Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, return, dan risiko investasi terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam melakukan aktivitas bertransaksi di pasar modal Syariah. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi yang telah terdaftar sebagai investor saham di Galeri Investasi Syariah FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai analisisnya. Sampel pada penilitian ini menggunakan 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan investasi (X1) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y). Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 0.348 < 1.966 dan nilai Sig. 0,729 > 0.05. yang artinya Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, return investasi (X2) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y)  Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 6.150 > 1.966 dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dan risiko investasi (X3) menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi (Y) Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2.086 > 1.966 dan nilai Sig. 0,040 < 0,05. Hal ini disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil uji F di peroleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 50,249 dan Ftabel sebesar 2,70 (50,249>2,70), dan nilai signifikan 0,000 dimana p<0,05 jadi hasil uji F 0,000<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan  Ho ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Pengetahuan Investasi, Return Investasi dan Risiko Investasi secara simultan secara bersamaan terhadap variabel Minat Investasi.

Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang. Populasi diambil dari seluruh karyawan PT. Federal Internasional Finance Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. dikarenakan jumlah populasi dibawah 100 orang, maka penulis mengambil seluruh jumpa populasi untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian skripsi ini adalah jenis data subjek dan sumber data bersifat primer. Hasil uji instrumen diperoleh hasil antara variabel X dan Y setiap butirnya dinyatakan valid karena nilai Corrcted item total lebih besar dari nilai r kritis (0,30) dan antara variabel X dan Y dinyatakan reliabel karena Cronbach Alpha berada diatas 0,60. Dari uji analisis asumsi klasik diperoleh data penelitian terdistribusi normal karena pada grafik histogram berbentuk lonceng, pada grafik P-P Plot di atas, dapat terlihat sebaran data dekat dengan garis diagonal dan pada hasil uji statistic kolmogorov- smirnov menunjukkan nilai sig. 0,200, hal ini berarti nilai sig lebih besar dari 0,05 yang artinya seluruh data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi  normal) Dari hasil pengujian data, diperoleh hasil nilai t hitung < t tabel maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Elderly residents who live in madania homes use the kitchen as a kitchen places for cooking activities, and have complaints about height and slippery floor conditions, according to the elderly as many as 32% of cooking kitchen users representing the elderly population using purposive sampling, proposed design improvements for elderly cooking places by considering the anthropometric size of elderly users, using a focus approach group discussion to facilitate the wishes and complaints experienced by the elderly, the shape and size of the proposed new kitchen design for the elderly by adding a foothold in front of the kitchen to facilitate cooking reach, with a cooking kitchen width: 53 cm; Height: 132cm; length 53 cm, using anthropometric measurements, namely front arm reach (JTD) 53 cm; shoulder width(LB) (maximum) 43 cm; height (TB) 158 cm; elbow height (TS) 132 cm. The design is the result obtained from the first focus group discussion, then the results of the second focus group discussion explain the proposed new design drawings for the elderly's kitchen to the elderly, related to the suggestions obtained from the results of the first focus group discussion and the senior citizens agree with the results drawn, by having a height, width, length according to body size by adding non-permanent footing facilities in front making it easier for users to reach the kitchen for cooking activities, floors that are designed to be safe and non-slippery, and additional cupboard facilities to make it easier to store cooking utensils.Sig (2-tailed) of 0.003 <0.05 indicates that the H1 hypothesis is accepted.

Tujuan untuk melihat hubungan bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan yang di dalamnya terdapat beberapa komponen indikator yang berkaitan dan membentuk suatu hubungan yang berpengaruh antara bimbingan kegamaan rohis dengan akhlak karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi dan instrument yang digunakan adalah angket (kuisioner). Variabel yang diteliti adalah bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengetahui bimbingan keagamaan rohis dan akhlak karyawan. Penyebaran angket diberikan dengan pernyataan sebanyak 27 butir soal yang di berikan kepada 30 sampel dari 30 populasi. Dari data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pertama, tingkat kualitas bimbingan keagamaan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 79.8 %. Kedua, tingkat kualitas akhlak karyawan dalam penerapannya di lingkungan peruahaan dinilai baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 81.0 %. Ketiga, terdapat hubungan positif dan cukup signifikan antara bimbingan keagamaan rohis  dengan akhlak karyawan  dengan nilai korelasi 0,402 dan persentase hubungan sebesar 16.1% dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif  bimbingan keagamaan rohis (X) dengan akhlak karyawan (Y) pada karyawan yang mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan rohis di PT. Subang Autocomp Indonesia  berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dengan bantuan software , di peroleh nilai Sig 0.028 < 0.05 dan t hitung 2.322 > 1.699 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian variabel Bimbingan Keagamaan Rohis berpengaruh terhadap variabel akhlak karyawan.

Discipline is defined as an effort to control oneself and the mental attitude of the individual or society in developing obedience and obedience to the rules and regulations based on encouragement and awareness that arises from the heart. If it is associated with learning, the discipline of learning is more related to the mental attitude of the individual in his obedience to carrying out learning activities The research was conducted at SD Negeri Kaliwungu 01 and SD Negeri 02 in Kaliwungu Village, Kaliwungu District. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. The variable of this research is learning discipline as the independent variable, which is measured by two sub-variables, namely learning discipline in the school environment and family environment. The second variable is learning achievement as the dependent variable. The results showed that there was a relationship between the sub-variables of learning discipline in the school environment and learning achievement, but its contribution was very weak. This can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.064 with a significance value on both sides of 0.491>0.05. While the sub-variable of learning discipline in the family environment also has a relationship with learning achievement with the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.183 with a significance value on both sides of 0.043 <0.05. In addition, the two sub-variables are interrelated which shows the correlation coefficient value of 0.366 with a 2-sided significance = 0.000 <0.05. Overall, the results of this study also show that there is a relationship between learning discipline variables (both school and family environments) with student achievement at SDN Kaliwungu 01 and 02. This relationship is known by the Kendall concordance test with a correlation coefficient of 0.539 and Asymp. Sig. =0.000<0.05. These results indicate that there is a relationship between learning discipline and learning achievement. In addition, the magnitude of the effect on achievement is 53.9%.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on the performance of LQ45 stocks in Indonesia. The Indonesian Stock Exchange's (IDX) monthly share price of LQ45 is taken into account in this study. Using a quantitative approach, this study compares pre-pandemic and post-pandemic Indonesian COVID 19 epidemic data and hypotheses based on these two sets of data. A causal link comparison study was used to assess the study's validity. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the performance of LQ45 shares in Indonesian companies before and after the Covid 19 epidemic was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, which show that the t-count value is 4.347, with a sig value of 0.000, it is concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. During the Covid 19 epidemic, performance of LQ45 share on Indonesia Stock Exchange fell, resulting in the financial losses of several companies.

Kesuksesan sebuah organisasi tidak terlepas dari kinerja pegawainya. Kinerja pegawai akan tinggi apabila memiliki komitmen yang baik terhadap organisasi. Pada dasarnya setiap pegawai memiliki komitmen yang berbeda, salah satu penyebab perbedaan tersebut adalah dikarenakan perbedaan karakteristik pegawai. Untuk itu organisasi sebaiknya melakukan pembagian tugas yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik pegawai untuk dapat meningkatkan komitmen pegawai dalam bekerja dan mampu menghasilkan kinerja yang baik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dampak komitmen dan karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah yang beralamat di Jln. Raja Junjungan Lubis Pandan Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitaian dilakukan pada bulan April 2022 sampai dengan bulan September 2022 Untuk penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 43 orang. Populasi diambil dari seluruh pegawai Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi dibawah 100 orang, maka penulis mengambil seluruh populsdi untuk dijadikan sampel sebanyak 43 orang. Dari perhitungan instrument penelitian, diperoleh hasil antara variabel X, X2 dan Y setiap butirnya dinyatakan valid karena nilai Corrcted item total lebih besar dari nilai r kritis (0,30). Dari perhitungan instrument data penelitian, diperoleh hasil antara variabel X dan Y dinyatakan reliabel karena Cronbach Alpha berada diatas 0,60. Dari uji normalitas, seluruhnya menunjukkan bahwa distribusi data tidak menyalahi asumsi normalitas yaitu berbentuk lonceng dan sebaran data dekat dengan garis diagonal dalam kurva normal P-P Plot serta nilai sig pada tabel non paramertik lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga untuk variable. Terdapat hubungan positif antara komitmen dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,742 dan komitmen dan hubungan karakteristik individu dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,297. Dari uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dan dengan membandingkan antara nilai t hitung dengan nilai t tabel didapat bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel ini berarti bahwa hipotesis yang diterima adalah hipotesis alternative (Ha).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dibagian kebersihan pada PT. Bujaya Karya Makmur Di Rumah Sakit Inco Sorowako. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan dibagian kebersihan pada PT. Bujaya Karya Makmur di Rumah Sakir Inco Sorowako yang berjumlah 14 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 orang sehingga dikatakan penelitian populasi (Arikunto). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kuesioner telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya juga telah di uji, asumsi klasik berupa asumsi normalitas, multokolonieritas, asumsi auto korelasi dan asusmsi heterokedastisitasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. variabel (X1) sebesar 0.445 > 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung (-0.729) < ttabel (1.7613), kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sig. variabel (X2) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dan nilai t hitung (7.502) > ttabel (1,7613), juga gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 32,035 dan nilai f tabel sebesar 2,51, sehingga nilai f hitung (32,035) > f tabel (2,51) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibagian kebersihan pada PT. Bujaya Karya Makmur di Rumah Sakit Sorowako.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis “Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Wimarion Semarang.” Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Sampel sebanyak 54 responden merupakan Karyawan Pada Hotel Wimarion Semarang. Berdasarka hasil penelitian, dihasilkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 2,250 > 1,675, dengan nilai sig. Sebesar 0,029 > 0,05 serta koefisien regresi (β1) bertanda positif sebesar 0,218 dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi yang dimiliki maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Jadi hipotesis terbukti. Variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 2,264 > 1,675, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,011 < 0,05 serta koefisien regresi (β2) bertanda positif sebesar 0,280 dapat diartikan bahwa semakin memuaskan kompensasi yang diberikan maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Jadi hipotesis terbukti. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar t tabel yaitu 4,437 > 1,675, dengan nilai sig. Sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta koefisien regresi (β3) bertanda positif sebesar 0,471 dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik lingkungan kerja non fisik karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Jadi hipotesis terbukti.

This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 60 respondents is an employee at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang. Based on the results of the study, the competence variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than the t table, namely 5.608 > 1.672, with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β1 0.402 (positive sign) means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is with the calculated t value of 6.400 > t table, namely 1.672 with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β2 is 0.467 (positive sign), meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is equal to 5.042 > t table which is 1.672 with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β3 is 0.345 (positive sign), meaning that the higher the employee's career development, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Incentives on Employee Performance at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang." Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 82 respondents were employees at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang. Based on the results of the study, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.632 > 1.664, with a sig value. of 0.001 <0.05. Leadership style (β1) has a positive sign of 0.266 which means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-value that is greater than the t-table, namely 3.941 > 1.664, with a sig. By 0.000 > 0.05. Workload (β2) has a positive sign of 0.295 which means that the more appropriate the workload is, the better the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that workload has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Incentives have a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 8.699 > 1.664, with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Incentives (β3) have a positive sign of 0.590 which means that the higher the incentives given, the higher the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance is proven.

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Compensation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Non ASN Employees (Study of the Regional Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province)". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 71 respondents were employees at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMD) of Central Java Province. Based on the results of testing the competency variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 2.335 > 1.667 with a sig value. 0.023 > 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β1) is positive at 0.271 which means that the higher the employee's competency, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.613 > 1.667, with a sig. of 0.001 <0.05 and the regression coefficient (β2) is positive at 0.411 which means that the more satisfying the compensation given, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven. While the work discipline variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 2.548 > 1.667, with a sig. 0.013 < 0.05 and the regression coefficient (β3) is positive at 0.285 which means that the higher the employee's work discipline, the higher the employee's performance. So the hypothesis is proven.

Hospitals as providers of health services for the wider community are required to provide health services with good quality health services. The quality of hospital services can be achieved one of them with SBAR communication, so that the information conveyed can be informative and well received which will improve the handover process so that patient safety can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between effective SBAR communication and the quality of handover implementation in the Inpatient Room of JIH Solo Hospital. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of respondents was 90 respondents divided into 72 nurses and 18 midwives who were given observation sheets using the SBAR communication method and observation sheets for the quality of handover implementation. Variable correlation assessment using the chi-square test. The results of the analysis of the relationship between variables are significant with a sig value of 0.000 (p=0.05). Then, the value of the correlation coefficient between variables is very strong, namely 0.979. The use of effective SBAR communication resulted in the majority of respondents namely 79 people or 85.7% being categorized as qualified. In its implementation, the majority of respondents with a total of 87 people (196.7%) were categorized as qualified.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at the Imam Bonjol clinic in Kediri. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The number of samples used is 30 employees. The results of this study are that there is a partial effect of work conflict on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect. The effect of work stress partially on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.001 <0.05 which means it has a significant effect. Partial effect of workload on employee performance with the value of Sig. 0.015 <0.05, which means it has a significant effect and work motivation partially has an influence on employee performance with a Sig value. 0.025 <0.05 which means that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. On the simultaneous influence of the variables of work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance, the results of the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that work conflict, work stress, workload and work motivation have a significant influence that can improve employee performance at the Imam Bonjol Clinic, Kediri.

The purpose of this study is to determine and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on the performance of UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek employees. Several factors including communication, work discipline and work environment at UD Kodok Ngorek have an influence on employee performance using the sampling method with a saturated sampling approach. The data analysis technique is using the instrument test of validity and reliability, multiple linear test, classical assumption test, t test and F test of the coefficient of determination (R2). The number of samples is 30 employees. The results obtained include a partially significant effect of communication on work performance with the value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The partial effect of work discipline on employee performance has a value of Sig. 0.037 <0.05 which means that it has a significant effect then the influence of the work environment on employee performance partially also has a significant effect on the value of Sig. 0.002 < 0.05. The simultaneous influence of the variables of communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance has a Sig value result. 0.000 <0.05 indicates that communication, work discipline, and work environment have a positive influence in improving employee performance at UD Tenun Ikat Kodok Ngorek.

This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning on the problem solving abilities of class X students at SMA Negeri 9 Malang. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, problem-solving ability tests, sheet validation and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the problem solving abilities of students using a combination of Discovery Learning and Problem Based Learning models in biology class X IPA Malang State High School which can be seen from the sig (2tailed) value of 0.002<0.05. The combination of the Discovery Learning model with Problem Based Learning provides opportunities for students to be actively involved in the learning process to solve problems that occur in everyday life starting from finding problems, analyzing problems to drawing conclusions

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

Learning outcomes are indicators of success in learning, learning outcomes are closely related to activity, namely if student learning activities are good then learning outcomes will be good, so that activeness and learning outcomes are important to have, but the reality in school learning outcomes and student activity is low, this is because the model and the media used does not facilitate active students in learning which has an effect on learning outcomes, one solution to the problem of the media and the module is the use of the quiz team model assisted by the lectora inspire. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Quiz Team model with the help of Lectora Inspire on learning outcomes and activeness of class X. The design of this study was a pretest - posttest control group design with a quasi-experimental type. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling was obtained X MIA 1 as the experimental class and X MIA 2 as the control class. Hypothesis testing using MANOVA obtained sig 0.00 < 0.05, meaning that there is an effect of the Quiz Team model assisted by the Lectora Inspire media on learning outcomes and student activity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan, pengembangan karir dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas kurir pada PT. Shopee Express Hub Kediri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 26.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah responden 65 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 17,557 + (-0,496)X1 + (-0,229)X2 + 0,572X3. Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti bahwa Sig t 0,002 < 0,05, variabel pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti Sig t 0,461 > 0,05, variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti Sig t 0,003 < 0,05, dan hasil karakteristik pekerjaan, pengembangan karir dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kurir dengan bukti Sig t 0,001 < 0,05.  Hasil analisis nilai R2 = 0,245 atau 24,5%.
