation was repeated 3 times. The data obtained werw analyzed using ANOVA and further testing with DMRT. The results of cemue instant showed that the formulation I obtained higher acceptability on color (3,84), aroma (3,68) and taste (3,88). The antioxidant activity of formulation I showed the highest result (71,507).

Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffal L.) contains anthocyanins which can be used as natural dyes and at the same time as an antioxidant that functions as an antidote to free radicals. The aim of this research was to formulate and test the physical characteristics of the blush on cream preparation from the essence of Rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) as a natural dye. This type of research is an experiment in the laboratory. The extract of Rosella calis flower is crushed and the filtrate is taken by extracting it. The extract is made into blush on cream preparations with a concentration of 20%, 40% and 60%. The organoleptic test results of blush on cream on the control were soft textured, white, smelled like cream, soft-textured F1, ivory white, Rosella flower-like smell, soft-textured F2, light cream colored, Roselle flower-like smell, and F3 small granular texture pink color, distinctive smell of Rosella flower, homogeneity test on homogeneous control, homogeneous F1, homogeneous F2, and not homogeneous F3, control pH test values: 6, F1: 6, F2: 6, F3: 4, control spreadability test: 6 , 3 cm, F1: 5.7 cm, F2: 5 cm, F3: 4.5 cm, control adhesion test: 4.42 seconds, F1: 4.21 seconds, F2: 4.19 seconds, F3: 4.12 seconds and emulsion type test on control: M / A, F1: M / A, F2 M / A, F3: M / A. The formulation and physical characteristics test of blush cream from the extract of Rosella flower petals (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) cannot be formulated as a blush cream preparation and does not have good characteristics, one of which is the exposure to light and heating during the formulation.

Pain is a defense mechanism of the body and caused by tissue damage to the body due to injury, accident or medical action. Traditionally, cashew leaves were used in curing inflammation, pain, toothache, wound healing, rheumatism as well as dysentery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of analgetic power of cashew leaf ethanol extract (Anacardium occidentale L.) in white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research conducted is experimental research, with chemical excitatory methods. The test animals were divided into 5 groups with each treatment of 3 mice. Group I Na CMC 1%, group II Paracetamol, group III cashew leaf ethanol extract 10%, group IV cashew leaf ethanol extract 20%, and group V cashew leaf ethanol extract 40% given orally. Pain inductors are 1% induced acetic acid intraperitonially. Observed the amount of mice geliat for 1 hour and calculated percent analgetic power. The results obtained in this study have properties as analgetics with analgetic power concentration of 10%: 82.73%, concentration of 20%: 84.89%, and concentration of 40%: 88.48%.

Cork Fish (Channa striata) is used for traditional medicine and is one of the economically important fish in Indonesia so that it contains protein and albumin which are important for health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the snakehead fish extract ointment on the healing of burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus). Then burns in rabbits were observed for up to 11 days. The data analysis used was using the Independent Sample t-test with the help of Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the research formula one can be the t value count 4,666 and the table t value 2,085 and the second formula obtained is the t value count  of 2,185 and the table t value of 2,085 according totheresearch hypothesis is accept H1 then formula one dan formula two have an influence in the process of healing burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus).

Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) is a spice plant that produces essential oils of economic value. Especially the myristicin compounds contained in nutmeg oil have potential as antioxidants and also anti-aging. The content of nutmeg which shows antifungal activity is flavonoids, saponins and alkaloids. Flavonoids as antifungal compounds work by interfering with the permeability of fungal cell membranes and changing organic components and nutrient transport which ultimately results in toxic effects on fungi. This study aims to determine the chemical content and whether the nutmeg extract can be formulated in cream preparations as well as the results of the physical properties test on the preparation of the nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) ethanol extract of cream. The type of research used in this study was experimental research in the laboratory. Nutmeg (Myristica Fragrans), phytochemical screening test on nutmeg extract, cream preparation formulation, cream physical properties test (organoleptic test, pH test, homogeneity test, cream type test). Nutmeg extraction was carried out using the maceration method using 70% ethanol. The results of phytochemical screening of the ethanol extract of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) indicated the presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, and saponins. The preparation of cream of ethanol extract of nutmeg (Myristica fragrans) using a Vaseline album base ratio of F1 (10%), F2 (15%) and F3 (20%) had stable physical properties.

Sea urchin (Diadema setosum) is an aquatic biota that has high nutritional value. Bioactive compounds produced by sea urchins have the potential to be used as natural antibacterial compounds. This study aims to identify chemical compounds and determine the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of sea urchins (Diadema setosum) against the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The research method used is the agar diffusion method. The results of phytochemical screening of sea urchin extract (Diadema setosum) showed the presence of alkaloids and saponins. By using variations in the concentration of ethanol extract of sea urchin (Diadema setosum) at a concentration of 80% it had an inhibitory power of 18 mm, a concentration of 90% had an inhibitory power of 23 mm, a concentration of 100% had an inhibitory power of 28 mm and for a concentration of 110% had an inhibitory power of 35 mm. The positive control has a resistance of 30 mm and the negative control is 0 mm. The results showed that the ethanol extract of sea urchins (Diadema setosum) had a strong bacterial inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria.

Classification is one of the most widely used techniques in machine learning. Text classification is the process of classifying data according to pre-determined groups or classes. Where in most cases, text classification uses labeled training data to obtain the rules used to classify test data into predefined groups. In this study, it is proposed to use CountVectorizer for Indonesian text classification which will be compared with TF-IDF Term Weighting and its three feature levels, namely Character Level, Word Level and N-gram Level as feature extraction which is implemented together with Naive Bayes classification and the BPPPTIndToEngCorpusHalfM dataset. To compare the classification performance, this study uses 10-Fold Cross Validation and Split Data using a ratio of 90:10, while to evaluate the accuracy of the authors using the F1-Score and AUC with the hope that this study will get good accuracy results so that it can be used as a reference to be developed using another method. The F1-Score accuracy obtained in this study was 0.93 and the AUC score was 0.95.

Bintaro (Cerbera manghas L.) is widely used as an analgesic, anticonvulsant, cardiotonic, and hypotensive activity. In Thailand bintaro is used as traditional medicine such as bark used as an antipyretic, laxative and in the treatment of dysuria. The flower part is applied to treat hemorrhoids. Secondary metabolites are chemical compounds contained in plants that can be drawn by a suitable solvent through extraction methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of secondary metabolites contained in bintaro leaf extract using ethanol, acetone, and n-Hexan solvents based on phytochemical screening. This research was carried out through two stages, namely extraction using maceration method using ethanol, acetone, n-Hexan and phytochemical screening solvents consisting of screening alkaloids, terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, saponins, and tannins. The results showed that the bintaro leaf ethanol extract positively contained flavonoids, saponins, and tannins. The acetone extract of bintaro leaves positively contains, saponins and tannins. N-hexan daun bintaro extract positively contained steroids and alkaloids in testing with Dragendorft reagents, and was positive for Wagner reagents and negative for testing with Mayer reagents

Diabetes melitus menjadi masalah kesehatan di dunia karena terjadi peningkatan setiap tahun. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan obat atau agensi terapi yang efektif dan murah untuk menanggulangi diabetes melitus. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda mempunyai kandungan antosianin dan betakaroten yang memiliki kemampuan menurunkan kadar gula darah, sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai obat tradisional yang efektif dan murah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian ekstrak kulit terong Belanda terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah tikus wistar jantan yang diinduksi aloksan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian pre and post test randomized controlled group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan tikus wistar jantan sebanyak 25 ekor  yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu perlakuan dengan aquadest (kontrol negatif), ekstrak kulit terong Belanda (Solanum betaceum) dosis 0,25 ; 0,75 ; 1,25 g/kg BB dan metformin sebagai obat diabetes dengan dosis 18 mg/tikus (kontrol positif). Semua kelompok diinduksi aloksan sampai dengan kadar gula darahnya mencapai ≥ 200 mg/dL lalu diukur kadar gula darah sebagai data pre test. Perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dan pada hari ke – 14 diukur kadar gula darah sebagai post test. Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda dosis 0,25; 0,75 dan 1,25 g/kg BB mampu menurunkan kadar gula darah secara signifikan selama 14 hari akan tetapi belum ada dosis yang memiliki efektifitas yang sebanding dengan metformin dalam penurunan kadar gula darah apabila diberikan selama 14 hari.Kata kunci: Ekstrak kulit terong Belanda, diabetes, tikus, aloksanABSTRACT Diabetes melitus is a health problem in the world because the sufferers increase from year to year. So that it is needed an effective and economical drug or therapeutic agency to cope with the disease. Tamarillo peel extract contains anthocyanin and beta-carotene which are capable to reducing blood sugar levels, so that it can be used as an effective and economical traditional medicine. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the administration of Tamarillo peel extract on decreasing blood sugar levels in male wistar rats induced by alloxan. The research method used a pre and post test randomized controlled group design. This study used 25 male wistar rats divided into 5 treatment groups namely aquadest treatment (negative control), metformin as a diabetes drug with a dose of 18 mg / rat (positive control), and Tamarillo skin extract (Solanum betaceum) dose 0, 25; 0.75; 1.25 g / kg BB. All treatment groups were induced by alloxan until their blood glucose levels reached ≥ 200 mg / dL then measured blood sugar levels as the pre test data. The treatment was given for 14 days and on the 14th day blood sugar levels were measured as a post test. Tamarillo peel extract dose of 0.25; 0.75 and 1.25 g / kg BB can significantly reduce blood glucose levels for 14 days but there is no dose that has an effectiveness comparable to metformin in reducing blood glucose levels if given for 14 days.Keywords: Tamarillo peel extract, diabetes, rats, alloxan
