In order to enhance the entrepreneurial spirit among the younger generation, especially among students, the Faculty of Economics teaching staff, supported by the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Muara Bungo University, conducted Community Service activities with the theme "Application of Kaizen Culture to Enhance the Entrepreneurial Spirit Among Students." This community service activity was conducted in the Auditorium of Muara Bungo University. The method used is a Seminar  with a participatory learning approach. The results of the Entrepreneurship Seminar  are expected to enhance the spirit and entrepreneurial mindset of students by being to apply the Kaizen Culture philosophy. Where students can become entrepreneurs themselves, which, if pursued diligently, can become a promising alternative profession that can serve as a primary source of income in the future.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of financial technology and social influence partially and simultaneously on financial behavior of outsourced workers in Batam City. The method used in this research uses a method, namely the type of research used in this research is a quantitative research method. This research uses an analytical tool is SPSS Version 23. The population in this study was all students at Stambuk Potensi Utama University in 2023 totaling 1253 students. The population in this study are all outsourced workers scattered in Batam City whose numbers cannot be known and recorded with certainty. The sampling method in this study uses accidental sampling technique. By using the Zikmund formula, the final sample size used was 100 people. The results of this research are (1) Financial technology partially has a positive and significant effect on financial behaviour, (2) Social influence partially has a positive and significant effect on financial behaviour (3) Financial technology and social influence together or simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to the financial behavior of outsourced workers in Batam City.

Political education is one of the most important methods to prepare the younger generation to not only understand their rights and obligations in politics, but also have self-confidence in political parties. This study was conducted at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) to identify organizational practices in providing political education to students. Data collection was carried out using qualitative methods and case study designs, with 20 respondents from the organizational community, as well as observation and document analysis. The findings show that student organizations make a significant contribution to increasing student participation in politics through various activities such as leadership training and public discussions. However, issues such as active participation and students' understanding of politics are the main focus. Therefore, political education through student organizations must continue to be developed in order to better prepare students to become critical thinkers with integrity in everyday life.

The use of glottal sounds is a unique feature of the Madurese language, serving as both a phonological marker and a linguistic identity. This study aims to analyze the patterns of glottal sound usage in the speech of students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember, focusing on formal and informal contexts. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of speech recordings. Results reveal that glottal sounds are more frequently used in informal communication than in formal settings, reflecting the speakers' social and cultural dynamics. These findings provide important insights into how regional languages are preserved in academic environments and contribute to the efforts of preserving the Madurese language.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Consumer Satisfaction on TikTok Shop users partially and simultaneously. Including quantitative studies, this study applies the Lameshow and purposive formulas to determine the sample, namely 100 respondents of students of the Faculty of Economics, University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya, TikTok Shop users in Surabaya. The results of the analysis using SPSS show that Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception affect Consumer Satisfaction partially, positively and significantly. The three variables also affect Consumer Satisfaction positively, significantly and simultaneously.

The implementation of promoting circumcision practices, the method used in the activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This ABCD method emphasizes community assets and strengths compared to their needs or problems. The mass circumcision counseling program "Ceria: Healthy Steps Towards the Future" at the Sunan Giri University Surabaya (Unsuri) campus seeks to increase students' knowledge about the importance of reproductive health. In addition to discussing circumcision practices, this activity also teaches participants about the importance of circumcision from a religious perspective and health benefits. Although this program has had many beneficial impacts, some groups still have difficulty understanding and participating, and they continue to have concerns about its safety and effectiveness. As a result, this counseling is a valuable forum to discuss health issues, foster community cohesion, and raise awareness of the importance of reproductive health prevention. The success of this program is expected to be a stepping stone for broader health programs in the future and inspire children to actively participate in preserving their environment and health.

This study aims to test the influence of Perceived Ease and Perceived Security on the Decision of OVO E-Wallet Users. The data collection method uses a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online. The population used is Active Students of Jakarta State University (D3, D4, S1) with the criteria of Domiciled in Jabodetabek; aged 18 years and over; and have used the OVO E-wallet service as a payment transaction method in the last 2 weeks. This study involved 100 respondents, and the data was analyzed using SPSS Version 29 to manage data and analyze the results of the study using multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study indicate that 1) perceived ease has a positive and significant effect on user decisions, 2) perceived security has a positive and significant effect on user decisions, 3) perceived ease and perceived security simultaneously influence user decisions.

Research was conducted to determine the factors that influence students’ interest in entrepreneurship. The methode used is a quantitative method, the research population is students at at Pasim National University in semesters 3 and 4, the research sampel consisted of 86 respondents. The collected data was analyzed using validity, reliability and simpel regression analysis tests. The results of the analysis show that the data meets the validity and reliability test requirements, the results of the partial analysis of the emotional intelligence variable have an influence of 5,221 on interest in entrepreneurship, the family environment has an influence of 4,823 in student interest in entrepreneuship and self efficacy has an impact of 5,882 on student interest in entrepreneuship. This value is greater. From the t table values of 1,663 so that partially each variable has an impact on interest in entrepreneurship, simultaneous analysis there is a significant influence from the variables emotional intelligence, environment family and sel-efficacy towards students’ entrepreneurial interests.

The financial literacy level in Indonesia, particularly among vocational high school (SMK) students, remains low. Limited understanding of investments and the high risk of falling victim to fraudulent schemes are major concerns. This financial literacy seminar aimed to provide basic knowledge about investments, their types, steps to start investing, and characteristics of fraudulent investments. The seminar was conducted at an SMK in Bekasi using an interactive lecture method and was attended by 45 students. The seminar began with material presentation, followed by a Q&A session and an interactive quiz. The results showed that most participants understood the material and were able to distinguish between low-risk and high-risk investments. Approximately half of the participants actively engaged in discussions, indicating increased awareness of the importance of financial literacy. Participants responded positively to the seminar and expressed interest in similar programs with different themes in the future. In conclusion, this seminar effectively improved the financial literacy of SMK students and made a positive contribution to building a financially aware younger generation.

This research aims to analyze the level of anxiety of volleyball students at Surabaya State University Surabaya State University before competing. This research uses a descriptive. Descriptive quantitative approach with the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS) questionnaire instrument which includes cognitive, somatic, motor, and affective dimensions. The sample consisted of 17 students aged 19-21 years with 1-8 years of volleyball playing experience. The results showed that the majority of students had a low level of anxiety (88,24%) with an average score of 36,941. Cognitive anxiety was the while somatic and motor anxiety were at low levels. This study underscores the importance of anxiety management through mental training and appropriate coping strategies for the mental training and appropriate coping strategies to improve athlete performance during competition.

Sexual violence in the university environment is a significant challenge in creating a safe and supportive educational atmosphere. This phenomenon is influenced by unequal power relations, patriarchal culture, and lack of understanding and application of legal protection. Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 30 of 2021 is presented as a legal framework to prevent and handle sexual violence in higher education, with strategic steps such as the formation of the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence (PPKS Task Force). This research aims to examine the juridical aspects of protecting students and teaching staff from sexual violence, analyze the implementation of regulations, and identify obstacles faced in their implementation. This research uses a normative-juridical method, which prioritizes the analysis of laws and regulations, legal documents, and related legal theories. The results show that although the regulation has provided quite detailed guidelines, its implementation still faces challenges in the form of social stigma, lack of resources, and gaps between policy and practice. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of continuous evaluation and education to improve the effectiveness of regulations and encourage universities to become agents of change in the fight against sexual violence.

As university students, our main task is not only to achieve academic achievements, but also to form strong, competent characters and be ready to face global challenges. Building a generation that is intelligent, characterized and competent as well as a process of self-maturation is an important step to prepare individuals who excel in science with integrity, leadership and good social skills. The intelligent generation has knowledge and skills according to the times, while the generation with character is able to integrate moral values, ethics and empathy in everyday life. In the context of higher education, this process is not only related to the formal curriculum, but also non-academic experiences that play a role in the personal growth of each student. The process of self-maturation in higher education trains students to be more independent, critical, and have a broad outlook on life and be responsive to various social problems. The formation of balanced character and competence will prepare students to contribute optimally in various aspects of life, including in the world of work, society and as responsible citizens. Therefore, it is important for every student to understand the essence of this process and commit to continuing to develop, both academically and personally, so that they can become a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has noble values ​​that can benefit the nation. and the world. Thus, higher education should not only focus on achieving academic degrees alone, but also on efforts to develop students who are mature in thinking, acting and character, so that they are able to face an increasingly complex and challenging world.

This research aims to find out how leadership style and organizational culture influence the performance of the management of the Student Activity Unit of the Institute for the Scientific Study of Faithful Students, Makassar State University (UKM LKIMB UNM) for the 2022-2023 period. The total population and sample used was 43 administrators. Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique carried out was multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26. The results of this research show that leadership style partially has a negative and significant influence on management performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on management performance. The leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant influence on management performance.

This study aims to examine the extent to which the utilization of ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of Pamulang University students in completing academic assignments. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The analysis technique used was a survey through a Google Form questionnaire involving 120 respondents. Respondents of this study were Pamulang University students from all study programs and regular lectures. The results showed that in general the utilization of ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of student academic task completion. This is indicated by the results of measuring five indicators of effectiveness which indicate that the use of ChatGPT can significantly increase the effectiveness of student task completion. ChatGPT proved to be useful as a learning tool that can facilitate students in managing time and improving the quality of academic work. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that the utilization of ChatGPT can increase the effectiveness of student task completion can be accepted. The results of this study are expected to illustrate the importance of applying AI technology in education

This research aims to show the extent to which Islamic Religious Education (PAI) contributes to the development of tolerant student character at Jakarta State University (UNJ).  This research uses a qualitative approach using library research methods (library study). to analyze character development in the practice of religious activities in the school environment. The research results show that strong character development occurs through religious practices at school which strengthen students' character. This research concludes that although Islamic religious education has a very important role in forming a tolerant character, it needs to be supported by various other efforts from both the school and the students themselves.

However, efforts to realize Quality in the Study Program play an important role in making it happen. This study aims to determine the form of caprodi strategy in realizing the quality of PAI Study Program at the Postgraduate Program of Tribakti Islamic University, knowing the procedures of each Kaprodi strategy in Realizing the Quality of PAI Study Program at the Postgraduate Program of Tribakti Islamic University. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research approach. This research was conducted at Tribakti Islamic University (UIT) Lirboyo Kediri, Lirboyo Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Kediri. The results of this study are: 1) The form of Kaprodi's Strategy in realizing the Quality of PAI Study Program at the Postgraduate Program of Tribakti Islamic University has several forms, namely by Achieving Accreditation-Based Quality, Preserving Excellent Programs and International Proceedings Seminars. 2) Quality planning, quality control and quality improvement.  The procedure includes three activities, namely opening activities such as debriefing and grouping students with lecturers. In this core activity is carried out while the activity is in progress such as making observations. for closing activities carried out at the end of the activity and after activities such as making final reports in the form of journals and articles which are used as a condition for the completion of the activity. Of the three contain Quality Planning, Quality Quality and Quality Improvement.

Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) is one of the indicators used in Indonesia to assess the risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women and adult women. Chronic lack of energy for a long time causes the immune system to decrease so that the body is susceptible to infectious diseases, the decreased ability to concentrate which occurs is related to a decrease in iron stores. Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) measurement aims to analyze the relationship between Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) and the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in students at the Faculty of Public Health, Halu Oleo University. The method used is data analysis, involving measuring LILA and collecting data regarding nutritional status and factors that have the potential to influence KEK. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between LILA size and the incidence of CED. Of the 50 respondents studied, 52% experienced CED with a LILA size of less than 23.5 cm, which indicates the existence of serious nutritional problems among this population. It is hoped that this research will provide useful information for universities and health workers in efforts to prevent and treat nutritional problems among students.

Kajian Administrasi Publik dan ilmu Komunikasi 2025 Asosiasi Peneliti Dan Pengajar Ilmu Sosial Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on students' purchase intention toward the Berrybenka brand. Social media marketing, including visual content, information and promotion, and brand credibility, is considered key in attracting consumer attention, particularly among younger generations. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 54 active university students in Yogyakarta with active social media accounts and familiarity with Berrybenka. The findings reveal that information and promotion have the most significant impact on purchase intention, followed by visual content and brand credibility. TikTok emerges as the most effective social media platform in increasing consumer engagement through appealing visual content. Additionally, innovative promotional strategies, such as collaborations with influencers, strengthen Berrybenka's appeal among younger consumers. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Berrybenka continuously enhance the quality of visual content, expand promotional campaigns, and utilize electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) to build brand credibility. This study contributes to the development of social media-based marketing strategies to effectively reach younger generations.

The goal of this study is to learn what some of the many Rugby players at Universitas Negeri Surabaya know about the rules game in 2023. This essay is really scriptural. The survey was conducted using wrong and correct tes to gather data with share the draft. 41 athlete UKM Rugby are the subjects of the essay Data is available from 3 April - 5 April 2023. Deskriptif quantitative analysis is used in data analysis technique and is disclosed in persentace form. The results show the members of the team fall into the following categories: very high sebesar 0%, high sebesar 9,8%, medium 36,6%, low 48,8%, and very low 4,9%. The aforementioned study's findings suggest that the members of the University of Negeri Surabaya's rugby team need to be more motivated to train and learn with discipline and grit. In addition, Rugby University of Negeri Surabaya instructors must provide theoretical material to improve players' cognitive awareness, particularly that of new players, It is highly recommended for all students and supporters of the University of Negeri Surabaya to support the team's rugby team to the very end so that they can achieve higher standards of performance in the future and enhance the university's reputation.

One of the mandatory programs for students of Borneo Tarakan University is the Real Work Lecture (KKN) by combining students from various departments into one group placed in a village to carry out community service. Group 19 was placed in Sebidai Village, Tana Tidung with the aim of "Optimizing Village Development towards Independent Villages". The problems were the lack of public understanding about proper agricultural land clearing, the low knowledge in managing agricultural products (taro) into superior products, and the lack of village understanding regarding fair and reasonable retribution. The activities included socialization on the dangers of illegal land clearing, entrepreneurship training on processing taro into marketable chips and cakes, as well as the proposal of village regulations regarding retribution. The results of the activities had a positive impact, with the community being more vigilant in land clearing, taro-based products being able to be marketed, and village regulations on retribution being completed as requested by the Village Head.
