Global phenomena highlight the increasing attention to entrepreneurship as a solution to reduce unemployment and promote sustainable economic growth (SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth). On a local level, vocational high school (SMK) graduates in Indonesia face the challenge of low entrepreneurial intention, which has the potential to exacerbate youth unemployment rates. This study aims to explore entrepreneurship learning strategies and the contribution of teacher behavior in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of SMK students through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The novelty of this research lies in integrating two key elements—innovative learning strategies and teacher behavior as role models—which have been minimally discussed in previous literature. The urgency of this research stems from its contribution to SDG 4 (Quality Education), by strengthening entrepreneurship education as a foundation for developing a competitive workforce. The method employed in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which involves collecting and analyzing relevant journal articles using VOSviewer software based on selected keywords. The findings indicate that project-based and collaborative learning approaches enable students to directly experience real-world business challenges, such as developing business ideas and working in teams to solve practical problems. Teacher behavior, serving as both facilitator and motivator, plays a crucial role in encouraging students to dream big, believe in their abilities, and view entrepreneurship as an attractive career path. The implications of this research provide practical insights for educators and policymakers in designing effective entrepreneurship curricula while supporting the SDG agenda, particularly in promoting quality education, decent work, and inclusive economic growth. This study contributes to the reinforcement of sustainable entrepreneurship education in Indonesia.

Exchange rate stability is an important indicator in maintaining the balance of a country's economy, especially in facing global market dynamics. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of sharia monetary policy instruments in maintaining exchange rate stability, with a focus on the principles of justice, transparency and stability which are the basis of the Islamic economic system. Instruments such as sukuk, mudarabah contracts, and ijarah are analyzed from theoretical and empirical perspectives to measure their impact on exchange rate fluctuations. This study uses a qualitative approach with analysis of secondary data obtained from various economic reports, scientific journals and related statistical data. The research results show that sharia monetary policy has significant potential in mitigating exchange rate volatility through stable liquidity management and a system free from speculation. Consistent implementation of sharia principles can also increase market confidence in the domestic currency. Furthermore, this research finds that integration between sharia monetary policy and conventional approaches can create synergy in maintaining exchange rate stability. This collaboration allows the monetary authority to be more flexible in responding to global economic challenges without abandoning sharia principles. Apart from that, educating market players regarding the benefits of sharia monetary policy is considered important to expand the adoption of this instrument. This study concludes that the successful implementation of sharia monetary policy is highly dependent on the commitment of the government and regulators in providing a conducive ecosystem, including financial infrastructure, strengthening regulations, and integrated policy support. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions in the development of sharia-based monetary policy in countries with dual economic systems.

This article analyzes the role of Islamic banks in supporting monetary policy in Indonesia and its impact on national economic stability. Using library research methods, this research examines relevant literature regarding the development of the sharia banking sector and sharia-based monetary instruments. The research results show that Islamic banks make a significant contribution to stabilizing inflation, increasing financial access, and managing liquidity through instruments such as the Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate (SBIS) and the sharia interbank money market. In addition, Islamic banks play a role in providing financing for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), which is important for inclusive economic growth. Nevertheless, challenges such as low sharia financial literacy and limited policy instruments need to be overcome to maximize the contribution of sharia banks to monetary policy. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential and challenges faced by Islamic banks in supporting the stability of the Indonesian economy.

This research aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the women's quota in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of DKI Jakarta Province during the 2014-2024 period. The women's quota is an affirmative policy designed to increase women's representation in the legislature, regulated by Indonesia's electoral law. Although this policy has been implemented, there are still various challenges that hinder women's participation in politics, including cultural, social, and structural barriers. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with Deputy Chairman of DPRD , Legislative Candidate, Academics , Sociologist and Law/ Political observers, as well as analysis of official documents and related reports. The results show that despite an increase in the number of women in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD ) of DKI Jakarta Province , the women's quota has not fully achieved its goals. Some of the factors that affect the effectiveness of this quota include the lack of support from political parties, strong gender stereotypes, and obstacles in the recruitment and selection process of female candidates. This research also found that the existence of women's quotas alone is not enough to increase women's participation in politics. Further efforts are needed, including political education for women, capacity building for female legislator candidates, and reforms in the political party system to support greater involvement of women. In conclusion, the women's quota in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of DKI Jakarta Province still faces various challenges in its implementation, and additional strategies are needed to overcome these obstacles in order to achieve more equitable and inclusive representation.

Islamic economics in Indonesia has significant potential to build a just and sustainable economic system. This research aims to examine the development of Islamic economics in Indonesia, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities faced. Using literature analysis methods, this research explores the progress of the Islamic finance sector, the influence of the thoughts of figures such as Monzer Kahf and M. Umer Chapra, as well as the application of the main principles of Islamic economics. The results of the study show that although the Islamic economic sector has developed rapidly since the founding of Bank Muamalat in 1992, there are still a number of obstacles, such as low public understanding of sharia finance, regulations that are not yet optimal, and a lack of experts in this field. However, great opportunities are seen in the development of the halal industrial sector, integration of sharia- based financial technology, and government policy support. The main principles of Islamic economics, such as the oneness of God (tauhid), social justice, and the prohibition of usury, are important guidelines in facing modern economic challenges. The thoughts of figures such as Kahf and Chapra strengthen Islamic economic practices, especially in sharia financial management and fair distribution of wealth. With policy reform, improved education, and innovation in sharia financial products, the Islamic economy in Indonesia can develop into one of the main pillars of inclusive economic development and support the achievement of sustainable development goals (SDGs).

This study aims to determine the effect of fintech, the amount of money in circulation, interest rates and economic growth on the analysis of digital economic trends on monetary policy in Indonesia. There are four variables in this study, namely fintech, the amount of money in circulation, interest rates and economic growth. The analysis method used is Vector Autoregression with the Impluse Response Function test or abbreviated as IRF and the Forecast Error Variance Decomposition test commonly abbreviated as FEVD, stationarity test, cointegration test, lag structure stability test and optimal lag length test. There is a contribution from each variable to the variable itself and other variables, according to the results of the Vector Autoregression study with a lag basis of 2. In addition, the results of the Vector Autoregression analysis show that the past variable (t-1) contributes to the current variable both to the variable itself and to other variables. The results of the analysis show that there is a reciprocal relationship between the variables. By using response function analysis, we can see if there is a response from other variables to changes in one variable in the short, medium, or long term. In addition, we know that the stability of all variables is formed in the short, medium, and long term. According to the Variance Decomposition Analysis, factors such as Fintech and Money Supply contribute the most to the variable itself. However, other variables that have the greatest influence on the variable itself and are supported by other variables in the short, medium, and long term are economic growth and interest rates are most influenced by Fintech.

Lifestyle and fashion have become an inseparable part of modern society. Excessive public consumption of apparel products causes clothing manufacturers to speed up their production performance. The production and consumption processes of society are primarily the cause of much of the natural damage caused. Where the waste from the fabric/textile dyeing production process from upstream to downstream is not managed properly, as is the disposal of worn-out apparel and is not managed responsibly. Economic globalization and the media industry are one of the factors that shape this condition. Lifestyle growth is a reference for society that is considered good or bad, up to the date or expiration. The purpose of this paper is to provide an introduction to the awareness of the fashion industry which is experiencing rapid progress, but many of the fashion industry movers and players ignore the current environmental problems. Provides an introduction to how fashion waste that is disposed of irresponsibly will cause environmental damage over time. The implications for producers, consumers and policy choices are to increase sustainable development goals with the aim of building an environmentally friendly fashion industry. This is followed by research illustrations regarding how to make bag products using the concept of sustainable fashion. A brief review of one of the fashion designers who pioneered the sustainable fashion/ ecofashion movement. This paper will also explain how sustainable fashion production and consumption is from an Islamic economic perspective.

This study examines the application of Immanuel Kant's ethical principles in the use of autonomous technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the academic domain. AI technology has significantly impacted academic efficiency and innovation but has also raised serious ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, dependency on technology, and threats to privacy and transparency. Using a Kantian ethical approach, this research identifies key issues and proposes an ethical framework that places justice, transparency, and respect for human dignity at the core of the design and implementation of autonomous technologies. The findings indicate that algorithmic bias can exacerbate academic inequities, while excessive reliance on AI risks diminishing the critical and creative capabilities of academics. Additionally, privacy and accountability in the management of academic data emerge as major concerns requiring ethically grounded policy interventions. This study also highlights the need for a new paradigm ensuring that autonomous technologies uphold humanistic values in academic settings, such as inclusivity, intellectual autonomy, and justice.

The development of the National Capital City (IKN) triggers an increase in demand for goods and services, especially in the construction and basic needs sectors, which can cause a spike in regional and national inflation. Monetary policy faces new challenges, including increasing interest rates and the risk of rupiah exchange rate volatility due to dependence on foreign debt financing. These projects also influence economic distribution, creating investment opportunities, but potentially increasing economic inequality. This research emphasizes the importance of coordination between monetary and fiscal policies to mitigate negative impacts on national economic stability.

Globalization has driven increasingly international economic integration, pushing countries to adjust their accounting standards. This study compares the accounting practices of Iran and Indonesia through a qualitative analysis of academic literature, accounting regulations, and corporate financial reports considering the different cultural, economic, and legal contexts in the two countries. The research results show that Indonesia adopts Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) which are based on IFRS while Iran uses National Accounting Standards which are adapted from IFRS with modifications according to the local context. IFRS adoption in Indonesia is said to be more advanced and closer than Iran because Iran is facing challenges that affect the country's economy, such as US international sanctions. These differences are also influenced by factors such as legal, cultural and social. Despite the differences, both countries show serious efforts in adapting accounting practices to international standards. Overall, this study provides in-depth insights for accounting practitioners, regulators and policy makers to develop better accounting practices in accordance with the needs of each country in an ever-evolving global context.
