This study seeks to investigate the relationship between discounts and product display in influencing impulsive buying among customers at Indomaret in Huko-Huko Village. The study encompassed all customers of Indomaret in Huko-Huko Village, with a sample of 110 respondents chosen using purposive sampling. The research data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that discounts have a positive and statistically significant impact on impulsive buying, and product display also has a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of Locus of Control on Cyberloafing Behavior in Employees of the Hospital of Central Buton Regency. (2) Effect of Job Stress on Cyberloafing Behavior in Hospital Employees of Central Buton District. This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is the employees of the Buton Tengah District Hospital. While the sample of this study amounted to 125 employees by determining the sample using the census technique. Testing this research instrument using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 20.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Locus Of Control variable has a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior in employees of the Buton Tengah District Hospital, which is indicated by a t-statistics value of 3,728 and a p-value of 0,000. Meanwhile, the variable Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing Behavior in Employees of the Hospital of Central Buton Regency, which is indicated by a t-statistics value of 3,745 and a p-value of 0,000.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of self-control on impulse buying in generation Z titkok shop application users in kolaka regency. This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaire distribution. The population in this study are all generation z comsumers who use the tiktok shop application in kolaka regency. While the population in this study amounted to 120 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling techniques with certain criteria. This research instrument test uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS) with measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with smart PLA 4.0. Based on the result of the study, it is known tht there is a negative and significant influence between self-control variables on impulse buying, this is indicated by a P-Value of 0.039. and the discount variable has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, this is indicated by a p-value of 0.000.

This research is entitled the Influence of Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Perfomoance (Study Of Palm Oil Harvest Workers At PT. Damai  Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District). The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance PT. Damai  Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District, (2) Effect of workload on employee performance PT. Damai  Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District. This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all oil palm harvesting workers PT. Damai  Jaya Lestari Afdeeling IX Tanggetada Sub-Distric, Kolaka District. While the sample in this study amounted to 60 workers by determining the sample using a census technique. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the result of the study it is known that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the P-Values of 0,005 and the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the P-Values of 0.005.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Promotion on Visiting Intensions at Sarlinda Cafe. (2) the effect Electronic Word of Mouth on Visiting Intensions at Sarlinda Cafe. This research is an Explanatory Research Model with a quantitative approach. Collecting data using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The population in this study are people who have visited Sarlinda Cafe, which is 90 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining certain criteria. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on Partial least Squares (PLS) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is positive and significant influence between the Promotion variables on Visiting Intensions, as well as the Electronic Word of Mouth variable which has a positive and significant influence on Visiting Intensions.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of social factors on the purchase intention of imported second-hand clothing (Case study of Generation Z in Kolaka Regency) and (2) The influence of Attitude on Purchase Intention of Imported used clothing (Case study of Generation Z in Kolaka Regency). This research is quantitative research with an explanatory research model using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study were all consumers of imported used clothing with a sample size of 75 respondents using observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. Data collection techniques are primary data and secondary data. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. Research data analysis techniques use the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that social factors have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. This is proven by the t-count or t-statistic which is 2.519 which is higher than the t-table value > 1.666. With P-values ​​0.006. Meanwhile, attitude also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention because the t-count or t-statistic value of 6.371 is higher than the t-table value of >1.666 with P-values ​​of 0.000. So social factors and attitude have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention by 82.3%.

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction of employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. (2) The Influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation studies, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 34 people, with the sample determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Compensation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, which is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.020. And the Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, this is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.000.

This study aims to find out: The Effect of Leadership Managerial Ability and Innovative Behavior on Employee Performance at the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of East Kolaka Regency. This research uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study is all employees of the Koltim Tourism and Creative Economy Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 34 employees by determining samples using census techniques. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart-PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable of Managerial Ability of Leaders has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance which is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.011. As well as the variable Innovative Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, this is indicated by a P-Value value of 0.000.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of brand image on purchase interest at the Shopee marketplace in the coastal communities of the Bajo tribe in Kab. Bombana. (2) The Influence of Trust on Purchase Interest in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. (3) The Influence of Brand Image on Trust in the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. And (4) The Effect of Trust Mediation on Brand Image and Purchase Interest at the Shopee Marketplace in the Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana This research is an explanatory research model with a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is the entire Bajo Tribe Coastal Community in Kab. Bombana. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 140 respondents using the sampling technique used in this research using purposive sampling technique, which is a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Analysis of Moments of Structures (AMOS) with Normality testing, outliers and testing the Goodness of fit index (GFI) structural model with AMOS 24.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Brand Image variable on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.041. The Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.014. The Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on Trust, this is shown by the P-Value value of 0.000. And the Trust variable mediates brand image on positive buying interest but is not significant as shown by the P-Value value of 0.138.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction Employee at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Oficce, (2) The Effect of Organizatonal Climate on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office, (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all ASN employees at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 41 employee by determining the sample using the census technique. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.  Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.012.  And the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.030. And the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Perfomance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.000.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The effect of perceived usefulness on purchasing decisions (study of management students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka). (2) The Effect of Perceived Ease of Use on Purchasing Decisions (Study on Management Students at the University of Nineteen November Kolaka. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study uses observation and questionnaires. The population of this study is management students class 2018-2022. Meanwhile The sample of this research is 84 respondents by determining the sample using probability sampling technique.The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results it is known that the Perceived Usefulness variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions as indicated by the P-Values ​​of 0.049. As well as the Perceived Ease of Use variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions this is indicated by the value P-Values ​​of 0.000.

The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) wich measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the dynamic capabilities variable on competitive advantage Behavior, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.005. And the innovation capability variable also has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, this is indicated by the P-Value of 0.000. And the dynamic capabilities on innovation capability as mediating (intervene) variable also has a positive and significant effect

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of brand trust on brand loyalty (a study on FISIP USN Kolaka students). (2) The effect of consumer involvement on brand loyalty (a study on FISIP USN Kolaka students). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods. Collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were FISIP students at the Nineteen November University of Kolaka. While the sample of this study amounted to 91 respondents by determining the sample using probability sampling technique. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model tests (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model). ) with Smart PLS 3.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the variable Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty as indicated by the P-Values of 0.000. As well as the variable Consumer Involvement also has a positive and significant effect on Brand Loyalty as indicated by the P-Values of 0.003.

This study aims to analyze the effect of demand, comfort, interactivity and fun on the enjoyment felt by live streaming shopping viewers, as well as examine the impact of perceived pleasure on impulsive purchases of Skintific skincare. This study will use quantitative methods, purposive sampling techniques, and data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling and then processed with the SmartPLS program. The results of the research from 162 respondents who are Tiktok live streaming shopping viewers and Skintific skincare users show that interactivity and cheerfulness have a positive effect on perceived pleasure, perceived pleasure has a positive effect on impulsive purchases. Meanwhile, demand and comfort do not have a positive effect on perceived enjoyment due to differences in the culture of the research location.

This study aims to: (1) Examine the effect of brand image on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. (2) Assess the impact of religiosity on the intention to purchase Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Kolaka products. The research uses an explanatory quantitative approach, including data collection through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The study covers all residents of Kolaka Regency, with a sample size of 130 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Validity and reliability of research instruments were ensured using SPSS 25.0. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), with Smart PLS 4.0 used to test the measurement model and the structural model. The findings highlight a positive and significant influence of brand image on product intention, along with a similar positive and significant impact of religiosity on product inclination.

This study aims to determine: (1) The Effect of Health Awareness on Buying Interest in Menstrual Pad Products (Study on female health workers at the Pomalaa Health Center). (2) The Effect of Product Knowledge on Buying Interest in Menstrual Pad Products (Study on female health workers at the Pomalaa Health Center). This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all female health workers at the Pomalaa Health Center. While the sample of this study amounted to 62 female health workers by determining the sample using purposive sampling technique. Testing of research instruments using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Health Awareness variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.000. And the Product Knowledge variable also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.000.

This study aims to find out: (1)Effect Of Emotional Intelligence on Organisational Culture On The Nurse Nurse Performance(Study on Emergency on nurse performance (Study on emergency room and Intensive Care nurse of Benyamin Guluh hospital/kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). (2) Effect of Organizational Culture on Nurse Performance (Study on Emergency room and  Intensive Care Unit nurses of Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD). This study uses an approach with quantitative methods.Data collection in this study through observation, literature study and questionnaires. The population of this study ware all emergency room and intensive care unit nurses at Benyamin Guluh Hospital/Kolaka SMS Berjaya BLUD. While the sampel of this study amounted to 30 nurses with the determination of the sample using purpositive sampling with hair formula. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model test (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 3.0.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.005.And the Organizational Culture variable also has a positive and significant effect on Nurse Performance, this is indicated by the P-Values value of 0.037.

This study's main objective is to determine the effect of Public Relations, Brand Image, and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty at Leon's Barbershop which is located in Brebes District, Brebes Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 222 respondents who were consumers of Leon's Barbershop, from a total population of 500 consumers. Data collection using a closed questionnaire was distributed to respondents through an online platform using the Google Form. Data collected from this questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique to measure the relationship between variables such as Public Relations, Brand Image, and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty. The results showed that the Public Relations variable had a positive effect on customer loyalty with an estimated value of 0.266, a CR value of 2.137 (CR>1.96) and a probability of 0.033 (p<0.05). The brand image variable has no positive effect on customer loyalty because the estimated value is -0.082, the CR value is -0.549 (CR <1.96) and the probability value is 0.583 (p>0.05). The variable Customer value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with an estimated value of 0.802, a CR value of 6.877 (CR>1.96) and a probability value of 0.000 (p<0.005). The variable that has the most influence on customer loyalty based on the estimated value is the Customer value variable.

The objectives of this research are to determine the following: (1) Tangible influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (2) Reliability influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (3) Responsiveness influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (4) Assurance influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, and (5) Empathy influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction. The sample in this research has 122 respondens, which used the sampling technique known as incidental sampling. Instrumen in this research used validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. Research data analysis techniques used the Structural Equation Method Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the research, it could be conculed that while Tangible variables had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as shown by their T-Statistic value of  3.667 and P-Values of 0.000, the Reliability variable’s impact on customer satisfaction has both positive and significant.This is shown by their T-Statistic value of 0,079 and P-Value of 0,469. With a T-Statistic value of 2.695 and P-Value of 0.004, the variable Responsiveness had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, whereas the variable assurance had a negative and negligible impact. The Empathy variable had a positive and substantial impact on Customer Satisfaction , as shown by a T-Statistic value of 1.647 and P-Values of 0.050. Customer are indicated by a T-Statistic value of 0.867 and P-Values of 0,185.

The growing subsector of the food and beverage industry, including the highly competitive restaurant industry, highlights the importance of research in maintaining businesses and increasing customer loyalty in this sector. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator in Fun House Resto. The method used is the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique with descriptive and quantitative analysis. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling method in determining the respondents. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through mediation of customer satisfaction. These results indicate that Fun House Resto should consider maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in ensuring customer loyalty. Furthermore, as part of their efforts to maintain customer loyalty, they should also consider other factors such as product quality, facilities, prices, and others.
