Recent developments in information and communication technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) provide new opportunities to increase the efficiency and accuracy of performance assessment. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to a remote work model has created a need for technology solutions to unify and transmit the performance of employees working from multiple locations. The use of technology in performance management evaluations may raise concerns regarding data security and privacy, inconvenience or resistance to employees or stakeholders. Not all employees or managers have the same level of skill and understanding of the technology being implemented and it requires a high initial investment in maintenance and upgrades. This article provides an understanding of how technology can be applied in management performance evaluation and its benefits in increasing efficiency, objectivity and accuracy in employee assessment as well as providing recommendations for innovation and changes in the use of technology in management performance evaluation. The methodology used is a qualitative method by collecting data from various information sources. Some of the positive impacts of implementing technology in performance evaluation management are increased efficiency and productivity, real-time feedback, increased objectivity and fairness, more accurate and measurable performance monitoring. The technologies that can be used are Go Talent, Feedback and Recognition Systems, Analytics Technology, Application-Based Performance Evaluation Systems, Use of AI for Objective Evaluation and Chabots for Feedback.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Decision Support Systems (DSS) have become a central component of digital transformation initiatives across various industries. While prior studies have primarily emphasized technical aspects such as accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency, less attention has been given to the integration of human-centered principles and scalable architectural design. This study aims to examine how AI-based DSS can be enhanced through the combined application of Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HCAI) principles and scalable AI architecture. Using a qualitative, literature-based research methodology, this study systematically analyzes peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus to identify key dimensions influencing the effectiveness and sustainability of AI-driven DSS. The findings indicate that technical capabilities alone are insufficient to ensure successful adoption and long term impact. Instead, transparency, explainability, ethical governance, and user empowerment core elements of HCAI are critical for fostering trust and user acceptance. Furthermore, scalable architectural principles, including modularity, interoperability, and adaptability, are essential for enabling AI-based DSS to operate reliably in large-scale and dynamic environments. This study contributes a unified conceptual framework that bridges technical scalability and human-centered design, offering theoretical insights and practical guidance for developing trustworthy, scalable, and sustainable AI-based Decision Support Systems in digital transformation contexts.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbots into customer service operations within digital banks has become a transformative trend in the banking sector, particularly in Indonesia. This study examines the effectiveness of AI chatbots in improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in three selected Indonesian digital banks. The research focuses on evaluating the impact of AI chatbots in reducing response times, handling high volumes of customer inquiries, and improving service availability. The study also delves into customer feedback, measuring satisfaction with the ease of use, personalization, and responsiveness of the AI systems. The results demonstrate that AI chatbots significantly enhance customer service efficiency by reducing wait times and automating routine inquiries, which reduces the need for human intervention. Additionally, customers reported high satisfaction with the round-the-clock availability of AI chatbots and the personalized financial advice provided. However, despite these benefits, challenges related to data security, chatbot accuracy, and customer adaptation to automated systems remain prevalent. Data privacy concerns and issues regarding the chatbot's ability to handle complex queries were noted as limiting factors in customer trust and satisfaction. The study highlights the implications of these findings for the future of digital banking in Indonesia, emphasizing the need for improved chatbot integration, stronger data security measures, and enhanced user experience design. The integration of AI in customer service operations holds significant potential for digital banks and the broader financial sector to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the evolving expectations of customers.

Students have difficulty designing or writing manuscripts that will be published in accredited national journals. The purpose of this service is to provide solutions with training and mentoring activities for female students who will or are writing accredited scientific journal manuscripts by utilizing Chat GPT management both theoretically and practically. The action learning method, which consists of several stages starting with preparation, implementation, and evaluation, is the method used in this service, which is carried out face-to-face. The results of this service have a very significant impact on female students in making national journal manuscripts, starting from making titles to pamphlets with Chat GPT management. This can be seen from the test results before and after the training

Advances in artificial intelligence technology are increasingly being used to accelerate and improve the quality of various fields of work, including academic research. Referring to this, online training on the use of AI software for 287 lecturers from universities throughout Indonesia has been interactive. This 3-day training provides practical learning regarding the features and benefits of software such as Claude, GPT-3, and Elicit as well as Publish or Perish for literature review assistance; quantitative and qualitative data analysis; writing drafts of scientific articles; to editing published works. Post-training evaluation shows a significant increase in lecturers' digital literacy in utilizing artificial intelligence to accelerate the research cycle and publication of reputable journals. The enthusiasm of the participants shows the urgency of expanding similar programs so that lecturer competence is more competitive in the industrial era 4.0 to increase the productivity and quality of research and scientific work in higher education institutions in Indonesia.

Urban traffic congestion is a growing problem in Indonesian cities, affecting economic productivity and quality of life. This research explores the development of a smart traffic management system utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to analyze traffic patterns and optimize flow. The proposed system collects real-time data and uses predictive analytics to adjust traffic signals dynamically. Field tests in Jakarta demonstrate a 15% improvement in traffic flow and reduced travel times during peak hours. The findings suggest significant potential for scalable smart city solutions in urban traffic management across Indonesia.

This study explores an artificial intelligence (AI)-based predictive maintenance system for industrial machinery in Indonesian manufacturing. By utilizing machine learning algorithms, the system can analyze real-time machine data to predict equipment failures and recommend timely maintenance actions. The implementation of predictive maintenance has shown to reduce machine downtime by 20% and improve operational efficiency in manufacturing plants in Jakarta and Surabaya. This paper discusses the technical design of the predictive maintenance system, its economic impact on production costs, and implications for Indonesia's industrial sector.

This study is a qualitative literature review aimed at exploring the challenges and opportunities of integrating generative artificial intelligence (GAI) in human resource management (HRM) practices. GAI, as an advanced technology, holds significant potential to enhance operational efficiency in HRM through the automation of administrative tasks, improved accuracy in performance evaluations, and the development of more interactive and adaptive employee training. However, its implementation also faces several challenges, including employee resistance to change and the unpreparedness of technological infrastructure. Furthermore, ethical issues such as algorithmic bias in recruitment processes are a major concern, potentially exacerbating inequities if not properly monitored. This research identifies that the success of integrating GAI into HRM depends on the organization’s readiness to address technological and ethical challenges, as well as the importance of careful planning. The findings provide valuable insights for organizations in designing effective strategies for GAI integration to improve performance and organizational dynamics while addressing potential risks.

This research aims to explore the ethical dimensions in the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on its social and moral implications. The research method involves a literature review to gain a profound understanding of the social and moral impact arising from AI development. Analysis is conducted on various literature sources, including articles, books, and AI-related ethical initiatives. The Future of Life Institute highlights the significant potential of artificial intelligence across various sectors but also underscores significant ethical challenges. This initiative requires careful understanding and handling to ensure that AI development aligns with moral and social values. Ethical issues related to unfair compensation for workers in the 'mechanical turk' industry and the impact of technology companies on human rights and democracy are identified. Furthermore, the research describes ethical issues in the use of personal data to train AI models, emphasizing individual rights regarding trained models and the protection of data subject identities. Additionally, the relationship between humans and robots raises ethical questions about their influence on human values and the potential for violent impacts. This exploration also discusses AI-related ethical initiatives emphasizing human rights, well-being, accountability, and transparency. The Ethically Aligned Design Guidelines from IEEE serve as a primary reference, emphasizing the need for AI development based on ethical principles and human rights. In conclusion, this research underscores the importance of awareness regarding the social and moral implications in AI development. Moral principles such as openness, accountability, justice, security, and freedom serve as guiding principles to ensure that AI provides positive benefits without sacrificing human values.

In an era of cultural acceleration and rapid advancements in science and technology, this research evaluates the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Informatics at SMA Negeri 8 Maros, focusing on enhancing student creativity. Employing a quantitative method within the Classroom Action Research framework, this study involves cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collected through creativity tests, surveys, and class observations reveal that PBL significantly boosts student creativity. These findings are crucial, considering the critical role of education in preparing future generations for digital era challenges. This study highlights how education, especially in Informatics covering programming, artificial intelligence, and computer networking, can adapt to changing times. By integrating technology and innovative approaches into the learning process, students can enhance creativity and other essential skills needed in the digital age. This research offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers in preparing students for a bright, sustainable future.    

Cultural development in Indonesia, driven by science and technology, places education as the key to achieving national goals. Focusing on the practice stage in educational technology provides practical experience at SMA Negeri 8 Maros. Informatics learning involves programming, artificial intelligence, and computer networks. Research at SMA Negeri 8 Maros involved 35 class X.5 students with a focus on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Strengthening the Teaching Profession (P2K) from 4 September to 30 October 2023, creating innovative learning tools for the integration of office applications. Students are required to master office applications and online communication skills. The Pancasila student profile emphasizes critical thinking skills, independence and creativity. The results of implementing Informatics learning using the PBL model show a positive impact on student motivation, increasing enthusiasm, and building critical thinking skills. Students who apply PBL produce higher grades. Informatics learning classification is important for understanding computational thinking and computer systems. The application of the PBL model has a positive impact making students more creative and independent in creating projects using Microsoft Office.    

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for the government and public sector to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service to the community. The government needs to adopt concrete steps to improve ASN competency so that they can keep up with developments in information and communication technology (ICT). Implementation of the ASN competency development strategy will enable ASN to use artificial intelligence facilities for analytical purposes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services.

The main focus of the journal is on the technological concepts introduced in the story, including the use of Melange as an energy source for the Holtzman Drive, the development of artificial intelligence, shields versus laser weapons, as well as water distillation technology used by the Fremen. This journal explains the impact of dependence on technology in the political, social and economic context of the universe created by Herbert. This research also discusses the contradiction in the acceptance of technology between human needs and the prohibition on the use of computers in the history of the Dune universe.

The role of teachers will be greatly transformed by artificial intelligence, including in terms of creating learning media. Media in this case is very necessary to attract students' enthusiasm in participating in learning, as well as to create fun, meaningful, creative and interactive learning. The use of Pictory and Fliki AI makes it easier for teachers to create learning media because the Pictory and Fliki features are able to automatically visualize a text into an educational video according to a certain topic. The targets of activities in implementing this service activity are teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Gorontalo City. This activity contributes to the creation of creative and fun learning based on current developments, namely the use of technology. The implementation of this service activity uses the Training and Mentoring method.

AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The findings include the utilization of technologies such as 1) smartwatches, 2) computers, 3) sensors, 4) databases, and 5) Nano Technology.

The transformation of work in the digital era has had a major impact on the modern job market. Technology has changed the way work is done, with automation, artificial intelligence and digitalization playing a key role. This results in a change in the skills required, with an emphasis on technology understanding, problem solving, and creativity. This research aims to examine the analysis of the impact of technology on the modern job market. The type of research used is using qualitative methods with a library research approach, and descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that there are challenges, including unequal access to technology, which can increase social and economic disparities. Additionally, concerns about data security, privacy and the psychological impact of digital work have also emerged.

The science fiction novel "Only Human" by Sylvain Neuvel summarizes the journey of humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in interacting with alien creatures on a mysterious planet. This research uses a hermeneutic method to deepen understanding of the story context. The main focus of research is the character of AI, Technology, Robots and Aliens which play a central role in facilitating communication between humans and aliens. In this case it explores how the presence of AI supports human efforts to understand very alien culture and technology. In the process of analysis, we also explore the ethical and moral aspects that arise along with the use of AI in the context of intersex relationships. With a hermeneutic method, highlighting how contextual interpretation and understanding enriches the analysis of the complex dynamics between humans, AI, and aliens. This research provides in-depth insight into the concepts of artificial intelligence, technology, robots, and aliens in the narrative "Only Human," which is expected to stimulate further thinking about the future of human interaction with artificial intelligence and extraterrestrial life.

Benefits that will be obtained from chat-gpt GPT in education is learning that is done personally, accessible and affordable, helps students with assignments and can solve problems. But of course, anything created by humans will never be 100% accurate and has no flaws, chat-gpt also has limitations, namely, such as limited understanding, the inability to replace people's creative work, answers that are not always accurate , has an inability to differentiate between a fact and an opinion and the need for a stable internet connection

Society 5.0 aims to make things easier by integrating virtual and physical spaces and incorporating artificial intelligence (hereafter referred to as AI). Therefore, the purpose of this research is to utilize AI as legal aid towards Society 5.0 in Indonesia. Artificial intelligence in the legal field helps many legal practitioners in conducting due diligence and investigations that are usually done by lawyers.  AI can also analyze legal documents and find weaknesses and flaws in legal documents, usually contracts. This shows the huge potential of artificial intelligence. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with AI being used more widely in this country, becoming a legal tool to solve people's problems.
