This study aims to determine the analysis of differences in financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic as measured using ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratiod, and profitability ratios. The method used is purposive sampling where from 62 companies there are 47 companies used in the study based on certain considerations in accordance with the criteria carried out. The type data used id secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of Property and Real Estate annual report for the period 2019-2020. The ratios used in this study are Cash Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), dan Return On Assets (ROA). The result of this study indicate thet the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), and Return On Assets (ROA) have significant differences. While the Cash Ratio (CR) there is no significant difference.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.

In the era of globalization, the world of education has made very significant progress in all fields. All have been based on the use of information and communication technology in the teaching and learning process. Technology acts as a tool to help students and teachers in conveying information more effectively. However, students have not been able to master technology-based learning materials. So, teachers must facilitate and monitor student performance so that they can more easily and quickly master the material. The professional quality of teachers in Indonesia is still relatively low. This is because the human resources of the Indonesian people are still lagging behind compared to other countries. The quality of teachers in Indonesia needs to be improved by using a learning approach. Learning approach based on Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). This TPACK approach makes it easier for teachers to master technology that is by learning content so that students are motivated and active in learning. This study aims to determine TPACK-based learning in supporting the quality of teachers in Indonesia. This research uses the type of library research. Research samples from literature studies sourced from Google Scholar and Eric Journal. The criteria for the data to be sampled are articles published in 2015-2022. The data that was used as a sample amounted to 15 articles that were following the research variables. Data analysis is qualitative data analysis. The results show that from 15 articles that have been analyzed, TPACK-based science learning is very helpful for science teachers in Indonesia. TPACK-based science learning enhances the professionalism of teachers in teaching science material. Furthermore, the TPACK approach greatly helps teachers' professional performance to be more effective and efficient in mastering technology for learning facilities

The goals of the study are to test the effects of strategy orientation, creativation, innovation for marketing perfomance, and the competitive advantages of central batik industry in Pekalongan. The study was done by questionnaire method. Sampling was done by accidental sampling of 100 respondents while techniques were being analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the study recommends the orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation that influence on the performance of marketing significancy. The orientation of strategy, creativity and innovation affect the competitive advantage through marketing performance too. Marketing performance influence the competitive advantage directly in the apparel industry of central batik in Pekalongan.

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence on the Performance of High School Teachers in Batam City in the mediation of Organizational Commitment. The object of this research uses 3 schools in Batam City, namely SMAN 1 Batam, SMAN 3 Batam and SMAN 5 Batam, with a total population of 160 teachers. Determination of the sample using the Slovin Formula with a Margin Of Error 5% the result is 114 teachers obtained as a sample, data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms in 3 schools and successfully filled out by 131 teachers. This research is quantitative, using Partial Least Square (PLS) for data processing, and the modeling technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study states that the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence have a significant positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Variables of Training and Development, Motivation, Competence and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive influence on Teacher Performance, Variables of Organizational Commitment Successfully Mediate the Variables of Training and Development, Motivation , Competence on Teacher Performance.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

A finance company is a company that provides loans to prospective borrowers with certain guarantees such as PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan Branch. In this business, company funds are often embedded because of debtors who are in arrears. Therefore, the company has a field officer who functions to collect debtor's house and make a withdrawal of the financing unit that has exceeded the reasonable limit of the time of payment. The implementation of billing activities carried out is definitely related to the work safety of each field officer. Work safety issues such as beatings experienced by field officers have an impact on the implementation of billing. This resulted in the billing process becoming less than optimal because the officers were worried about their safety. In addition, the work environment also impacts on employee performance, such as lack of work space that makes employees not free to work, relationships that are not good affect the communication process in decision making and document filing that is not neat will affect the document search process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and work environment on the performance of employees. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were 51 people who were employees of PT. ITC Multi Finance Medan Branch and also as a respondent. The method of data collection is done by interviewing, distributing questionnaires, documentation and literature. Variables taken with a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the work safety and work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Medan Branch Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance, and partially has no effect on performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value at banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection using secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period of 41 banks, while the sample taken is the number of observations for 3 years (2017-2019). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R²) test whose processing was carried out with the SPSS version 23 program. The results showed that the first, second and third hypotheses proposed were accepted because they showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. This means that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value and financial performance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on firm value

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

Given the number of   supermarkets (supermarket) which is located in the same area, then by itself would give birth to the fierce competition to seize visitors and buyers. Additionally the competition also came from some retailers in traditional markets and shops are scattered in the same area. Sinar Bone Supermarkets is one of the famous retail among some retail in the city of wiwirano Konawe utara. In the motion of daily operations, Sinar Bone Supermarkets as shopping centers provide a variety of different goods with different types, brands and sizes at varying price levels. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. Measurement of customer satisfaction is something that should be done by a public service organization periodically, improving performance on the right attributes will have a positive impact, namely increasing satisfaction of public service users. This study aims to measure customer satisfaction of public service users by integrating the servqual model and the cartesian diagram model. The analysis tool uses SPSS, with a sample of 121 respondents. The results showed that the quality of public services at the Shipping Polytechnic of North Sulawesi was good, at an average performance score of 8.79 from the rating scale range, and was able to satisfy the expectations of service users. The main dimensions that must be improved immediately are reliability, assurance and tangible. At the attribute of service requirements information, service completion time period information and service supporting infrastructure facilities. With the findings of this study, it is hoped that public services can be improved and the attributes of services that are already good can be maintained.

The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, 2). To determine and analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance. This study is quantitative with a population of all employees of PT. Hansoll Indo Java totaling 91 people, The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested in advance and tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Selain itu penelitian ini  menguji pengaruh variabel intervening kepuasan kerja pada hubungan pengaruh learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk menguji variabel tersebut, obyek yang digunakan adalah pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Batang sejumlah 135 orang pegawai.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Demikian juga pengujian hubungan tidak langsung learning organisasi dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap kinerja pegawai yang menunjukkan hasil pengaruh positif dan signifikan.

  Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (studi pada kantor Kecamatan Mijen). Tujuan penelitian ini  untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Budaya kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Mijen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  semua pegawai kantor Kecamatan Mijen yang berjumlah 90 orang.  Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel serta menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi komitmen organisasi. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 guru SMK Kecamatan Gayamsari Semarang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari software AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

Aset sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi karena dapat menunjang kegiatan yang dilakukan seperti pada Yayasan Assanusiyah. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan dan perusahaan yang dikelola, aset yang dimiliki Yayasan pun cukup banyak. Supaya aset dapat bernilai tinggi, perlu adanya pengelolaan aset. Kegiatan inventarisasi merupakan salah satu pengelolaan aset yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Yayasan Assanusiyah. Namun kegiatan inventarisasi masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Sehingga data aset Yayasan tidak realtime dan sering terjadi kehilangan maupun penumpukan aset pada satu lokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi yang tepat untuk membantu kegiatan inventarisasi aset Yayasan dengan menggunakan teori The Unified of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi, diantaranya performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset di Yayasan Assanusiyah.
