This study aims to examine the effect of work schedule flexibility on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Gojek Indonesia. The background of this research is based on the importance of retaining high-quality employees in the digital era, especially in technology companies that have fast-paced and highly adaptive work dynamics. This research employed a quantitative method with a causal design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 Gojek Indonesia employees. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression and mediation tests to examine the proposed hypotheses. The results showed that work schedule flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. Furthermore, job satisfaction was proven to mediate the relationship between work schedule flexibility and employee retention. These findings indicate that the higher the work schedule flexibility provided by the company, the higher the job satisfaction, which in turn increases employee retention. Therefore, it is suggested that companies optimize their work schedule flexibility policies to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Integration between strategic human resource management practices and job satisfaction is an important factor that cannot be ignored. Organizations need to ensure that the HR management strategies implemented are not only oriented towards results, but also pay attention to the welfare and positive perceptions of employees towards their work. This study aims to analyze the effect of strategic human resource management practices and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas in Aceh Besar. The research method used is quantitative. A sample of 150 permanent employees was taken using the Probability sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and partial tests using IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results showed that this study supports the proposed hypothesis, namely that strategic human resource management practices and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Suggestions for PT. Solusi Bangun Andalas need to continue to strengthen strategic HR practices, including training, competency-based recruitment, and KPI-based performance evaluation. Job satisfaction must also be optimized through fair compensation, a positive work environment, and good communication. Integration between HR strategies and job satisfaction is important to be carried out synergistically in order to create a productive and sustainable HR system.

This study aims to explore the implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) in the hotel industry in Indonesia, which currently still faces various challenges. Although the hotel industry has grown rapidly, the implementation of OHS in hotels is still not optimal. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This study was conducted with 5 informants, the type of data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The research instrument used in the study was the researcher himself. Data application is carried out by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of OHS in the housekeeping department employees of the Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi still needs direction on the use of personal protective equipment, it is expected that employees comply with the use of personal protective equipment such as safety shoes and masks, on the security of the work space, employees are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the work area and tidy it up, arrange all items so as not to interfere with work.

This The maintenance objectives of a C6240A-type lathe involve a number of crucial aspects, including gears, tool bits, toolposts, lower sled and upper sled. This study was to investigate effective maintenance strategies for each of these components, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance. Gears: Regular lubrication is also necessary to ensure smooth gear movement and prevent excessive friction that could lead to failure. Chisel Bits: Monitoring the condition of the tool blade needs to be done regularly. Toolpost: The toolpost needs to be checked periodically to ensure availability and safety of the cutting tool. Bottom and Top Slings: Maintenance of the lower and upper slings involves checking for tension and wear. C6240A type lathe users can minimize the risk of failure, improve operational efficiency, and extend the life of the machine. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study are that the gears can be more durable because lubrication is always given and not easily thirsty, the tool blade is not easily blunted because the workpiece is fed little by little, and frequent honing is done to keep it sharp. The locking toolpost is not easily damaged if you use a rubber hammer when locking, the bottom row makes a change of ashock so that it can do automatic turning. This maintenance can increase the life of the lathe for longer operation.

This article discusses the poem “Sajak Suara” by Wiji Thukul through a structural approach that emphasizes the analysis of intrinsic elements of the text, such as diction, imagery, figurative language, typography, and the poem’s inner structure. This poem was chosen because it contains a strong ideological message related to the struggle against oppression and the silencing of freedom of expression, particularly in the context of the New Order regime. The analysis shows that the poem’s formal structure both in form and content, actively reinforces the spirit of resistance and freedom. The use of direct diction, rhetorical language, and free typography reflects an expression of tension and determination. Thus, the structural approach is able to reveal how the poem’s form itself becomes a crucial instrument in conveying socio-political messages. This study is expected to broaden appreciation of poetry as a medium of critique and collective awareness.

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload on employee performance, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and work discipline on employee performance. The unit of analysis of the research is PD. Karya Bearing Motor Bekasi, Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, with a total of 25 respondents. This study uses a descriptive method through a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 27. The results of the study show that the value of sig. The workload variable is 0.741 > 0.05, the workload variable has no effect on employee performance. The value of sig. Of the job satisfaction variables, which are 0.868 > 0.05, the job satisfaction variable has no effect on employee performance. The value of sig. From the work discipline variables, which are 0.989 > 0.05, the work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. The research was conducted in the construction department which has around 90 employees with a high workload and a less supportive work environment. The problem in this study is how the workload and work environment affect employee productivity, while the purpose of the study is to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee productivity. The method used in the study is the multiple linear regression analysis method with a sample of 65 employees. Testing was carried out using the F test and t test and calculating the determination factor. From the results of the t test calculation, the calculated t-value for X1 (workload) was obtained in succession of 3,743 and the calculated t-value for X2 (work environment) was 6.187. These values ​​are greater than the value in the t-table of 1,999, which means that the workload affects employee productivity and the work environment affects employee productivity.The result of the F test calculation produces 14,872 > from the value in the F-table (3,143), it can be concluded that Workload (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have an effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at PT. Putra Tunggal Mandiritama. From the determination coefficient test, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.455 or 45.5%, meaning that the work productivity variable is influenced by the workload and work environment variables by 45.5%. Furthermore, the remaining value of 54.5% is caused by other factors.

This study aims to analyze the application of Organizational Theory at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the context of organizational communication, organizational culture and employee performance. PT Kereta Api Indonesia as a state-owned company engaged in the transportation sector has unique challenges and opportunities in managing its human resources and operations. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data from interviews with managers and employees, as well as analysis of internal company documents. The results of this study indicate that effective communication and a strong organizational culture contribute significantly to improving employee performance. In addition, the implementation of clear organizational values ​​and ongoing training are key factors in creating a productive work environment. This study is expected to provide insight for PT Kereta Api Indonesia management in optimizing organizational strategies to achieve better company goals.

This paper discusses the visual design of character designs for an illustrated book that focuses on the problem of people pleasers among employees aged 22-30 years. People pleasers are individuals who tend to please others at the expense of themselves, which in the long term can trigger stress and mental disorders. The results of the study show that many young employees experience a dilemma between meeting other people's expectations and maintaining their own well-being. To convey this problem, four characters were designed. The main character is Tara, a people pleaser who undergoes a transformation into a more balanced individual in her work and personal life. Three supporting characters help strengthen the dynamics of conflict in the workplace, Mr. Johnson (Tara's demanding boss), Shinta (a supportive co-worker), and Felix (a senior co-worker). The character design process was carried out through several stages, including interviews with psychologists, illustrators, and employees, as well as qualitative data analysis from observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and literature studies. The result is four characters executed in a simple illustration style with flat design and a limited color palette to emphasize the emotional atmosphere experienced by the characters. By exploring the right illustration style and color composition, this study designs characters that not only depict the reality of people pleasers in the workplace, but also function as visual educational media that helps readers understand the importance of setting boundaries at work and supports individuals in achieving inner peace and balance in life. SUDI GUNAWAN, NIM. 16317001035. Analisis Unsur Instrinsik Puisi Surat Dari Ibu Karya Asrul Sani Oleh Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis unsur instrinsik puisi surat dari ibu karya asrul sani oleh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Lawe Sigala-gala. Metode yang digunakan metode deskriptif yang diambil dari jenis penelitian kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X berjumlah 116 siswa, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 30 siswa SMAN 1 Lawe Sigala-gala. Teknik pengumpulan data di antaranya data primer yang terdiri observasi dan tes sedangkan data sekunder hanya dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata hitung untuk menghitung hasil dari unjuk kerja serta menggunakan rubrik penilaian, sedangkan observasi menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian  antaranya Aspek diksi mencapai nilai 66,67 dengan kategori baik. aspek imaji memperoleh nilai 62,70 berkategori cukup. aspek gaya bahasa memperoleh nilai 60,70 dengan kategori cukup, kemudian aspek anamat dengan nilai 58,70 dengan kategori cukup, sedangkan pada aspek rima memperoleh nilai 64,70 dengan kategori cukup. Secara keseluruhan hasil kemampuan menganalisis unsur instrinsik puisi “surat dari ibu” karya asrul sani oleh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Sigala-gala berdasarkan dari 30 siswa nilai rata-rata yaitu 56,29 berkategori Cukup.

This study explores the rebranding of Universitas Karya Husada Semarang as a strategic effort to enhance brand awareness in a competitive higher education environment. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach combined with the Research and Development (R&D) method to design and validate an effective rebranding strategy. Data were collected through observations, interviews with university stakeholders, and questionnaires distributed to students and the general public. The rebranding process involves updating the visual identity, refining brand communication, and strengthening institutional positioning. The R&D stages include problem identification, data collection, product design, expert validation, and limited testing. Results show that a structured, research-based rebranding approach significantly improves brand awareness and public perception. This initiative not only reinforces the university’s image but also increases its appeal to prospective students. The study offers strategic insights for other educational institutions seeking to strengthen their brand identity.

This article examines the Banjar folk song entitled "Paris Barantai," which is a work of H. Anang Ardiansyah and has been rearranged by Ken Steven. This song raises the theme of love and deep longing for one's hometown and loved ones, while also depicting the natural beauty of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan. This study applies a qualitative method with a literature study approach, aiming to analyze the social and cultural values contained in the song and their influence on the identity of the Banjar community. The results of the study show that the song "Paris Barantai" contains various life values, such as mutual cooperation, kinship, religiosity, loyalty, and respect for culture and the environment. Furthermore, this song functions as a means of preserving the Banjar language and as a medium for disseminating the moral and cultural values of the Banjar community. As one of the regional musical works, "Paris Barantai" not only serves as entertainment, but also as a symbol of identity and cultural expression that strengthens social solidarity and introduces the richness of local culture to the national level.

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, training, and work environment on employee performance at PT Federal International Finance Surabaya Rajawali Branch. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample consists of 41 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were processed using SPSS version 29.0, including instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.The results reveal that simultaneously, recruitment, training, and work environment significantly influence employee performance. Partially, training has a significant impact on employee performance, whereas recruitment and work environment show no significant influence. These findings highlight that relevant training programs can enhance employee skills and productivity. Thus, training becomes a crucial factor for companies to focus on in improving employee performance.

This study examines the poem  "Peringatan" ("Warning") by Wiji Thukul using Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. The aim of the research is to uncover the meaning of resistance implied in the poem through three layers of meaning: denotative, connotative, and myth. The poem was written in a repressive socio-political context, in which freedom of expression was silenced by those in power. Through a Barthesian approach, the lines of the poem are analyzed as a system of signs that symbolically represent resistance against authoritarian rule. The analysis reveals that the poem not only conveys an aesthetic message but also constructs a counter-discourse to the dominant ideology. The poem becomes a site of resistance, urging the people not to submit to oppression. This study reinforces the view that literature, particularly poetry, holds great potential as a medium of struggle and freedom.

This study aims to analyze the values ​​of Islamic education contained in the book Pribadi Hebat by Buya Hamka. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with a content analysis method on data in the form of reflective and argumentative narratives that are relevant to the book. The results of the analysis show that this book contains various values ​​of Islamic education which are divided into three categories. First, the values ​​of faith education, in the book Pribadi Hebat by Buya Hamka, several values ​​of faith education are found, namely the teachings of faith as the foundation of the person and piety as the perfection of faith. Second, the values ​​of worship education, the values ​​of worship education in the book Pribadi Hebat are divided into 2, namely mahdah worship and ghairumahdah worship. The values ​​of mahdah worship education in the book Pribadi Hebat are the importance of maintaining cleanliness with ablution and prayer as the main source of personal strength, while the values ​​of ghairumahdah education in the book Pribadi Hebat are teachings about all work that is based on the intention of seeking Allah's pleasure is worship. The three values ​​of moral education, in the book Pribadi Hebat by Buya Hamka, several values ​​of moral education are found, including the importance of morals, empathy, courage, admitting one's shortcomings, self-confidence, reprehensible attitudes, willingness, responsibility, and patience as personal capital that will never run out.

Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of individuals to leave the organization for various reasons, one of which is the desire to get a better job. This study aims to examine the effect of overtime working hours and leader member exchange on turnover intention of finishing department employees of PT Ungaran Sari Garments. The sample taken was 144 finishing department employees. The sampling technique used the slovin formula with data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results obtained that overtime working hours have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while lmx has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. overtime working hours and leader member exchange have a simultaneous or joint effect on the dependent variable, namely turnover intention of pt usg finishing department employees.

Penelitian ini membahas konsep pembentukan Batalyon Komposit Korps Marinir di Pulau Natuna Utara dalam rangka mendukung validasi organisasi Korps Marinir. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya dinamika geopolitik di kawasan Laut Natuna Utara yang rawan pelanggaran batas wilayah oleh kapal asing, sehingga menuntut kehadiran satuan tempur yang lebih permanen dan siap siaga. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah belum optimalnya peran Kompi Komposit Korps Marinir yang masih berstatus sebagai satuan tugas yang kerap melakukan rotasi terhadap satuannya, disertai kendala infrastruktur, logistik, dan jumlah personel. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan research and development model Borg and Gall, melalui studi pustaka, wawancara ahli, observasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis dilakukan terhadap struktur organisasi, kesiapan alutsista, serta efisiensi sistem operasi dalam mendukung validasi organisasi Korps Marinir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan Batalyon Komposit yang bersifat permanen sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjawab kebutuhan pertahanan strategis, mempercepat reaksi terhadap ancaman, serta mengefektifkan tugas pengamanan wilayah perbatasan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat secara teoritis untuk memperkuat doktrin pertahanan laut berbasis pulau-pulau terluar, dan secara praktis sebagai masukan bagi pimpinan TNI AL dalam merumuskan kebijakan validasi organisasi yang berkelanjutan dan berdaya guna tinggi.

The utilization of offline maps in land operations for Marine Corps soldiers is veryimportant considering that combat terrain conditions often occur in areas with limited or nointernet connection. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using offline maps inmonitoring land operation tactics, employing a literature review method and analysis of offlinemap technology applications that support military activities. The research results show thatoffline maps enable soldiers to plan routes, mark strategic locations, and monitor tacticalmovements in real-time without relying on internet networks. Additionally, the mappersonalization features and the ability to share data among team members enhancecoordination and operational effectiveness. Thus, the utilization of offline maps can improve thereadiness and responsiveness of Marine Corps soldiers in facing the complex and unpredictabledynamics of combat terrain

This research aims to analyze the calculation of PPh Article 21 on bonuses in determining the PPh payable to employees. In determining bonuses, this often causes dissatisfaction among employees because the bonus amounts are unequal. So a method is needed to determine the bonus, the SAW method is the approach used because this approach ranks employees based on their assessment and weighting of criteria with the results in the form of a ranking. The results of this ranking will later determine the employee's bonus. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and research data was collected through documentation and interviews. The results show that the use of the SAW method provides employee assessments for calculating bonuses in accordance with existing assessments and criteria, and the results are different from before. so that the tax income owed by employees will depend on the amount of bonus received by each employee after using the SAW method and the applicable PPh Article 21 rates.

Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) is a microfinance institution in its operations based on sharia principles, its existence is very strategic for the development of micro businesses that are not touched by the services of commercial banks both conventional and sharia, because they are less bankable. . BMT Amanah Madinah, which is located in Ngeni Village, Waru Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency, has been serving micro entrepreneurs in helping with capital. These services make BMT Amanah Madinah continue to improve for the better. One form of improvement is the holding of training in the preparation of sharia contracts for administrators and employees. The hope is that after the training the management and employees will be able, understand and apply it in daily practice, so that the contracts used are in accordance with sharia. the purpose of this activity is to improve the ability of BMT administrators and employees in the preparation of sharia contracts that are in accordance with customer needs and their application in daily practice. The training program for the preparation of contracts for administrators and employees of Baitul Mal Wattamwil (BMT) Amanah Madinah Waru Sidoarjo, was carried out well and smoothly according to plan, and most participants were able to receive the material well. Participants were enthusiastic about the activities as indicated by the liveliness of the participants in the activity process.
