Educational evaluation plays a crucial role in improving educational standards, especially in the digital era characterized by advancements in information technology. This study aims to identify how effective evaluation can enhance the quality of education through the use of digital tools. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a literature review approach, where data is collected through analysis and description of information from various sources, including books and journal articles. The results indicate that digital-based evaluations, such as the use of online platforms and assessment applications, improve the accuracy and efficiency in collecting student learning data. Additionally, formative evaluations conducted continuously provide constructive feedback, enhance student motivation, and allow for curriculum adjustments that are more responsive to learning needs. Challenges faced, such as evaluator subjectivity and technological access gaps, were also identified but can be addressed through training and capacity building for educators and students.

This study aims to examine the effect of interaction frequency among 2023 cohort Sharia Accounting students on the effectiveness of online learning. The research was motivated by the increasing implementation of online classes, especially during lecturer absences or national holidays. A quantitative approach was applied through a questionnaire distributed to students. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, and One Way ANOVA tests. The results indicate that although students showed a reasonable frequency of interaction, there was no significant effect on learning effectiveness. This suggests that interaction alone may not be the key factor in successful online learning. Other elements such as motivation, teaching methods, and learning environment may also play an important role. The study recommends that students engage more consistently in class and that lecturers develop more engaging and interactive online learning strategies.

Admission of new students is an important process in the world of education that requires efficiency, accuracy and good data management. However, in many institutions, this process is still carried out manually so it is susceptible to recording errors, data duplication, and takes quite a long time. One of them is at SDN 15 Batu Nanggai. This research aims to design and build a new computerized student data collection information system to support the registration process more effectively and efficiently which will later be useful for dapodik operators in meeting data needs for student administration. This system was built using web-based technology with main features such as online form filling, automatic data verification, and data storage in a structured database. By implementing this system, it is hoped that it can increase the speed of the data collection process at SDN 15 Batu Nanggai, minimize data input errors, and make it easier for the school to manage new student information in real-time. The test results show that the system is able to work well and is well received by users as a digital solution that facilitates the administrative process of collecting new student data at SDN 15 Batu Nanggai.

This study aims to analyze the challenges in implementing e-Samsat as a form of digitalization of motor vehicle tax services in Jakarta. E-Samsat is an information technology-based public service innovation designed to simplify the online tax payment process, improve the efficiency of public services, and support local government transparency and accountability. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study, which examines various sources such as scientific journals, policy reports, and related articles. The results show that challenges in implementing e-Samsat can be categorized into internal and external challenges. Internal challenges include limited technological infrastructure, weak system integration between agencies, dependence on one bank partner, and concerns over data security. Meanwhile, external challenges include the low digital literacy of the community, the lack of government socialization, and the tendency of the community to continue using conventional methods or intermediary services. This research confirms that the successful implementation of an online tax system depends not only on technological readiness, but also on the government's active role in building digital education and strengthening cross-sector collaboration. An adaptive and participatory policy approach is needed so that this program can embrace all levels of society, especially groups that are not familiar with online taxation.

This study aims to determine the influence of price perception, product quality, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on consumers’ purchase decisions in the culinary industry. A quantitative method was employed, with a population consisting of consumers who have made purchases. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 250 respondents using an accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that two independent variables, namely price perception and e-WOM, significantly influence consumer purchase decisions. This indicates that restaurants offering lower prices while maintaining high product quality are more likely to attract consumers. Moreover, customer experiences shared through online reviews can influence potential buyers in their future purchasing decisions. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for culinary business practitioners in developing more effective marketing strategies. Future research may consider including other variables that could further enhance purchase decisions effectively. Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM); Purchase Decision; Product Quality; Price Perception

The This study uses a descriptive statistical approach to analyze the level of student satisfaction with campus facilities at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire using a simple random sampling method with 36 respondents. The questionnaire covered four categories of facilities: general, technology and accessibility, academic support, and campus and infrastructure. The analysis involved calculating percentage, probability, mathematical expectation, variance, and standard deviation. The results showed that library comfort had the highest satisfaction score (expected = 4.06), while the Wi-Fi connection had the lowest score (expected = 3.06, deviation = 1.39), indicating dissatisfaction and an uneven perception. Other aspects, such as academic guidance by lecturers (expectation = 3.86), toilet facilities (expectation = 3.83), and laboratories (expectation = 3.72), showed good satisfaction levels. These findings provide a strong basis for the campus to improve low-scoring areas and maintain areas that meet student expectations.

This study aims to examine the effect of time flexibility in the implementation of online-based learning on student academic performance in the Management Study Program, State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU). This study adopts a quantitative approach as the main method. Data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires were distributed to active students as respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression techniques to illustrate the relationship between the level of flexibility of study time and student academic achievement. The results of the analysis show that the flexibility of study time has no significant effect on student learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.315 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.027. This finding indicates that flexibility of study time is not enough to improve learning outcomes without being supported by time management skills, discipline, and learning independence. Therefore, effective online learning strategies need to be accompanied by soft skills training so that learning outcomes can be optimized. Future research is expected to integrate mediating variables such as self-regulated learning, learning motivation, and quality of learning environment to gain a deeper understanding of the determinants in the context of online learning.

The development of the digital ecosystem has disrupted the transportation sector. Traditional transportation businesses have shifted to online transportation. This study aims to analyze Blue Bird's strategy in facing the ride-hailing disruption in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was sourced from digital searches and observations. The results show that the digital transformation implemented by PT Blue Bird Tbk has improved operational efficiency and competitiveness in the highly competitive transportation market. The My Blue Bird application, with real-time tracking and cashless payment features, has streamlined the booking process and strengthened customer loyalty. The data indicates an increase in app usage and a reduction in operational costs, supporting the effectiveness of the company's digital strategy. Strategic collaboration with ride-hailing platforms has also significantly contributed to market expansion and increased fleet occupancy. The success of this strategy is reflected in the rise in booking volume and overall customer satisfaction. As a further step that has not been fully implemented, it is recommended that Blue Bird explore the application of AI-based predictive models to optimize fleet scheduling and route dynamics. The use of this technology can provide more accurate demand forecasts and support strategic decision-making in resource allocation. Additionally, the development of a customer feedback system integrated with digital analytics will allow the company to respond to consumer trends and preferences more effectively. These measures, supported by enhanced digital infrastructure and cross-sector collaboration, are expected to further boost Blue Bird's efficiency and growth in the digital disruption era.
