Akhlak : Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Filsafat 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Agama dan Filsafat Indonesia

This study examines efforts to strengthen Islamic traditions at Ma'had Putri Nurul Hasan MAN 2 Probolinggo as an important part of building the character of religious, disciplined, and noble students. The Islamic traditions implemented include various routine activities such as studying the yellow book, dhikr together, reading the maulid, praying in congregation, and other daily practices. These activities are designed not only to strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings but also to create a spiritual environment that supports character formation based on Islamic values. With a qualitative-descriptive approach, this study describes in depth the implementation of Islamic traditions, the challenges faced, and their impact on the formation of students' characters. The results of the study show that strengthening Islamic traditions at Ma'had Putri Nurul Hasan not only succeeded in forming the religious character of students but also had a positive influence on their social and emotional lives. Traditions such as studying the yellow book using the bandongan and sorogan methods, as well as the integration of Islamic-based activities in the education curriculum, have been proven to be able to improve the discipline, responsibility, and social awareness of students. On the other hand, this study also found significant challenges in the implementation of Islamic traditions, including the influence of modernization and globalization that bring popular cultural values ​​that are less in line with Islamic teachings, limited infrastructure, and lack of family involvement in supporting Islamic education. This study concluded that despite facing various challenges, Islamic traditions at Ma'had Putri Nurul Hasan can remain relevant by adopting an innovative and collaborative approach. The use of digital technology, increasing teacher capacity, and strengthening synergy with families and the community are strategic steps that can support the sustainability of this program. This study not only contributes to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia but also becomes a model for other Islamic educational institutions in maintaining Islamic traditions as the identity and strength of the people in the modern

Internalization is the process by which individuals adopt, comprehend, and integrate specific values, norms, or concepts into their personality structure, making them an integral part of their consciousness and daily behavior. This process plays a crucial role in shaping individual identity and fostering social cohesion within society. Internalization typically occurs through    various mechanisms, such as formal education, family socialization, social interactions, and personal experiences. This study aims to explore the dynamics of internalization in the contexts of education, culture, and organizations, focusing on factors influencing the success of the internalization process. The findings reveal that effective communication, a supportive environment, and active individual engagement are key elements in achieving successful internalization. These results hold.

Family support is one of the main factors in the process of medication support adherence of schizophrenic patients. So the patient's health can be maintained longer. This study aims to analyze the correlation between family support and medication adherence of schizophrenic patients in the Polyclinic of Aceh Mental Hospital. A quantitative survey with an analytical design using a cross-sectional approach is employed in this research. The data was gathered from 83 respondents chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection was conducted from July 22nd - 30th, 2024. A family support instrument and The Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) were used for the data collection technique. Univariate and bivariate analyses are used to analyze the data. The result shows that 45 respondents (54, 2%) had good family support, and 58 respondents (69, 9%) had good medication adherence. These findings indicate a correlation between family support and medication adherence of schizophrenic patients in the Polyclinic of Aceh Mental Hospital with a ρ-value of 0,000. This study recommends that families with schizophrenia maintain and or increase supervision by providing support for medication adherence.

Background: Anemia in pregnant women is a significant health problem, especially in developing countries, where its prevalence can reach 43%. Anemia can increase the risk of low birth weight (LBW), which negatively affects the health of the baby. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that influence pregnant women's adherence to taking blood supplement tablets (TTD) and its impact on maternal and infant health. Objectives: This study aimed to explore the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and family support on pregnant women's adherence to taking iron tablets, and to analyze the relationship between anemia in pregnant women and the incidence of LBW. Methods: The method used in the preparation of this journal is the literature review method. Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mothers' knowledge about the importance of iron and their compliance in taking iron tablets, with a highly significant p value. Family support was also shown to play an important role in improving the adherence of pregnant women. Overall, this study emphasizes the need for appropriate interventions and continuous education on the importance of iron consumption during pregnancy to reduce the risk of anemia and LBW.

Background: Diabetic ulcers are complications that occur in clients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM) due to poor glycemic control. The slow healing process of wounds can increase the risk of wound complications, which will affect the duration of healing. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge and family support with the level of stress in DM patients with diabetic ulcers at Bhakti Asih General Hospital in Tangerang City. Method: This is a quantitative study with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sample consists of 62 DM patients using purposive sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires on knowledge, family support, and the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42). Data were analyzed using Spearman's rho test and presented in the form of frequency distribution tables. Results: The findings show that the majority of the knowledge variable indicates good family support (94.9%), and the stress level variable falls into the moderate stress category (66.7%). The correlation coefficient in this study shows a significant positive correlation between knowledge and family support with the level of stress in DM patients with diabetic ulcers (r = 0.490; p = 0.001), concluding that as family support increases, the level of stress in DM patients with diabetic ulcers improves. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and family support with the level of stress in DM patients with diabetic ulcers in the Nusa Indah room at Bhakti Asih General Hospital in Tangerang City.

Stunting is a health problem that is still a challenge in Indonesia, especially in areas with low economic conditions. One of the contributing factors is less than ideal parenting due to limited knowledge in managing household income to meet children's nutritional needs. This community service activity aims to improve housewives' understanding of financial management and the selection of nutritious food at low cost to support stunting prevention. This activity was carried out in Wera Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, involving seven families with stunted children, integrated health post cadres, and community leaders. The method used was practice-based training that included lectures, group discussions, household budget preparation simulations, and demonstrations of selecting nutritious food at low cost. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, participatory observations, and activity documentation. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in participants' understanding by 75.7%, with an average score increasing from 45.8 to 80.5. The indicator with the highest increase was the ability to prepare a simple family budget (87.5%), followed by an understanding of the importance of balanced nutrition (70.0%) and the selection of nutritious food at low cost (70.8%). The response of the participants was very positive, shown by enthusiasm in the discussion and active involvement in the practice of preparing a budget and demonstration of selecting food ingredients. This activity succeeded in increasing household financial literacy and awareness of the importance of nutrition in the family. The practice-based approach has proven effective in improving participants' understanding and skills. For the sustainability of the program, further assistance and collaboration with posyandu cadres and the village government are needed to ensure sustainable implementation in preventing stunting.

Stunting is a significant health issue in Indonesia caused by chronic malnutrition starting during pregnancy. A healthy lifestyle for pregnant women is an essential step to prevent stunting and support the continuity of a healthy generation. This community service activity aimed to increase the knowledge of pregnant women, prospective brides, health cadres, and the community about the importance of a healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. The activity was conducted in Lubok Sukon Village, Ingin Jaya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District, on December 23, 2023, through counseling, interactive discussions, and free medical check-ups. A total of 84 respondents participated in this program. Based on pre-test results, only 19.04% of respondents had good knowledge about a healthy lifestyle. However, after the education, this number increased to 69.05%. The education covered topics such as nutritional intake, regular pregnancy check-ups, physical activity, and family support. The results indicate that this program effectively improved respondents' understanding. It is expected that this initiative can serve as a starting point in reducing stunting rates in the community.

This type of research is qualitative research. This research aims to examine the role of the environment on children's socio-emotional development. The method used in this research is qualitative research with interviews as a data collection technique which was carried out on Saturday 26 October 2024. This research was conducted in the village of Bandar Putih Tua, Anak Ratu Aji, Central Lampung with the research subjects being 5 children aged 7-10 the year that is the data source. The research results show that the family environment has a significant impact on children's emotional management, while the peer environment influences children's social behavior, both positively and negatively. The school environment, on the other hand, plays a role in shaping children's emotional stability and social skills through interactions with teachers and peers. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the environment plays a very important role in children's socio-emotional development, and the role of parents and the regulation of the social environment around children greatly determines their social and emotional development. It is hoped that this research will provide deeper insight into the importance of creating a supportive environment for children's socio-emotional development.

Tuberculosis is a disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis as an acid-resistant bacteria (BTA), which attacks the respiratory organs of the lungs and even to all parts of the body, this is what makes TB patients feel helpless, therefore it is necessary to have family support intact bio, psycho, social and spiritual are important factors for the success of TB treatment and accelerate the healing process. This study aims to identify features of family social support for pulmonary TB sufferers at Harapan Siantar Hospital in 2023. The research method used is descriptive. The research population is 65 respondents, with a total sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results showed that 47 people (72.3%) had good family social support, and 18 people (27.7%) had enough. It is hoped that families and health services will continue to accompany family members who have TB to speed up the healing process.

Self-adjustment is an interaction ability to establish a good relationship between individuals and their environment. New student self-adjustment is a challenge to deal with changes from high school to college. Changes in terms of academic, social, emotional and institutional attachment are much more difficult than the previous level of education so that new students have difficulty adjusting. This study aims to determine the description of the self-adjustment. Methods: The type of research design used is descriptive with a cross sectional design. The instrument used is a questionnaire with google form media. The population in this study are 99 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique with a sample size of 99 respondents. Results: Based on the results of the study analyzed using univariate analysis, it shows that new students have a high level of self-adjustment, namely 68 people (68.7%) and moderate self-adjustment as many as 31 people (31.3%). Low self-adjustment can be caused by self-doubt, lack of self-confidence, lack of openness from others and excessive stress. Conclusion: So the researcher expects new students to multiply relationships, improve talents and skills, follow guidance during the learning process in lectures and seek support and motivation from mentors, friends, and family.

The first year of college is critical for students because of the psychological pressure and the demand to adapt to a new situation. It becomes one of the indicators of psychological well-being level. This study aimed to acknowledge the correlation of social support with psychological well-being in the first year of diploma nursing students at Universitas Abulyatama. It was a descriptive-analytical study using the cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 192 nursing students in the first year of their Diploma chosen using the total sampling technique. This study was conducted on May 27th - 31st with the Cronbach Alpha. The results showed the family subscale as 0, 81, the friend's subscale as 0, 82, the other significant subscale as 0, 75, and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Cronbach Alpha = 0.845 for univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test. The result shows that from 192 respondents, the majority has a medium psychological well-being category, 79 respondents (41, 1%), and medium category of social support 84 respondents (43, 8%) with a ρ value = 0,002. In conclusion, there is a correlation between social support and students' psychology. The college provides information on improving students' psychological well-being by practicing positive self-talk, finding a supportive and positive support system, exercising actively, building self-awareness, and focusing on mindfulness and self-respect.

This community service aims to optimize the use of local potential in Ujong Tanoh Darat Village, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency, in order to improve community welfare and realize village independence. Local village potential, such as natural resources, cultural diversity, and rich local wisdom, have not been optimally utilized, one of which is the management of plastic and household waste. This program focuses on community empowerment through skills training in processing waste into products of economic value, such as handicrafts from plastic waste and ecoenzymes from organic waste. As a result, the community gains new skills that can increase family income, reduce plastic waste, and increase environmental awareness. In addition, this program creates new economic opportunities through marketing local products and strengthening cooperation between residents. The sustainability of this program is expected to continue to support village economic independence, with support from the village government in developing environmentally friendly local potential-based businesses.

Mekarbuana Village located in Tegalwaru, Karawang district, West Java, is about 45 kilometers from the center of Karawang, and has potential for agro-tourism and natural tourism, because according to the village head, Jaji Maryono, the village is a provider of coffee, durian, mango, avocado, and bananas. The tourism  that are available are Curug Cigentis, Curug Bandung, and tours along the flow of the river. This tourist destination is a favourite destination of both locals and citizens around Karawang to spend the weekend with the family. Due to the tourist potential in his village, the village chief acknowledged that he wanted to bring Mekarbuana Village  into a tourist village, but still needed support and enhanced human resource capacity (HRM) to manage the village. The problem is that the tourism organization in the village are not functioning, so the wheel of tourism in that village is still not balanced. This activity uses methods of accompaniment, socialization, and education carried out in integration with KKN students to the community and tourists in Mekarbuana Village. The result of this community service activity is the reactivation of the pokdarwis management, the existence of the organization structure, the presence of the work plan, a varied tour package, as well as the Mekarbuana Village  already registered in the JADESTA. As to the conclusion of the activities, they feel very grateful and hoped that the organization will be able to maximize its management, and continue to run consistently and professionally in managing tourism in the village.

Breast milk (breast milk) is the best nutrition for babies, the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is a threat to the growth and development of children, breastfeeding is the right of every mother, and exclusive breastfeeding to newborns is one of the efforts to prevent infectious diseases, malnutrition problems, and infant death. due to many influencing factors, namely the lack of maternal knowledge about breastfeeding, working mothers, lack of support from family, information support from health workers and the surrounding environment. In 2023, in the work area of the Penfui Health Center, there are 177 working mothers who have babies or around 45.45%. The purpose of this study is to analyze factors related to the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers in the Penfui Health Center Area. This study is an analytical survey research using the Cross-Sectional method and a sample of 64 respondents. The data of this study was analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results of the study found that there was a significant relationship between maternal knowledge (p=0.046), information exposure (p=0.020), family support (p=0.044), health worker support (p=0.031) and low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. There was a relationship between maternal occupation (p0.027) and infant health status (p=0.041), age (p=0.326) there was no significant relationship with low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Penfui Health Center area. The conclusion in this study is that knowledge, information exposure and family support are related to exclusive breastfeeding. and the support of health workers, mothers' work and health status are related to the low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Penfui Health Center. Mothers should further increase their awareness and willingness to provide exclusive breastfeeding even though they are busy with work to increase the coverage of Exclusive Breastfeeding.

This study compares family-based and institutional care models for the elderly, focusing on their impacts on well-being and quality of life. Through interviews with elderly individuals and caregivers, the research assesses how each model meets the emotional, social, and healthcare needs of the elderly. Findings suggest that while family care offers emotional benefits, institutional models can provide better healthcare, calling for integrated approaches to eldercare.

This study investigates the factors influencing the utilization of adolescent health services among school dropout adolescents in the Sakra subdistrict of East Lombok, Indonesia. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative data from structured questionnaires with qualitative insights gathered through in-depth interviews. A total of 37 school dropout adolescents, aged 14-19 years, were purposively sampled to participate in the study. The findings from this study underscore the multifaceted factors influencing school dropout adolescents' access to health services in the Sakra subdistrict of East Lombok regency. The six predictors highlighted the importance of knowledge, family support, distance, the role of health professionals, and the recognition of health needs in shaping adolescents' engagement with health services. Addressing these interconnected factors through a comprehensive approach can promote health equity and improve the overall well-being of school dropout adolescents, contributing to healthier communities in the long run.

This article discusses the role of inculturation catechesis in Catholic faith formation for people with a Kaharingan faith background in Stasi Santa Anastasia Muara Napu, Mandam Parish, Diocese of Banjarmasin. Since 2014, there has been a gradual transition from Kaharingan to Catholicism in this area, which presents important challenges in integrating Catholic teachings with the strong Kaharingan culture. This descriptive qualitative research explores the strategic role of catechists as facilitators in delivering Catholic teachings in harmony with local traditions. The approach includes coaching for parents as the main pillar in the family and the Church, as well as how the inculturation process can help maintain the balance between faith and cultural identity. The results show that the inculturation approach by integrating the teachings of the Catholic faith and local culture is able to increase acceptance of Catholic teachings without compromising the cultural heritage of the people. The findings highlight the important role of catechists in accompanying the conversion process and supporting people in building families rooted in their traditional values.

This research examines the management of the Indonesian School of Jeddah (SIJ) in supporting students towards the National Science Olympiad (OSN), with a focus on a student's academic journey.  This research highlights student experiences, management strategies implemented by schools, as well as challenges faced during competition preparation.  The role of school and family as main supporting factors is also analyzed.  Students who have a strong interest in science are actively involved in extracurricular activities, such as science clubs and research projects, and develop time management skills to balance studies and other activities.  The school provides a supportive learning environment, with resources and guidance from competent teachers.  The family also makes a significant contribution through moral support and instilling a strong work ethic.  This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method, which focuses on one research object to reveal the synergistic role between school and family in shaping student achievement.  These findings illustrate the importance of collaboration between schools and families in creating student academic achievement.

Peer Support Groups have a meaningful role in the life of an ODHIV. ODHIV who received a peer support had a significant effect on changes in HIV identity, HIV knowledge, access to HIV services, HIV prevention behaviors and positive activities compared to ODHIV who did not receive peer support. The purpose of this study is to find out the process of peer support group program activities. This study was carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods, using data collection with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that this peer support group program has been running and implemented optimally and the ODHIV members have shown an increase in self-change through activities that have been planned according to the needs of the ODHIV, namely family groups, socialization, counseling, self-help groups, capacity building and also mobile visiting.

The development of men's participation in family planning, especially in the use of contraception, over the last 12 years in Indonesia has not shown a significant increase. Meanwhile, based on data from the 2019 BKKBN, it is stated that men's participation in family planning programs is much lower. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence men's participation in using the vasectomy contraceptive method. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a cross sectional study design. Based on the research results, it shows that the majority of the sample tribe supports the use of vasectomy contraception, namely 31 people (63.3%) and the minority of the sample does not support the use of vasectomy contraception, namely 18 people (36.7%). Bivariate analysis found that there was no relationship between ethnicity and participation in the use of the vasectomy contraceptive method in the Polebungin District Health Center Area.  Bontomanai District.
